Rosie has been one of the most straight forward ponies I’ve had arrive, she hasn’t once batted an eye at machinery, dogs, open spaces, traffic and we are a busy farm!

She will stand for hours to be pampered, can be turned out with mares or geldings, happy to go first or last out hacking. Enjoys a little jump and will not hot up if the horse in front shoots off. Today she went out with our blood hound pack, was one of the most polite horses I’ve ever seen in this situation, she went in a snaffle and never pulled, jogged or behaved anything other than perfect. She would be someone’s dream hunt pony that likes to enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything at all!

Previously has been in a family home doing pony club and more recently has had a few foals and is now looking to find a wonderful family to give a rider confidence or be enjoyed roaming the countryside and going to do a bit of everything.

This 4 year old gelding is already showing all the qualities of a future top showjumper or eventer in the right hands.

Junior attended his first unaffiliated showjumping competition where he behaved impeccably and jumped beautifully to take 2nd place – a fantastic result for his first outing!

He has also been XC schooling and absolutely took everything in his stride, tackling ditches, steps, and combinations with maturity beyond his years. He loved the water and gave us a super confident feel throughout. Has previously been hunted in Ireland before coming to us.

Junior has been regularly ridden and jumped at home by a 12-year-old girl, proving just how sensible and straightforward he is for his age. He is kind, responsive, and takes care of his rider. Videos of this available on request.

Despite his age, Junior is proving to be an incredibly genuine and straightforward type. He is always willing, eager to learn, and rides with a trainable attitude. He is a safe and sensible horse who truly wants to please.

On the ground, Junior is an absolute pleasure to have around – polite, affectionate, and easy to handle in all ways. He settles well into routine and gets along with

This is a very special young horse with huge potential, and we are looking for a 5 home* where his education and talent will be nurtured.

Not suitable for complete novices due to his age.

Coloured mare, 16YO, 13.1HH, owned by us for 3 yrs.

Sweetie (BS: Sweetie Heart) is the perfect all rounder pony, extremely versatile, performing well at show jumping, eventing, dressage, hunting, BS, Pony Club and NSEA, pony racing at Cheltenham and even some beginner polo with the Beaufort Polo Club. She recently won the British Showjumping Bronze League (138cms) in the South West region (demonstrating consistently good results in BS 80cm+ for 6 months) and competed in the Stepping Stones Final (95cms start height) where she jumped her socks off for my son!

John loves show jumping and Sweetie has been the perfect schoolmaster to take him up from unaffiliated 60cm up the grades to affiliated 95cm, but sadly he has now outgrown her. She is very genuine and brave, and has seen it all before. She is safely forward and fun. She has proven to be fast against the clock, mainly owing to her ability to turn on a sixpence without unbalancing her jockey and forever willing to help him out to get to the finish line. My son regularly competed straight out of boarding school and is not the bravest of riders, but they have brought home countless rosettes and numerous qualifications and he has formed a strong bond with this super little pony.

One Day Eventing - she loves cross country and will happily jump into water, over coffins, trakehners, skinnies, drops, whatever is asked of her and easily makes the time. She produces a lovely dressage test, was placed in the PC Dressage Championships, and is easy to get on the bit and into a nice rhythm. She is well schooled and ridden regularly by a small pro. John has done a few ODEs on her and has always been placed. She was 3rd individually at Rectory Farm ODE 70cm 2023 with 73% Dressage (against adults - same course as the PC Champs, following day); Shipton Moyne Beaufort Pony Club ODE, Team 2nd. He has regularly schooled her over 80/85cm.

She has hunted with the VWH and jumped everything asked of her. My son has done a few lessons at the Beaufort Polo Club and she was unfazed, sharp off the leg, and loved every minute of it! Enjoys a fun ride, good to hack with traffic, etc.

She has been incredibly well cared for with us, including regular worming, vaccinations, dentistry, physio and is healthy and sound. She is easy to clip, shoe, worm, box, lunge, lead off / lead (even off a bicycle, responding beautifully to canter, wow, etc.). I'm looking for a home who are set up and able to ensure her cherished lifestyle continues as deserved. Company and all year turn out please.

Open to vetting. Based near Chippenham / Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

I would love to keep this pony forever as we all adore her, so this will be a heartbreaking sale for us, but my son has definitely outgrown her. She needs a new jockey to take her reins and have some fun! We would love to keep in touch. Please no amateurs, she is not a first ridden.

