14.2hh Traditional Coloured Gelding | Approx 5–6yrs | Backed | CHAPS Placed 2024 in hand | Genuine All-Round Prospect

Striking piebald gelding, approx 14.2hh, a proper traditional stamp with bone, presence and a kind, intelligent outlook. Owned since a 2yo and produced correctly with long-term soundness and development in mind. Successfully shown CHAPS 2024, placed in all classes and taken through to evening performance — he carries himself well and has already proven he can deal with some busy environments.

Education & Current Work
He was professionally backed and ridden over a 10-week period (Oct–Dec 2025), taking everything in his stride. Turned away since due to time and weather, not ability, and now back in work, currently long reining out on the road, around the farm and in open fields to continue his education. Not under saddle due to size of owners butt right now but work in progress so don't hang around!

During backing he hacked both alone and in company, proving sensible and straightforward, including through water and new environments (videos available and on here).

Produced correctly and given time to mature, he was not rushed as a youngster. Backed later by design to allow him to strengthen and develop properly, giving him a solid, long-term foundation.

A genuinely kind, level-headed horse who enjoys human interaction and wants to work with you. Naturally independent — happy to be left, does not call or become unsettled away from others.

Not suited to nervous, over-analytical or inconsistent riding — he thrives with quiet, straightforward handling from someone who enjoys producing a horse properly and having fun beyond the arena. He is not sharp or reactive; he is a kind, willing horse who genuinely wants to get things right. He responds best to clear, consistent guidance and positive reinforcement. If over faced or rushed, he could lose confidence, so he is best produced progressively by someone who reads their horse and works with him, not against him.

A proper all-rounder with quality — well suited to a Pony Club / family home wanting to do a bit of everything: Fun rides, clinics, local shows, camps, hacks out, pub rides etc. Equally, he has the presence and ability to step up with the right training. Shows a natural aptitude for long reining and could also develop into a smart driving prospect. A correctly produced horse with a solid foundation — offering a genuine opportunity to develop something quality without having to undo poor training.

Snaffle mouthed.
You wont find a more responsive pony to voice commands. consistent training ongoing.
Loads and travels alone or in company (trailer / 3.5t)
Good with farrier and vet
No vices, no health issues
Handled daily and easy to have around

He is being offered for sale only to find the right long-term home where his potential will be realised. This is not a forced sale, and his long term home will be chosen carefully. Ideally, a buyer open to keeping in touch would be appreciated.

Open to vetting. Will not be shown ridden to any new buyer but I am open to discussion options for genuine applicants. NOTE a sensible deposit will be required. NO trials, loans or any other versions - this is a SALE only otherwise he can stay with me and I will produce him further.
Serious enquiries only — phone calls preferred

I SPY

Unfortunately the time has come to find my little nemo a new home. It’s time for him to go out and show the world what he’s made of and have some fun with a child. He’s currently out of work, wouldn’t take much to get him back into work at all - my youngster has just been broken in and taking up all my time hence the sale, just lack of him which he deserves.
Nemo is a 12.2 piebald, 8 year old cob.

Over the years we have had so much fun together and done everything including:
- Hacking (alone/company/front/behind)
- Showjumping
- Cross country (competition/schooling)
- Beach ride
- Sponsored rides
- Natural horsemanship camp (groundwork)
- Pony camp
- Pole work
- Long reining
- Showing (in hand/ridden)
- Gridwork
- Lunging/double lunging
- Free schooling/jumping
- Pub hacks
- Hacking with a bike
- Dressage
I have documented his whole journey on my Facebook page under the album ‘Nemo’ where there is hundreds of photos and videos. References available.

He’s been ridden by all ages, and is happy to go on/off lead rein when needed. With incredible manners on the ground. He is also happy to ride and lead. Absolutely bomb proof in all traffic, happy to lead past the biggest of traffic.
Nemo is also an angel to travel, trailer or lorry… load first or last.

