14hh 4yo has been a really fantastic pony for my daughter, don’t be put off by her age she really has an old head on young shoulders. 

She has given my daughter the confidence to get out of the arena and ride in open fields, woodland hacks, xc, road work, she never pulls or gets silly and we have really had so much fun with her!

Jumping wise she is brave and scopey she has done a few competitions at 80/ 90cm unaffiliated and always brought home a rosette

She is now ready to register BS where I think she has the scope to be a top track pony with time and the right rider. 

She has full X-rays and a clean vetting and have no health issues or vices

We just wish she had grown a bit more because my daughter is tall so we have decided to move her onto horses.

Due to personal reasons I’m having to give up Horses so I’m looking for the best home for my 13’1 Sassy Cob x mare. She’s 19yrs old. Been there done it type.

She would be perfect for someone wanting to do lots of hacking. Fun rides, bit of jumping (which she absolutely loves) and maybe the odd day hunting.

She goes out on her own and with company and fantastic in traffic.

She does need restricted grazing as she had laminitis around 10 years ago. She gets on well with others but she does need a few weeks to get used to them, so would need to be kept separate for the initial a few weeks.

She’s good to shoe (fronts only), box, clip. Up-to-date with everything. Lives on fresh air (although she’ll tell you different). I’m looking for a forever Home for her. She is not ready to retire yet and has plenty of years left in her. She’s happy to live in or out.

The only downside to her, she does sometimes drag you when being led. I find with a lead rope her nose while leading she doesn’t do this.

Experienced Home only. No novices - Homes will be FULLY vetted.

Tango is a registered Welsh Section C, Very sweet and friendly pony, he has been handled by 7 year old children and is very easy going. He's a steady type.

Has done all pony club activities – rallies, SJ, XC, Camp (mini and main) etc. as well as some unaffiliated dressage, polework clinics and showing. Did a spook busting clinic & was unfazed by all of the spooky things!

Can ride and lead, hacks alone and in company, safe with traffic including tractors/lorries etc.
Good to catch, clip, groom, bath, farrier, dentist and vet. Recently was a model for a vet talk/demo at the yard & behaved impeccably.
Will stand to be fussed over, plaited and groomed.

Travels and loads well on a trailer and a lorry.
Can live in or out. Currently on a DIY livery yard & out overnight, comes in during the day.
Would suit LR or 2nd pony, follows a leader around like a dog. Has recently been giving off lead lessons to a small 7 year old.

Has been my daughters pony club pony for the past 3 yrs, now outgrown.
Probably suited to jumping up to 60cm max, although has jumped higher with us.

Has been diagnosed with mild arthritis in his hocks, and these have been medicated twice.

On the ground, Penguin is exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to handle. He’s well-mannered in all settings and is happy living both individually or in a herd environment.

Always comes over to you in the field, exceptionally nosey and friendly!!

He loads easily, and is content standing on the lorry even when others leave to be ridden.

Penguin hacks out confidently both alone and in company, taking everything in his stride.

Great on roads and in open spaces

In the school, he works in a soft outline with naturally balanced and comfortable paces. He is the type of pony which needs leg!

The very sad sale of our beloved pony Belle. We have owned Belle for nearly 4 years and she’s an absolute dream, so safe with the biggest heart. Due to an injury during vetting (I can discuss if interested) she is now only able to be a happy hacker or brood mare. Can be turned out in a herd or individually. She is great to be turned out 24/7 or she can come in at night/day.

11 years old, 14h, no breeding recorded we think welsh D. Loves to have a job. She’s as safe as houses to hack out on her own or in company. Handled by children, extremely loving. She needs some medical annual maintenance, is hacking and field sound struggles in a deep sand school.

We would like for her to go a long term home as she is very loved and if possible to keep in contact. Belle loves to be groomed, pampered and cuddled. She is up to date with vacs etc. She is good for the farrier, vet, dentist, to clip, load. We are looking for 5* homes ONLY and yards will be vetted. Belle is NOT a first pony, she is a novice ride, for the right person.

Alternatively she would make a wonderful broodmare as she has such a sweet nature.

Belle is the most perfect pony. This is an extremely hard sale as she’s my daughter’s pony of a lifetime hopelessly outgrown.

Super fun and impressive pony, well schooled on the flat and happily pops round a course of 70/80cm currently, unfazed by fillers etc. Hacks alone and in company, however not suitable for novices or children coming off their first pony as he is a forward ride and very responsive to leg.

