Fantastic driving pony. Safe, forward but not strong. Has won indoors and outdoor Pre-Novice in Scotland proving she is a genuine and capable little pony. Lucy has been a kind and reliable partner to her current driver who is ME/CFS sufferer.

Limited ridden experience with small children but has been happily hacked by small teens, including on the beach. Lucy has also been shown successfully in hand.

Good with vet, farrier and dentist.

She has her quirks, and though not suitable for someone who hasn't had a pony before, she would suit someone with experience of ponies.

Would consider loan if kept at livery in her current location in East Lothian.

Albie has been an absolute joy to have on loan this year, but the time has come for him to find his own forever family.

During his time with us, Albie has turned his hoof to a bit of everything. He has hacked, hunted, fun rides, ODE and even tried his hand at side saddle!

Albie has exceptional movement and real dressage potential. He literally floats across the ground with a beautiful, expressive trot that would turn heads even at HOYs level. He’s actually a joy to look at on the lead dinking around with a tiny tot aboard. He will happily take a wobbly jockey round on the lead rein.

That said, his jumping ability should definitely not be overlooked! He is naturally talented, shows plenty of scope and makes a lovely shape over a fence. He’ll trot down to 70cm so height is not an issue for him! Most importantly, he genuinely seems to love his jumping and with further mileage has all the attributes to become the ultimate mini worker or Pony Club all-rounder.

Qualified Solihull Diddy ODE Championships

1st’s in unaffiliated LR and FR showing classes

Clear rounds PC SJ/WH up to 60cm

Jumped BSPS tiny tots

He is fit, sound and ready to go, with no vices and a wonderful personality. He adores fuss and attention and is a pleasure to have around.

As a young pony who is still a novice, Albie would benefit from an experienced home that can continue his education and bring out his considerable potential. He is only 5yrs and so not a FYFR.

Albie has been great loading/catch/farrier/baths/clips/plaiting up etc with us. He’s not too keen on his forelock being washed but show me one that is!

Albie truly special little pony with a very exciting future ahead of him. I have tons of videos available to genuinely interested families.

13.2hh 5 year old dun traditional cob mare.

She is a true leg at each corner.

I am 5ft9 and I am the rider in the photos.

It is hard to find the words to describe my beautiful girl Willow, but one thing is for sure… her attitude to life is truly infectious, you can’t help but smile when you are with her and every single person that meets her falls in love immediately. I will only let her go to her perfect partner, so only the most special of forever homes please. She will be sorely missed and I have been putting this off for some time but she is so ready for her next chapter and I know that she is going to make that one very lucky person so unbelievably happy and that is exactly why I do what I do.

Willow has been professionally started, ridden away and produced by myself for the past two years, so has had a fantastic start to her education. She has been produced slowly and correctly and is proving to be a fabulous all rounder who is very willing to turn her hoof to anything that you ask of her and very much enjoys having a job and being out and about!

I lightly backed her as a 3 and a half year old and then turned her away for the winter to mature. Then restarted her as a 4 year old and she has been in regular work since then, other than a couple of months break over last winter. She is such a lovely mare to work with, so honest and willing to give everything a go, she always tries her heart out for you. She is forward thinking, responsive to the aids and light in the hand. She can pick up a gear sensibly if asked and always has excellent breaks. She is schooling beautifully in walk, trot and canter and has started lateral work. She would effortlessly work way up the levels BD.

She is snaffle mouthed at all times.

Willow has been boxing up regularly since September last year and has been regularly attending pole clinics since then. She has also done a couple of Trec clinics and tackled all the obstacles very boldly. She has been on several Ride Yorkshire guided group rides hacking through the Yorkshire wolds and rides very sensibly with others, is happy to be at the front, back or in the middle of the group and canters quietly as a group. She has also ridden solo round Escrick park estate and is happy to walk, trot and canter on her own in open spaces, without being silly or strong.

She has been to three dressage competitions now scoring 65.68% and 3rd place in her first ever test (she had never seen the white boards before this) then went straight back in and won her second test with 70%. In her second dressage competition she scored 67.5% in both tests and won both classes. In her third competition she scored 67.With lovely comments from the judges on all her sheets.

I have not jumped her up until recently because of her age. She has jumped a few small cross poles at home and a few little logs at Escrick park and both times she was super honest and popped straight over with no bother at all. She makes a nice shape over jumps and has plenty of scope and natural ability to do more.

Willow is a wonderful little mare with such a huge heart and so much to give. We have had so much fun together and it will break my heart to let her go. I am in absolutely no rush and she will only be sold to her perfect partner and forever home, she deserves the very best and in the meantime we will keep going out and enjoying having fun together until that person finds us.

