I bought Vinny last year and proceeded to start slowly backing him.

I quietly started lunging him and spent a few months long reining.

He took everything in his stride.

He had the winter off to process things then I brought him back into work in April,

Resetting all the work we had done last year.

He is now lightly backed and very quietly walking up and down a very quiet road so he is either ready to carry on his education or be turned away to think about things.

He is good with the farrier, to catch, to load and is fully vaccinated so is ready to get going.
