In 2021 Woody was the highest scoring elite colt foal in all of the British Breeders Futurity shows, with an Elite premium of 9.1. A British Hanoverian, by Wavavoom out of elite mare Delta Lady (Don Frederico X Imperio x Ravel).

Now as a rising 5 year old Woody has taken to the dressage arena like a duck to water, his confident temperament alongside his natural talent allowed him to gain four British Dressage scores of 70-74%, successfully qualifying him for Winter Regional in just 3 tests.

Woody’s kind nature means he is a yard favourite and ridden by all. He hacks alone and in company, first or last. Seen big traffic on a single track lane. Loads, travels and stands on the lorry.

Benny is an eye catching and expressive 17h Bay Gelding with fantastic bloodlines and outstanding natural paces.

He has been extensively competed and knows his job inside and out having competed with a professional rider and placed at regional and national championships as well as taking a step down and competing with junior and young riders including elementary petplans and pony club champs.

He has competed up to medium level and has a green change at home as well as the beginnings of piaffe and passage.

Benny is very easy on the ground in all ways, no trouble in the stable or the wash bay, good for farrier, vets etc, loads easily onto a trailer or lorry and has no vices or quirks.

Benny is a big sports horse who would really suit a professional rider looking for a horse with real potential to continue his career to Grand Prix or a younger rider looking for an established medium level horse to show them the ropes, he would not suit a nervous or amateur rider.

Benny is currently based near Cowbridge in South Wales with a professional rider who would happily continue his training alongside helping a young rider or for an owner who was looking for a horse to enjoy being part of their journey.

He hacks out, unfased by any kind of traffic, and is used to heavy farm machinery, he does hack out alone, but he is better in company.

He is fantastic on the ground, impeccable manners he loves being fussed, groomed, clipped, and is a yard favourite.

I have had him for almost 12 years, and we have had the most amazing fun together, we have done Somerford camps, dressage camps, beach rides, pleasure rides, cross country.

He is only for sale as I have changed jobs and I just do not have the time to give him anymore, and that's not fair on this lovely boy.
