Was out at BD beginning of Feb, but has been out at grass since. Owner looking for hassle free quick sale to see him in his new home by the end of summer.

Has competed at STARS twice finishing 7th out of 50 in 2025. Has done well at County level shows.
Is BD registered. Has 3 straight correct paces and a natural presence about him that judges love!

Has jumped and been cross country allthough remains green in this area as it is not my thing. Is bold over a fence and through water.

Celt hacks well in company. Has been to the local forest and beach and is fine in open spaces. Attended a fun ride with over 40 horses and was well behaved.

He does NOT hack alone and this is the main reason for sale. Hacking is my main form of excercise with needing to box up to a school but I cant guarentee a hacking buddy more than once a week. Twice a week at a local venue is not enough and he thrives off of a consistent workload, better on a yard with good routines and facilities to keep his active brain going all year round, something we just cannot offer him.

Is turned out in a herd of gelding currently. Stables well also. Travels in lorry or trailer.

Super handsome, quality with the ability and presence to go far in the right hands. He boasts a massive walk, a beautiful, expressive trot (which is comfortable to sit), stunning uphill easy to collect canter and is naturally balanced. Working well in counter canter, leg yield walk pirouettes, simple changes. He also has a flying changes and is working towards half passes canter pirouettes.

A genuinely talented horse who thrives on consistent, correct schooling. He has been out to many competitions both dressage and Working Equitation, scoring well at elementary dressage and novice level WE. Judges love him. Loads and travels well in both trailer and lorry alone or with others. Good to shoe.

Gelded late, so he is not the cuddliest in the stable and benefits from confident, knowledgeable handling on the ground someone who understands managing him a like a stallion and setting boundaries. He is not stallion-like with other horses atall.

Hacks out alone (with a little encouragement takes his confidence from the rider) and in company, fine with light traffic and is getting used to more. Currently not keen on motorbikes/ big lorries so this is something to be aware of.

Fabulous opportunity to purchase Marl Mostyn (stable name: Merlin) a much loved and exceptionally talented 15hh, 14-year-old, black, Welsh Cob gelding.

In his long-term partnership with his former rider he competed at BE80 and BE90, placing 7th with a 29.5dressage on his last outing.

Her attentions then switched to dressage where he regularly scored 67%+ at Novice and Elementary level BD.

He was then sold to a lady in her 60s to rekindle the riding of her past, but tragically it has transpired that her own spinal issues mean his talents are being wasted and she has accepted that is in his best interests that he is sold to pursue more competitive accolades.

Exceptionally well mannered, he's recently been schooled by a former international event rider and is proving a forward-thinking, uncomplicated, talented and fun horse to ride.

He's off the leg, willing and has masses of untapped potential for both dressage and eventing and hence we are seeking a rider who will appreciate both his charming temperament and ability.

I’ve had him for over 5 years, he really is the best. he was my first horse and he’s done everything you can imagine, including showjumping, eventing, cross country, hunting, dressage, fun rides.

He has amazing flatwork and lovely paces. i’m now just looking for someone who loves him just as much as i do, and is happy mainly hacking and school work, just because of age and other factors.
