  • Great to hack - first or last (solo with a confident rider)

Absolute gem of a pony - ideal mother/child share for a confident kid.

No vices, great with farrier, vet, dentist and travels brilliantly (self loads)

True dream in the stable - ultimate in kind and polite. Never kicks or bites and not bargy or rude.

He's great at everything ridden - he'll go cross country/farm rides, jump showjumps, has hunted (non-jumping), does a lovely dressage test, has been lightly shown as a youngster and loved by the judges, and he hacks. Great on fun rides - doesn't get silly with other horses around. Has been taken on riding holidays and done beach rides, forest rides, blasts through fields and is fun!

He's good on the roads and bridlepaths, and open fields - snaffle mouthed and no gadgets needed. He's not been ridden in heavy traffic, but fine with general countryside riding and round housing estates.

He's never sorry or sick, but does have pollen allergies - managed by over the counter antihistamines and a nose net in summer.

Has been barefoot all his life and never lame, regardless of terrain - never needed hoof boots.

His only fault is he can spook occasionally (like most) sos not suitable for a total novice, unless under supervision. He's currently teaching an 11yo beginner and I can't fault him, but I want to be honest that he's not a dope on a rope - he's forward and fun.

Millie is a little legend who will do all low level PC, low level compete, well hunted, very good to hack and is perfect in all traffic/open space. Snaffle mouth. Goes on her own or in company. Happily leads or will be led.

She’s not a world beater but she’s been there and done it- you can send Millie out and know that your child could go off for a ride and come back safe and happy.

Can be ridden every day or not for months and she’s no different.

Very good to have around, shoe/box/clip etc. Sound as a pound and no vet history.

She has her own tack and wardrobe.

Much loved pony who has been in the same home for the last 6 years- looked after by non horsey parents- very sadly outgrown by both daughters. For sale on behalf of her owners but they would love to keep in touch with her.

She has never been lame had laminitis, sweet-itch or sarcoids.??In the past 5yrs I can honestly say she has never been lame, sick or sorry, my vet can verify this, she has passed the riding school annual inspections with flying colours, this is equivalent to a stage 2 vetting.??

Nemo is a really lovely person, enjoys being groomed and fussed, is very polite on the ground and nice to be around.

He is easy to groom, tack up, load, travel, farrier, dentist, tie up.

He lives in or out, not stressy at all, you can ride him every day or leave him he doesnt get fresh.

To ride he is more woah than go, he is steady and stays in a rhythm, equally, I think with fitness and feed, he could be a more forward type of pony. He is always in a snaffle and is never strong.

He is great in traffic and open spaces, he is not spooky at anything.

He has been to lots of in-hand shows before he was broken, and has been to many arena hires with us each time proving to be very level headed and easy in any scenario.

Although he is only 5 years old so would like a home to continue his education.

We feel nemo would suit and adult or child as he is ridden by our whole family.

Up to date with vaccs, farrier, teeth.

Phone calls are appreciated 07949 729819.

Braeford Osprey

8yr old highland gelding approximately 14.1

Ozzie is a lovely boy I think he’ll excel in any discipline, weather that be the open classes , young rider classes or even workers as he has a super jump on him. He has 3 balanced paces and works very well on the flat.

Has previously been shown (not with me) and always been very well behaved and come away with a placing.

He will hack alone or in company , just plods on. He sees heavy farm machinery daily and doesn’t bother.

He’s got a fabulous temperament and a very sweet attitude.

Ozzie can be nervous with new people (nothing nasty he’s just wary, he’ll do anything for a treat)but once that trust has been built , he’ll do anything for you and be your best friend.

In no rush to sell as home is paramount to me , but definitely one to watch for the future.

We have owned Molly for almost 18 months. She passed a stage 5 vetting at this time. She has been a fantastic second type pony for my daughter who is sadly growing too fast! Molly has jumped as a horse BS in her previous home and has done lots of unaffiliated SJ with us including stay aways at hickstead, wales and west and trailblazers, however I’d like her to now find a slightly less competitive all rounder type home. She loves hacking, she’s forward but very safe. She has been to lots of pole/jump clinics. She travels really well and behaves impeccably tied to the Horsebox/trailer all day. Molly did a fair bit of dressage in her previous home, she has auto changes but hasn’t competed dressage with us due to no interest from my daughter.

We have only had ever had her on single turnout, and this was the same for the previous owner.

Molly is so easy to handle, you can literally do anything to her in the stable and she enjoys affection.

Due to her being an ex competition pony, she wouldn’t be suitable for a novice rider but more someone who can ride but just wants a fun little horse to take them on adventures. This is a very sad sale of a much loved pony. Please text for videos

Bridle and rugs inc.

Molly does have a small benign lump on her neck which causes her no problems. Vet has checked this regularly and has confirmed it’s purely cosmetic.

After much deliberation, I've decided to look for a new home for May, my 14.2, 13yo welsh sec D mare

I've owned May for the last 5.5 years and we have done BD, ODE, showjumping, arena eventing, hacking, beach trips, camps, pole clinics. We affiliated BD in 2023 and have exceeded any expectations I had. She reliably achieves high 60s at novice, recently scoring 70% and has a very correct way of going and smart paces. She is qualified for novice summer area festivals. We have recently done our first elementary scoring 64%. She’s a trier and is a dream to compete, not phased by atmospheres or spooky at flowers. She is easily managed away from home and I regularly take her out schooling or competing on my own. May is quick to learn which has been really rewarding and has enabled us to progress without being in the school every day.

