• Double clear at his first BE80
• Showjumping at 80 & 90cms

Sebastian is a very talented connemara. He is very laid back about life and enjoys competing. He is ridden only by teenagers who have produced him since a 4yo. He is a big confidence giver and takes you to the fences. He sits in a lovely still outline and is very correct in his flatwork.

He has evented at BE80, he has done lots of showjumping, combined training, lots of arena hires/XC schooling.

He has a lovely jump and has shown some serious scope. He will also happily pop around in a quiet canter not over jumping, just a point and go - he knows his job!

He has absolutely no vices, no lumps/bumps, completely clean legs and moves straight. No vet history, definitely no sarcoids or melanomas. He is great for the farrier, dentist, travelling and loading, taking horses away from him at competitions. He is fantastic to hack, we have double deckers and tractors, never nappy.

Sebastian definitely doesn’t act his age and would definitely suit as a second pony/horse.

Teddy has a lovely temperament and is a pleasure to be around.

Loves hacking, pleasure rides, the beach, has been out with hounds and enjoyed it, he schools nicely. Can be spooky so not always a novice ride, very responsive to rider.

Has never been keen on poles so not for a jumping home.

Can live in or out, used to farm machinery and livestock, has lived happily on our farm at home, and then on a busy livery yard.

No vices. Good to shoe, clip and box. Teeth and vaccs up to date.

Lack of time forces sad sale of this kind hearted lad.

Very sad sale of a much-loved and experienced competition pony.

Rosie has an extensive CV across eventing, NSEA, Pony Club and showjumping. She has competed BE up to BE100, attended the NSEA Eventers’ Challenge Championships at Hickstead and also has previous BSPS/Working Hunter experience.

More recently, Rosie has been partnered with a younger rider and has proved herself to be a fantastic schoolmistress, giving them invaluable experience and confidence while showing them the ropes.

She is a scopey, quick and clever jumper who rarely touches a pole, and has produced some lovely dressage tests. Rosie is polite and easy to have around, she hacks alone and in company, good in open spaces and is good to shoe, box, clip and in traffic.

She would suit a rider looking for an experienced schoolmistress to learn from and have fun with, whether that’s competing or simply enjoying a bit of everything.

A genuine, experienced competition pony with plenty to teach her next rider.

Please note recent videos are with a younger rider and older videos are with more experienced rider.

A very attractive, quality young mare with an exciting future ahead of her.

Lilly is by Kilmaine JJ (Westside Mirah) and out of an Anbally Tiger mare.

She has been carefully and correctly produced and has attended training shows as well as schooling away from home, taking new environments and experiences in her stride. She has been cross country schooling, proving brave, bold and eager to learn, and is show jumping confidently around 90cm.

Lilly also hacks happily both alone and in company. She is straightforward and easy to do in every way, with no vices, and has a lovely, willing attitude towards her work.

A genuine sports pony prospect, with the quality, type and presence to also make a very smart plaited working hunter.

She is still young and ready for someone to continue her education and put their own stamp on her. The more we do with her, the more her price will increase.

• Heartbreaking sale of a hopelessly outgrown Once in a Lifetime Pony
• Genuine and confidence giving, Bold and Brave SJ and XC
• Lovely paces. Kind and honest responsive schoolmaster

This is a heartbreaking sale of our daughter’s Once in a Lifetime Pony due to him being hopelessly outgrown.

If you are searching for a pony who will give your child ultimate confidence and reliability jumping and give 100% effort every ride then Don is your pony.

He has taken our daughter from jumping 60cm to competitively up to 85/90cm, and a huge amount of ribbons SJ, Arena Eventing and Eventing, always in the top placings. He excels in all competitions, and produces a lovely dressage test, and he has competed with lots of success in Pony Club Area teams, the Cotswold Cup, Hunter Trials, ODE’s and showjumping competitions and attended many Pony Club rallies and Riding camps.