Willow came to me with very mild locking stifles (they have never locked) I have worked closely with my vet and physio and followed their advice from day one to ensure that I have done absolutely everything possible to strengthen her. This is one of the reasons that I have kept her this long so I had a definite answer on whether she was going to grow out of the condition or not so then I could sell her with the assurance of this and I am delighted to say that she has grown out of it. And with everything we have done together, she has more than proved she will excel in any discipline!

She is up to date with everything, farrier (she is barefoot), fully vaccinated for flu and tetanus, worming and worm counts, teeth and physio (which she has had every 6 weeks for the entire time she has been with me)

She is happy to live in or out, she currently comes in for a few hours a day and turned out with two other mares the rest of the time.

She loads and travels well in a box, I have never had her in a trailer but I can’t see her being a bother as she loves to go out in the box.

She has a passport and microchip.

Homes will be vetted, I am looking for a forever home only please.

No novices please, as much as she is a very straightforward pony to work with I am looking for someone to continue her education and give her a job and go out and have fun on her.

Absolutely no dealers, no time wasters, no day dreamers, no novices, no joy riders, no riding schools, no loans and no payment plans.

Based East Riding of Yorkshire

If you go to Spring House Farm stud’s Facebook and TikTok you will find tons of posts/photos/videos of her.

If you think she sounds like what you are searching for please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Messages only please, my phone signal is terrible so calls are hard to hear.

Ivy is a beautiful 7yr old Welsh section C bay mare, she is a fun pony with lots of character who loves to go out hacking, she is great with traffic including tractors. She has been on a forest ride and behaved impeccably.

Ivy also loves to jump and has potential to SJ, XC and WHP with the right rider to bring her on as she hasn't done much jumping recently as her rider has lost interest in this.

She is snaffle mouthed and easy to catch. She loads well in a lorry or trailer. She is good with the farrier and is barefoot with very good feet. She happily stands to be groomed and fussed.

Ivy is okay to be stabled at night but must have year round turnout as she gets very stressed if stabled for longer periods. She gets on well with mares and geldings and is happiest turned out in a mixed herd.

Ivy is a very pretty pony who could do well in M&M and WHP equally she could make a fantastic pony club pony for a confident rider looking to have fun, continue her education and bring out her full potential.

Although she is a very sweet pony she is not a first pony and does need an experienced home.

Up to date with vaccinations, worming, farrier and dentist.

5* home for this much loved but sadly outgrown pony.

12hh Registered Dartmoor Gelding | 17 Years | Exceptional First Ridden / Lead Rein

Max is a beautiful, talented 12hh registered Dartmoor gelding with lovely paces and an equally lovely personality.

We have owned Max since April, but he is sadly too much pony for my very small 5-year-old, who is now wanting to come off the lead rein. I had hoped he would be a FYFR and to an extent he absolutely is, but he would be better suited to a slightly bigger child or stronger child. My daughter is simply too small and finds his paces too big she is very petite.

My 9-year-old daughter and her friends absolutely adore riding him, but she already has her own pony, which is the only reason he is available.

Max is an absolute saint on the lead rein. He happily works in this role, is kind and genuine, and has been ridden by my youngest with complete confidence. However, as we already have a dedicated lead rein pony, we simply can't justify keeping two.

Off the lead, Max has been ridden by my eldest daughter and her friends in all three paces, and they all thoroughly enjoy him. He is willing, straightforward and has beautiful movement.

Max has attended many shows since been with us. He has competed at:

Lincolnshire County Show

The Great Yorkshire Show in prestigious HOYS Lead Rein and First Ridden classes

Arena UK

BSPS shows

London International Horse Show qualifier, where he was placed 6th in a large First Ridden Working Sports Pony class.

He has also attended Pony Club activities and has proven to be an exceptional dressage pony. He has won at every dressage outing with us and I genuinely believe this is an area where he could really excel. Most recently, he competed at Pony Club Area Dressage, producing a lovely test with a rider who had only sat on him once beforehand.

Max also has a fantastic jump. We haven't focused heavily on jumping during our ownership, but everything he has done has been very promising, and we will continue to develop this while he remains with us.

He has already qualified for the Amateur of the Year Final at Stoneleigh Park this November in both the Lead Rein and First Ridden classes, and these qualifications will transfer to his new home.

This is a genuinely heartbreaking sale, and one I have thought long and hard about. Max deserves a home where he can continue to fulfil his potential and be enjoyed by a child who is the right size and stage for him. He is a quality pony with a wonderful temperament and so much more to offer.

Serious enquiries only, please. The right home is far more important than a quick sale.

Apple, 148cm, 7yo mare.

Apple came over from Ireland as a 3yo, she was backed by myself and has been slowly produced.

Together we have pretty much had a go at everything, showing where she was pulled Champion, working hunter, 1st & 2nd, eventing (many wins and many placing, inc 1st Princethorpe 2DE, 1st Solihull Cotswold cup, 1st shelford eventer trial, 2nd nortondisney eventer trial. Constantly scoring low 20s, qualified for quest semi finals always 70% plus, I think she has actually won every time out!

