- Professionally Schooled, Forward, Athletic Cob
- A genuinely kind and willing pony
- Easy to keep and care for
This lovely pony has trained with professional dressage riders and is beautifully schooled, offering a forward, responsive ride with an excellent walk and expressive movement. He enjoys working in an indoor arena and happily hacks out both alone and in company. Quick to learn, friendly, and curious, he’ll often follow you around the field just to be near you, winning over everyone he meets and forming strong bonds.
He thoroughly enjoys jumping, the video shows his first time out jumping at a steady pace over smaller jumps. He’s also seen games equipment and lunges well. Currently in work, he’s reasonably fit and ready to start competing.
He’s a genuinely kind and willing pony, though still young and not currently suitable for a very young or inexperienced child. He’d be an ideal match for a lightweight adult who appreciates his schooling or a capable child looking for a young pony with solid flatwork skills and a passion for jumping. He could also be shared between a child and a parent. Fun and versatile, he shows great potential for showing, dressage, and more, and would be a strong contender for Search for a Star and Chaps classes.
When being brought in, he comes over right away, always the first to greet his handlers at the gate. Out in the field, he is well-behaved and submissive with his companions, happy to be in the stable, and calm and patient for bathing and grooming. He is good for the farrier, with strong, healthy, unshod feet. He travels and loads easily and has no known health issues, skin problems, or allergies. He needs a little patience for clipping and requires sedation for dental work. He is up to date on vaccinations, dental care, and worming.
A loving, suitable home is a must, so only serious phone enquiries, please.