Gunner has been in the same home for the past two years, being used as a happy hacker. He has done lots in his previous home, including Hunt rides, beach rides, fell pony 100 mile challenge, stay away rides as well as cross country jumping.

He is a steady ride, un-phased by heavy traffic, farm machinery, or building works. He rides through fields with livestock and good with gates. He is more kick than pull, and a safe ride for someone to go out and enjoy as a new steady best friend to adventure with.

Good allround pony, easy to do.

He will come with his full wardrobe including tack.

Cloudy (Jingle Bell) 14.1 (small 14.1 and slight) Connemara mare, Fleabitten Grey, 13 yo, by ‘I love You Melody’.

£10k including new tack and PE rugs. Taunton, Somerset.

Cloudy is a wonderful pony seeking a confident little rider. Done all PC and NSEA activities up to 80cm and hunted in previous home. Done 2 x PC camps at Pontispool and loved them. Excellent breeding with her sire being ‘I Love You Melody’. All previous homes known and would all like to keep in touch - Cloudy is a very special pony and parting with her will be heartbreaking.

- Shod on fronts, good for farrier
- Up to date with teeth, jabs, dentist, physio etc
- Good to clip
- SJ 60-80cm
- XC, schooling and has done HT and ODEs
- Schooled SJ and XC up to 90cm
- Regularly competed PC, NSEA, unaff
- Hacks well (have led off her also)
- Ridden in gag for jumping as can get fast
- Attended PC camps with previous owner and twice with us - Cloudy is in her element!
- Lived out in previous two homes, can be stabled with company
- Turns out with mares and geldings
- Recently got new saddle due to muscling up and changing shape
- Does have melanoma under dock but this has been unchanged for 5 years, was thoroughly checked at 5* vetting in Oct 24 (monthly photos available) (price reflects melanoma)

Competing SJ 60-80cm (90cm untested) - fast and turns on a sixpence but takes confidence from her rider. She’s great at SJ and has picked up many rosettes, with some notable successes:

- BS Just For Schools Individual Qualifications for Stoneleigh Champs in both 60cm (1st) and 70cm (3rd)
- NSEA Individual and Team Qualification for NSEA Champs at Addington in Oct 25. 60cm warmup (1st) and 70/75cm (Indiv 3rd team 1st)
- PC Regional Champs 70cm SJ Individual and Team qualification for the 70/75cm
- PC Mini Champs - multiple individual qualifications in the 60cm
- PC Area 15 SJ 70cm championship individual and team qualifications

XC - sadly not done as much as we wanted due to the awful ground this year. Cloudy loves it, but needs confidence from her rider if not riding in company.

Dressage isn’t her discipline of choice (would rather jump), but she has lovely paces - just needs some dedicated hard work to bring out her best.

Included in purchase price:
- New Cavaletti saddle cost £1070
- EvoEquine custom fit bridle, reins and martingale (new Dec 24)
- 2 Neue Schule bits
- 0g, 100g, 200g, 300g PE turnout rugs
- PE cooler and fly rug
- Travel boots
- Back hoof boots for hacking on stony ground

Home and fit is so important to us. Cloudy is cracking but she is not a First Ridden or First Pony. She’s a sports pony and needs a confident capable rider and an experienced home. Does need a companion at home and can get anxious, though happy to go away from home solo.

References: my daughter’s instructor who has taught her weekly and knows Cloudy very well is happy to talk to potential buyers and to provide a lesson during trial (at cost). Camp instructor also happy to give a reference.

Trial facilities. We do not have an arena, only hacking. We are happy to bring Cloudy to KSEC, Pontispool or our instructor’s yard for arena hires.

11.2hh Registered Welsh Section A mare, 16 years

Heartbreaking sale of our much-loved pony Bunny. We have owned Bunny for 4 years and in that time, she has done everything.

As my daughters first pony she has done lots of pony club, hacking, fun rides, local shows and some showing classes, beach rides, mini show jumping and numerous PC camps. She has also taught my younger son to ride, who has sadly no interest in riding so we feel she would be better off finding a new little person to love her, as she is now fully outgrown by my daughter.

Bunny is super safe on the road and in open spaces, we think she would make an excellent hunting pony and loves to pop small fences.

She is great on the lead rein and goes forward off the lead rein. She can also step up as your child grows. She has won lots of 30/40 cm jumping classes and Pony club pony classes. On the flat she moves like a dream so would be fab in the show ring. Showing is not our thing, so we haven't done too much as my daughter found it boring!

