What a stunner! Frank is an absolutely gorgeous guy ready to impress you.

With his three quality paces and a big powerful jump, he would be an ideal candidate to take eventing in the spring.

He is equally talented enough for pure showjumping, and having hunted and jumped young horse classes up to 1.10m in Ireland before being sold to the UK, he is equally able to pick up any of these jobs again for the winter.

Frank hacks alone and in company and is sensible in traffic. He schools well on the flat, is responsive to the aids and has serious power off the floor over fences. You will surely never run out of scope!

For the past year, Frank was partnered with a teenager who has mostly focused on his flat work, hacking and has jumped occasionally. He is now looking for his next person to have fun with.

• Genuine amateur’s dream – will take a miss and help her rider out
• Super temperament – easy to clip, handle, hack and do everything with
• Homebred Arko mare – jumping Discoveries and cross-country schooled

Lily Ballerina is a beautiful homebred 6-year-old, 16.2hh chestnut mare by Arko, out of Cara Ballerina, who jumped successfully up to 1.40m.

Lily really is a rare type to find. She is exceptionally kind, genuine and forgiving, with the sort of temperament that makes horses like her incredibly hard to replace.

She is currently jumping British Showjumping Discoveries and has also been cross-country schooling. She is straightforward to a fence, will happily take a miss and help her rider out, and isn’t the sort that needs everything to be perfect.

She would be ideal for an amateur, young rider, mum or family wanting a quality horse to enjoy across a range of disciplines. She could happily showjump, do clinics, cross-country, hacking, riding club and general all-round activities.

Although she is athletic and has plenty of blood, she is not sharp or difficult. She is the sort of horse you can pick up and put down, rather than one that needs riding every day to keep her manageable.

She is extremely easy to have around the yard and is very good to clip, handle and generally do everything with.

Lily has had a five-stage vetting. The only minor point identified was a congenital/birth cataract. We were advised that this should not develop any further and was not expected to cause her any problems. We are completely open about this and are happy for any prospective lessee to discuss it further or have their own vet assess her.

We bred Lily ourselves at McCashway Stud, so her full history is known.

She is available on a long-term lease at £4,000 per annum to the right home. The priority is finding someone who will appreciate what a genuinely lovely, uncomplicated mare she is and give her a first-class home.

• Proactive and enthusiastic, quick to learn and wants to do her job!
• Hacks alone or in company, first or last. Responsive and snaffle mouth.
• 15.1hh, ridden by mother and daughter

TBS Cheeky Cailin is a beautiful model of a pedigree, registered connemara (full green passport) by the super Connemara showjumper Cheeky Bobby Sparrow and has class 1 breeding throughout. She is N/HW (carrier but not affected).

Standing at 15.1hh, she has still some growing left to do and will fill out. I imagine she will finish closer to 15.2hh.

I imported her 18 months ago as a 4 year old from Ireland and have slowly and correctly brought her on since. She has mostly hacked, but has also done plenty of arena hires, pony club rallies, clinics, lessons, clear rounds etc as well as some showjumping and arena XC competitions. She is always keen to come out and play - never sick or sorry, and has no veterinary history and not been mareish. Passed vetting on purchase in 2025.

As a young horse, the first consideration has always been for her longevity and her future, to ensure that she is not rushed or spoilt or overdone. She was bought for myself to keep, but unfortunately a serious lack of time has lead me to look for a new home for her. Up to date with vaccinations, worm counts, teeth and back. Mostly ridden by myself (adult) but also ridden by my daughter (13) and friend's daughter (15) for PC rallies and camp days; she would make a super mother/daughter/son share and can step up to play for the more adventurous/ambitious as well as equally happy to hack and go to adult clinics/lessons etc. A true allrounder.

