Due to the heartbreaking decision to give up horses Edie (or affectionately known as weedy) is looking for a new home.

She is a 15.2hh warmblood mare out of Devivio. She has the sweetest nature, wants to be everyones friend and has never once pulled the mare stare!

She will stand hours to be groomed, great to catch, load, travel, clip, and have her feet trimmed.

She was backed last year, schooled by a Grand Prix dressage rider, hacked and turned away. Due to my own time constraints Ive only seldom ridden her. She was sat on last weekend after not being ridden for 2 months and was well behaved.

Edie has not bucked or reared with me but wouldnt suit a novice due to low mileage and she can be spooky. Shes a yard favourite always making us smile, and deserves to be loved by someone.

She is slightly toe out and has a scar on her back leg from a field injury last year which has been x rayed.

A friend will start riding her from the 8th of October and so her pricing will go up to reflect this once back in full work.

True allrounder and the sweetest horse. Has been with us for 4 and a half years having been bought for my then 12 and 13 year old sons. Now sadly outgrown.

With us Copper has done PC, farm rides, gallops (never strong and easy to pull up in open spaces) weekly lessons, lots of hacking and a little hunting. Always ridden in a snaffle. Hunted in Ireland and in previous home and proved sensible and not strong. Was hunted by a 10 year old girl.

Copper loves a varied life and has recently done well in dressage scoring 70% in his latest outing and wining the class. SJ comfortably to 90cm and has a lovely jump.

Used to farm machinery, dogs chickens sheep. Easy to lead from him.

Very good for farrier, loading, clipping, up to date with vaccs, teeth, worming. We lead him in a chain as he used to pull to have a nip of grass but a good boy since the chain.

Great trial facilities here - school, gallops, open fields.

Alfie is a kind lovely boy! Could do a bit of everything but up til now has mostly concentrated on flatwork, and that’s where he’s most established.

He’s a nicely forward and responsive ride with easy leg yielding, shoulder-in, simple changes and counter canter.

Less experienced with his jumping as this hasn’t been the focus, but he’s done some combined training, arena hires and XC schooling.

He has shown a good shape and willing attitude, not phased by ditches, water, steps etc - clear potential but is green.

Alfie is a light sensitive ride and would suit a rider to match.

Good to do, a sweet person to be around and enjoys cuddles!

Bud will happily jump round a local x country course and remain level headed and safe! He's not strong or silly and will give anything a go! He's not a world beater when it comes to show jumping, however you can be brilliant at everything! He will jump up to 75" and is not phased by fancy fillers or poles or water trays. He will go round a clear round course without any issue although may not be the fastest time, however take him showing and I'll guarantee he will be in the Reds.

Bud has excellent ground manners hes super affectionate and loving, he's excellent to shoe,box,clip and loads and travels perfect. He's great with other animals such as dogs! And can be handled by children. He has no lumps or bumps or vices he's as perfect as described in his advert. Five star home only for this lad.

Sadie
Full up 15hh, 7 year old Irish cob mare.

Sadie is a super sweet and kind mare, really inoffensive type that is easy to have around and only wants to please.

To date Sadie has mainly been used to do fun stuff. Hacking/hunting/fun rides/Xc schooling. She is green in the school as she’s not done loads of ‘proper’ schooling but tries incredibly hard and could pop off and do a little intro test now, just wants the work putting in to nail the finer details.

Hacks alone and in company and is good in open spaces.

Pops a fence in arena with a neat little jump and enjoys it and was good to take over the XC fences here. Never said no she was very honest.

Sadie is probably best suited to someone that wants to continue on with the fun stuff and some schooling in between.

Lovely low level allrounder type with plenty to offer the right rider.

A really kind little soul that only wants to please. She does want a rider that says ‘yep let’s go we’ve got this’ so wouldn’t be suited to a total novice or very nervous type of rider. Although I’m a bit of a wimp and I feel very safe on her, she’s never ever going to do anything horrible. If I had the space I’d keep her and have some fun hunting her myself but sadly we dont!

Good to clip, barefoot and recently trimmed (bit of a fidget), good to wash off, load/travel/catch.

Pure Bred Irish Draught Filly. One of the last foals if not thee last foal By the legendary Irish Draught Stallion Crosstown Dancer. Dam is a pure bred RID mare by Golden Trump. Eligible for inspection and I owned her full sister who was an exceptional class 1 Bronze merit mare.

I have owned DJ from being a foal and I bought her directly from her breeder in Ireland before she was even born as I love this line. DJ is a complete blank canvas whilst still having the advantage of basic handling, good with rugs, she is good to bath, feet trimmed regularly, she is up to date with worming and her teeth. Very kind affectionate girl who loves a good scratch and being groomed and pampered.

Dj is beautifully put together, she is a very straight big ground covering filly, she is correct in all ways and has a good wide chest space! I will put the stick on her later but she’s about 16.hh Dj has a small blemish on her offside hind fetlock due to an injury she sustained as a foal, it’s healed well as a tiny lump which is hardly noticeable and I have seen much worse winning in county rings. DJ also has a small lump on her lower jaw bone from a previous injury, it has been x rayed, and it is purely cosmetic and my vet assures me the lump will most likely go down over time and probably disappear as she matures.

Dj is ready to start backing and some work, she will be a fantastic versatile horse for someone to go on and make great memories with. If she is anything like her full sister once broken she will be someone horse of a lifetime!

DJ is not good to load, when I have secured a deposit on her I will get Patrick Gracey out to her to hopefully solve this issue and make sure she will load for her new owner.

Ted has been carefully and sympathetically started and is riding so sweetly for his age. A really confident little chap that seems to be wise beyond his years. I think he sits up at night reading ‘how to be a good horse’ books!

He’s hacks alone and in company and is good in open spaces.

Working sweetly in arena, lovely paces with a naturally uphill way of going and a good mouth.

He has a lovely natural jump with good technique and plenty of scope. He’s not done loads of jumping but is incredibly brave and will take a miss. Lightly XC schooled and didn’t question a thing, straight over everything ears pricked, bold and brave.

Been to arena hires and saw his first course of fences recently where he popped sweetly round without a second thought and was so adjustable with just one pole down due to jockey error. He wants to leave the fences up.

An absolute pet on the ground with a cheeky little character. Splashes his face in his water, flings his bucket around and pulls the rugs off the rack when you’re not looking!

Stood like a lamb for his first clip, good to shoe/catch/load/travel/bath.

World is your oyster with this boy he really could go on and do anything and he’ll do it with a smile on his face but equally he’s not a sharp type that ‘needs’ a job. He seems to just shrug his shoulders at new things and take everything in his stride.