Great to do, she is easy to bath, load, farrier, clip, travel and handled by the children to do everything.

Only for sale to the very best of homes, who will keep in touch.

She comes with a full wardrobe including tack. Lovely Kent and Masters pony GP saddle with changeable gullet bought new for her and a multitude of rugs and accessories.

Super Talented 14.1hh All-Round Pony – NSEA / PC / Cotswold Cup / Tetrathlon / BE Prospect

£14,500
  • Bay
  • Gelding
  • 7 years
  • 14.1 hands
  • Talent, temperament and trainability to go far
  • Ability to step up to 1* or even Pony Trails
  • Brave and genuine
Ozzy is a striking 14.1hh 7-year-old gelding with the talent, temperament and trainability to go far in the right hands. Produced and brought on carefully, he has all the foundations in place and now seeks a competitive young rider to continue his journey. This is a very sad and genuine sale of a much-loved pony who is only available as he was bought for me to produce over summer for my younger cousin, but she’s had a teenage growth spurt and now needs something 15hh+.

Flatwork & Jumping:
Ozzy works beautifully on the flat with a balanced, consistent outline and light contact. He’s competed in dressage, scoring 28 at a recent ODE which he won, and achieved 5th place at his most recent event over a BE80 course. He has been 100% XC clear inside the time, showing both bravery and efficiency. At home he schools confidently over 90-100cm courses and has recently jumped up to 1.20m with ease, demonstrating his impressive scope. With three quality paces and a super attitude to work, he is ideal for a rider wanting to progress through NSEA, Pony Club, grassroots BE, and beyond. Judges love his way of going, and in the right hands, I believe he has the ability to step up to 1* or even Pony Trails.

XC & Hacking:
Ozzy has been XC schooling and absolutely loves it, confidently popping ditches, steps, skinnies, water, and trakehners without hesitation. He’s proven himself brave and genuine and we think he would take to hunting brilliantly. He recently attended a fun ride where he behaved brilliantly, going either at the front or back and even stopped at a pub half way round. He hacks out alone or in company, is never nappy, fantastic in all types of traffic, and is a joy to ride in open spaces. He’s previously done beach rides with a 14-year-old and isn’t a silly pony.

Temperament & Handling:
On the ground, Ozzy is sweet-natured, kind and loves attention. He’s easy to catch, good with the farrier, great with dogs (as seen in video!), and enjoys being groomed and fussed over. He stables well, turns out happily, and is a pleasure to have around the yard. While he was a little strong in hand on arrival, this quickly settled with routine and confidence, and he now leads quietly and enjoys being handled. He’s been tied up at shows outside the lorry and stands well to be tacked up and fussed over but he does occasionally shift about if left on his own - I believe this will come as he comes more confident in this situation.

Health & History:
Ozzy is fully up to date with vaccinations, teeth and worming, and passed a 5-stage vetting at the beginning of summer with flying colours. He has excellent feet and is currently shod. He has no lumps, bumps or blemishes. He’s previously done lots of showjumping and working hunter with a 14-year-old rider and has been brought on slowly and correctly. He truly is a wise head on young shoulders.

Home Sought:
Ozzy would suit a competitive teen or small rider looking for a serious all-rounder to have fun with and progress. He would excel in grassroots, Pony Club Champs, Cotswold Cup or BE100+, and with his scope, paces, and bravery, could easily progress to 1* in the right hands. While he’s kind enough for a quieter rider, he’s far too talented to be wasted, so a home with ambition is a must. Price includes a lovely Black Country Saddle, bridle and rugs.

Based near Cirencester. Serious enquiries only; this is a very special pony. Please WhatsApp only to arrange a phone call.

Meet Sue Ellen – a 13hh, 10-year-old Dartmoor X mare who’s full up in every corner and built like a tank!

This little powerhouse has:

Done all Pony Club activities
Attended 4 Pony Club camps
Hunted, showjumped & tackled hunter trials like a pro

She’s not a first pony, and was sadly mis-sold as one. While she’s safe and sane, she needs a rider who’ll get stuck in and kick on. The more you ride her forward, the more she gives — no flappy Florence’s, please! She’s ready to go and loves having a job.

Best suited to an active Pony Club or hunting home where she’ll be out doing what she loves.

Fab to handle in every way – ties up, grooms, plaits, loads – no fuss.

