  • Milly is a 12.2hh rising 5 year old skewbald cob mare.
  • She is an absolute dream pony.
  • We have owned Milly for two years.

She’s the sweetest safest pony you’ll ever come across. My daughter backed her herself when she was only 12. Since then they they have done a bit of everything together; showjumping, arena hires, shows, cross country funrides and she wasn’t fazed by any of it and took it all in her stride.

She is snaffle mouthed. She’s extremely willing on the flat and hacks alone or in company. On hacks and she will happily jump logs, canter in open spaces etc, never spooks or gets bothered by anything.

Milly is definitely more of a woah than go pony which is why she would be an excellent lead rein pony, or first pony. She has a super jump and is bold and extremely careful. She has taken my youngest daughter from leadrein at local shows to off the leadrein jumping courses by herself in 12 months. You really could put anyone on this pony and she will always look after them.

Milly loves to be fussed and pampered and will stand for hours to be groomed. She’s up to date with vaccinations, teeth etc. she’s currently bare foot but she’s perfect for the farrier, to clip, and to load. Milly truly has a heart of gold and is willing to give everything and anything a go. She will truly be missed by us all. Only selling her due to both of my daughters outgrowing her. Only the best of home for our special little pony!! Telford/ Shropshire based.

Meet ‘Minnie Me’! She may be small but everything about her is pretty mega!

Minnie had the most fabulous temperament and is so easy to handle in and out of the stable. Has done lead rein and first ridden but would also make a superb jumping starter Pony as she jumps anything you point her at!

She’s responsive off the leg but very soft in the mouth. Doesn’t buck, rear, bolt etc. good to load shoe etc. She’s the perfect family friend and loves to be fussed over by the children. She has an incredible jump and will jump from anywhere you put her, she would make a good starter pony for a child looking to go out and start competing.

Easy in every way.

Cute as a Button (Cassie) was bought for my daughters second pony. She is a 13.1 Cob with a bold and sweet temperament. She is only for sale as my daughter has grown quicker than Casssie has and she now needs a bigger steed. My daughters words were ' I'll stop growing so we can keep her'

Cassie has done loads of hacking with us and is unphased by all of the outside world. She is happy to lead the hack or be anywhere else. She will WTC easily and has popped small logs when out with us. She has not done a lot of arena work so I am advertisng her as green in that area. Not that she can not do it, it is just down to us spending most of our time on hacks.

She is barefoot, just been trimmed. and is great with the farrier. Lives out all the time in a mixed herd. If someone is looking for a super easy pony to do that will be a lot of fun for the children then Cassie will not disappoint. Can be sold with tack as an extra.

I do not have many photos or videos of her being ridden to send over. So it would be great if people could come and see and ride her to see how great she is. Located near Andover, Hampshire

Super sad sale of a much loved family LR / FYFR pony

  • 18 years

  • Allrounder, lead rein / first year first ridden pony
  • Responsive to voice and the leg
  • A real family pony

Sadly the time has come to find a new home for Rolo. Rolo is a 12hh, 18yr old all rounder lead rein/first year first ridden pony.

He has been a huge part of our family for the past 5yrs since my daughter was 3yrs and he is her absolute best friend. Rolo has done a bit of everything with us- pony club, camps, hunting, hacking, fun rides, SJ, ODE and dressage. He’s qualified for the NSEA introductory dressage at Hickstead for the past 2yrs and could make a great lead rein show pony. He has been amazing with my daughter, niece and endless friends adjusting himself to suit their levels and capabilities. He is telepathic in their abilities and always seems to look after little ones. He is responsive to voice and the leg.

However, Rolo is forward and will teach kids to ride! He is utterly perfect as a smart leadrein and FYFR pony, and has been an awesome 2nd pony for my daughter who is confident with speed, but he is a terrible 1.5pony!!! (He will put in a buck and needs a competent rider at this stage). He is therefore absolutely best suited to small kids still on the lead rein or just coming off the lead rein.

Rolo is a character. He is happy to stand and be painted, pampered and dragged around. However, if there is the chance of food he will always head straight for it. He will talk to you endlessly and always let you know if he is hungry, cold or just wants a cuddle. He really has been a very special pony for us and we are looking for a wonderful family home for him where he can continue to be loved and pampered ideally taking young kids from their first rising trots to a canter around a little ODE.