Nemo has mane and feather to die for… placing first in best coloured and qualifying for hickstead. He’s a real quality stamp of cob with some lovely comments from showing professionals. He has recently had his mane chopped for maintenance during the winter. He can be a little unsure about his feathers being brushed out and can fidget but with a second pair of hands of someone holding him telling him he’ll be okay he stands.

Schooling/in the school he is established in walk and trot but the canter is green, due to his age I haven’t pushed or rushed him in the school but it wouldn’t be hard to get the canter going more due to being a quick learner and always wanting to please - he’s more than happy to canter following someone out hacking.

He previously spent 2 summers on livery with me where I work where he had so much fun. We spent hours hacking over 100 acres of land alone and in company, bareback in the summer and is perfect in open spaces.

Stables beautifully, super clean in the stable and manners to die for in/out the stable. Comes in alone and won’t make a fuss, happy to lead with another horse no matter the size, or in a 3.
He also completed summer camp with a couple of little girls where he did all activities with them.

Nemo has had the winters off with me, due to wanted him to mature correctly and spend time just being a young pony. This has done him the world of good. Has come back into work each time after time off like he never had time off.

He’s been clipped twice with me which he was great about, one bib clip and one full body out apart from legs - couldn’t part with his feathers! he was super!

Nemo does have fleshy mouth which is soothed with the correct bit (peewee bit) and gentle hands while riding. He has two wolf teeth which he hasn’t had removed has as not causing any problems.
He is dominant in the field, would suit individual turnout or with another pony who will stick up for themselves.
He wears a nose net to help with the pollen, more so in the summer but I have kept it on all year round and it has helped his nose flick.

More than happy to answer any questions anyone has, I can’t stress enough how wicked this little pony is, and is he was bigger he wouldn’t be going anywhere. I want the best for him and that means letting him go.
Looking for a 5* home and all potentially buyers will be asked for references.
Many photos/videos available! Based 10mins from Gatwick.
Can come with bridle which already has his peewee bit on and his rugs at extra.

Our Ebony is looking for a new home, due to my daughter getting a new job and lack of time.

Loves to hack, my daughter took her hunting for both of their first times this winter and she behaved impeccably.

She will go in the arena but is not a huge fan.

Will go out alone, or in company, needs a firm hand on her own until she's away from the yard and then is absolutely fine.

She is more of an small adult as can be strong in hand and ridden sometimes.
Good with farrier, excellent feet unshod, good to clip, load and travel.

Currently living out with a field shelter, but will happy stable.
Can be a bit mareish sometimes and is a bit grumpy around short feed, and has kicked out if a horse gets too close so we kept her behind and put a red ribbon on her tail.

Will come with bridle and rugs,
saddle to be sold separately.
Based near stansted airport.

He was backed and hacking out last summer (2025) but has since been turned away and is currently being sold from the field. As such, he will need bringing back into work.

14hh- 14.2hh 16yr old handsome heavy weight cob. Loads of bone - real weight carrier.

Perfect to hack alone and in company. Goes first or last. Not at all spooky and is great with all traffic including farm machinery. Goes nicely in the school - 3 nice paces. A bit rusty as just been a happy hacker lately but have popped him the in the school and he happily did all 3 paces on both reins.

Goes off leg but not strong. Previously used for long distance rides however we have only done roadwork. Really loves being ridden. Doesn’t need riding every day. Gentleman on the ground. Polite even with food. Good with electric fencing.

Good for teeth, vet, farrier. Used to dogs and kids running around and happy for kids to brush him and sit on him bareback etc. 16yrs old but very low mileage so no wear and tear. Perfect for a happy hacker/ low level allrounder or general family pony.

Very sad sale but has had a couple of “cobbie” moments (nothing dramatic – no-ones ever left the saddle!) but these have unsettled his older lady rider who feels a bit over horsed therefore not novice ride and needs experienced rider. He does need sedating to clip and has got slight malanders.

10* home wanted and would like to keep in touch.