Owner’s comments:
“She has a kind heart and really thrives on love and attention. She’s amazing to plait, be groomed, cuddled and pampered — it’s just part of who she is. I think it’s intrinsic to her nature and why she deserves a home that truly enjoys that bond.”

Comes with glowing Pony Club references.

Serious enquiries only — the right home is far more important than the price.

Minnie – 11yo Irish Cob Mare

14hh (but not massive), 11-year-old Irish Cob mare. Known to us since she was a 4-year-old!

Previously sold by us in 2021 to a non-rider, after being outgrown by a local child. Then in 2023, she went on to help another young rider get going, and in 2024 spent a year at a riding school doing the same.

Has taken a complete beginner from nothing to NSEA and lots more!
Ovaries removed (due to a stud farm next door making her unsettled) – full vet history available. Never marish, always a pleasure.

Experience:
• Pony Club
• BS Academy Training
• BS Club/Schools
• Unaffiliated SJ & XC
• Hunted (references available)

She’s always been fitted in around family life – easy to pick up, drop off, and loves being part of the action. Would happily take a novice or nervous rider — even Granny, who doesn’t really ride, hacks her!

Minnie loves her parties, so an active home would suit her best. Previous owners are more than happy to give references.

Easy to load, clip, take to shows — a real family favourite.
Very reluctantly for sale.

A truly special mare looking for her next partner.

14.2hh 18 years young purebred Connemara Schoolmistress pony with excellent bloodlines

Missy is the ultimate competition and hunting pony She is extremely experienced has a heart of gold and is very fun.

Absolutely loves to jump and always looks after her passenger. Never stops or refuses and is a pleasure to take out to shows and events, she is forward going and a rossette winner and therefore isn’t suited to a very nervous or novice rider because she knows her job and loves to win. She will turn on a sixpence. Although she has no BS points, she would be a super competitive BS pony .

She rides in a snaffle or bubble bit in all spheres including when out hunting where she has been a regular member of the Killinick Harriers hunt and the pony club.

She has done all pony club activities, eventing and Hunter trials aswell as showjumping teams at 80cm- 1m. She is also an asset to the inter school teams.

She is well behaved in open spaces and very good in traffic, around other animals and farm machinery.

She is the ultimate competition/ hunting pony and pony club pony . She will also ride and lead. Although she is forward to jump etc, my grandmother could take her hacking, she is a completely different pony. Happy to plod along on the buckle and completely unfazed by all spooky obstacles.

Missy rides well in the school with athletic paces and good balance but is not a dressage.

It’s with a very heavy heart that I’m offering Rocco for sale due to working full time and having now outgrown him. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of owning Rocco for the past 6 years after buying him directly from his breeder, and he’s been nothing but a joy from day one.

Rocco is a 14.2hh, 9-year-old gelding who has turned his hoof to absolutely everything – hacking, schooling, jumping, fun rides, hunting and pony club activities. He’s a genuine, kind, and honest all-rounder who always looks after his rider and gives his best in everything he does. He’s the sort that’s hard to find – a true confidence-giver and a real best friend.

At the moment, Rocco is living out full-time in the field, loving life and enjoying a quieter routine so he isn’t in his best fitness but even so, you can still pull him in, tack him up, and he’ll go out and do his job without fuss. He’s the same pony every time, whether he's in full work or has time off.

Rocco would be ideal as a first pony or for someone stepping up from a smaller one. He’s never sharp or silly and is happy doing whatever is asked of him – whether that’s a quiet hack, a pop around a course, or a day out exploring. He’s been handled and ridden by both children and adults, and takes it all in his stride.

Easy to do in every way – he loads, travels, stands for the farrier, and is polite and calm in and out of the stable. He’s happy living in or out and gets on well with other horses.

This is a very sad sale of a much-loved pony who’s given me the most incredible memories. Rocco deserves a home where he’ll be truly loved and enjoyed, and where he can continue to make someone as happy as he’s made me

Very sad sale as she has sadly been out grown.

Clover is a super fun pony! She is forward going and has a great rhythm, she loves jumping, has popped some SJ and XC fences showing a fantastic clean jump.

She has also popped over a ditch and steps, has a fantastic attitude to things she hasn’t been asked or seen before.

Great to hack through a busy business park, great with traffic and sensible in open spaces. Will happily lead or follow.

Clover is schooling well she has mostly hacked but is learning quickly and is a straight forward ride, she rides even and works into the corners nicely, great transitions and lovely paces.

