“Masterpiece” known as Davinci, has been owned and ridden by myself for the past 6 years. He is grand son to cornet oblensky with Voltaire/ heartbreaker in his lines. Bred to showjump and has all the talent to go all the way.

My interests lie in the eventing field, so he has evented before, proving very brave over the jumps, ditches, water, steps etc.

He produces a lovely dressage test and I has been schooled well. Unfortunately he doesn’t like the eventing atmosphere, so I the ventured into the showjumping with him to which he jumped numerous newcomers clear rounds, with winnings gaining him newcomers second rounds 2026.

He is a careful showjumper with heaps and heaps of jump.

He is easy catch and do pretty much everything with hacks out alone and in company. He has hunted the past 2 years and had been very brave and bold in the front of the hunt.

Last year he went to semer and jumped the intermediate hedges with ease and no questions asked.

Davinci is incredibly talented, well bred and fit and ready to go. He is not a novice ride, he’s a competition horse and needs someone confident to go and have fun with him so please no, super young riders, or people after a plod along, serious enquires only.

Winterfold has excellent breeding. He was bred in Ireland by Bryan McKenna in 2019. Genetic sire, Fado Fado, Grandsire Star Kingdom. He has brothers who are successful eventers and he is the younger brother of BE horse Future Kingdom who is best known for completing Blair Castle in 2023.

Winterfold was sold to his first home at the age of 2 years old where he was started slowly and trained with kindness, love and patience by a skilled equestrian family of vets, judges and producers of HOYS horses. During his time with his first owners he spent his time mainly hacking out in Ireland and from the age of 4 years old he started jumping 80cm courses and entered some lightweight hunter classes and placed in the top three.
During his time with us he has taken on the task of partnering with a young rider straight off of ponies and has been patient and safe and sensible throughout, bringing her on to be a confident and more skilled rider. Winterfold is best suited to a confident, experienced and skilled rider who wants to produce a successful competition horse but who is also wanting a fun, kind, easygoing, affectionate pet. He had the best start and has since with us, continued his education and has been professionally schooled. He is brave and keen to please and further his education.

At the yard he is a firm favourite with both humans and horses. He is happy to be kept in or go out. He is good to catch, load, travel, bath, clip. Good with farrier (Fronts shod) and with the vet and vaccines (Up to date and 5 stage vetting passed August 2025), good with the dentist (up to date), with saddle fitter (6 monthly and just done) No vices, no medical issues. Hacks alone and in company. Excellent stable manners and also excellent in hand. Used to farm machinery and a busy environment. He has a great jump with lots of scope having jumped over an metre during his time with us and has 3 lovely paces. Since arriving from Ireland at the start of the year, Chester has been a gentleman and a pleasure to have and keep. Good with small children and dogs on a busy and active yard. He is always doing what is asked of him and only wants to please his rider.

Recently partnered with a 15yro rider for Pony Club rallies doing grid-work and pole work activities.

Chester has been to local arena hires and competitions including some small arena eventing outings where he was unphased by a range of jumps and fillers, even bagging a 5th place rosette in a competitive class. He has much potential, jumping a course with ease and is clever with his stride. He makes a good shape over a fence.
XC schooled well at home, not phased by a range of jumps, a good forward stride when wanted but equally comes back in the hand.
Chester is easily capable of a grass root eventing level and being enjoyed as an all rounder.