Robin is a full up 14.2/3hh 5yr old , very strikingly marked con gelding
This handsome chap is a beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside. He is incredibly kind, safe and tries his best at everything he does.
Although robin is still only young he is quiet and safe whilst still been a fun responsive ride,
He has done loads of hacking and is happy alone and in company and in heavy traffic. Over the past few moths he has began schooling at home, arena hires and working in the field. He is working beautifully over poles and will happily pop a little jump. He naturally softens into a lovely outline.
Robin would benefit from continuing his education in all spheres to become a well rounded all rounder.
He has a fantastic action and a soft snaffle mouth including in open spaces!
He would do very well at dressage with more education.

Robin does have a dropped ear on his left side, this is due to nerve damage that he sustained as a foal, it does not effect him in anyway and he is very happy for you to touch it. It is purely cosmetic.

Exceptional to handle, clip, load , travel,
Up to date with teeth, vacs , worming etc

Suitable for a novice or mother daughter share as he is super safe and kind , but would benefit from some guidance with his flatwork and jumping as he is still green.
Please no time wasters

Piebald traditional mini cob two year old filly to make 12.1hh+

She is the most adorable little lady who loves a fuss and a cuddle. She would make a fabulous companion and ridden pony once old enough.

She has been halter trained since 1 month old, so she leads, catches, ties up politely. She stands quietly for the farrier, picks her feet up and would stand all day to be groomed and fussed. She is well mannered and has been handled daily since born.

She currently stands at around 11hh, I expect her to make 12.1hh potentially a little more. Her Mum can be seen and she stands at about 13.1hh.

She happily turns out with filly’s and geldings and gets along with everyone that I have put her with. She is happy to live in or out, she is also happy to be first or last to come in or out and waits quietly for her turn with no fuss. She comes to call and is a lovely little person to be around and will be sorely missed.

She is very correct for a traditional cob and has a great amount of mane, tail and feather. She is very striking with two blue eyes and so much presence, she is going to grow in to some horse!

She has a Passport and microchip and is vaccinated for flu and tetanus. She is up to date with the farrier and has been trimmed by the farrier every 6 weeks since she was 6 weeks old. She is up to date with worming and has been wormed in accordance with the current veterinary advice for worming foals and youngsters since she was born.

I am looking for a forever home only please, homes will be vetted.
No time wasters, no dealers, no novices, no loans and no payment plans. She will not be sold unseen.

I have tons of photos and videos so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Traditional mini cob 4 year old gelding. Currently standing at 12.1hh.

I rescued him and his mum when he was only days old, I am in absolutely no rush and he will only be sold when I find him his forever home and his best friend for life, homes will be vetted.

He was very successfully shown as a foal and a yearling with myself and is the most incredible stamp of a cob and a true showman! Every time we went out the comments from the judges would blow me away. He really is one in a million. He always brings home rosettes and sashes. I also had him out once last year as a 3 year old and he won a very strong youngstock class with more fabulous comments from the judge. However with all the will in the world, showing just isn’t me, I enjoyed what we did together but he was born to be in the ring and sadly I wasn’t and my heart just isn’t in it.

He was professionally started by myself last summer and lunges and long reins beautifully, he stands quietly at the mounting block and he has been leant over and sat on a couple of times with no fuss at all. But sadly I have taken him as far as I can as I am 5ft9 and am just too big for him. I was desperately hoping that he would make a bigger height and as much as he still has some growing and filling out still left to do, he will not make the height for me to finish breaking him.

It will break my heart to let him go but he has just become a pet and a companion and it seems such a shame for him because I know he would love to have a job and he would give his absolute all to whatever was asked of him and would excel in any job. If the right person doesn’t come along he will stay with me for the rest of his days, but I am just seeing if that person is out there waiting to find him.

He is very easy going, wants to be everyone’s friend, loves a fuss. Good to handle in every way, will live in or out, comes to call, leads, ties up, travels well in a trailer and box , good to clip, good to bath, good for the farrier and vet, happily wears rugs and doesn’t destroy them! Has a TGCA passport, microchipped and is fully vaccinated , he is up to date with worming, worm counts, physio, teeth and farrier. I have tons of videos and photos of him.

His mum can be seen.