Great to catch, clip (no sedation needed) and she loads single handed-ly (very handy for mum going out to play on her own!) She does need some patience with shoeing her hind feet, but this is improving with each farrier visit (and only when shoeing her hinds only, not trimming). Cailin has great feet and has been kept barefoot through the winter. Shod only this summer due to hard ground and riding most days. No sedation required for shoeing. Hacks alone or in company, first or last and not spooky either way, travels alone or in company. Have left her behind in the horse trailer when others have been competing in later classes without a problem but as a five year old I wouldn't leave her too long alone. Happy to turn out alone or with others, usually the bottom of the pecking order! Good in traffic, not spooky or silly. Used to farm machinery and loud noises (chainsaws, hedge trimming etc) as well as sheep, pigs, cows and loud children (including their bikes, balloons, trampolines and other scary toys!!)

Cailin is still green; she is only five years old and treated as such. Brought on slowly and correctly with thoughts of her future and longevity, she does work in an outline and is quick and keen to learn with a super sweet jump. Good to school in the field or lunge. More go than woah but is not strong - ridden in a neue schule snaffle and nicely responsive off the leg and voice with a lovely powerful but comfortable jump. She is amazing fun and thoroughly enjoys new things and always wants to please.

Due to her age, she will require a jockey who can continue her education- she is not the finished article. Cailin is not complicated or difficult to ride but like any five year old, she can have green moments and requires a consistent, correct and knowledgeable rider.

Clear out jumping on every outing and qualified for Bury Farm unaffiliated SJ Champs 2026. Happy to leave the herd out hacking or XC schooling. Never looked to bite or kick, same to ride every day or after a few weeks off.

Only for sale as I will be unable to keep two fit and have a youngster to bring in to work at the end of this year.

• Ernie has enjoyed huge success on the showing circuit with numerous wins
• He has also done plenty of cross country
• He could continue successfully in showjumping, showing or eventing

River Erne is an exceptionally talented and eye-catching competition horse with a proven record across showjumping and working hunters, and plenty of potential to excel in other disciplines.

He has over 170 showjumping points and has jumped clear at 1.30m, demonstrating plenty of scope, ability and experience. He has wonderful ride-ability, making him a pleasure to take out and compete, and has gained lots of valuable experience in a variety of environments.

Ernie has enjoyed huge success on the showing circuit, with numerous wins, ribbons and placings at shows throughout his career. Highlights include 4th in the light-weight Working Hunter at Dublin Horse Show 2023, champion intermediate novice working hunter Northern Ireland showing festival, 2nd intermediate working hunter show of the East, and he qualified for the 2025 Horse Show in the intermediate working hunter. He has all the qualities to be a serious HOYS prospect in the Intermediate Working Hunter for the right rider and home.

He has also done plenty of cross country, giving him valuable experience outside the show ring and making him an exciting prospect for someone looking to take him into eventing, where he has great potential. Ernie has some great results unaffiliated competitions.

River has been ridden and competed by a young adult girl, with whom he has had a fantastic amount of fun and success. He has been much loved and has enjoyed a varied and active competition career.

Sadly, he is now looking for a new home as his rider's university degree commitments mean she can no longer give him the time he deserves.

A very talented, genuine and versatile horse with an impressive competition record, wonderful ride-ability and huge potential. He could continue successfully in showjumping, showing or eventing and would be an exciting prospect for an ambitious competitive home.

• Plenty more to come and she has scope enough to be a great junior/2* horse.

6 year old bay mare with ability in all 3 phases, making her a strong competitor for grassroots and beyond.

Iris has been slowly produced from a 3 year old and is currently successfully competing at BE90. She has 3 good paces, with a particularly expressive trot, giving her marks in the high 20s/low 30s.

She is careful in her SJ and absolutely loves her XC, regularly producing double clears. She started competing only this season over BE80/90 and will end the season with a BE100 at Tweseldown. We think she will be very competitive at this level but there is plenty more to come and she has scope enough to be a great junior/2* horse.

Iris is a straightforward ride and we believe she would be suitable for a confident teenager coming off ponies or a junior rider looking for a horse to produce further. However, she is not yet the finished article so we believe would not be suitable for novice riders or someone looking for a schoolmaster type.

