Rou is a rising 13yo small and compact 16.1hh horse. He suits a smaller rider. Current jockey is 5"3 which is perfect for him.

He has been in current home since 2021 and has proved himself as a fantastic horse of a lifetime for our daughter taking her from being a nervous jumper to confidently going round BE100 tracks. (Previous owner re-trained him from racing and brought him up to BE Novice level). He is very straightforward and balanced to a jump, never spooky, and very safe cross country. Showjumping he is fast and competitive in a jump off. He also excels at Arena Eventing, very good at getting the time spot on! He has also competed in Tetrathlon and has proved himself around some pretty tricky cross country tracks.

His flatwork is also excellent, and he has taken our daughter up the levels where they are now working at Medium standard.

On the ground Rou is easy to do in every way. He has a very lovable and fun character which makes him such a special horse you want to spend time with.
He is, and always have been sound and fit to compete. He keeps his form very well being ridden 2 or 3 times a week.

He currently lives out at night and in throughout the day. He stays in a field with another gelding and two mares.

Rou is a competition horse so will require a competent rider.

This is a very sad sale of a special boy as his jockey is off to university and he would be wasted staying at home. We have drastically reduced his price as we are most concerned about him finding a suitable competitive new best friend. This is a real bargain for this very talented horse

Dakota is a sweet mare who hacks alone and in company on the buckle. She goes first or last and is always calm, never spooky or silly.

She’s been to arena hires and clear round shows and is sensible at all times. She turns out in a mixed herd and is not mareish.

Raced over hurdles retiring sound as not fast enough.

Good in traffic, to box, clip catch and shoe in front. Needs a twitch at the moment to shoe behind but is getting much better with practice. She has very good feet and is fully shod. Never kicks or bites and lovely to do in and out of the stable. Very nicely bred mare Galileo line.

He has a huge frame to fill but is very correct, with a balanced, athletic way of going. He has four correct paces and a light, comfortable feel. Still green as expected for his age, but he is straightforward, willing and eager to please. He loves his work and improves with every ride.

Dee is a well bred mare who was lightly raced. Privately bred and trained on a small family yard before being sold to us when she was six.

Dee has been very easy for my teenage daughter to retrain and has proved to be an excellent dressage horse winning all of her competitions.

She is a brave jumper and loves show jumping and cross country - just takes everything in her stride, never stops or refuses and holds real potential for someone to carry on her education in this sphere.

Dee has attended pony club rallies, riding club training sessions, local events and competitions. She is well schooled with three nice paces. Excellent on the ground and easy to handle, she loads and travels well (we have a trailer). She is lovely to hack out and is happy to go alone or in company - doesn't nap and is 100% in all traffic - used to farm machinery etc.

In the summer she is out 24/7 and during the winter stabled at night. She is happy with or without company. Good for the farrier, vet, dentist, etc and up-to-date with vaccinations.

She has been seen to pace in the field but this is only at meal times. No other vices.

Murphy is a lovely, genuine horse who enjoys having a job.
Murphy is an ex race horse where he last raced oct 2024. Finishing racing sound. (ROR eligible)

He is great to shoe and load. Currently only shod on front, he’s also good to catch.

He has good conformation.

Murphy is up to date with, dentals, shoes, worming, vaccinating and physio.

We have done some inhand ROR classes where he has placed in them.

When Murphy arrived I gave him months off to gain weight and have some down time in the field, he has been in a field with other horses and gets on with them.

Since I’ve owned Murphy he’s been on a farm so used to seeing and being around the farm machinery, cows, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats and quad bikes and cars.
He’s proving potential to be an all rounder having done a bit of loose jumping on lunge line making a nice shape over the jump, he’s been slowly produced and not rushed he’s currently on schooling livery going hacking , going over poles and doing some light schooling and plenty of ground work . Green horse / project for someone to carry on with and put their own stamp on.
