  • 2013 Traditional Gypsy Cob, Tobiano Mare.
  • Approx 14.2hh, top class, county show quality.
  • CHAPS passported.

Tilly is by Apollo II a graded stallion ridden by Emma Green (Qualified for HOYS over 7 consecutive years, 3rd at HOYS 2010 and 2011, 4th in 2012, CHAPS Traditional Horse Champion 3 years running and Supreme Champion at the BSPA Championships.)

Tilly is the sweetest and most beautiful mare with so much potential. She has masses of silky mane, tail and feather, a good balance of colour and great ring presence. She has straight, elevated paces and excellent conformation so will be sure to shine in the show ring.

Tilly was bought direct from her breeder as a 3 year old in 2016 so her full history is known. Backed as a four year old in 2017 - walk, trot and canter under saddle and short accompanied walk hacks around the yard - then left to mature. She has been on a few outings and won her first in-hand show class as a yearling. She is great to ride, lunge and long rein, load, travel in the lorry or trailer on her own or with company, great with the farrier (unshod), loves her baths and grooming, up to date with vaccinations, lives in or out and is a very easy to do anything with. She is a complete black canvass and has taken everything in her stride so far. Due to lack of time she has not been brought back into ridden work since backing but Tilly now needs to go out and fulfil her potential in the show ring. She loves her work and will be easy to restart under saddle. She is a quick and sensible learner that loves to have a job.

She is extremely competitively priced at £3,000, especially for her quality, but will only be sold to a 5* competition/ showing home. As she is still green and needs to be restarted she does need time investing in her early education so wouldn’t be suitable for novices.

This is a heart breaking sale due to owner’s lack of time plus a change in direction. Lots more photos and video available. Serious potential buyers please email or call. No texts please. No loans or LWVTB.

Based Aberdeen, Scotland – only 20 min. from airport.

Puzzle is a genuine little mare who has a willing and sensible attitude to whatever is asked of her.

She is easy to do in all respects; good to catch, clip, load and with the farrier. Excellent manners on the ground and under saddle. Will stand perfectly to be groomed and bathed.

Puzzle is hacking alone and in company and will ride as lead or tail in a group. She has been used to ride and lead from. She doesn’t fizz up in open spaces, is great in traffic and nothing phases her while out and about.

We have taken Puzzle to a couple of local shows including some in hand showing classes and a low level One Day Event. She is very easy to handle at the showground and doesn’t stress or fidget whilst being groomed and tacked up.
At the ODE, Puzzle produced a very sweet dressage test, was unfazed by the coloured poles in the showjumping and the solid fences in the cross country sections. On the cross country course, Puzzle thoroughly enjoyed herself, and was happy to remain in trot or canter across the fields and over the fences. Puzzle finished the event with 2nd place.

Puzzle has very rhythmic paces and a genuine approach to work and I feel she would also make a fabulous driving pony.

Sadly, we do not have a rider to use Puzzle to her full potential and this lovely pony really deserves a loving home that will appreciate her exceptional temperament and personality.

Comes with tack and full wardrobe.

This is one advert i do not want to write and is one of the hardest decisions i have ever had to make.

Lily is one in a million and worth her weight in gold. She is the easiest and nicest mare i have ever had the pleasure of owning.

100% box (she will stand on the box all day if need be), shoe ( hot shod ), clip, teeth, catch and in traffic. She is never sick or sorry. Fully vaccinated, microchipped and passported.

Lily came to me august 2017 unbroken and had been used as a broodmare. In the time i have owned her she has earned her name of Super cob. There is nothing this cob can't or won't do.

She is very true to type for the show ring and the comments we got at Equifest last year were amazing, i had judges coming up to me wanting to know about her and what are intentions were as they would love to see her in the HOYS/RI qualifiers.

She rises to the occasion in the ring everytime and never gets silly or strong. She stands in the line up and she does a fab go round and individual show. She makes me so proud and has never disappointed me. Whiles waiting for the evening performance at Equifest Lily warmed up round the Scurry drivers and carriages, not once did Lily faulter.

In the Evening performance the place was buzzing and 100s of people watching, again Lily just got on with her job and loved the attention.

Lily does not need calmers or ear plugs at any time.

After Equifest i started jumping Lily and yet again she didn't disappoint, taking on the challenge with the heart of a lion. She has jumped grids and combinations at home and a single fence of 90cm. Knowing her love for jumping i decided to take her cross country training, and boy she loved every minute of it.

She jumped everything from ditchs to drops to the water complex. Just one week later i took her to Rise hunter trial and won the pairs and came 3rd on our own, she was clear all day.

Lily will hack all day long, going first or last. Will go at what ever pace and has never got silly or strong. We have lots of open fields and country rides in our area that we box the horses to. She will go through water and is easy to pull up after a canter or gallop she listens to your voice.

This Stunning Super cob has got it all, from an exuberant Trot to an awesome gallop. Lily will look after Novice jockeys, she has had a range of children on her. She will move up for the more advanced rider.

I took lily to the highmoor bloodhound boxing day meet. Lily just stood asleep in the very busy market square and was not phased by the bloodhounds or the horn. On leaving the market square with the fast ride she did not get silly or strong. She jumped everything she was put at and had some very steep hills to climb. She gave me a fantastic day and kept up with the group. She is also happy where ever you place her in the group and if you want to stay behind a bit she is not fussed.

