Idyllic pony , green passport

Been there done it type of pony, in his early years he done lots of in hand showing and first ridden classes , active member of pony club , mounted games, horseball , rallies, XC , polework clinics ,musical rides, showing, stay away shows .

Great pony for kids to learn to ride . He will take your child from lead rein to first ridden

We bought Clive as a first ridden for my daughter who was more independently coming off the lead rein . He has been the best next step pony for her and he is just the most honest and safe pony who will look after his little rider, Has done lots of hacking around and about , goes past tractors , all farm animals , safe with dogs running around. He will step up for an older rider or down for the little rider . He prefers XC rather than showjumping , but will equally happy go over a little course with a leader , following or an older child .

Never sick or sorry, lives on fresh air, currently living out in a herd. Happy to be stabled or shelter . Loves a bath, and good for farrier , clipping he does need sedation , he has had bad previous experience from being twitched . He is good for farrier and does need a lady vet and someone who doesn’t come in and try and stick a needle in him without first giving him some fuss and treats . (Has only ever needed vaccs and teeth doing!) he loads and travels brilliantly. Has stayed out at shows , you can take him to different environments and he is just the same . He is barefoot and up to date with vaccs, worming, teeth and comes with tack (beautiful new saddle fitted ) and rugs.

He is comfortable will all farm machinery and a variety of animals! Snaffle mouthed and never strong or silly , so happy out and about hacking too and loves looking after his little riders out in open spaces . Never changes if left for a week or two and then be ridden . He can be protective of his hay and happy when left alone to eat . He will pull a face to tell you to leave him alone to eat . Never a problem for us. Great to catch .

Very calm in the stable and field, not worried about being on his own. He in his element when he attends pony club with his fellow pony friends . Active member of pony club so always out and about . He has the best character . I can honestly say he has been the best confidence giver ever and this is why we have now come to the point that my daughter would like to take the next step pony , no other reason than my daughter wants to progress from a steady boy who has given her the best confidence from that transition from lead rein . I can’t thank this pony enough for where he has got my daughter too .

Happy to answer any questions you may have , only the best home for this boy

If you’re looking for a safe confidence giving starter pony he is the best .

Please only enquire if you are actively looking for a pony.

Oakvale Emyr

Emyr is a fully registered Welsh sec C, very well put together, eye catching and true to type. Always complimented by everyone he meets! He has a personality larger than life itself and is a typical cheeky pony! He was only broken in May, therefore he is VERY GREEN! He’s been brought on slowly and correctly without being rushed. Turned away over winter and brought straight back in to work with no issues. He would make a cracking WHP or equally would be a nice lead rein pony/ future PC pony. He has also been long reined and had a harness on, and is ready for the next stage. I don’t think there’s anything this pony wouldn’t be able to turn his hoof too! For the above reason of him being recently backed I am advertising him as a 2nd pony because I feel he does require a confident jockey, although he’s never put a foot wrong it is all still new to him.

He’s the sort that thrives the more he does. The sort that prefers human company to other horses and would happily be pulled around by a child all day long and absolutely adore all of the attention. Emyr is desperate to go and be a childs best friend.

Hes been out to local inhand shows and been placed every time out. He started popping a few small fences at home recently and a few weeks back we threw him in at the deep end to pop around his first little arena eventing course he’s a total natural and even brought home 3rd place!
Recently been out on hound exercise again impeccably behaved would make a super child’s hunting pony, not strong or silly. Snaffle mouthed.

Has also been out on hound exercise and behaved impeccably!

I can’t sing this pony’s praises enough he’s going to be very special, good in traffic, hacks alone or in company. Self loads on to any lorry or trailer. Good to shoe. Up to date with vacs ect..

Open to any vetting.

  • Dapple palomino Welsh C with 4 white socks
  • A rising superstar!

12hh approx 4yr dapple palomino welsh C with 4 white socks.. by Royal Welsh champion Llanmorlais Reagan out of multiple Champion Berthorpe Isabella (Cargarsar silver shadow).

I don’t really know where to start with writing about Paris except from starting with she’s a rising superstar…

She has tonnes of bone, beautiful straight flashy movement, excellent conformation and is a diamond to do in all ways- she is totally un marish!!

She has been produced on slowly by a child only (never ridden by an adult!) and not rushed. She is off the leg but safe, is schooled beautifully in all three paces in a rubber snaffle and has the most incredible scope I’ve ever seen. Although she’s safe, she would not be suitable for a tiny tot coming off the lead.

Paris has been show jumping and clear around 60/70 (you could easily ask her to give 90 a go and she would try her hardest !) and she has been to her first worker show where she jumped a beautiful clear round to come 5th out of about 20 starters. Recently she went to another working hunter show where she jumped a lovely clear again to take 3rd out of about 20 starters. She is bold as brass, has jumped absolutely everything here and never stopped or said no inc big black and blue trays, fillers etc.

