Crumpet is a lovely mare with a sweet, gentle nature. She’s looking for a calm and caring home where she can enjoy life as a companion pony.

Crumpet is a friendly little mare who loves attention and will happily come up in the field to say hello. She’s polite to lead, enjoys being groomed, and is good for her feet to be picked out. She’s been excellent for the vet for her general checks so far.

Currently living with mares, Crumpet gets along well with others and would make a wonderful field companion. She’s social, gentle, and settles nicely into a steady routine.

She’s looking for a loving home where she’ll be valued for her calm company and kind personality. Crumpet would be happiest living with other friendly horses or ponies, with plenty of turnout and a steady, relaxed environment.

Meet Mufasa, a friendly cob gelding who is looking for his new home as a project pony. For such a young cob, Mufasa has a fantastic calm temperament and is super easy to handle. He does still need some extra training with his leg handling due to him being a little unbalanced, however he is progressing extremely well with this.

Mufasa is currently living out 24/7 on restricted grazing. He would suit a home where he can continue to have his grazing monitored so that he stays in good shape.

Mufasa has a bright future ahead as a ridden or driven pony once he’s fully matured. At just two years old, he’s still very young, so for now he’s looking for an experienced and knowledgeable home that can continue his groundwork, allow him time to grow, and prepare him for a ridden career in the future.

Rosie is a beautiful 12hh chestnut cob mare residing with the Irish Horse Welfare Trust at present. To broaden Rosie's search for a home she is available to adopt via our Home Direct scheme. Being a 12hh yearling now she may mature to 13.2+ once fully mature.

Despite her difficult start, Rosie has shown a lovely, gentle nature and is settling in well to her new routine. She currently lives out with companions and enjoys being part of a herd.

This young mare is making great progress with her basic handling. Rosie is easy to catch, leads politely, and is learning to pick up her feet with confidence. She’s starting to enjoy grooming sessions and has been well-mannered with the vet.

As she’s still very young, Rosie’s education will need to continue in her new home. She would suit a patient and experienced adopter who can give her the time, consistency, and gentle guidance she needs to flourish. With the right partnership, Rosie has lots of potential and will no doubt grow into a wonderful companion or future ridden pony.

Meet Nigel, a handsome chap looking for his new home as a project horse. Nigel would suit a home with other geldings where he can grow and enjoy his younger years before potentially becoming a ridden horse at the age of 4.

Nigel is a friendly young gelding who is easy to handle and lovely to be around. Although Nigel has the potential to be a ridden horse in the future, he would make a great companion for any horse due to his kind temperament.
