Safe and sane as houses. Will go very far with a knowledgeable family. Old head on young shoulders Obi is pretty unflappable. Has completed Pony Club camp off the lead rein this summer with a nervous novice, trained mounted games and done a little bit across all 3 disciplines.

Obi is the kindest, cuddliest, biddable and amenable lead rein pony. Stands all day long to be fussed and groomed (and lets face it with that feather it's just as well!).

Super in traffic, out hacking in front or behind, open spaces and pony club group rallies. He has a personality to die for and deserves a long term family home with loads of little people.

5 years old same home since 6 months he doesn't have a bad bone in his body. He's as close as you can get to bombproof but still only young so I will not sell to first time pony owners or dealers.

Sadly outgrown by my daughter and my son has lost interest. We've had Barnaby for 5 years and we are reluctant to sell him but he needs to give his love to another little person - he has so much love to give. He loves to be cuddled, pampered and is very sociable with everyone. He does have a cheeky side, typical of his breed. But he is not unkind in any way.

Barnaby is forward going so not ideal for a first pony, although he has been a first pony for both my children. He is amazing on the lead rein but is sensitive and would do better with a confident rider to boss him about and who wants to do things with him and have fun. He has turned my daughter into a sensitive and talented rider. He is great at all pony club activities, to hack, both in company or alone, although he always prefers company and he jumps 80cm at home and 60-70cm in competitions.

He has great potential as a mounted games pony and is completely unfazed by anything flappy, cars, heavy machinery, other animals (he lives on a farm) and can be handled easily by children. He is good to shoe (he's been barefoot since I've had him), clip and load/travel.

Colin is a beautifully marked, quality coloured gelding who truly fills the eye. Standing at approximately 14.1hh currently and expected to make a solid 14.2hh, he has excellent bone, clean limbs, a lovely turn of front and the most exceptional movement. He is a real head-turner with the quality, substance and presence to make a top-class ridden coloured pony.

Colin is incredibly kind, straightforward and has a lovely temperament. He has been exceptionally well handled from an early age by both adults and children and is remarkably sensible for a young pony — a genuine old head on young shoulders. He is completely accustomed to a busy yard, children, dogs and all the usual comings and goings of everyday life.

He is a pleasure to have around and a pleasure to ride.

Colin is schooling beautifully in all three paces and is a fantastic pony to sit on. He is an exceptional mover with a lovely natural way of going and is incredibly athletic and trainable. He finds everything asked of him easy and is always willing to please.

He absolutely loves his hacking and will happily go out alone or in company, whether that means enjoying a good canter around the open fields or simply going for a long, relaxing walk. We have also popped him over a fence and, as expected, he was incredibly willing and genuine. With his attitude and versatility, he has every potential to become a wonderful all-round fun pony as well as a serious show prospect.

Colin is an outstanding prospect for the ridden coloured classes, whether that be opens or junior classes. He said an also registered part-bred Welsh so there are a huge number of avenues and classes available to him.

He is beautifully homebred, by our own coloured competition stallion Greateaves Giovanni, who needs little introduction having been a Royal Welsh Champion, two-time Royal Windsor winner, BSPA Champion and Suffolk County Champion. In his five outings under saddle in 2026, Giovanni has been champion on every occasion.

Colin is out of our own Dycott Confetti, a Welsh Section C mare who has also enjoyed considerable success in the show ring.

Although we have only shown Colin once as a youngster at the SEWPCA Show, he won the Part-Bred Welsh class, went on to become Part-Bred Medal Champion, and then took Reserve Supreme of Show.

A genuinely lovely youngster who we believe has a very bright future in whichever sphere he takes to — whether that be a ridden coloured or simply becoming someone’s much-loved, competitive and fun all-round pony.

Gadlys Serena is a beautiful 7-year-old, 11.2hh Welsh Section A mare with bags of personality and all the cheeky character you’d expect from a Welshie.

Serena absolutely loves getting out and about and hacking is definitely her happy place. She is confident and forward out hacking, happily going in front or behind, and is confident enough to hack away from other horses. She has previously enjoyed shows and fun rides and would really thrive in an active home where she can have plenty of variety and adventures.

