Hutch was bought for me to event and went from 100 to intermediate in his first season (2022 as a 6yo).

Unfortunately he’s grown too big for me and we also feel he would be more suited to a lower level home (1m) as show jumping proved trickier for him at the higher level. He has 4 BE points from double clears at BE Novice.

He has done everything - Evented, team chased and hunted.

He is a big attractive sensitive horse, moves well on the flat with a big powerful trot. Good to catch/clip/shoe etc

Pickle would make a fun forward all rounder,but is ready to turn his foot to anything, he is however far from a novice ride and needs a confident knowledgeable rider on board. So an honest advert to find that as he will only go to the perfect home.

He has established flat work getting 70% on his most recent dressage test, he enjoys a schooling session and will give an enjoyable ride to the right rider who is patient and sympathetic with him.

Jumps anything you point him at in the school as well as cross country jumps, logs, ditches and hedges out hacking. Never spooky at fillers or jumps. Is however spooky at anything that definitely shouldn’t be. 

He has done unaffiliated odes to 90 and showjumped up to 100 with me, and done plenty of BS, BD, and BEs in the past. I’ve had multiple friends and family who don’t know how to ride on him and he behaves perfectly and looks after them every time.

Competition wise he’s not the easiest horse, one day he’ll walk straight in the ring, the next he may put up a fight, but as soon as he’s going he doesn’t look back. XC tracks he can also be reluctant to leave the start box and have a moment or two during the course where he wants to nap home, however with a confident hand and a pat he will soon get over it and keep jumping whatever’s in-front of him. He only plants or throws a few bucks in, never rears or bolts. A sympathetic rider would benefit this problem best, as he gets nothing from slapping and kicking, but a second to think and a scratch on the neck and he’ll be off. I feel some consistency competing would iron this out.

Hacks perfectly in company, has no problems with large machinery lorries or tractors. Alone again he needs a confident hand, he can go out and be perfect or he may need a lead out the yard and he’s just spooky at the silly things. In the summer he will hack alone for hours, the winter and when the weather turns is where he’s a bit trickier.

I’ve took him hunting once and he enjoyed every second of it was bold enough to do anything asked of him.

Good to shoe, catch, perfect to load and travel, however personally we clip him with sedation. can be a bit awkward to bath and groom, as he just doesn’t like it but soon gets over it. Good with kids, dogs and all animals as he lives on a busy working farm. He likes a busy environment and having friends in the field!

Will only go to a home where i know he’ll be loved as much as i love him.

She doesn’t need riding every day and will step up or down for the rider- she has been a super pony club horse for a teen this autumn but would also be a fabulous prospect for a keen adult rider to move up the levels.

She is incredibly easy to do- the kindest and most gentle horse that can be handled by children.

She never puts her ears back and loves a cuddle. She’s happy to be stabled or live out and can be kept with mares or geldings but doesn’t stress on her own.

Traditionally Irish bred, Terry has been great fun to produce, we’ve owned him since 3yo and is only for sale as he’s ready to be someone’s superstar and just didn’t get tall enough for me!

He is a small 16hh, very compact (6’0 rug) which means he’s very handy with several options on strides to a fence.

He’s incredible sj, so careful and could easily BS he’s been eventing as that’s my thing, equally he could dressage it all comes pretty naturally for him.

He’s bold and careful XC, training well at least novice + level, I held him back really as I knew he’d be for sale at some point and thought it was nice for him to still be eligible for grassroots, he would do very well at this but very capable for much higher.

He’s great in company and has done several hunt rides, I only really hack around the farm though so he’s not done lots of that.

He has competed up to BE100 level, however schools over novice fences unfazed. Bold XC with a super scopey jump, Billy is a joy to ride and a forward thinking boy who loves his job. He has competed at 1.15m level unaff, and happily school round 1.20m courses, with a careful scopey jump Billy rarely ever touches poles when showjumping.