I produced Oreo from a 3 year old as an event pony and he was absolutely awesome, had competed to 90cm SJ, xc schooled upto 1m and competed in one day events. He was just about to be entered into his first British Eventing 90 as a 4 year old when he unfortunately suffered a deep digital flexor tendon injury in the stable overnight in October 2021. He had surgery at Oakham Hospital and no expense was spared on his treatment. He has since recovered absolutely fine and has been back in work for over a year schooling/hacking/popping small courses etc with no problems and stayed sound and happy throughout. This is all accounted for in his price, without the injury and in work he’d be a £15,000+ pony so please don’t contact me if him having a previous injury is an issue for you.

Great to handle/clip/bath/farrier etc. typical cheeky welshie, is a real character and fun to have on the yard. Can occasionally be slightly cold backed when first getting on, he doesn’t do anything but just plants when you first ask him to walk off. I’ve found just sitting quiet for 10/20 seconds without pressuring him on works well and and he will walk on perfectly once he’s had a moment to relax.

A fantastic opportunity for someone take on a quality well schooled pony who has previously been produced to a higher level for a fraction of the price he would have been.

Open to vettings etc. Did pass a 5 stage when I bought him Nov 2020. Has always been kept to the same standard as our competiton horses, upto date with dentist. Has good feet and is fine unshod but did have a full set on when competing and is good to shoe etc

Snicket, a 14.1 welsh cob, an ideal pony, willing and safe. He is a forward, enjoyable ride and instills confidence in all who ride him.

He is still able to compete but is looking for a less competitive life. Although he has lots of scope and has jumped over 1 meter, he is happiest competing at 70-80. He is speedy and careful and often goes clear.

He is great on the flat, making a beautiful shape in the school and is always happy to do poles. Snicket has lots of experience in different disciplines.

My daughter has ridden on the beach, on forest trails, dressage competitions, out show jumping, hunter trials and pony club rallies.

Sadly she has grown out of him now so we are looking for a new home. He is safe being hacked out alone or in company, and is remarkably unfazed by farm/wild animals, machinery and road traffic.

He is great to shoe, clip, have his teeth done, catch from the field and load in a horsebox. He is snaffle mouthed however can be strong, so he's not a novice ride.

Cora was broken in as a 4yo & due to her special breeding has since been used as a broodmare, she came to me 3 weeks ago to be restarted under saddle again.

She has been foot perfect to get going again, has hacked alone & in company, is good in traffic & safe in open spaces.

She’s started doing some light schooling & seems to have a very trainable brain & attitude picking it up very easily.

She has seen logs out hacking & a few coloured poles in the school, proving to have some scope but is still quite green in this department due to her inexperience but will no doubt be able to excell in this sphere with some time.

Cora is quiet enough that she has been led down the road with a small 8yo & a 3yo on her back, she’s one of those ponies that can adjust depending on who’s on top!

Cora would be ideal for a teenager looking for a summer project or a mother daughter share.

We’ve had Rocco for nearly a year but unfortunately our daughter has grown quicker than expected and now needs the next step up.

Rocco before coming to us he was based at a show centre so is used to a busy environment, he has seen fillers and coloured poles and these are never a problem to him.

Rocco is more of a second pony as he is forward going, he wouldn’t be suitable for a complete novice. Although our other daughter rides him who isn’t really into riding and he always behaves impeccably and looks after her and really steps down a gear.

He is never nasty, but is a forward going ride and likes to get on with the job, he enjoys his work and is always up for a challenge.

He has competed in the in-house competitions based at the Livery Yard where we keep him, he’s competed up to 75cm with ease, and has gas in the tank for more. He’s popped over 1m+ so definitely untapped potential for the right rider.

He has also done a few dressage competitions and does a lovely test, but just not my daughter’s thing! Rocco is brilliant to hack alone or in company, also great in open spaces.

On the ground he prefers to be handled by children, he can pull a face at adults but seems to be more settled around kids. My girls do everything with him and never really have help from adults, he is fine to bath, he’s fine to clip but will need sedating for his legs.

Rocco is up to date with jabs, teeth and we’ve had him looked over last week and he’s all good to go but still open to vetting. Comes with tack.

We want a 5* for Rocco and would like to stay in touch.

Wilber is a brilliant driving pony, will hack in company or alone, perfect with farrier and dentist, perfect with clipping bathing ect, great traveller, and will load with no issues.