In the school she is quite different and is much more kick-along than forward! She needs a positive little rider with enough leg to keep her working and can get bored simply going round in circles. She is much happier when she has something interesting to do.

Serena is happy to be ridden on the lead rein with a knowledgeable and confident handler, or would suit a confident child looking for a second pony. She is not a true first-ridden type and wouldn’t suit a very nervous or complete novice child riding independently.

She is a typical mare and a proper cheeky little Welsh character who knows her own mind. She responds best to confident, consistent handling and we feel she would be happiest with a slightly older or more experienced child and family who understand ponies, rather than very young children wanting to climb all over her.

She is a lovely little pony with lots to offer and, in the right home with a confident little jockey, we think she would have great fun doing Pony Club, hacking, fun rides and generally getting out and about. Serena will jump a small course but jumping isn’t her strong point.

She is good to groom and enjoys a fuss, and is fine with a slow running hose, although she isn’t particularly keen on sprays.

This is a very sad sale and finding the right home is extremely important to us. We originally bought Serena for our young daughter to walk and trot around the farm on the lead rein, but as we’ve got to know her we’ve realised that Serena would be much better suited to a child who wants to get out and do more with her.

Teddy is our much loved 11hh, 14yo Dartmoor type gelding and the ultimate little gentleman. This is a very sad sale of a pony who has given our family so much joy.

He is a genuine lead rein and first ridden pony and definitely more woah than go. He has looked after his little rider beautifully and is a wonderful confidence giver.

Teddy has been exceptional at children's meets. He stands sensibly at the meet, happily goes along amongst the crowd and is equally content to stay quietly at the back on his own. He doesn't get wound up by the excitement and has been a wonderful pony for a child to enjoy hunting on.

He has been to three Pony Club camps and taken part in lots of Pony Club rallies, mounted games, fancy dress and general family fun.

On the ground he is an absolute gent. Perfect to load and with the farrier, stands patiently to be groomed and fussed over by children and loves cuddles and affection. He really is the sort of pony children can enjoy doing everything with, not just riding.

He is a hardy native of Dartmoor type (not a registered dartmoor pony) who lives on fresh air and we are not aware of any previous health problems. Comes with saddle and bridle.

Teddy is well known locally and plenty of Pony Club families, instructors and others who have seen him in many different settings across the New Forest will no doubt happily vouch for him.

If you’re looking for a friend to join your family to really enjoy your riding, you may have found her.

She is a full up solid 14.2, happily carries an adult yet is well behaved for children too.

She really does ‘have the T shirt’ have been in her current family home for the last 3 years. She has introduced a novice teenager to hunting, low level shows including showing, showjumping etc.

She has also been driven in her younger years by her elderly farmer owner, and in fact did have a little refresher 3 years ago and had not forgotten a thing! She is a pleasure to drive to, light in the rein, and very easy and straightforward.

Whilst she’s not a sporty athletic cob, she does enjoy being ridden and always has a smile on her face and happy ears! She jumps small courses, but if you’re looking to jump more than 60cm and race against the clock she’s probably not for you.

She is reasonably forward going, but still steady if that makes sense?! She doesn’t rush off but she has active paces whilst always being comfortable. You can do sitting trot and enjoy cantering without her pulling, bunking you around or generally needing too much ‘riding’

She is happy to go in an arena and works politely in all three paces BUT please remember she has been the horse that has taught people and given them confidence, so she’s no dressage diva! She would do an accurate prelim test if that was your thing, but if you want to be on Team GB by Christmas, again, she’s probably not your match.

She’s ace on beach rides and fun rides, patiently waits if you need to scoop up kids, canters in front of behind, or walks, very nicely if you’ve had enough, have a stitch and quite frankly just want to see the lorry park again.

She’s got character, loves her hoomans and really is a type of special friend that is very difficult to find.

She’s good with all the usual things traffic, farrier, travelling etc etc

He is forward going and can be strong but is never nasty, just enthusiastic so would not suit a novice. He likes a balanced seat and soft hands. Handled by children, loves being groomed and fussed over. Can be headstrong on the ground at times, so needs an experienced home with competent adults.