No injuries, lami (but he is carefully managed) and perfect to shoe, clip, bath etc. He lives in at night (day in summer) and loves nothing more than a cosy stable, a big rug and lots of hay!!! Turns out with others (only been out with geldings with us). Amazing in all traffic, with dogs etc. A real family pony.

We will vet all potential homes and he will only go to the very best experienced family homes, no livery yards. Endless videos available.

Paint is 21 this year but he doesn't look or act like it. He has been ridden by my 11 and 8 year olds and now it's time for him to find another family as we are moving onto a 14.2hh.

Will hack alone with confident rider but better in company. Needs to be in at night in the winter as he is a bit of a pampered prince so he won't go to a home with no stabling.

My children have had lots of lessons on him, but as we don't have a trailer he hasn't been out and about with us however we bought him from a showjumping home where he was regularly competing. Would be great on the lead rein.

Up to date with vaccs, worming etc. Shod in front. Good for farrier, to clip, bath, catch, load.

Comes with all tack and rugs.

The Sue. The Myth. The Legend is looking for her next tiny tot to commence their very first chapters.

She has pulled 2 year old Gianna to the ‘North Pole’ on a sledge, given 3 year old Gianna her first canter on the beach and now plods 4 year old Gianna safely off on her own round the busy country park.

There is nothing Gianna cannot do with her entirely unassisted, including all the whacky and whimsical things children think of doing with their ponies.

Has done everything with us and is up to date with everything! A true old fashioned ‘get on and have a go at anything pony’ who will fill your child with confidence. 100% safe for the tiniest tot to do anything with.

She’s set the bar very high for us. And my daughter is now competently riding off the lead and ready for her next pony.

She will fill your childs life with pure magic.

  • The perfect rocking horse canter

Frankie is a wonderful child’s pony. He has three lovely steady paces perfect to learn ups and downs but doesn’t need kicking to keep him going.

He has the most gorgeous rocking horse canter that you can jog along beside on the lead rein. He will pop over a jump beautifully, never over jumps.

In his current home he did many different lead rein activities including dressage, jumping, cross country, shows, beach rides and pony club.

He goes through water, is bombproof in traffic and hacks out alone. He will stand for hours for round the world, be dressed up, ridden bareback from the field and to be be groomed.

Frankie has been used as a first ridden previously but has picked up some bad habits and therefore the reason we feel he is best suited to a lead rein home (can be discussed if needed).

Full history known and references available from all previous 3 owners. Thousands of photos and videos. Frankie is much loved and will only go to the best of homes.

Would prefer people to call or can what’s app for videos if interested.

Beautiful Lead Rein Shetland.

Hamish has been part of our family for 5 years. He has taught my daughter, who is now 7 her up downs, taken her to Shows, Pony Club Rallies and Camp.

He loves children and mine feed him, muck him out, pick his feet, groom, bath and lead him around. He absolutely loves a fuss.

Hamish is completely wasted with us now as my daughter has moved up to the next pony and he now needs a new little person to love.

He has been driven in a previous home, but this is something we have never done with him.

Hamish will happily live in or out.

He is up to date with his teeth, jabs etc.

Will be sold with his Zoe Snape saddle pad and rugs.

Magic is 19 this year. She is a super little 11.2 lead rein pony and will take little ones hacking off the lead rein.

Loves fun rides and will take tinies on fun rides off the lead. Has done mini pony club camps with us. I have 3 boys who all started on her.

Magic loves best a hunting, hacking fun ride home. She doesn't want to spend hours in the school going round in circles. She is super to hack leads off another horse or will be loose with a tiny on top. She isn't a showjumper she will do tiny cross poles but it's not her scene she prefers hacking. She isn't going to qualify a child for mini champs on or off the lead rein but she will canter along the beach off the lead rein with a tiny child on top.

She is a super hunting pony doesn't get hot or silly. She is up together fit and ready to make a family very happy. Magic is best shod all round to be kept in work to keep up her fitness due to her age. She would prefer a active home that wants to have fun with her.

Lots of videos and photos available from 4 years with us. Please what's app me 07549 314266. Viewings Ba229qy.

Great to shoe, load, travel, traffic, good with other ponies to turn out. Easy to catch. She loves my children and has looked after them well and would love to find another family where she will fit in and enjoy her.