Temperament wise, Iris is a good girl all round. She just does everything very sweetly and everyone on the yard enjoys riding and handling her.

Iris has lots of great qualities and we would love to see her go to a competitive home as we think she can be a really competitive little horse and bring lots of pleasure to her rider.

Guinness is for sale through no fault of his own, and happy to discuss this further, I am undergoing a few surgeries, if not sold he will be turned away for the winter and brought back into work next year.

Guinness is a 5yr old full Connemara by Ma’am Hero, he is a lovely person, reliable and I take him everywhere alone, he will stand all day at the lorry. He is laid back and has turned his hoof at everything asked.

He has hunted, sponsored rides, hacks alone and in company, competed in dressage (prelim, with good consistent scores), showjumping and hunter trials this year at 80cm. He is ready to move up to 90 and shows plenty of scope.
He has a sensible level head on his shoulders and good to do in all ways.

He would be perfect for a teenager coming off ponies or an adult, he thrives with a variety of work and needs a home who is able to continue his education.

He currently has two front shoes, is good to handle in all ways, clip, bath etc…

Passed a 5 stage vetting 18 months ago and open to any vetting. He does have a small harmless swelling from castration but nothing else.

• MOVES BEAUTIFULLY. Exceptional scope. The kindest , most gentle horse to do

Poppy is a true gem of a slightly overgrown pony. She has three utterly beautiful paces. Produced slowly by us for the last year she has done a bit of everything including showing, eventing, dressage, show jumping, pony club and loves to hack out alone or in company.

Her last three dressage scores eventing have been sub 30’s and she’s been placed at each unaff event we’ve done with her always jumping clear xc and proving VERY brave. She is not phased by any filler , water tray etc. we have also done the workers with her. And some coloured flat showing, she is CHAPS reg and was 5th at RWHS in very good company with lovely comments from the judges.

She’s been competing at 90, but ready to step up now to 100’s.

A loving home is paramount as we adore this little mare.

Only for sale as she doesn’t have quite enough timber for the workers which is our daughters main discipline.

Would suit a pc home and a varied life.

She’s forward going but safe.

• Carefully Produced – Exciting Riding Club / Hunter Prospect
• Sensible, Genuine & Straightforward Beyond His Years
• Traditional Irish Type – Plenty of Substance & Quality

Rocko is a super, heavier-set Irish gelding with a lovely temperament and a really willing attitude towards his work. He is the sort that is increasingly hard to find – a proper traditional type with plenty of substance, a sensible head and a very exciting future ahead of him.

Rocko was imported from Ireland as a 3-year-old at the beginning of last year, having been lightly backed in October. Rather than rushing him, he was then turned away and given the winter to mature before being brought back into work in April. He has been steadily produced since and has taken everything asked of him in his stride.

Lovely to Ride

For a 4-year-old, Rocko is riding away really nicely. He schools well on the flat, works in a nice contact and has a very willing attitude towards learning.

He does everything in a snaffle and gives his rider a lovely straightforward feel. He is still a young horse with plenty more to learn, but has a really good foundation for somebody to continue producing.

We feel Rocko would be ideally suited to a BHS Stage 2 standard rider or above who can continue his education and enjoy producing a quality young horse.

Exciting Jumping Prospect

Rocko has only recently started his jumping education but has taken to it exceptionally well.

He is willing and genuine, really seems to enjoy his jumping and is showing plenty of natural ability. He is improving every time and has been very straightforward about everything we’ve introduced him to so far.

We haven’t rushed him or over-jumped him – he’s been allowed to learn at his own pace – but what he has shown us already makes us very excited about his future.

Been Out & Seen the World

Rocko has also been shown in hand, where he behaved beautifully and took the whole experience in his stride. The atmosphere, other horses and everything going on around him didn’t faze him, which is another great reflection of his sensible and willing temperament.