Don is genuine and honest to all jumps - showjumping and xc, not phased by any filler or solid fence and will jump off any stride, giving his rider ultimate confidence; in the time we have had him he has never stopped at a fence and gives his rider a great feel.

Don was originally marketed for sale for £20,000 during the summer holidays and sold to his first viewing. At vetting he passed all the flexion tests and his general vetting but a query was raised as to a slight unlevelness trotting in a small circle on the hard. Buyers requested he be medicated and, although our vets felt there was nothing of concern, as the buyers required they medicated his hocks with the preventative SMG on our insurance. They have subsequently been unable to proceed due to their own circumstances.

Don has never taken a lame or uneven step during the 2.5 years we have owned him, he has been re-checked and is 100% sound and he is fit and ready to go, but for this reason which now forms part of his vetting history, we offer him for the very bargain price of £15,000 with negotiable tack and rugs including a made-to-measure bespoke FCS Event saddle.

We hope to find him a new rider for the Autumn/winter and see Don give her or him all the confidence, experience and success that he has given our daughter and settled in a perfect home.

Don is a responsive ride who absolutely loves his job and gives 100% to everything asked of him. He loves XC, covering the ground and tackling any obstacle put in front of him, he always makes the time and gives a bold and confident ride. He produces a good dressage test. We feel his sweet spot would be to take his rider to BE80&90 where he is super confident and competitive.

However similarly he would happily take things steadier at Pony Club, camps, fun rides and unaffiliated events. Don is happy when he is out and about, but he doesn't mind if he is hacking, going on fun rides, jumping 60cm or tackling beefy XC fences - he gives the same effort and enjoyment!

Don absolutely loves hacking and seeing new routes and will happily hack for hours alone or in company, he is a forward going hack great in all traffic and farm machinery. They also tried hunting last winter and he was mannerly, safe with the hounds and happy to stand politely with the field and go in front or behind.

Although he is very genuine and honest, and does step down to his rider’s abilities, he is not a complete novice ride, but perfect for somebody coming off a smaller pony, or a small adult. He rides bitless and tackless, he enjoys liberty work as he loves to build a close bond with his rider with his gentle character.

He is great to load (on trailers and lorries) and will stand in the lorry quietly on show day. He turns out in a herd, mixed or split, does not get herd bound, and is content left alone in the field while others are ridden out. We do use an oral sedative to clip him but he is great to shoe (front and back).

Don is up to date with vaccinations, worming and teeth and open to full vetting etc. He is fit and ready to go and we would love to see him enjoying the autumn/winter season with his new rider.

Home is an absolute priority for us. Don’s ideal new home would be to give confidence and success to a rider coming off a smaller pony, or a small adult looking for a mount to give them the enjoyment, experience and reassurance of knowing they are riding a pony who you can always rely on.

We are looking for the perfect loving home who will give him a varied life and enjoy building a relationship with him, keep in touch with us and previous owners (he has a fan club!) and share his future successes.

• Yearling gelding, expected to make around 14.2hh
• Brave, friendly temperament with plenty of bone
• Beautiful paces and an exquisite head

Toast is a stunning grey Connemara yearling gelding with plenty to like. He is a brave and friendly chap, with good bone, beautiful paces, and an exquisite head.

He is by Killour Star, who was supreme champion and reserve champion as a foal before going on to enjoy a successful eventing career, including numerous double clears, placings and qualifications for championship events.

His dam, Countess of Lisroh, is by the legendary Connemara stallion Templebreedy Fear Bui, who has sired a dynasty of talented sports horses. Lisroh herself has enjoyed success both ridden and inhand, including winning her class as a two year old at the bath and West show and becoming in hand champion after winning the mixed mountain and moorland class at the area 25 NPS summer show.

Toast has the breeding, presence and temperament to make an interesting performance prospect as he grows and develops.

Elmo is a 15h full Connemara gelding who is a smart little horse with a very kind, genuine attitude to life.