Earlier this year I attended a tsr clinic with lily and were talent spotted but I just don't have the time to keep her in work due to my sister having back surgery a couple of weeks ago and I am very busy with work. I would of liked to of thought I could of got her out to qualifiers this year but there is no chance and this mare does not deserve to be without a job as she loves one and I have to come to terms with it and do what's best.

Lily loves attention and will do anything for food. She has a lovely calm nature and will be sorely missed when i find her the 10 star home she deserves. I can not tell you how specispecial this mare is and she needs someone to love her like I do.
Please ask for more photos and videos if you are genuinely interested as I don't have time to waste

Honest and genuine children's pony, 13.3hh-14hh, 7 years old, piebald. This a genuine sale of our family cob ridden by mother and sons 11 years and 2 years. We have done so very much with our fabulous pony from fun rides to fancy dress! Long hacks alone or in company great with traffic and very steady.

My children have had the best times on her, jumped small jumps, will jump anything it's always in a snaffle, been to many x country courses. Loves playing in the water and jumping there. 60cm is the biggest she has jumped, very polite and easy. With a more experienced rider, she works in an outline, very balanced. Has been to local dressage shows and the judges love her correct way of going and paces.

She really is part of our family and we all love her dearly but due to unforeseen circumstances, it pushes us to sell. She will only be going to the very best of homes. She has taught many people to ride in the village and everybody stops for a chat! My two year old climbs all over her and she is always a dream.

  • He has shown so much potential, he has amazing movement in the school and absolutely loves to jump!

We are looking for a very special home for the wonderful Harvey, he would be an ideal second pony or a great project for someone to bring on

I personally ride Harvey twice a week, he is such a quick learner and very eager to please. During his time with us he has shown so much potential, he has amazing movement in the school and absolutely loves to jump!

This is a very sad sale but the decision has been made that he needs a more experienced handler since he can be challenging on the ground and is green hacking out

He was brought for a novice rider/ complete beginner and they are not quite the right match, this being said he does not put a hoof wrong in the school and has taught his owner how to ride from scratch.

His personal details:
- 14.2hh Welsh Cob
- 10 years old (although his teeth say he is more likely to be 6 or 7)
- Piebald with stunning markings, would do very well showing!
- He is barefoot and great with the farrier
- Good to clip
- He is very good with the vet and having his teeth done and is up to date with all vaccinations
- Easy to catch
- We have done a lot of natural horsemanship ground work with him and he loves to join up and play with you in the school
- He is green hacking out so looks to his rider for confidence, hence why he is not suitable for a novice rider

£3,500 Ono, genuine enquires only please as this is a very sad sale for this much loved pony!

If you have any other questions about Harvey or would like to come and see him please do not hesitate to contact myself (Holly) on 07881 021791 or Julie on 07788 265161.

Asby Mills Desert Dakota

13.3hh, 6yo Traditional Skewbald gelding.

Big moving traditional, broken under saddle and needs further education. Had hacked out a couple of times in company and was an utter sweetheart. Still a bit green, but just needs more experience.

Dakota is a very sweet natured, loving pony with a massive heart. He is an absolute pleasure to handle, load, pick feed out, catch ect…

He loves one on one handling and would make a super family pony with his temperament.

He would definitely be a candidate for the SFAS Traditional cob qualifier for HOYS, as he really does have the conformation and movement to get him there.

Dakota would also make a top class driven pony, although he hasn`t done any driven work- he would be suited for it with his willing and calm nature.

Dakota would benefit going down the TGCA route. He has always won his classes and been in the championship. He is qualified this year for NCPA POYS- Plus he has his gold ticket to the £1000 final. EQUIFEST and TSR.

Results 2019:

Peggy is a 6 year old mare. She is very well marked, a really good mahogany brown and white colour, plenty of hair.

She's a lovely straight mover and really covers the ground, she is show standard and I am sure would do well in TGCA and CHAPS classes.

She is really very different and not the sort you find every day, she's a pretty girl!. Sweet natured and good to do.

Broken over the Winter, hacks out, goes in the school but obviously still green, but is now ready to start her career.

Looking for a kind home where she will be loved and adored!

Sadly for sale as needing to move onto horses. Oliver is 14hh and for us has been a dream Pony Club pony. He is 7 years old, we have owned him since a three year old. Broken by his young jockey, he will do anything you ask of him.

He hunts, jumps confidently at competitions at 85/95 and jumps at home at 1 - 1m 10.

He won the dressage champs at Aintree and has been competing at Novice level.

He is fantastic on a hack and is regularly hacked home on his own to our back garden through the worst possible traffic!

He has given our daughter a real passion for hunting and jumping, something I never thought would happen.

I am not advertising him as a novice ride, he is a fun pony with life in him! He loves his job and is keen to get going when you get on and displays his positivity when you do! There is no bad bone in his body, I just don't want him being tried by people expecting a kick along. He has a fantastic trainable attitude and I really believe in the right hands would continue up the levels in dressage.

A dream to handle, load, clip etc. I trust this pony implicitly and really dread trying to replace him. He has now started taking The best is still to come from him, he would easily affiliate in any sphere.

He deserves now to go onto an amazing home that will learn from him as much as we have.