Private sale from a family home. Won't be sold unseen she would love to meet you all first to make sure it's right for her

Casper is a lovely little pony that I bought for my 4 year old Grandson nearly two years ago, not 6. Sadly my Grandson is not showing the interest this lovely pony deserves despite our best efforts. Casper is therefore seeking a new family to do fun things with and be appreciated.

He has shown he is willing to do whatever is asked of him on or off the lead rein. Would suit a family with children with a range of ages and abilities. He would make a great PC pony/games pony as good with flappy stuff.

We are ideally looking for an experienced home so he can reach his full potential. Have posted some vids with 10 year old rider who has had a few professional riding lessons and would love to have her own pony and has recently very kindly come to ride Casper once a week for us and she gets more confident each time she comes. I think you can see he is more whoa than go at the moment and is only doing as much as asked by the rider which is exactly what you want for children to build confidence.

Happy to chat and provide more info, pics and vids.

Priced to sell, no time wasters please. Call 07815 301504 for more information if interested

Poppy is a fabulous mare she loves her little people. She’s been a wonderful first ridden for my daughter but would happily do the lead rein job, she stays sweetly to the pace she’s been asked never rushes she doesn’t need a loads of leg to get going and very responsive to little riders.

She will hack alone and in company and is good in traffic. She is nicely schooled will do a lovely dressage test and pop a course of small jumps. Shes attended pony club camp and more recently turned her hoof to mounted games. She’s managed completely by my young daughter who often rides her bareback in a headcollar. Poppy is perfect to hack alone and in company. She was a show pony in a previous home and makes a lovely first ridden or nursery stakes pony.

She’s great for the farrier (barefoot) dentist and physio. No health issues, easy to do and very clean in her stable. She has shared a paddock with others before and been fine she dosent get needy if you take a friend away. She travels perfectly and will stand patiently with a Haynet at shows.

Her new home is very important to us, we’d love to see her in a long-term family home with younger children waiting in the wings. She’s been amazing for us and I’d like to keep in touch with her journey, she is an hilarious little character and will be missed terribly by us all!

  • Lovely character and very friendly
  • Perfect to do with vet, farrier, dentist, physio, clipping etc
  • Brilliant in traffic and with farm machinery
Roly is a 14-year-old, 13.2hh Bay roan Dartmoor Cross gelding, looking for a loving new home as a companion or for light duties. He is a stunning pony with 3 lovely paces and an adorable character.
We’ve owned Roly for nearly three years. He has been our daughter’s much-loved pony, taking her to the beach, Craven country ride, many Pony Club rallies, arena hires, and British Dressage Team Quest competitions. Sadly, she has now outgrown him.
Recently, Roly had an issue with an old injury and is currently only doing light hacking, which we are doing gently and without any hard work. It’s possible he may return to full work in time, but for now, we are looking for a quieter home where he can enjoy life at a slower pace.
Roly would make an excellent field companion/pet as he loves people and any attention. He could potentially be suitable for light hacking or lead rein classes with a small, light rider, but not fast work on hard ground. He takes his confidence from his rider or handler in new situations but is he is very relaxed and happy at home. He is not a novice ride off lead rein but he is excellent on the lead rein and takes care of his little riders.
He is:
• Fully vaccinated and up to date with teeth and farrier
• Passported and chipped
• Healthy and happy
• Currently fully shod, though he has previously done well barefoot
• Safe and sensible in traffic, including tractors, trailers, and lorries
• Perfect hacking alone or in company
• Good to load
• Brave and bold through water, at the beach, over bridges etc
He’s always been perfect for the farrier, vet, and dentist, and my daughter has clipped him herself ever since we bought him. While he can be a little inquisitive and mouthy in new situations, and may occasionally need an adult to handle him as he can be strong, he is a kind and safe pony who loves attention and keeping his stable tidy. Snaffle mouthed and responsive to the aids.
Roly is a good doer and would suit poorer / restricted grazing, and soaked hay.
It saddens us deeply to be rehoming Roly, especially as we aren’t advertising him for the full potential he has previously shown. But we want only the best for him, and believe he deserves a forever home where he can enjoy a gentler lifestyle.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss Roly’s full history and for videos. We are committed to full transparency and finding the right match for this much-loved pony who will be sorely missed. 5* homes only, we will only let him go to the perfect home.
No dealers or short term owners/producers thank you.

