  • Proper little all rounder has done ODE, SJ, CC schooling, PC camp & rallies, beach rides.
  • He is good to hack alone or in company or can easily be led from another horse.
  • 100% to be handled and looked after by kids.

Unfortunately the time has come to find Cheeto a new jockey. He is an 11 year old 11.2hh chestnut gelding with no recorded breeding.

We have owned him for the past 2 and a half years and he is my youngest daughter’s pride and joy. She has done everything with him. He is a proper little all rounder from doing ODE, SJ, XC schooling, pony club camp, PC rallies, beach rides & the gallops. He is confident up to 60cm.

He is the character of the yard being a typical cheeky pony but is always handled and cared for by my daughter.

This is a very sad sale purely due to being outgrown and he is too good a pony and too young to become a field ornament. He is not a novice ride so definitely more of a second pony. He is very responsive to the leg and forward to ride. Not a kick along. He is not naughty just quite strong for a little pony and takes some getting used to.

He schools nicely in all 3 paces. He is great to hack alone and in company and is happy to lead the ride unfazed by traffic, sheep, tractors etc. He can also be easily led from another horse if needed and is not bothered by sticking to their side.

I also believe he has the potential to make a great driving pony.

He is currently barefoot and copes fine without shoes. His perfect to load, clip, trim, bath & groom all done by my daughters.

Up to date with jabs & teeth. No vices and comes with all tack & rugs.

Good Alrounder Irish cob

  • Gelding

  • Works in a nice shape in the arena
  • Super bold jump
  • Well hunted with previous owner
Super cuddly 13yo full up 14hh cob, cheap to keep, easy to groom/ clip/tack up/bath/ catch/ farrier etc. My 9 year old can do everything with him at home.

Works in a nice shape in the arena with a more experience rider.

He is generally quiet and if anything a bit lazy on the flat and hacking (think Labrador pony enjoying to try to get snacks mid hack!) however, unfortunately Uggles had proved a bit too much jumping for my very very nervous 9 year old moving up from her 12.1. He loves jumping and can sometimes get a bit too keen for her.

This is a very sad sale as he is such a lovely boy but they are just not the right match, and he deserves to be out having fun!

Super bold jump, jumps all scary fillers, previously done BS80, lots of unaffiliated 60/70 with previous home, double clear in all of his classes last year at Trailblazers with previous owners who are still in contact with us.

Well behaved out and about at local and unaffiliated shows, pony club rally’s etc with us and previous owners, stands on the trailer with hay net quietly

Lovely to hack in company, (or with person on foot) he is ok on his own but takes confidence from his rider in new situations. He was foot perfect on the beach on his own with us.

Well hunted with previous owner, in a gag but very polite

Best suited to a confident child/ teenager/ small adult wanting a great allrounder/ riding club pony. Has plenty of scope for an adult to have fun on!

Takes up the leg well so ideal mother/daughter share.

Lives out happily or in and out.

Prefers a box, but loads fine in a trailer in a bit with a treat! Does load in a chifney or bit and likewise if you have to turnout long distance or with lots of lush grass a chifney is easier to stop him diving for grass

Passed 5 stage vetting earlier this summer
Can come with some tack, saddle at separate agreement

Cassie had been a dream for the last 4 years and is now sadly outgrown and has no younger children in the waiting or she would be going nowhere.

Cassie hacks alone and company, first or last. super safe in open spaces and down the beach ,crossing rivers. she is good in all traffic including farm machinery. cassie regulaely attends riding club being good in group or individual lessons. never puts a hoof out of place. handled daily by children with 0 drama. cassie goes when you ask her to with no flapping and kicking and stops when you ask her to. she is not strong and is nicely schooled on the flat, pops into canter and doesn't rush, will go as fast or slow as you ask her. she really is a super safe, dream pony.

And this is the list of what she's done...

- Stockland Lovell weekend camp in 2023 and 2024

- Competed up to prelim dressage level

TALLULAH

Gorgeous 2017 dark bay Irish mare standing at a full up 13hh, so beautifully marked and well put together, with a long body and a big step she rides much bigger than 13hh and takes the leg up massively.

Tallulah has lovely paces and produces a great test, she is snaffle mouthed, voice activated and is super safe and easy.

She has done plenty of riding club, showjumping, hunting and dressage. Tallulah will jump whatever you place her at, off any stride and is super careful, a fantastic candidate for a BS pony, or a pony club allrounder as she has plenty of showjumping experience already, she isn’t bothered by XC fences or coloured fillers and she looks after her rider.

She will give you plenty of confidence and makes light work of jumping a track of fences.

