Poppy is a really nice calm considerate girl, she is a stunning model that’s been there and done it all.

Tonnes of experience and unbelievably safe. Ideal for beginner riders, or riders who wants to progress and have some fun, she is super steady, calm and gentle in every way, she has more woah than go …..she can be a bit of a plod, even tho she is super safe, she responds to the leg and has 3 excellent paces, with flare and enthusiasm, she is very sensible and can be forward going if your a more experienced rider, not spooky, sharp or silly in anyway, she is responsive to the leg if you can ride, whilst remaining calm and relaxed, she is extremely willing and will do anything you ask, she has 3 nice balanced super steady paces, she loves to jump a course of coloured and rustic fences.

Poppy participates in our low level showjumping, cross country, In hand, fancy dress & handy pony competitions.
She is a firm favourite with our special requirement and RDA rides both ridden and during stable management and therapy sessions.

Exceptional mare with tonnes of experience for sale. She has spent the last two half years working in my riding school where she has been ridden by all level riders, from complete beginners who have never sat on a horse before up to advanced riders where she participates in our flat work lessons, privates and groups, with the same enthusiasm now as when he first started her riding school career. She is very genuine and loves to hack out, she doesn’t pull, rush, spook or get nervous of anything, Poppy will hack through the heaviest of very fast moving traffic without batting an eye lid, she is not perturbed by any kind of vehicles or farm machinery.

Absolutely no vices, when ridden, in the stable or in the field and has brilliant manners enabling anyone to handle her safely and with ease, will stand for hours with no head collar or lead rope being groomed and bathed, she loves being pampered.

She has exceptional manners and ticks so many boxes for someone looking for a very safe easy Schoolmistress, with no ifs or buts.

She will hack out alone or in company through very heavy traffic without batting an eye lid. She is 100% safe, steady and collected when ridden in all paces across open fields, regardless of wether she is at the front, middle, back of the ride or on his own, she will not rush, pull, race or try an overtake even on the way home.

She is currently working in a hackamore as she has a gentle mouth and isn’t at all strong, you have 100% full control when ridden bareback in a head collar and lead rope, she is equally happy in a snaffle, she rides with absolutely no gadgets.
We prefer to ride a lot of our horses in hackamores or bit less bridles due to beginner rides sometimes balancing on the reins…… despite all our efforts.

She lives out in a mixed herd but is equally happy to be stabled, she keeps herself to herself and never causes any trouble, she has no marish traits, isn’t clingy, she is happy to be stabled and turned out on her own.

Has excellent manners with the farrier and currently barefoot, she is equally happy to be shoed.
She is excellent to catch, load with the farrier, dentist and vet.

She would give confidence to any rider/ handler when competing, cross country, showjumping, fun rides and beach rides.

She doesn’t need to be ridden every day she can go without work then be tacked up and ridden without any fuss, she is extremely low maintenance.
He has never been lame had laminitis, sweet itch or sarcoids. No lumps or bumps. No Marish traits.

Passes are annual Licence Inspection which is equivalent to a stage 2 vetting.

Dona is well known on the circuit and I would prefer to sell to someone who isnt going to insist on multiple viewings. She needs to build trust over a period of time with her new jockey.

In the UK she has previously been the Silver League champion and was ready to step up to Gold League but then moved on to Belgium.

Since she's been with us she has gained her 2 winter clears which has qualified her for the HOYS second rounds whilst my daughter was just 8.

At Arena UK she won the Graham Heath (HOYS warm up class) against the best of the best in the country.

She is currently a super competitive bronze/silver league pony. If you want to win, Dona is your pony.

Jet (Jetset Jolly) 13.3hh, 11 year old registered New Forest pony.

Not only is Jet extremely handsome, he is great fun and a complete character. He is a typical cheeky New Forest pony who will wiggle his way into your heart like he has mine.

Jet happily goes first or last, loves to jump and absolutely adores hacking. He has three lovely balanced paces in the sandschool, over show jumps and over xc fences. He can get quite excited and speedy on a hack but nothing scary. (Some days he plods and on others he jogs.) I am a competent but nervous rider and Jet has really looked after me in everything we have done.

Jet is not a plod along first pony for a novice child. He is more of a second pony who needs a competent, confident child or a teenager or lightweight adult.

This week he got dragged out of his field to Felbridge Show Ground for a teenager whose horse wouldn’t load. He was a complete gent in the 50 and 60cm clear round classes with a complete stranger on his back and won her two rosettes at her first show! I can send you videos.

Jet can pull ugly faces and be a bit mouthy but it is all a rouse. He is perfectly happy and harmless, just a real character who needs to know his place on the ground.

He is good to bath and groom, stands for the farrier and vet and loads himself. He loves going out for a party! On the subject of parties, to avoid one in the field, Jet should be in with other geldings.

The best thing that has happened to me this year is getting Jet in part exchange for a huge horse I had that was way too big for me, but sadly he is ‘just’ too small and fine for me as I am not a lightweight adult. This is an extremely sad sale as I absolutely adore this pony, but at 13 stone I can’t be his long term mum.

Despite the fact that Jimmy had Sarcoids at age 5 they have not returned since treatment although he can be quite sensitive around his sheath and stomach however there is no malicious intention, Jimmy has fully recovered from these after he had laser removal.

Jimmy is perfect to load on trailers or lorrie’s, he practically loads himself, he is perfect to shoe & clip also. He really is your typical Connemara and is full of character!! Jimmy will come with a full wardrobe (including saddle,bridle,head collar etc).

We are specifically looking for a perfect home for Jimmy and we will be making sure he finds his perfect person too

This wonderful pony needs to find a new home due to my relocation where he can be kept on a track system due to having had laminitis 18 months ago - He is not on any medication and there has been no reoccurrence.

If you are a trackie or are open to this type of livery then Stormzy is a good match as he is bare foot and has been living the track life for over a year.

He also has a small lump on his chest that could be a sarcoid - this has never effected him so I have never had this looked at.

He hacks out on his own 2/3 times a week and is good with most traffic including tractors / big wagons - still looks up at motobikes but stands still and lets them pass.

His ridden work is carried out in my field and he works in walk, trot, canter and over ground / cross poles. He understands transitions, changing the rein and some basic lateral work - but I would still class him as green due to only being able to school when the ground is not to wet or too hard. I train under the school of “Ecole de Legerete” so he has done a lot of in hand work which I have incorporated work with obstacles with the equitation discipline in mind.

Please see some of the videos of him at a polework clinic, where he was a little excited for the first few minutes but soon settled - He liked the look of himself in the mirrors.

He is genuine with a cheeky personality and has lots of love to give - He is good for the farrier/vet/loading/washing/grooming etc not a nasty bone in his body.

I would like him to go to a knowledgeable home so no novices please - 5 star home is must and more important than price.
