15hh 4 year old black cob mare has recently been backed. She has a good mouth, still green and sometimes gets the wrong canter lead but this will come with time.

She is very sweet and easy to handle in and out of the stable with good manners. Shes hacked quite a few times now and is good with traffic. She canters across fields, Wirral way etc and is easy to stop and doesn't get excited or silly

I bought Charlie as a 6 year old and he really has turned into a strong, sound, true all rounder. He's a lovely personality to have around and easy to do in all ways.

Over the past 4 years we have:
Trained with Sean Coleman - Applied Horsemanship for 3 years, and had very close tuition for the last year living on-site as Sean’s apprentice. We performed at the horsemanship showcase in Sean Coleman’s demo in 2024. Through this training Charlie has also learnt very good groundwork and liberty, along with established flatwork.

We have regularly competed in eventing for the last 3 years - Cotswold cup and BE (90), and show jumped up to 1m. We achieved 3rd place, double clear at the Horse Events eventing 90 championships 2025. Competed in the BD Quest national championships 2024. Charlie's been stabled at stay away shows, and is always such a pleasure to handle when out competing.

We lived in the New Forest for 2 years when I first got Charlie and hacked daily, along with swimming in the forest ponds. He's seen wild ponies, pigs, donkeys, sheep and very good in traffic. He has very established flatwork and is very light to ride, including laterals and changes. We've trained at the gallops for fitness work where he can trot round on a loose rein or go for a gallop, whatever is asked of him.

No vices, good to shoe, load, box, catch, clip.
Has sarcoids but they’re not in an area that affects him, and are currently being treated. Happy to discuss or send photos and the price has been reduced due to his sarcoids.

Charlie has been an amazing horse for me to improve both my horsemanship and competition skills, but I am now ready to step up with my eventing. Charlie does have the odd pole and is not particularly careful in show jumping from 90m+ hence my reason for sale as I need something more consistent. He is a very sweet boy who loves to be doing something and will only be going to the best home possible! He would be a great confidence giver to someone that would like to do a little bit of everything with their horse and get out and about.

Has jumped double clears British Showjumping up to Foxhunter but still in British Novice on points. Lightly jumped both at home and at competitions. Record shows recent British Novice double clear and win.

Has bred a cracking foal so would make a fantastic broodmade, with bone and substance to carry bigger foals. She is talented and careful and would breed future showjumping super stars! Alternatively, put to a quality riding horse, she could produce county standard large riding horses. She has plenty of depth, a lovely sloping shoulder and big front, a kind eye and is a beautiful looking mare with lots of presence - so much show she did some equestrian modelling fot Ifor Williams over the summer! Could be graded or shown with foal at foot because she is striking.

Since returning to work early in 2024 once her foal was weaned, she has had 3 routine physio appointments (no issues/soreness reported), 2 routine dentist appointments (good mouth conformation/no issues), up to date vaccinations, and her work has been built slowly until she reached full strength to start jumping and competing again. She regained fitness at the gallops, beach rides, pleasure / XC farm rides, arena hires, on the horse walker, hacking, schooling and at unaffiliated SJ- junping 5 out of 5 double clears and finishing in the ribbons every time out. She was well behaved in the warm up with lots of ponies as well as in her mounted lap of honour. I haven't tried a dressage test but she has seen whiteboards. I haven't done a hunter trial but I have popped small XC fences. I haven't shown her but she would do LW WH classes in time.

She is a buzzy mare with a big, very forward jump - especially when jumping at home. She will trot and pop up to 70/80cm sweetly with a quiet, confident rider. As the jumps increase, she is a challenging ride and therefore requires an experienced rider as she covers the ground and lands deep! She is snaffle mouthed and easy to pull up but she is reactive, sensitive and quick. Overall, she has a heart of gold and is a gem on the flat- never bucked/reared etc but she gains a lot of her confidence from other horses. This in mind, she would thrive having herd turn out, or being on a busy yard/kept at home because she is herd orientated and does get stressed if left until last to come in or go out. Can be led in with others. Can be hacked out or schooled or travelled alone and I've had no issues with knapping. She is by no means a 1st horse. Strictly no novice riders.