Pumpkin is a proper cheeky chappie! Adored by everyone. He has done pony club games and really knows his job. He has started to drive so is excellent in trafic and not at all worried about things around his legs or noises behind him. He loves hacking. I say lead rein second pony because he knows he doesn't have to work in the school he won't so needs a lead or a confident rider. He is lovely in the field and happy to be groomed and bathed by children.

He has a full wardrobe including an extra western saddle which is fab for little ones!

He has had ulcers he would prefer to live out, this is where he is happiest, I don't want him to go to a home with restricted grazing.

Beautiful movements and great little jump. Honestly this little boy is amazing it's a tough decision but my children are not commited to riding so he is waisted with us.

Eddie has not got a bad bone in his body. He has proven able to gear down for nervous children and has never put a foot wrong. He can also gear up for confident children. He will happily stand tied to a trailer.

He has his vaccinations and wormer up to date and has just seen the farrier. Full wardrobe. CHESHIRE

Inca is a dream, hard to find sort. Extremely pretty and always safe and steady. She is extremely affectionate and thrives on cuddles and attention. Comes to call in the field and will turn out with both mares and geldings. She loves to be groomed and easy to bath (although an adult is required for face-washing and she prefers a flannel!)

We have owned Inca for seven years and she taught my son to ride from just off lead rein to being a competent little rider. My daughter loved how safe she felt on her as a nervous rider. We all just love having her around but it is a complete waste of a lovely little pony who could be loved by another little rider so we are looking for a lovely home for her.

Perfect as a lead rein pony and as a first ridden. Inca is more woah than go but is great fun. I am preferring to sell her as a lead rein pony due to having had no jockey for a while, however, I see no reason why she could not go off the lead again. She does need a bit of leg! Inca came back from being lent as a companion pony for a while and was tacked up and ridden by my friend's little girl as though she had never been away.

Inca represented our Pony Club at Mounted Games where she was in the Area teams and was steady enough to allow for accuracy and never hotted up. She stayed away penned with electric tape with all the other ponies. She has attended camps and rallies mainly off lead rein and has popped xc fences and happy to jump a small course of showjumps.

Inca is great to canter in open spaces and never strong or spooky and is unfazed by traffic or tractors. Inca will hack alone or in company and is safe enough that my children would hack her alone around the farm when they were small or all canter around together. She also rides and leads happily. She has been on hound exercise and hunted and remained her kind, steady self.

Inca would be a very eye-catching lead rein show prospect with a lovely presence, correct conformation and movement. We took her out in hand recently and she was well placed and liked by the judges.

Easy to do in all ways - farrier (barefoot), stable, catch, loads and travels well on lorry or trailer, etc

This is a very sad sale and only the best home will be sought, as we all love having Inca around but with no riders now she is completely wasted and deserves to have a small person to call her own and enjoy life with.

Fabulous little pony and a proper mini competition pony. She’s done Pony Club, mini XC rallies, unaffiliated jumping, hacking, and showing.

More kick than pull

She can be nervous on the ground and doesn’t enjoy too much fuss, so would suit a confident rider and ideally be a 1.5 pony.

Very sadly for sale as daughter has lost interest.

Nottinghamshire | No loans | Loving home essential

It breaks our hearts to list this very special boy, but we simply can’t keep them all.

This registered black standard Shetland gelding (approx. 39”) was bought for our autistic son after a knock in confidence—and he’s been everything we hoped for and more. Kind, calm, and endlessly patient, he has gently restored confidence and trust in the saddle.

While still young, he’s got the most wonderful brain. He’s been ridden off-lead by an older child, and taken part in just about everything you can imagine—from gunfight cowboy games to picnic rides, football chaos, and noisy play sessions. Nothing phases him—he’s as spook-proof and bombproof as they come. We haven't had transport to show him but I've no doubt he wouldn't be phased.

He’s not *quite* ready to be called a first ridden due to age, but he’s got all the ingredients to become one. With the right family, he’ll go far—whether that’s as a much-loved family pony, a therapy companion, or a cracking child’s best friend.

Fabulous temperament.Good with children, dogs, and chaos

Standard size but not full-up Up to date with everything

This isn’t a rushed sale—we’re looking for a home that will truly value him.
He's worth his weight in gold, and we believe the right people will see that. We’re happy to wait for the right match.
