Charm is a 16.2 8 year old AES mare which is sadly looking for a new home by absolutely no fault of her own. She is perfect to handle and loves a cuddle, happily falling asleep in your arms.

Due to university commitments I am unable to dedicate enough time to bringing her back into work and she would be wasted here.

She has foaled a year ago and been out of work for about 18 months, due to our lack of time and knowledge which is why she hasn't been brought back into work sooner.

In her previous home she had done the lot including arena eventing, jumping and fun rides; she is a happy mare just wanted to please everyone.

Charm is a dream for the farrier, she is all up to date with feet, teeth and vaccinations.

We jumped him up to 70cm, he has the ability to go higher with the right combination. We had him at the forest and hacked with another pony. I have owned Brave since he was twenty months (he turns five this summer) and have started his ridden career slowly with his long term future in mind. He is now a really lovely horse to ride, he is sensible yet responsive, has started to carry himself in a natural outline and has a really lovely trainable attitude.

I have taken Brave out for lessons away from home and he is sensible working with other horses and is happy for others to walk or trot past him without reacting.

Brave has a lovely jump, so far we have jumped relatively small but he is confident and happy and now ready to do more. He is good with traffic, happy to hack with another horse, person or bike. He needs to build his confidence hacking alone but this will come with time (if he loses confidence he will stop and I tend to get off and lead him and then get back on again). He stands nicely at the mounting block for you to get on and is happy for you to take your coat off once your on board if need be and to open / close gates etc.

Brave is barefoot at the moment and I can’t see any reason why he might need shoes - his feet are really good and he is never footy or sore. All of his vaccinations are up to date and he has been seen regularly by my osteopath just to make sure that everything is right with him as his work increases. His tack is available.

I would love for brave to go to a permanent home where he can be somebodys number one and will do my best to ensure the best of homes for him. He is much loved and a really special character. Please do not hesitate to call me if you would like more information

Rosa is ideally looking for a small lightweight adult who loves hacking as much as she does. She is an absolute saint in traffic, she doesn't bat an eyelid at farm machinery, lorry's, motorbikes etc. We have had the gas gun bird scarers go off right next to her, birds and hares jump out from under her and she barely even notices. She is forward and likes to take the lead, She hacks alone regularly with my 11yr old daughter but is equally happy being in company.

She has a fantastic jump and would still enjoy having a pop every now and then but I don't think it would be in her interest to be overjumped due to having Bilateral hindlimb proximal suspensory ligament surgery in March 2024. Since her surgery we have carefully rehabbed her with plenty of hacking to ensure she is strong and fit again as I wanted to ensure she was happy and healthy before we found her a new home. Happy to discuss this fully with anyone who may be interested.

She does suffer with seasonal hay-fever but we control this with a nose net and antihistamines.