Good to travel and load in trailer or horsebox. Doesn't require sedation to be clipped. Good to shoe (wears standard shoes in front with no issues). Good in traffic. Good to catch, lead, tie up, live in/out on any bedding. Doesn't like having ears touched so I just pop a bridle over her ears first and put the bit in second but she accepts a headcollar without issues.

Reasons for selling:
1. Promotion at work / workload is becoming too difficult to manage on a small DIY livery yard. She is struggling to cope with the yard routine and needs a much different environment.
2. I bought her to showjump but there's not enough on in my area to justify the time and money I am investing.

Home definitely more important than price as this is a very sad sale.
Can be sold with made to measure saddle bought brand new this year / current bridle at an extra cost.

Cookie - 16.1hh 2011 gelding who is a the perfect teenagers horse or riding club allrounder. I have owned Cookie for almost two years and in that time I have done pretty much everything with him.

We have jumped up to discovery British Showjumping and schooling around 120 at home. He makes a lovely shape and gives you a great feel over a fence. He’s confidence giving and has taken me from jumping wobbly 80cm courses to 125cm.

Cookie is exactly the same cross country, completely unfazed by anything you put infront of him, he is as honest as they come.

We have also done lots of pleasure rides, beach/ forest trips etc. I take him out on my own regularly and he is very easy and mannerly.

This is a truly heartbreaking sale of our beautiful Mojo.

We purchased Mojo 2yrs ago for my teenage daughter to move onto horses . We knew he had gone ring sour when showjumping competitively but we thought with time and patience we could get him back out as he does love to jump unfortunately this hasn’t been the case he simply doesn’t enjoy it.

He will happily jump at home, arena hire etc just not at a competition.

We have exposed him to the world of dressage which he loves and has no problems competing, he had never done it before and is scoring late 60s at prelim level and would easily climb the levels as he moves beautifully. We have only done unaffiliated competitions.

He is a saint to hack out on his own in company and fantastic in open spaces . We have done fun rides etc.

No vices whatsoever my daughter handles him on her own . Never been sick or sorry since we’ve owned him , great to clip shoe , teeth , vets etc . Loads easily.

We would love to keep him forever but feel he is wasted as my daughter loves showjumping and is concentrating on her jumping pony.

Iva is the sweetest girl who really likes to please. She doesn’t ever get fizzy or excitable and is happy doing anything you ask of her. Great in open fields alone or in groups.

She’s great to hack both alone and in company. She’s good in traffic and in open spaces. We use her to nanny all of our young and nervous horses and she’s fantastic, she doesn’t care if other horses spook into her or get silly around her - she’s always calm.

We have done some light schooling and showjumping with Iva but it’s not really her fortè, she’s happy to do it and is a good girl but much prefers hacking than going round in circles.

She is great to shoe, box, catch, load etc. We clipped her for the first time last week and she had to be sedated for this but in time I’m sure she’d feel confident enough to do this without sedation.

Iva is up to date with her vaccinations, teeth, feet, physio, worming etc

She would suit a confident novice who has experienced help as she’s pretty easy and safe, or a mother/daughter share would be great, but we wouldn’t want to sell her to a really nervous rider.

Golden Delight (Millie) combines the rare combination of presence and talent with a lovely safe and easy temperament making her the perfect horse for ambitious amateur rider.

She has 3 expressive, powerful paces and is a forward ride and lovely soft snaffle mouth. Millie is low milage as she has been allowed to grow into her frame and is therefore a little green for her age.

She still needs to learn to balance herself at times and currently needs her rider to help her stay connected, but she is a quick learner and loves her schooling.

She shows real ability to both collect and take the weight behind and extend and has potential for the higher levels. She is very focused and does not spook in the arena.

Millie has seen coloured fences and is bold and honest to a jump but she has not done much jumping and her forte is dressage.

Millie is good to hack out alone and in company and is polite and controllable in open spaces. Millie was imported from Ireland and could have very well hunted their but we have no proof of this. She does show all the attributes to be a top class hunter as she is not marish or bothered by other horses close to her. She also would be a fantastic horse for fun/beach rides etc.

Millie is polite and easy to handle, good to catch, box, shoe, clip etc; she is a kind and friendly mare who loves people.