Currently he is working sweetly on the flat, in a correct frame with 3 good paces and a super canter. He is beginning to learn basic lateral work but he is still green with this.

To jump he is very straightforward, takes you to a fence and will jump off any stride, not phased by fillers etc. he has been xc schooling where he popped round a mix of the 80 and 90cm fences very genuinely, always going even when it was a fence he hadn’t seen before. Super through the water and over the ditches.

He hacks out alone and in company and is brilliant in all types of traffic, and doesn’t get silly in open spaces. On the ground Elmo is very friendly, always happy to see you and will quite literally follow you around like a dog!

Currently barefoot but has been shod and stands perfectly for the farrier. Up to date with vaccinations and teeth.

He is a super little chap who would make an ideal grassroots event horse, or pony club/riding club allrounder as he has the temperament to look after a younger rider. Due to his age he of course still has greenness in some of his training and I would like him to go to someone who will be able to continue his education. Wether that be with an experienced rider or a child with good support.

Lor Ruadh's Calypso

- Full up 14.2hh/ 14.3hh

- HWSD N/N

Lovely, talented horse with a fantastic attitude and plenty of potential to become a super allrounder who has been slowly produced with his future in mind

Calypso is naturally talented on the flat with 3 good paces - could do pure dressage. We recently went to a dressage competition where he was super well behaved and won both his classes on 70% and 72% in prelim tests. He is forward-going but never silly or strong.

His jumping is still very green but he is proving uncomplicated over a variety of fences. He has been XC schooling where he jumped everything first time including steps, ditches and steps into and out of water.

He has been ridden in groups, in open spaces and on the road proving to be very sensible. He is also regularly ridden in from the feild bareback

On the ground he is well mannered, polite and easy to handle. He is good for the farrier, to load and in traffic ect.

He has fully class 1 breeding on his dam’s side and a Class 1 sire.

He would ideally suit a confident teenager or small adult looking for a horse they can enjoy, develop and have fun with.

• She is impeccably bred, with a relative who is a two time HOYS champion

The ultimate mother’s and child’s dream pony. Fantastic attitude, looks and talent all in one!

Cinderella Bloom has had a wonderful education so far. She goes beautifully in the contact and is light and responsive off the aids without ever getting flustered. Despite only being 5 years old, she’s ridden by small children and competent novices, and is competed by a 13 year old girl.

This year she has attended stay away shows and multiple clinics. She has particularly caught the judges’ eye in the working hunter classes and has excelled in her jumping. She is impeccably bred, with a relative who is a two time HOYS champion.

She makes a lovely shape over a fence and will happily take a miss if her rider doesn’t set her up quite correctly. She is unfazed by coloured poles and more natural style fences, stays in a lovely rhythm and is always soft and polite in the hand.

She hacks well alone and in company, is happy to go in front or behind, and stays sensible in open spaces.

Pumpkin has done a bit of everything, a true all-rounder.

Happy to look after a novice or step up for a more competitive rider, she has a sane approach to life and would be ideal as a mother/daughter share. She has given me so many wonderful memories, no doubt she will continue to do so for her next family.

She is a 12yr old 14hh grey class 1 Connemara mare N/HWSD by Canal Laura's Lad.

100% in every way, including the usual box, shoe, clip etc. Happy to hack alone or in company and is very well schooled. Doesn't require riding everyday or for hours on end to be a good girl. She bred me an amazing filly who is rising 4 and shares her amazing temperament, so would also be an asset to a stud. Lightly but successfully shown at county level including HOYS qualifiers.

Pumpkin is worth her absolute weight in gold, genuine, trustworthy ponies like this are a rare find. Up to date with teeth, vaccinations, physio. No blemishes and never had lami.

Please no time wasters, it is a very difficult and upsetting decision to part with her.

• Radiant Dancer (Molly) is a safe all rounder and loves to hack out and have fun x-country
• She has a lovely conformation and would be good for showing; either ridden or in hand
• She is very people friendly and loves attention; she is one of the family!

