Hero is a super genuine horse who is kind natured and very affectionate horse.

Here is a gorgeous Dark Bay Gelding who is 9 years old, We have owned him since a two year old where we imported him from Belgium, he is totally unspoilt and a really lovely natured horse, a true gentle giant.

This last season he has has hunted a full season with female and male riders, he is easy going takes everything in his stride and is a solid type who will hunt all day.

Ridden here on the videos by a 17 year old girl who hasn't rode him much so you can see how he adapts to his riders.

He is bold and brave over rustic and coloured fences and has recently been ridden and hunted my a small female teenager and as you can see from the video he is exceptionally honest in all ways.

We have some excellent horses for sale - as we are overstocked and understaffed and as mentioned we have owned him since he was a two year old and we are looking for a great next home for him where he can become someones best friend as he has so much to offer.

He has been out to the Royal Highland show as a yearling in the sports horse class and placed 2nd. He stood impeccably the whole time and didn’t put a hoof wrong!

He went as a 2 yr old but wasn’t placed but was impeccably behaved and again didn’t put a hoof wrong.

He loads and travels on his own. He is a blank canvas although he has been nurtured from birth.

Rab is correct and is super light on his feet.

I am under selling Rab in this advert as he really does have it all to be a star. He is a very special boy.

Training & Temperament:

Luca has been professionally and lightly backed before being turned away to mature last Spring. Reintroduced this spring, he is now hacking out confidently on roads and in open fields. He's a forward-thinking, bold young horse who enjoys work and is eager to learn. Not suitable for novices.

He’s been well-handled since birth, easy to catch (usually trots over to greet you), respectful of electric fencing, and good to box, travel, and for the farrier. He’s happy alone or in company and is up to date with vaccinations. As a yearling, he attended local in-hand shows and behaved impeccably. He also has experience being led in-hand through village traffic, showing calmness and curiosity.

He does have a small cosmetic blemish on his front fore, which does not affect soundness and is barely noticeable.

An absolute dream to handle, she’s impeccably polite and not mareish in the slightest. Good to clip, box and shoe, she will stand on the box/trailer happily and is a pleasure to take anywhere. She’s happy to turn out with any horse and she has turned out occasionally on her own.

Handsome George - George - 16.1 10yo bay TB gelding.

George is a kind, gentle horse who has seen it all. Retired sound from racing he has hunted, hacked, XC schooled and SJ.

He is beautiful on the flat, uphill paces and ready for someone to really tune up - we believe he would excel in the RoR classes.

He has showjumped around a full course of BS fences, including fillers etc. Still low mileage SJ but very willing, makes a good shape over a fence and seems to enjoy it very much.

We have recently XC schooled him where he jumped ditches, steps, water, hedges and everything inbetween. There is no reason he wouldn’t go on to make a great little eventer. He has also hunted.

He is good to hack, is great in traffic and open spaces. Good to clip, shoe, bath, load and travel. Just a horse that is easy to deal with.

Im a confident rider with many many years of experience with different breed of horses. However, as I am nearing 40, i am now looking for my last horse of a life time, so looking for a nice allrounder to have fun and bring me back home safe and in one piece.

I own a small holding which consists of stables, arena and 10 acres of land.

Currently have 5 horses at home which consist of a pony for my daughter, 2 retired that have been with me for years and 2 youngsters I bred myself.

Things I am looking for in my next horse - they must be easy to do in all ways, I often will go to shows by myself or with my young daughter.

Confidence giver and forgiving in the jumping department, someone to help me out when I get it wrong - nice steady approach when jumping, don’t want something that locks on a shoots forward.

Hack out alone and in company.

Would like to start doing more dressage so ideally a horse that can show me the ropes and help me out.

I do enjoy the odd fun ride with a friend so would be nice if I can do this without the horse jogging the entire way or running off when another horse comes past. (Had many of these type of horses when I was younger, my body was more able back then)

No bucking, rearing - I understand it is impossible to ask for a bomb proof horse but something not spooky.

I am actively looking and have a healthy budget for the right horse.

Height - 15.2hh to 16.2hh don’t want anything smaller. May consider something bigger but I am only 5ft2 so don’t want to be over horsed.

Age - 7 years to 11years may go slightly older depending on how old. But don’t want to go any younger as I do what the horse to have experience.

Ideally looking to buy from a private home, someone who has had their horse for a while and knows a lot of history.