A lovely type, tri colour, he has feather but i have recently fully clipped him he looks fabulous either way.

Teddy has a lovely temperament, very sweet. He works well in the school, 3 balanced paces, bends, picks up the correct canter leads etc. Hacks alone and in company and has been great with the traffic we have seen- tractors, lorries, combines. He has super natural jumping ability, has popped any thing we have asked, SJ and XC. He has jumped a handful of times but showing such brilliant potential being brave, bold and scopey. He is off the leg and not kick along. He is responsive, lovely forward going ride.

We have taken teddy to arena hires and new environments. Indoors, out doors.
He loads and travels well alone and in company.

We have attended dressage competitions, prelim 1, prelim 2 and prelim 4. First was an evening dressage so new experience of loading and travelling in the dark, he behaved perfectly with horses cantering towards and behind him in the warm up, was very well behaved and wasn’t at all bothered. 64.2%. Easy to take out and about on your own.
Then a day time doing prelim 1, 66% and prelim 4, 62.5% where we bettered our score in prelim 1 and had our first go in a long arena and white boards, was fantastic didn’t look at them! Teddy will suit most disciplines, hacking, dressage, jumping, low level eventing, hunting. He has the ability to do well in any.

Teddy will thrive off a relationship and getting to know some one or having a family of his own. He is a diamond that i could see doing really well in all disciplines. A mother daughter share, a great hack but plenty of talent to excel in pony club/riding club and the competitions we all love doing at the weekend.
No novices please, he is young and take’s confidence from his rider. As i say with any youngsters, no un balanced riders, some one that can build confidence and give direction is still wanted at this age. He is un sure of new people initially.

15h, 3 rising 4 years,this delightful young man has done nothing but impress us and make us fall in love with him since he arrived! 

He came over from Ireland in September, a timid little chap at first, but it was immediately clear that, although wary, he was a very gentle, patient and kind boy who wanted to be your friend. 

Walter has been backed and ridden away gently here with us, he has been an utter delight throughout the process and shown himself to be a sweet, genuine young man who, when you give him time to understand what you are asking of him, will put his best foot forward and try his hardest for you. The progression in his confidence has been nothing short of incredible, this absolutely shows me what a remarkable temperament he has. 

Currently standing at 15h with growing to do, rising 4 years old, Walter is a registered Connemara gelding and he is N/N for HWSD. He is a very smart model, definitely a mini horse rather than an overgrown pony, he is naturally uphill, carries himself in a frame and has three active paces while still being steady rather than sharp or quick. 

Walter is very sweet to deal with, loves any and all attention, stands tied up patiently for a brush, picks his feet up nicely and was good for the farrier, he leads in from the field in a bunch or on his own, he is good to tack up and stands like a rock at the mounting block. He doesn’t mind if he is left on his own on the yard or out in the field and he goes out with mares and geldings.   

Walter has not been rushed at all, he has only been in the school under saddle a handful of times and has been in a different arena away from home where he behaved beautifully, he is not at all spooky and is a more leg on type although still responsive. He is hacking happily around out through the fields, farm and village, he is happy to lead the way, jolly along behind or mooch along upsides without being worried about another horse next to him. He rides and leads well too. He always has a smile on his face. 

Walter’s education is shown in all the videos below which have been in the last few weeks, he is enjoying his work and always tries his hardest. You can safely get on him after a week off and he is the same lovely Walter, no need for lunging first and he always stands beautifully at the mounting block. 

Absolutely a performance pony in the making, Walter will be someone’s horse of a lifetime with his amazing, gentle, kind temperament, an absolute best friend once he knows you, his ideal BFF will be someone looking to get tons of enjoyment out of bringing on/teaching/progressing with a youngster over the winter, putting in the groundwork knowing he has had the basics done and not been rushed or overdone on his young bones. 

He has been out on the XC on the lunge, he went through the water and up and down the steps and banks without hesitation. In his winter woolies at the moment, he will be exceptionally smart in his summer clothes - such a cracking colour! 

BD/BS/Grassroots/Cotswold Cup, all of this is in this exceptional lads future with an experienced, confident and sympathetic jockey showing him what life is all about, although please, he has just started his education so he is not established as yet!