Radiant Dancer (Molly) has been with us for approx 2.5 years. She was bought principally for my adult daughters to ride out on hacks and in hunter trails and x-country events, and also for me to hack out (70 years old!) occasionally. However due to time constraits she is not being used enough and with regret we have taken the hard decision to sell her onto someone who can give her a more interesting life than we can. Molly is frequently ridden and jumped in our menage or hacked out by my 12 year old granddaughter and taken to x-country events by my 15 year old grandaughter. She is a safe horse, suitable for teenagers and adults with riding experience, as she needs a strong leg.

She hacks out alone and in company. She can occasionally be stressed if other horses come too close to her when riding out, but when this is taken into account there are no issues She jumps comfortably up to 90cm but can probably jump higher when fit.

Molly has a lovely conformation and colouring and would be good horse for showing. We have not done this but feel confident that she would do well.

She is up to date with vaccinations, teeth, worming and physio and has had no health issues. She is shod on the front and is barefoot on the back hooves. She is good with the farrier and vet, easy to catch and also to load in our horsebox.

Molly is currently stabled overnight but could live out. Only a good, caring home will be considered for this much loved mare.

Tack and rugs are included in the asking price.

Overview:

A talented 13.2hh, 12-year-old gelding. I am 5ft 5 for reference, and he takes the leg up well. He would suit a competitive child or small adult looking for a pony to have fun with and progress.

He has three smart paces, naturally works in an outline with a light contact and has plenty of potential to excel in BD, BS or BE. He is bold, careful and particularly enjoys his jumping. He has all the attributes to make a fantastic showjumping pony as well as a competitive all-rounder.

Jumping:

He is currently schooling around 90cm courses and is bold and careful. He is clever enough to help you out with a stride and will often sort himself out even if you get him to the bottom of a fence. Keep your leg on and point him at the fence and he will jump. With his careful technique, bravery and super attitude, he would suit a competitive child wanting to progress, as well as a small adult looking for a fun and competitive pony.

XC & Hacking:

He is awesome out XC schooling and jumping ditches, steps, houses, skinnies, water and brushes, taking everything in his stride. He has also enjoyed fun rides with a small girl and has hunted with her, jumping hedges, ditches, rails and more.

He hacks both alone and in company and is good in traffic.

Temperament & Handling:

He is good to load, shoe and clip, easy to manage in his daily routine and is currently living out 24/7, making him straightforward and cheap to keep!! He has also travelled out on the lorry both alone and in company.

Home Sought:

He would suit a competitive child, small adult or family looking for a talented all-rounder. He could excel in showjumping and British Dressage, as well as NSEA, Pony Club, Cotswold Cup and BE. With his scope, paces and bravery, he could also progress towards Badminton Grassroots with the right rider and production.

He is straightforward for the right rider but is not seeking a novice home. He is far too talented to be wasted, so a home with ambition is a must.

Will come with excellent quality bridle, saddle and lots of rugs.

Mover – 6yo Purebred Connemara Gelding | 15hh

It is with great care that we offer our much-loved boy Mover (“Moo”) for his next chapter.

Moo is a 6-year-old purebred Connemara gelding, standing at approximately 15hh, by 3DR Inis Bui and out of a Tasty Mover mare. He has been a very special part of our family for the past 3½ years, and during that time he has been enjoyed by the whole family.

Mover is a true-to-type Connemara — beautifully put together, with a leg in each corner, lovely presence and a correct, straight conformation. He has no lumps or bumps and is a really quality, genuine pony.

Moo has had a fantastic, varied education and has enjoyed a bit of everything, including:

Hunting

Showing, both in-hand and ridden

Showjumping

Cross country

Trail riding

Dressage

He has been very successful in the show ring, consistently finishing in the top three and never being placed outside the top three.

