Arthen Black Jack, very dark bay, looks black, yearling gelding. Marco has an exquisite face and is perfectly marked having four whites and a star.

Very well handled, has been to one show as a foal and won although I have taken time away from showing so not shown since. Marco thinks he is the bees knees and will be outstanding in the show ring. Sire, Brynseion Red Knight, was reserve champion C male at the Royal Welsh last year. His parents are 13.1hh and 13.2hh therefore he should make a good height.

Marco is used to being turned out with a mix of geldings and mares. He is perfect to catch, loves attention and is good with the farrier. He will be one for the future in ridden classes.

His mother Mousti van Overis Z spent her younger years competing nationally, before becoming a highly successful full-time broodmare. Her 6yo son Pitchwood Caesars Palace is a licensed stallion with the Sports Pony Studbook Society (SPSS) and is currently competing successful at Pony Foxhunter level. Last years foal was Top SPSS graded colt of 2022 after receiving a high gold at Futurity with elite conformation marks from the vet. But the provenance from this exceptional mother does not end there. Mousti van Overis is a half sister of Vincent Byrne's great 1.60m horse Hannibal van Overis. Mousti is by the Elite stallion Machno Carwyn who is known all over the world as one of the best showjumping pony stallions.

Sire Sianco has proven progeny on the ground all of them inherit his fantastic temperament and lovely pony attributes. His first sports pony foal graded Gold last year with BEF Futurity. He is up to date with feet, worming and injections. Ronnie is good to catch, ties up, has his feet done, trimmed up, seen farm machinery and also a small amount of road traffic. He has always lived out in a herd and is never a pony to cause a problem .

He is a total blank canvas for someone to put their own stamp on. With Ronnie’s smart looks and free athletic movement he would also have the capability to do a great dressage test and is the perfect pony for a child wanting to do abit of everything and look the part.

I have owned Drew since he was a foal and fell in love from day one. He is from the last crop of foals by the prolific stock getter the late great POUNDY DRUID.

His dams breeding includes Hywi Tango, Leyeswick Flyer and Hywi Showgirl, all superb winning ponies. He has been the most awesome delightful boy to own and I would love to keep him forever, but I know he is wasted here with no jockey.

Ideally he needs a teenager/small adult with riding ability to produce him to the level I know he is capable of achieving. Absolutely NO novices due to his young inexperienced age.

He is a big lad oozing presence, a real head turner. He has won in hand on several occasions and is a showman in the ring. I feel his strength would be in Workers /BS as he has a nice pop in him. I would describe him as an athletic C .He has a ground covering trot and is not as choppy as some Cs move. He would do a nice dressage test.

Drew was professionally backed last autumn and was super easy to do. He long reins, double line lunges , jumps on the lunge, and has done some roadwork round the lanes here. He has seen light traffic, farm traffic , good in show traffic and takes everything in his stride. He will need restarting and is a blank canvas for someone to produce. He has a super brain and will go far in the right hands. Please note he had only just been backed in his ridden videos so showing to be very green and wobbly.

Drew loves a fuss, is good to bath, trim up, farrier, load, catch. He is free of sweet itch, no lumps or bumps and never shown any indication of laminitis. Drew is up to date with his vaccinations.

He is cheeky and inquisitive, and has the sweetest nature, but is cautious until he gets to know you.

This is a VERY reluctant sale , but Drew's need to succeed must come before my own sentimental feelings.

Please do not be offended if I feel Drew is not the pony for you. I will only sell to the very best of knowledgeable homes where he can be produced to maximise his true potential.

I would prefer he got to a competitive home where his full potential be achieved. I would very much like to keep in touch and follow him as he progresses. Please no time wasters as this is a painful decision for me.

I have had Lucy since a foal. Bred in the purple by the huge stepping HYWI TANGO. She has been a pleasure to own and to nurture. This is not an easy decision for me but I am getting on in years and I have no jockey.

She has competed successfully as a youngster in hand, and took to it like a pro. She is very pretty, with 4 white even socks up to knee and hock.

She was professionally backed last year and was easy to do. She long reins and double line lunges. She has seen traffic and farm tractors etc, good with show traffic, but has not done much road work other than long reining.

I feel her potential as a BS/Workers pony is immense, as her jumping is athletic, super powerful and effortless with a super shape and technique over a fence with natural rhythm and balance. She is brave and has a delightful brain. She has lovely big paces as you would expect from a C.

She is good to bath, trim, with farrier, loads on a trailer fine, and she is good to catch. Lucy is up to date with her vaccinations
She does not suffer from sweet itch, no indication of laminitis, no lumps, bumps, and is not mareish. She is a well mannered little Diva.

I have had her professionally fitted with a brand new WINTEC 500 HART saddle , as I want the knowledge that she is comfy when she leaves my care.
This can be negotiated in the sale.

Due to Lucy's age she is not suitable for a novice. She needs a proven little jockey, with knowledgeable adult support, to produce her and take her all the way to the top.
She will excel in any discipline.

As this little girl is so special, please don't be offended if I don't think she is right for you. I want her to go to the very best home where her potential will be maximised. Piggy is just the easiest pony we have ever had on the yard. Superb temperament, easy to please and lives on fresh air! Lives in or out, travels in anything and happy to stay on the box all day. Excellent to shoe, clip, catch etc.

Lightly backed, proving super easy.Hacked out along 60mph roads, seen indoor & outdoor schools and worked on grass .Can jump straight on without lunging.