She would be best suited to a home focusing on dressage, hacking, fun rides, pole clinics etc. and would carry a small adult or suit a mother/daughter share. May is fantastic to hack and she loves being out and exploring, is helpful doing gates and if needed she happily stands while getting off and back on. She is enthusiastic whilst being safe and sensible and is always in a snaffle. Our nieces have sat on her and she has been a complete angel, my mum who rides very occasionally has ridden her, she's an extremely trustworthy pony. A lot of our hacking has been on our own, often turning back on ourselves and we have seen plenty of traffic and livestock.

May has mild sweet itch which is easily managed. She is a good doer and I am careful to keep her weight under control.

I have done plenty of jumping with May but she lacks boldness and can stop once jumps are above about 75cm. For this reason I am not promoting her as a child's all-rounder.

May absolutely deserves to continue being adored and enjoying what she does. I purchased her from her breeder and know her full history. Only  5* homes will be considered.

A nicely bred mare with great looks and a great personality. The easiest and sweetest mare who has taken everything in her stride.

Very well handled and has had a superb steady start to life after being purchased direct from the breeder by current owners as a foal. Backed in February and has come on in leaps and bounds. Walk, trot, canter in the arena is balanced and has good rhythm. Would happily go out and do a prelim test now.

Popping around a course of fences at 70/80cm ready to go out to a competition

She also hacks out proving good with traffic, alone and in company.

She travels alone or in company

Has been out to arena hires, showjump course hires and XC schooling.

XC happily jumped everything from logs, rails, tyres, ditches, steps and water without issue

A lovely type with nice paces and honest attitude to her work.

Has been shod in front and had her first clip without issue.

A perfect project for a potential childs PC/competition pony. Lulu has shown a lot of promise to be a super allround type but with the attitude to suit a younger rider or those more competitive.

MILLIE

The perfect pony club / mother daughter share / safe allrounder offering a lovely ride in all ways.

Millie is a class 1 2009 registered Connemara mare standing at 14.2hh.

She has three gorgeous, steady paces on the flat, snaffle mouthed and would be quiet enough to do a riding school / RDA job, yet talented enough to go pony club next week, she’s done pretty much every riding club activity under the sun, including showjumping and hunting, she’s well hunted and knows her job. She will stand like a rock to mount, will happily tolerate an unbalanced or nervous rider, enjoys her jumping and will give her rider plenty of confidence.

She will hack alone and in company, she would rather be in company, we have had no issues solo hacking here but her previous novice owner who lacked confidence struggled to hack her confidently alone, we have had no issues but it’s obvious she would rather go with a friend. Excellent in the heaviest of traffic, this mare is hard found and an absolute saint to show someone the ropes.

Sadly the time has come for us to look for the next home for our boy. Purchased for my daughter then aged 13 and ridden/handled by her since then.

She is now ready to make the move to horses. In the years that they have been together they have done so many things;

Farm/pleasure rides
Beach rides
Various clinics (poles, SJ, working equitation etc)
Showing, in hand and ridden with a real presence (whilst we prefer clipped, he does have fantastic feathers if you prefer traditional)
Dressage
Cross country
Working Hunter
He has also driven prior to coming to us but not done this with ourselves.
I think he would be fantastic on the hunt field but this has not been my daughters interest.

He is nicely forward off the leg and is willing in all that you ask.

He loads without fuss in either a trailer or box.

Is good for vet / physio / dentist / farrier / clipping and hosing.

Hacks alone and in company and is good in traffic.

Comes to call from the field.

Up to date with teeth/vaccinations/physio etc. No lumps or bumps. Passed 5 stage vetting when he came to us.

He would be suited to a variety of homes as he has a number of gears subject to what the rider wants to do. He would fit well in a PC/RC home, a family share where he gets to do a little bit of everything or a hacking/pleasure home. Ideal second pony type for a teenager or suit smaller adult.

Lots of additional videos and pictures available.

Sad sale of Marley our beautiful Welsh Section C.

Schools beautifully on the flat and enjoys popping a jump, would make an excellent workers pony.

Marley loves hacking and will go out alone and in company, happy to go first or last and does not get silly in open spaces.

He turns out on his own and with others. Happy to live in or out and lives on fresh air!

Good to box, travel and clip, lives on a working farm and is well see to dogs, cows, tractors and children!

He is a straightforward pony and not spooky, however he will only do as much as is asked!

We have attended pole clinics and unaffiliated dressage with Marley, he is now sadly for sale due to personal circumstances which mean we need to take a break from ponies and no fault of his own.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions, he will be available with his full tack and wardrobe.

Vaccinations/teeth up to date. Videos available upon request

Drumbad Lottie - 143cm / 14hh 5yo Dun Connemara Mare by Glenmore Mirah Patrick x I Love You Melody. N/N hoofwall status

Beautiful inside and out with a golden coat with a golden temperament to match. Lottie is beautiful, inside and out and is a wonderful example of a Connemara pony.

Lottie is super athletic, with expressive paces, a superb canter with great natural balance. Currently being produced by a small 11 year old boy, trainable, willing and quick to learn.

Rides in a snaffle bridle in all spheres, pleasantly forward off the leg with a quiet nature. Starting to work in a shape, moves straight and correct, and is always wanting to please and do the right thing.

Has a real natural talent for jumping, and would be a superstar for NSEA teams, Pony Club, ODE, and would be ready to register BS.

A wonderful allround pony. Jumps all XC fences with ease, inc ditches and water. Brave, honest and reliable over showjumps.

Smart enough to produce for the show ring and workers.

Hacks alone and in company and seen various types of traffic.

A really lovely, unspoilt pony, sure to make her new family very happy and bring home the ribbons.

No vices