Under saddle, Mover is a lovely, uncomplicated ride. He goes happily in a snaffle, has a beautiful soft mouth, responds well to the leg and listens to his rider. He is well mannered both on the ground and under saddle and has been a pleasure for the whole family to work with.

He is equally straightforward to manage at home. Moo is happy living in or out, is easy to handle and travels well in both trailers and lorries. He is a gentleman for the farrier, dentist, physio and vet, making him a very easy horse to have around.

Mover really is a lovely all-rounder with a kind nature, a good attitude and plenty of experience. He would suit someone looking for a quality Connemara with the ability to turn his hoof to a variety of disciplines, while also being a much-loved family pony as he currently is a mother daughter share.

This is a very hard decision for us, and finding the right home is far more important than price. We are looking for a knowledgeable, caring home where Mover will be loved, appreciated and given the opportunity to continue doing what he enjoys.

Mover is registered with the Connemara Pony Society.

Serious enquiries are welcome. Plenty more photos, videos and information available to genuine interested homes.

11 year old Connemara- N/HWSD (certification will be provided).

Green passport from Connemara Breeders Pony Society.

Bred and produced in the West Coast of Ireland.

Stunning, show stopping mare, you won’t find a prettier one out there. Sadly, jockey has moved on to 148's.

3 lovely paces. Beautiful conformation. Would excel in showing or dressage, looks stunning when all plaited up, always getting superb comments from judges. Has been in the same home for past 5 1/2 years. Originally purchased as a first pony for a 9 year and has also been ridden and schooled regularly by 2 adult riders in several disciplines. Very well-schooled, oodles of training with professional dressage rider. Has been to unaffiliated championships in dressage and SJ. Has been XC but this is not my daughters forte. Looks the part for dressage, knows her job with leg yields, flying changes, counter canter, shoulder in, rein back, turn on the haunches and half passes.

Has a rocking horse canter, slow paced and likes the chilled life. When pushed to jump by a crazy jump loving child she can sometimes put up objections and has been known to throw shapes in the form of bucks and the occasional rear! However, give her the lazier slower pace of life and she's happy. Not suitable for a child who wants to jump jump jump as she'll just object.

In the main she is not one bit mareish, you won’t find a more ploddy nice paced mare but in the interests of being fully honest, she can every so often chance her arm, show a touch of dominance in a small rear and if pushed too much and wants to go back to her stable will throw some shapes and have a cheeky buck. Never, ever dirty or nasty… just needs rider to be competent to handle her in these moments. My daughter has ridden her since a 9 year old and is now 14. Can be months in between doing this, even a year but want a future buyer to know she can do it. Never a single day sick, sorry or lame.

Jumps 80/90 comfortably but for a younger rider will mess around with jumping if she's had enough. A very loving, calm, forgiving pony. Can be left a week or two and is no different when you get back on. Great with younger children on lead rein and equally have had 70+ year old grandmother on her. Children as young as 2 have been on her countless times and she’s good as gold. Children regularly back flip off her bottom and sideways, gets ridden to the field bare back and backwards and doesn't bat an eyelid... Likes the quieter life and is definitely more kick than go!! Loveable, kind and trainable nature, abundance of pure class. She would really suit a therapy type home or in hand showing... or someone who wants to do very little, schooling and the odd hack.

Calm and un-phased in traffic, deals calmly with all farm machinery and regularly hacked out with large and small dogs by her side and not fazed by various livestock. Hacks alone or in company, if in company prefers to follow. Absolute dream in the stable and has impeccable manners.

Loads well - trailer or lorry.

Perfect feet.

Perfect for dentist.

Full physio work up every 3 months since owning her.

In the field, will want to hog the gate and be first out or fed first... will chase others away to make sure she is Queen Bee! Shares a field with my 148 gelding and adores him.

Has previously had a foal years ago prior to us buying her.

WILL NOT SELL TO A YOUNG INEXPERIENCED CHILD.

Very sad sale of our much loved lady. Serious enquiries only, no dealers. Best home is a must for this beauty.
