Heartbreaking sale, of our beloved Dalton

This is breaking my daughter’s heart, so genuine enquires please, and only the best home for him.

Dalton, is 12.2 pony, 12 years old, and I can honestly say he is the most safest pony.

My 10 year old daughter does everything, takes him to the field, brings him in, he stands at the gate , tacks him up, loads him.

He stand all day to be groomed, I can be mucking out around him and he doesn’t bat an eye. He follows her like a big dog. Perfect for farrier, to clip, dentist, up to date with vaccines, dentist, farrier.

He has taken my daughter from jumping cross poles to 75cm courses, jumped higher 1 jumps. Hacks alone or in company, been to the beach, Done all pc activities, attended camp and stay away @competitions, been in pony club junior games team, pony club sj team. Qualified NSEA, Trailblazers and PC SJ. My daughter rides him with no saddle and no bridle.

There isn’t a nasty bone in his body he is a true gentleman and a real one off, very sad sale as he is a huge part of our family and so loved by my daughter, but he has so much to give to teach another child.

Kiara - approx 14.3, 15 year old registered Welsh section D mare.
Kiara is a stunning mare with good paces, looks and feels like riding a small horse not an overgrown pony.

Current owner has mainly hacked and done lessons/arena hires. Loves her hacking in company and is good in open spaces, been to the beach and been out to arena hires and weekly lessons. In previous home kiara hacked alone but with current owners she hasn’t purely because of child riders age. We have her on sales livery and have hacked her round the farm alone and out onto our fairly busy road, she was a bit unsure to start but going ok now and she’s been good in traffic. She just needs her hoof holding.

Works in arena and someone has clearly put some time in on the flat previously as she can go beautifully if asked but a little rusty currently. Could easily go and wow between the white boards with a little brush up.
Previously kiara has been in a private home with a young rider who took her to Hartpury college and previously to that had been shown in her younger years.
Ideal for someone that wants to hack with friends/on your own if happy to put the work in, go on beach rides, low level dressage/clinics. She’ll pop a log in the woods but wouldn’t be a jumping pony.

Very sad sale on behalf of current owner . Current 11 year old owner is about 3 stone wringing wet so she’s just a bit too much horse for her and she needs one a bit smaller. Pongo is a sweet and straightforward young pony who has spent the last year with me turning his hoof to a little bit of everything.

- He is incredibly safe to hack, alone and in company. You can jump straight back on him after 2 weeks off in the field and he’s just the same.

- He is schooling well for his age, starting to work in an outline with a more experienced rider.

- He has been out to several jumping lessons, training shows and arena hires, gaining confidence each time. Has shown promise jumping 70cm+, although he has not been pushed to jumping courses of this height yet due to his age.

- He is an absolute pleasure to take out to lessons, shows etc. he loads and travels like a dream and is not phased by busy show atmospheres (generators, funfairs, you name it).

- He does find very busy warm up arenas a bit stressful, but I have no doubt he’ll get used to this with practice.

Pongo is good to shoe, I clip his legs and chin loose in the stable, he parks himself at the mounting block for you to get on, and he comes to call at the gate.
He is used to going on little weekend holidays to his friend’s yards and is incredibly laid back wherever he goes. He will live in or out, alone or in company, he really doesn’t mind.

Pongo is up to date with vaccinations, worming, dentist and physio. He has absolutely no vices/nasty habits or health issues.

Bobby works well in the school in all three paces (including the most balanced and comfortable canter!), has shown a lot of talent over a fence, rides in open spaces not getting strong or silly and has been hacked out on busy roads in company. He has been happy both following and leading the hack, and has seen a variety of vehicles including motorbikes and lorries.

He has been brilliant to handle - he’s good to turnout, catch, with the farrier, load, groom, bath and tidy with the trimmers.

A truly wonderful cob that is a type that’s very hard to find. He has recently been broken in, having bought him out the breeders field. He’s been an absolute joy to break in and ride away, a kind and knowledgeable home is now sort after for him to continue his education further.

As he has only just started his ridden career in the last 6 weeks, he is green but is proving to be extremely safe.

He has had a fabulous start and I would love to see him in a home that will enjoy a variety of disciplines with him, I really feel he is going to be a very special partner for someone to enjoy.