Beach stay away holidays, yard Christmas rides, pub rides, sponsored rides. You name it we’ve probably done it!

Apple is a lovely pony to have at home and take out.

Good to catch, clip, plait, bath, farrier, load, happily turns out with geldings.

Lives in or out on a working farm, not worried if not ridden for a month or ridden everyday, she doesn’t change.

Hacks alone or in company can be left out/ in a stable on her own. Take her in any open space and be safe.

Unfortunately Apple was brought as a project, I’ve kept her this long as I’ve absolutely loved working with her and she’s actually found my love for competing again. I have so much to thank her for. She enjoys her work, the jolly type you get on and instantly just puts a smile on your face.

Competing at 80, recently stepped up to 90 showjumping where she was quite happy doing so.

I’d love to find her a home to give her a varied life like she’s had with me.

She hasn’t be grilled in the school, we hack most days which she loves.

A home for life would be my top choice, she doesn’t deserve to be passed around, she truly is the sweetest girl with a heart of a lion and this is a heartbreaking sale.

She is not a novice ride, still young and not a dope on a rope.

  • Perfect 2nd pony

We've had Henry for over 2 years, he was my daughters first owned pony. He is 13.2h and she has now outgrown him so this will be a very difficult sale as he really is a fantastic pony. They've developed each other and have both gained so much confidence. Henry is a quick learner and is very good in the school, on hacks and absolutely loves jumping. He has lovely paces, slow and quick! He can be very forward (loves a gallop) so is an ideal second pony, not a novice ride. He does occassionally spook and get excitable, but in general he is a little superstar. He's very well behaved in the stable, happy to be groomed, good to tack up and very good with farrier (black hoofs, barefoot), dentist and jabs etc which are all up-to-date. He happily lives in a herd with other ponies, cobs and thoroughbreds.

Henry is 6 years old, with so much potential, perfect for someone who wants to do show jumping, cross country and pony club etc. We have limited transport but we have taken him to local shows. He's good to load, perfectly behaved when traveling and has not been phased being in different places or arenas. He's been jumping 70/80cm on a regular basis (has jumped 90cm) and requires a good rider to keep giving him confidence to continue his development. He will really excel in all areas and needs a loving, active home to keep him physically fit and busy.

No nervous riders, novices, time wasters or dealers. Only the best home for this one in a million pony!

Available to view and try in lovely facilities in North West Leicestershire. Happy to include tack and rugs etc.

Serious enquiries only please.

Teddy is a very smart 11 year old gelding, with a super character and brain.

Measures 12.2hh at home with front shoes on, so should measure in under the new system.

He is established at 70/80 BS, however, has competed in 90cm classes and jumped 1m at home.

He is forward going and can be strong but is never nasty, just enthusiastic. Handled by children, loves being groomed and fussed over. Can be headstrong on the ground at times, so needs an experienced home with competent adults.

Hacks alone or in company and leads off of another horse.

He has attended many stay aways and pony club camp.

Achievements are as followed:

- Qualified for stepping stones nationals 2025

- Qualified for cats & pipes Scope 2025

- 6th 70cm SJ bicton mini champs 2024

- 8th 70cm eventing bicton pc regionals 2024

- Qualified 80cm and 90cm Hartpury championships

- Qualified spring festival 80cm

- Jumped in the academy teams 2024

- Qualified schools finals 70cm and 80cm

- Jumped british novice and blue-chip qualifiers

- Has arena evented and xc schooled

He would suit a confident, established rider, who wants a fun, forward ride. He is lovely and forgiving but would not suit a novice.

no time wasters.

  • Temperament is more important than breed

We are looking for any breed for LWVTB as they will need to be trialled in our RDA environment before purchasing to see if they're suited to this lifestyle before a participant can ride them. This is as much for the ponies as the suitability for riders.

Must already be ridden and has to be over 5 yrs old (RDA rules). Can accept some quirks but must be safe for our disabled riders. They will also have to pass a stage 2 vetting which can be arranged whilst on loan.

We can offer a high standard of care, a light work load so older ages are acceptable if sound.

We have stables but they live out as much as possible even throughout winter. We can offer small herd/individual turnout.

If you would like to check out our RDA centre we are online and Facebook as Elisabeth Curtis Centre.

I have owned Elsi since a foal having bought her directly from the Whitefield Stud.

She has been hacked and ridden away, she is bold to hack, goes first or last, good in traffic.

Has started schooling in all three paces and is uphill, forward thinking and tries to please

Lovely temperament and clean limbs, no vices.

Currently living out but is happy to be stabled.

Upto date with worming / teeth / feet and vaccinations.

Will make a super fun pony

Only for sale as I have too many horses and want to concentrate on dressage and longer show.

Looking for a 5 star home to continue her education and adore her as she deserves.

Based in Surrey

She has all the attributes to make a super Pony Club and all-round pony.