She has been to a show on the flat where she won and took overall res ring champion and also been to her first dressage where she was 2nd and qualified for the Sunshine tour championships 2026. We feel Paris would make a superb first ridden or even a superstar PC alrounder.

This pony hand on heart without a doubt with the correct continuation of slow production bringing her up the gears; she is good enough to win HOYS as a worker. She’s only young but 110% she would make light work of the 122 hoys tracks even this season!! We also feel she would make an INCREDIBLE BSJA pony as she can pop 1m for fun!!

These ponies are seldom seen and gold dust to get hold of. She’s handled daily by a 75yr old lady and children.

She’s only available as her jockey has grown again and now has a 13hh. This is an absolute heart aching sale for her owners so they will only consider top 10* homes. We were going to run her this season, however her jockey hasn’t stopped growing and we feel then her new jockey can enjoy her for the season.

She is not a bargain and please no Timewaster’s. She isn’t my pony and I hate dealing with timewaster on my own, let alone a friends pony.

Plenty of videos available to genuine enquiries.

Lovely connie gelding, Ben has been in the same home for the last 6 years but sadly has been outgrown, he’s took me from going to a few local shows now and again to competing at county level and qualified for LIHS last year.

He excels doing flat work competing up to elementary in dressage and is his more preferred thing to. He loves a day out hunting and has never stopped.

He is 100% safe in open spaces and groups, his only fault is getting a bit overexcited at the beginning of a hunt and is known to throw an occasional bronk but nothing malicious (video included of this)

He loves pairs XC or any type of jumping with other horses involved but we are not selling him as a jumping horse for competitions as he’s not consistent alone and just doesn’t seem to be his thing. Ben did do 2 years of pony club and did 2 camps where he excelled winning his last PC ODE.

Ben is very easy going he loads and will stand all day on the lorry happily, be turned out or stabled alone with no bother, hacks alone or in company. Good to clip, bath, farrier, comes to call in the field.

He’s a real character and very much loved and would be a super pony for the right person.

  • He has plenty of jump
  • We think he would be an excellent team chase / hunt scurry pony

Jack has previously hunted with several packs including the South Notts, and this 25/26 season with the Warwickshire, proving exceptional. He absolutely adores his hunting, he stands like a gentleman at the meet and to get on and off, will go off happily on point, brilliant with Hounds, and jumps anything he is pointed at carefully and cleanly. He has been hunted by both children and adults.

We bought Jack to campaign the 143 working hunters, which he did for the most part of last season with great success, qualifying for RIHS and HOYS. We do feel however, that Jack has won all there is to win as a worker, and is now looking for a home where he can primarily hunt as that what he enjoys most.

He would be suitable for a confident and competent little jockey or small adult where he can do NSEA, pony club activities, fun rides and some occasional eventing. We think he would be an excellent team chase / hunt scurry pony. He has plenty of jump.

Very sweet and easy to do, load, hack, shoe.
Up to date with worming, teeth, physio etc.

Jack can be seen to crib around feed time.

Only for sale as jockey wishes to pursue showing.

Confidence giving, safe pony who will also step up for a more confident rider.

Scarlett does not fizz up away from home and always takes everything in her stride.
She has taken my daughter from being a nervous novice to being a confident rider who is out competing successfully in showjumping, working hunter, and dressage competitions.

She has won and been placed consistently in novice working hunter shows including championships and at prelim dressage. She qualified for the ncpa pony of the year show 2025 in novice working hunter. She is also currently first place in the junior prelim winter league dressage at Craven.

Scarlett happily jumps 80/90 as a single fence at home. Out competing she is happiest at 60/70.

Scarlett has done pony club rallies and lots of training clinics. Always impeccably behaved.

Scarlett is safe to hack alone and in company. She is great in all types of traffic and is safe cantering in open spaces and round farm rides.

She loves being pampered ad my daughter has always done everything with her by herself, including when out at shows.

Scarlett is definitely a mother's dream pony and a sort very hard to find. This is a sad sale but Scarlett is hopelessly outgrown.

Good to travel, shoe, clip and for the vet.

The 1st video shows Scarlett helping my daughter develop confidence and the 2nd video shows the progress they've made. Scarlett is happy doing either job!

Welsh Section B (2018)
Wortley Lemon Drizzle – “Crumpet”

A scopey, talented and extremely versatile competition pony with an exciting future ahead. Crumpet is the type to step up with a capable jockey to jump and compete seriously, yet is kind enough to step down for smaller riders when needed.

She has successfully competed on the lead rein and off. She will plait up and trim up as a very smart SHP, making her hugely versatile across showing categories.

Crumpet spent her early years predominantly in the show ring, consistently achieving wins and championships on the flat and in WHP classes. Alongside her showing career, she has competed confidently in showjumping up to 85cm, and produces a sweet, rhythmical dressage test with consistently high collective marks.