She’s super to hack out alone and in company, she isn’t bothered by heavy traffic, farm machinery, or the gayest of traffic, a real super star pony with so much offer and lots of brilliant qualities, she’s special enough to do a showing or worker’s job, but equally a great mother daughter share or pony club pony.

She’s super laid back in the yard, affectionate and sweet to handle in every way, a real easy type to have around with impeccable manners.

Carrock Little Mo

Mo really is one in a million, there is nothing that this pony can’t turn his hoof to and he’s guaranteed to do it with a smile on his face.

Lovely stamp of the breed, good confirmation and active action.

He’s easy to do in all ways, will load and travel on anything in company or alone and stand on patiently, he’s easy to take anywhere on your own.

He schools nicely, he’s done numerous camps at somerford, clinics, shows, farm rides, beach days, ode, BRC riding club activities etc. He’s not phased by steps, water or ditches. He’s good to hack alone or in company front or back.. he doesn’t love large vehicles but the worst he does is get jelly legs.. in company or even with someone on the ground he’s fine.. we have to ride across main roads through a busy housing estate to get to our hacking and it’s never an issue.

He’s been ridden and shown by children ideal for the hoys junior, open, equally he would thrive in a pony club home!

we’ve done the workers this year with lots of success qualifying for stars championships. He’s been to many venues and always gets on with the job, he’s not a spooky type, requires no calmers and hardly any working in.

He’s ever so slightly itchy but we manage this with an injection yearly and keeping a fly rug on him and it does the trick.

Same home since a yearling, he’s been an absolute joy to bring on. only for sale as I have another youngster ready for next season.

Tack Available - Black Country saddle & Rugs.
Nice long term home is very important.

14.1hh 3 years Registered New Forest. Strawberry is a lovely mare who is beginning her riding life, she is lightly broken in walk and trot.

This pony has the kindest nature and is a joy to have around. Well desensitised/can easily park up to a block and mount or mount from the ground. Can pick up all four feet no problem.

She has a the nicest nature and will follow you around like a dog! The children can handle her/groom her and she stands asleep loving all the fuss.

She is a finer bred new forest with good conformational and one hell of a jump! Only loose schooled once before.

Strawberry is bare foot, and has regular trims, which she does with ease with the farrier. She is also great with the dentist. - not sedated and no wolf teeth.

Strawberry has done lots of lunging, long reining and walking out on lanes, basic walk and trot work in the arena and open fields, in company and on her own. Having been born on the New Forest, she has a level-headed and grounded nature.

Basic natural horsemanship skills covered and so willing to please and learn.

A pleasure to groom/tack/bath/catch/rug.

Strawberry was bought to be produced and to continue education but as she is so sweet and simple I don’t doubt someone can enjoy her and further her education- that being said I am more than happy to keep her and produce/turn out for the winter should someone want this also as she is very much part of the team! She is in a small mixed herd.

Recently been vaccinated/wormed/rugged. She comes in daily but equally just as happy left in the field when the others are being worked.

A kind, loving and most importantly genuine mare with a great future ahead.

George, a 12.1hh, 16 year old Welsh Section A gelding. He is safe and reliable in every way and would make an excellent pony for a complete novice or a capable more experienced rider.

George has a broad competition background, having done showing, working hunter, done Pony Club including being part of the mounted games teams and he’s done plenty of showjumping. He hacks confidently both alone and in company.

He is safe and sensible for the most novice of riders yet brave and careful enough to take a more experienced rider around a substantial course. He would make a great BS starter pony and jump around a stepping stones course tomorrow.

On the flat George would produce a lovely dressage test. He works correctly with the right rider in all three paces as well as looking after complete beginners often anticipating and responding well to lighter aids. In short, he is a true children’s pony with the breeding to match.

Harry definitely is a pony who loves to do his job and will always try his hardest for you.

He is good to shoe, clip, load, turnout, groom and good ground manners etc.He will also hack out alone or in company and not fazed by anything.

Jack is a pleasure, he is a chilled chap and takes everything in his stride.

Since being with us he has been a rosette machine, always placed highly in SJ and is nifty against the clock. Jack has given my daughter so much confidence and along with all the PC activities, regional SJ teams, tetrathlon, working hunter, XC, HT and ODE.

He has also done forest rides, taken Granny on a fun ride and even my 5 year old has ridden him. He knows how to step up and step down according to his rider and is super safe.

Jack is such a big part of our family and we will really miss his big character but sadly my daughter has outgrown him. I feel he isn't ready to step down for my 5 year old just yet as he has so much to give an older child who loves jumping and wants to go out and win!

Jack will come with his full wardrobe and tack. He will not be sold unseen.

Teddy has previously worked in a riding school, he's great with nervous or novice riders, he will also work well on the lead rein, and is equally as good when off it, he will jump small fences in trot and canter and will look after his rider.