Clover has hunted with a child in Ireland, so would be suitable for a child. Would make a brilliant hunting pony, pony club pony, showjumping, event pony, WHP, hack.

Clover loads and travels very well on trailers or lorries. Great to do on the ground.

Super pony ready for someone to carry on producing, she is sweet enough for a child to produce.

Jimmy is a 14.1h 8 year old registered New Forest pony who is the perfect all rounder. He is a forward going type with good conformation and performance.

Jimmy has been with us for the last 3 years and has sadly been out grown. Since being with us he’s done a bit of everything; hunting, pony club, show jumping, showing, pony racing ect.

Here’s just a few thing he had excelled at.
- Show jumping 80/90 a careful jumper always in the ribbons.
- Working hunter competing around 80 affiliated and unaffiliated with countless wins and won multiple cups!
- Won the New Forest p2p on Boxing Day.
- Produces a lovely dressage test competing prelim (currently schooling novice level with 3 established gaits)
- Pony racing including being placed 2nd in the open 148cm at Wincanton and placing at Ascot & other P2P’s
- He’s also done some low level eventing qualifying for the Cotswolds cup champs.
- Loves going xc, competed in many local hunter trials and schooled around courses countless times.
- Hunted with the Wessex bloodhounds jumping anything you put him at and also hunted with the New Forest hounds and absolutely loves it.

He’s excellent hacking and doesn’t bat an eyelid at pigs/donkeys/cows/ponies/sheep. And good in traffic and agricultural machinery. He’s like a duck to water! Happy to hack alone or in company and loves a fun ride! Leads other horses from him. He’s been to big stay away shows and behaved impeccably!

Orla 148cm 7 yr old mare Irish Sports Pony. Safe, talented pony who is beautiful inside and out.

Currently competing at 80/85cm, she has plenty of scope and is jumping 1m+ at home.

Orla has successfully participated in show jumping, dressage, eventing, arena eventing, hunter trials, farm rides, cross-country schooling, stay-aways, pony club rallies, and camp.

She is great to hack alone or in company, both on and off the roads, going first or last. She is also happy to ride and lead.

My daughter and Orla have enjoyed being active members of our pony club, attending rallies, camp, and being part of show jumping teams. They qualified and competed at Trailblazers, PC regionals, and NSEA Champs, winning many rosettes.

Orla has a careful, scopey jump, and her flatwork is continuously improving. She doesn’t mind fancy dress and has enjoyed competing in pairs classes at various competitions. I have also enjoyed riding Orla, and at 5ft9, I have never felt out of place.

Orla has a lovely temperament and a lot of ability; she is a pleasure to handle. She has great stable manners and travels well, alone or with company. She is good to clip, shoe, and bath (she is quite a clean grey) and is up to date with vaccinations, dental care, osteopathy, saddle fitting, etc.

She is currently shod all around but was just shod in front for the winter. She is a really safe pony and she hasn’t bucked, napped, or reared.

Loads of photos and videos available.

Will only be sold to the best of homes

To cross country she is a dream, she jumps ditches, water, steps and is more than comfortable at 80cm.

Good to hack in the open or on roads.

Beautiful 14.2hh 5year old grey Connemara mare by Thorgal de L'Aubier with Moy Hazy Cove on the dam side. Achieved youngstock premium from the SPSS as a 3year old.

Outstanding temperament with the looks, movement and attitude to go to the top. Mature beyond her years, went reserve champion at county level as a 4year old at only her 2nd show.

Been produced slowly and now ready for a child or small adult to take her further. Hunted last season proving extremely sensible and brave, excellent with hounds. 2nd in the Connemara flats this year at Devon county on her first outing of the year and just won her first WHP last week.

SJ for the second time last month winning the 70cm and jumped her first 80cm with ease and scope for much more.

Been XC schooling jumping ditches/banks and water. Beautifully schooled, light in the hand and would excel in dressage, already established simple changes.

Half brother qualified Badminton grassroots in his first BE season and since been to RIHS and HOYS as a WHP and this mare has all the potential to do the same.

Super safe, can have 2 months off and no different to ride. Hacks alone and in company, excellent in all traffic, box, shoe, clip, and can be handled by the smallest of children.

Can be turned out with others or on her own, can take others away with no issues. Completely non-marish. No lumps/bumps or sarcoids. Never sharp, easy ride with exceptional manners.

Can be viewed at Dunster Show.
