Sad sale of a much loved pony club pony.

We have owned Texas for 2 years and in this time he has taught our daughter so much. She has done lots of pony club activities, unaffiliated show jumping (taking her from 40-70cm) and qualified for NSEA Hickstead Championships (40/50/60cm). They have lots of fun at home jumping single fences up to 90cm. He happily hacks out alone (with a parent running) or with other horses.

Our young daughter can do everything with him. Get him in from the field, tack up and ride without help. He is an affectionate pony and loves to be pampered.

He currently lives out in a mixed herd and gets on well with all other horses.

He is a 1.5/2nd pony. If he is fit and in work he is perfect. He can be excited at cross country as we don’t do it very often (twice a year at camp). I’m sure if he goes regularly he’d be fine. If he isn’t ridden regularly he can pop in a buck. However, if he is left it is easy to get him back into work and after a week or so he will be back his perfect self.

Lovely kind mare to deal with on the ground.

Ruby needs a competent rider to go and have fun on she is not a lead rein or a first ridden.

Has popped round a working hunter track at warren farm and has been to somerford park fun ride with an older established jockey. Ruby is excellent to hack alone and in company, She is forward going and not a plod.

she is currently ticking over but she really deserves a fun loving family to have fun with and be loved.

She would also be ready to put in foal for next year.

Red is a 5-year-old, 14.2hh green book Connemara gelding, a quality stamp and true to type, with an eye-catching presence and a trainable, willing attitude.

A straight and correct pony with clean limbs and straight movement, Red has been lightly but correctly produced, giving him an excellent foundation to progress further in the right hands.

He has attended arena hires, been cross country schooling, and hacked out in company. He is good in traffic, though as a young horse he would benefit from continued mileage to build confidence.

On the flat, Red is working well and has already achieved 70% at prelim dressage as a 4yo, showing natural balance and a correct way of going. He has a lovely rhythmical canter, is forward-thinking yet sensible, and is consistently willing in his work. He enjoys his jumping and has all the attributes to excel in any sphere with further production.

Red is snaffle-mouthed and easy to handle on the ground, with a kind, genuine temperament. He is good to catch, trim, load and travel.

He has been given the winter to mature and is now back in work, he is up to date with farrier, vaccinations, teeth and chiro and is open to vetting.

Synod Rhythm Cindy known as “Cinders”

Very genuine pony. Cinders is a responsive ride who enjoys her job. She is nicely schooled and works in a consistent outline, making her an excellent option for a rider wanting to continue progressing in a competitive environment

Super dressage results (inc BD). Enjoys cross country. Jumps well with a confident rider, and truly comfortable at ~70cm.

Good to hack alone and in company. Good with traffic

Good to shoe, clip, and load.

Not a first pony. Not a novice ride and not suitable for Pony Club homes – she thrives with a confident, capable rider who can get the best out of her.

Dotty is a 13.2hh Welsh C who has been in pony club homes most of her life. Sadly outgrown and now looking for her next person to share many more adventures with.

Whilst with us she has attended clinics, pony club camp, rallies, SJ & dressage competitions, XC schooled and hacked. She’s has also done polocrosse in a previous home as well as hunter trials and one day events.

Happiest around 50-80cm but will also jump single jumps around 90cm, she’s extremely honest to a fence.

She’s currently barefoot (although has also been shod previously) currently living out on fresh air (but previously stabled at night). Excellent to catch, clip, load etc. Has never been sick or sorry.

Up to date with everything feet trimmed 10.04.26, saddle 24.10.25, teeth 01.09.25, physio 10.11.25, vaccination 15.07.25, wec 30.03.26

Has been in light work (hacking x2 week) over winter, due to lack of time and daughter focusing on her other horse. However is now ticking over being schooled, jumped and hacked.

Dotty would be best suited to a confident rider looking to go and have some fun, or a mother daughter share. She isn’t suitable for a nervous or novice rider.

Taz is a lovely, genuine allrounder with three quality paces, including a particularly eye catching, floaty trot. He works nicely on the flat, is responsive and clearly enjoys his job.

He absolutely loves his jumping, proving to be nimble and scopey over both show jumps and cross country fences, and is very careful with his poles.

Taz is excellent to hack, both alone and in company, and is particularly good in open spaces. He has a kind, easy temperament and is straightforward to do in all ways.

Taz is currently with me on sales livery and, now entering his second week, has sailed through all assessments and is ready to find his next home.

His full history is known. He was in the same home from 5 to 11 years old, where he took part in New Forest point-to-points, sponsored rides, competitions and endurance. He was then sold as his rider outgrew him, and has since spent the last three years in a home mainly hacking with the occasional dressage lesson.

He is now for sale as his current owner cannot offer him the level of work he thrives on. Taz is a horse that still very much enjoys his job and would love to return to a more varied and active lifestyle.

Barnie has come second in a ridden pony show a couple of years ago.

He did the east kent 9.5 mile sponsonered ride yesterday and was brilliant so all fit and ready for fun this summer.

He has done a bit of jumping at home over little fences and small little logs.

He has done lots of hacking over the last 3 years and lessons in school.

He has potential to be a hunting pony or a pony club pony.

He is brilliant on the lunge and have taught children on the lunge with him . He also long reins well.

He isn't strong and just needs a kick to go and has a nice rhythmn to his work.

I have had him since he was 2 years old. I have had a local girl ride him over the last 3 years and he has taught her to ride. Would suit a 8 - 11year old depending on their size. The local girl is 14 years old now but she is petit and she still loves riding him but she is moving on to a bigger pony now.

Only being sold due to my cicumstances, only be sold to the right home.

He has had Lami in the past but caught quickly really good now. Just needs experienced home to manage him.

Good to load, feet trimmed, for the dentist, just needs sedation for clipping.

Takota She’s A Lady

Super dressage pony, junior m&m, mother daughter all rounder, this wonderful mare has the temperament, talent and conformation to excel in any sphere!

Lady is an absolute pleasure to have on the yard and is not your typical Welsh cob mare temperament wise. She is good to handle and is handled daily by my 70 year old mother, good for the farrier, to catch, bath, load and travel etc.
A very kind and loving pony, she loves a fuss and is always the first to greet you in the morning.

She has correct confirmation, lovely movement and is a super stamp of Section D and would excel in the show ring, equally she would make a fantastic dressage pony. Gives a lovely ride, more woah than go but is responsive and light in the hand.
Has popped a few small fences proving to enjoy it whilst remaining sensible, untapped potential as a working hunter pony or general allrounder.

Lady is not sharp, strong or spooky, rides in open fields sensibly and is totally snaffle mouthed. She has been on fun rides, clinics etc with her owner although is still relatively low mileage.
The type of pony that can have a few weeks off and you can hop straight back on without worrying.

Hacks out, whilst she hasn’t been on the roads much she regularly rides in fields with a busy road one side and a railway line the other and has been totally un phased by large lorries etc. has seen farm machinery, heavy plant machinery etc.

With her fantastic breeding she would also be an asset to any stud looking to add more pony characteristics and good temperaments to their stock.

Sadly she is looking for a new home due to her owners change in circumstances, a kind loving home is of the utmost importance.