Teddy is absolutely wonderful to hack out when alone or in company, he would never hot up or get silly, he's a real easy going lad and will go out in the biggest, heaviest and scariest traffic you can find, a happy hackers dream pony.

Dory is a loving mare that is happy to turn her hoof to anything. She loves hunting, cross country, showjumping, tetrathlon, hacking, beach rides, fun rides, pony club rallies, pony club camp or simply helping you with yard jobs! She is a true pony club allrounder.

We have owned Dory for 2.5 years and in that time she has taken my daughter from jumping 50cm to regularly competing at 80cm. The highlight of their partnership has been attending Hickstead in September this year, where they competed in the 80cm Eventers Challenge championship. Dory is a pleasure to take to a stay away show as she travels well and settles into any new environment. Dory had been the ultimate Mother’s dream and my daughter’s best friend for the past 2.5 years but heartbreakingly is now outgrown.

Dory regularly competes 80cm showjumping, xc and arena eventing however she jumps up to 1m at home and out xc schooling. She has attended Pony Club camps where she is always the instructor’s favourite due to her willing nature. She has competed in tetrathlon and has hunted, loving both of these things. She also has the presence to be a dressage diva, however this isn’t something that interests my daughter so hasn’t been pursued.

Dory is good to clip (falls asleep), shoe, load (she loads herself), travel, catch and handle. She hacks alone or in company and is happy to live with both mares and geldings.

Dory is laid back however, if we need more from her we find feeding oats before an event does the trick! Dory is very willing and loves her work, however she won’t do the job for you so therefore I don’t feel she would be suitable for a complete novice.

I cannot emphasise how much Dory means to us and she will only go to the right home. We have lots of videos and photos available upon request.

Will come with new saddle and bridle.

Dancer is snaffle mouth and very well schooled, changes established, never been spooky or sharp.

We have owned Dancer for 3 years and she has taken my daughter from jumping x-poles to 90 bs. Very fast against the clock.

Trains round 1m at home but sadly due to a massive growth spurt my daughter is way too tall on her now.

We have done pc, games, xc. My daughter hacks her out for hours with her sister and I never worry that shes not going to come home safely. She rides her up to the field bareback and has jumped her tackless.

The children can do everything on their own with her from catching, tacking up, loading etc. good with the farrier and to clip, good in traffic, box and trailer. Very sweet loving mare who happily lives in or out and has always been impeccably well behaved at away shows.

Heartbreaking sale. Price now reduced due to finding bigger pony.

Storm is a full up 14.2hh 4 year old eye catching gelding, with one blue eye.

He is the easiest little horse to do anything with. He has an old head on young shoulders and despite being a baby himself has spent the summer babysitting others out hacking, through forests, over countryside and round our lanes.

He has never napped, bucked or reared or said no and can be left for a few weeks with no difference. Although he would be suitable for a novice/nervous at his age he still relies on his rider for confidence and guidance so would need to go to a home where experience is offered. He has all the basics down in the school and happy to pop a log, ditch or cross poles.

Storm is super easy to catch, shoe, load, wash and handle. He is the most kindest little chap who is just so easy and a real joy to have. He has done his job here with us so is now looking for a loving home to enjoy adventures with.

Henry is a smart, characterful Welsh A with years of experience as a family pony. He’s not a first ridden but is good on the lead rein, or off the lead with a confident, forward-going young rider.

Henry is best suited to hacking and possibly low level shows as although he has done a bit of everything in the past, he was out of work for a year, and has just been brought back into work this summer. He seems to be happiest hacking.

In his time he has taken part in Pony Club camps, rallies, ODEs, beach rides, hunting, and countless countryside adventures.

Henry has lovely paces and real showing potential (not something we've pursued), and he's a dream to handle on the ground. He will stand all day to be groomed and pampered, and he thrives on attention.

As a typical Welshie, he can have a cheeky side and occasionally throws in a buck, so he’s best suited to a confident rider who won’t be fazed. But he’s incredibly affectionate, full of personality, and leaves a lasting impression wherever he goes — instructors and families always remember Henry fondly when they see him again!

Henry lives out 24/7 (although stables fine).

Now sadly outgrown, Henry is ready to find his next loving home where he can continue to be enjoyed and adored. Kind knowledgable homes only.

Eva has been with us over the summer to bring on behalf of her breeder. She is a beautiful mover and an exciting new face for the fr and junior circuit.

Has been to arena hires and ridden around Showgrounds but is unshown under saddle to date (although has won in hand in Canada where she was bred!) She is therefore eligible for all novice classes this winter and is ready to compete.

She loves to hack and has started jumping showing great potential.

Sadly only for sale as she has no jockey of her own.

Possibly available to loan to a knowledgeable home only