2025 Highlights:
• Winner of Showjumping & WHP at ESUK
• Winner of the WHP & M&M Points League at Selston EC

Our rider is 15, small but mighty, and rides her correctly from leg to hand. With a smaller or less experienced jockey she will happily go on the buckle and can feel a little laid back, but once switched on she stays in front of the leg and offers a balanced, rideable and competitive feel. She is not a first pony, but in the right hands will continue to shine.

She is excellent to hack, letting you get on and off to make jumps in the woods, splashing through streams, cantering on stubble and thoroughly enjoying varied activities. She thrives on being busy and having a job.

She would be the perfect competitive all-round pony for an ambitious rider wanting to do a bit of everything. If showing was the chosen discipline, she would be a serious contender for STARS and higher level competition should her next jockey wish to pursue it. Full brother to Wortly Warrior.

Good to box, catch and for the farrier

LLANWARNE LADY CAMILLA – 134cm Welsh Section B Mare – Rising 6 – Top Class WHP / BS Prospect

Very flashy 134cm Welsh Section B mare, rising 6 years old, with the quality and ability to excel as a top class 133 Workers pony or BS

A proper old-fashioned stamp, like a real-life rocking horse, with a beautiful head, stallion-like neck and excellent conformation. A true traditional Section B with all the presence and movement judges look for in top class 133 WHP ponies.

Outstanding Welsh Section B breeding combining the renowned Downland, Llanarth and Eyarth bloodlines alongside the athletic Mollegaards performance line, responsible for numerous Royal Welsh and HOYS winning ponies.

Owned since she was a just broken 3-year-old and slowly and correctly produced primarily by a child, giving her a fantastic start without being rushed. During this time she has hunted, cross country schooled, attended numerous shows including a stay-away show, and taken everything in her stride.
She is currently jumping clear around 80cm BS tracks on a ticket, showing excellent technique, carefulness and plenty of scope, regularly schooling 1m at home. She absolutely loves her jumping and is a brave, genuine pony.

On the flat she has a lovely soft mouth, works in a natural outline, has three balanced paces, and has begun establishing her flying changes.
Good to load, travel and clip. Hacks happily alone or in company and has excellent manners on the ground. A very affectionate pony with plenty of character who is much loved. Only vice is she can occasionally crib in the stable, but this doesn’t effect her in anyway.

She is still young and green due to her age and not being rushed, therefore she is not a novice ride and would suit a knowledgeable, competitive home to continue her education and bring out her full potential. She can throw an odd buck but purely in excitement.

A genuine and exciting young pony with a big future ahead.

11.2hh, Registered section a, 12 yo mare. What a legend of a pony and a super hard sell. Purchased whilst my daughter’s pony was out of work. She proved much more talented that what we imagined.

She needs a jockey not a passenger, someone that loves speed as much as she does.

She jumps anything, that’s her forte! She’s talented and brave. Confident over fillers, rustic and sj.

She’s ready to register.

She hacks alone or in company.

She’s perfect to trim, box, clip etc.

Absolutely no novices or nervous Nellie’s, she hates it when someone looses their balances or squeaks/shouts at her.

A super talented pony on a budget that needs a knowledgeable home and jockey. Some family will be very lucky to purchase such a fab little pony.

I haven’t got a million videos or pictures but I am happy to box up for viewings and take her to arena hire somewhere.

The money is not overly important, if you call me and you sound the perfect home I’ll be more interested in that.

Dora - 6yo Connemara fully class 1 bred
N/N HWSD

Dora is a sweet pony who has been produced slowly and carefully. She has lots of potential to go far in the right home, is ready for someone to put their own stamp on and will turn her hoof to anything.

She would be suitable for a competent child to take out to ponies club rallies or small adult wanting to have a bit of fun.

She loves attention being fussed over, groomed and is great with kids.

She is a genuine mare who schools well with a calm attitude, is more of a steady ride but really perks up when she sees a fence and enjoys her jumping.

Hacks out sensibly both alone and in company, making her a fun and reliable partner.

Great for the farrier, catch and clip. Quiet to load and travel

Been out to arena hire, arena xc and grass xc pops up and down steps and loves a splash in the water. She is sensible out in open spaces and loves to go for a good gallop

Happy to come in or live out and for the last two years has lived out with me and has been no bother at all.

Will come with all rugs and tack

Based just outside of Penkridge ST19

  • Actively looking for the best Pony Club ponies

I have motivated clients looking for genuine, kind, quality and proven ponies to take part in all Pony Club activities.

The ponies I would love to hear about are those not needing to be advertised to secure a new home. There’s no harm in finding out whether I know of a better home and match. Perhaps you worry about your child finding it upsetting seeing their old pony regularly at rallies etc - then selling out of area could be a better solution.

These are motivated buyers receiving guidance as to what will likely suit their child - not the timewasters regularly reported. In most cases homes are also knowledgeable: simply lacking in time to conduct a search themselves. Most will also wait for the right pony so if you are not ready to sell yet, that’s not an issue.

There are some decent budgets available relative to age and medical conditions etc.

All leads will be handled with discretion.