Super to Hack

Rocko hacks alone and in company and has been out and seen traffic.

He is sensible and level-headed and is gaining more experience every time he goes out. He is happy to leave the yard without another horse and equally enjoys hacking in company. He hacks over all types of terrain with no problems at all and takes everything in his stride.

A Lovely Young Horse for the Future

What we particularly like about Rocko is his attitude. He is a genuine young horse who wants to learn and tries to do what is asked of him.

At 15.1hh with plenty of substance, he is a lovely traditional type who could go on to make a cracking riding club horse, hunter, allrounder or grassroots prospect.

He hasn’t been rushed or overproduced and is now at the perfect stage for somebody to continue his education and put their own stamp on him.

A really likeable young horse with a great foundation and bags of potential for the future.

Snaffle mouthed. Open to any vetting.

✨🤎 HAYMITCH THE EVENTER IN THE MAKING 🤎✨

Approx. 16hh | 8-Year-Old Bay Thoroughbred Gelding | Hereford

If you are looking for a genuine, kind, beautifully produced Thoroughbred who is already incredibly well established. Haymitch deserves your attention.

This is a horse who has been properly produced, properly exposed and given the experience to give his next rider an enormous head start. ✨

Haymitch is a super sweet, laid-back gelding with an exceptionally kind temperament. He is calm, beautifully mannered and uncomplicated to have around, but underneath that sensible exterior is a horse with real athleticism, enthusiasm and a genuine love for his job.

🤎 CROSS COUNTRY A REAL HIGHLIGHT

Haymitch has been extensively XC schooled and absolutely loves it.

He is brave, genuine and incredibly willing, tackling a wide variety of fences and questions with confidence. He enjoys having something to think about and gets better and better the more he sees.

He isn’t a horse who needs convincing to jump he wants to get to the other side.

He has also been out competing at hunter trials, gaining valuable experience in a competition environment and proving that his XC schooling translates beautifully when out in the real world.

For someone wanting an eventing horse, this is a huge advantage.

Rather than starting with a blank canvas, you have a horse who has already had extensive exposure to XC, hunter trials, open spaces and different environments.

✨ He is practically ready-made for someone wanting to go eventing. ✨

His athletic jump, bravery and natural confidence make him an incredibly exciting prospect for grassroots eventing, Riding Club eventing and beyond.

🤎 AND NOW… HUNTING & HOUND EXERCISE

Haymitch has also been hound exercising and out on escorted rides, and this is another area where he really comes alive.

He loves being out in the open, seeing the world and being part of the action. He has the sensible brain you want when riding in company, whilst still having enough enthusiasm and presence to make it exciting.

He is now being taken into the autumn trail-hunting and hound exercise season, giving his next rider the opportunity to continue building that valuable experience in a completely different environment.

That sort of exposure is invaluable for a future eventer and Haymitch is taking it all in his stride. 🤎

✨ UNDER SADDLE

Haymitch is beautifully schooled with three balanced, expressive paces.

He is much more “woah” than “go”, riding in a lovely rhythm without being sharp, hot or strong.

On the flat he is straightforward, genuine and confidence-giving, whilst when you take him XC or hunting you see the extra gears, athleticism and enthusiasm that make him so exciting.

He absolutely loves a fence and has an athletic, expressive jump with plenty of scope.

There is a lovely natural confidence to his jumping he sees a fence, understands his job and gets on with it.

🤎 WHO IS HE FOR?

Haymitch has the temperament to be incredibly approachable, and a competent novice would comfortably enjoy him on the flat and hacking.

However, his jumping ability and athleticism deserve to be utilised.

We feel he is best suited to an experienced rider who wants to take a lovely, genuine horse and really go places with him.

He would be a fantastic:

🏆 Grassroots eventing prospect

🏆 Riding Club horse

🏆 Hunter

🏆 Team chaser

🏆 Hunter trial horse

🏆 All-round competition partner

And importantly, he already has so much of the groundwork done.