No dealers, no time wasters, no novices, no loans, no payment plans.

A real solid 146cm, flashy traditional who will hold his own in the county show ring or be a fun all rounder for a competent rider.

Thomas is a lovely cob and is a forward thinking ride, he is not a stuffy kick along cob and as such needs a rider who is used to a turbo cob type.

He was bought by current owner for HOYS / RI classes but owner is not well enough to take him in the ring herself and sadly daughter has lost interest, so he’s been a bit wasted and has just hacked round over the winter.

He’s got great paces and will really flick his toes on the flat, he’s got a lot of power and needs to be given an appropriate job, either showing , possibly dressage with a bit more flat work, doing RC etc.

He also enjoys his jumping and pops small fences happily for a change of activity. He’s the type who thrives on work so someone active who wants to really get stuck in would suit him best.

He was started under saddle late and as such is still a bit green for his age but very willing to learn and is a kind soul.

Thomas enjoys his hacking both alone and in company and is excellent on the road. He will go first or last.

He’s a lovely cob to have on the yard, happy to live in or out, good to catch, bath, clip/trim, shoe and polite in the stable.

Seen at livery.

Rupert is a kind and genuine young traditional cob with a lovely attitude and plenty of potential for the right home.

Rupert has been to a show and arena hires. He gives a nice , balanced ride in all three paces and always tries his best. With his quality and presence, he could have a promising future in the show ring, and he also shows potential for dressage or a variety of other disciplines — he is the sort who could turn his hoof to most things.

He has a kind temperament and is a pleasure to have around. We feel he would be best suited to a competent small adult or an experienced teenager rather than a novice , and we are keen for him to go to a knowledgeable home where he can continue to progress and be successful.

Rupert is:
• Good to clip, trim and load
• Travels well
• Happy to live in or out
• Good for farrier and dentist
• Up to date with physio, vaccinations, and teeth.

This is a genuine and sad sale. Rupert is now ready to move on to a home where he can have a job to do and make his next person very happy.

Perky is a lovely young cob mare with a bright personality and plenty of potential. She is still at the very beginning of her journey and is looking for a home that can continue her education and help her grow in confidence. Currently living out in a herd of mares, Perky is used to a social lifestyle and enjoys being around other horses. She is also beginning to learn about spending more time stabled, although she can still feel a little unsettled as she adjusts to new routines.

In her day-to-day handling, Perky is a sweet and approachable youngster. She is easy to catch and will happily let you walk straight up to her and put on a headcollar. She is good to groom and generally enjoys interaction, although she can be a little fidgety as you would expect for her age. When picking up her feet, she tries well but can be unbalanced, so she benefits from a calm and patient handler. She has started learning to lead but can feel unsure in new environments and may occasionally stop, so she will need ongoing guidance to build her confidence and consistency.

Perky would make a rewarding unbacked project for an experienced home looking to bring on a young pony. She will need a knowledgeable and patient adopter who can continue her groundwork and support her through new experiences. With time, reassurance, and consistent handling, Perky has all the makings of a kind and capable pony who will form a strong bond with her new owner.

- Based at a foster yard in Leicestershire -

Jazz is a rising 3-year-old cob mare who is now ready to begin the search for her new home. She arrived to us as a transfer from the RSPCA and has been settling well into her routine while gradually building confidence.

She is a sweet-natured young pony, but she can be nervous at times, particularly in new situations, and will need a confident, calm, and sympathetic handler who can offer steady guidance and help her continue to develop trust. Jazz has already made good progress with her basic handling, yet she remains a young pony who will benefit from consistent, patient training.

Jazz would make a rewarding future project pony for someone experienced with youngsters, or she would be equally well suited as a lovely companion, especially for other young horses. She has been living happily in a herd and enjoys the company of other equines.

She can live out or be part-stabled, provided she has appropriate companionship and a routine that supports her ongoing confidence building.

Jazz is a gentle soul with plenty of potential, and she is looking for a home that can offer her reassurance, structure, and the opportunity to continue growing into a confident, well-rounded pony.
