Looking for a new home for lovely Bonnie due to not having enough time to dedicate to her.

She has had the winter off, but bringing into work now and is fast to pick everything up again therefore, will need someone with time to build on her potential.

She is confident with walk, trot, hacking alone or in company however will need a bit of work in canter. Jumps beautifully but has not been jumped in a while.

Good to catch, shoe and load would suit a confident teenager or adult as can be a little stubborn or cheeky!

Has lived around other animals such as dogs, chickens, goats and pigs with no problem. Happy to live alone or in company in or out, good as gold around children loud noises and busy roads.

16years old however she has plenty of good years left in her and does not act her age!

No health issues with us or previous owners. Includes full tack such as bridal, saddle and rugs.

We are offering this beautiful yearling colt for sale due to being too closely related to all of our mares. His mother, grandmother, aunty and all siblings can be seen at the stud. This is a sad sale as we genuinely believe this colt has a fantastic future ahead of him in the right hands.

He's currently standing at 14hh and is well handled, has had feet trimmed, rugged, loaded on lorry etc however he is a yearling colt so does need an experienced handler.

He is sired by the lovely Tireve Typhoon and out of Multiple champion & royal Welsh winning mare.

He moves for fun and really covers the ground, has a lovely length of rein and an incredibly pretty head.

He's fully vaccinated and ready for someone to have some fun with.

Ynyslyns Orlando - Stallion At Stud

  • Renowned for passing on his exceptional temperament and versatility
  • Proven prolific sire of amateur performance horses and family friends, very popular on sport mares
  • Guarantees a dilute foal

Orlando is not your traditional Section D - he is able to offer bone and substance to a lighter TB or WB mare whilst also being able to refine a more traditional D or heavier mare. This combined with his exceptional temperament and versatility under saddle means that he is always a good choice for any mare. And you get the added bonus of being able to predict the colour of your foal! A chestnut mare will always guarantee a palomino, whereas a bay or black mare can produce a buckskin, palomino or smokey black foal.

Orlando is WPCS licensed and is graded with the SPSS, taking Central Grading Champion for 2020 and Reserve Champion for Britain 2020. He is also the first Section D in AES history to be graded with the society. At both gradings he gained fabulous marks but the stand out would have to be 9's and 10's for his jumping ability and an 8.75 for his canter work.

A true allrounder himself, Orlando regularly competes in dressage, showjumping and eventing as well as participating in hunting, fun rides, working equitation and whatever else we happen to fancy trying that day - he has even lead a team chase!

Ollie knows how to switch it on for a competitive rider and dial it back for a child or nervous rider who needs a bit of confidence.

It is no surprise then that Orlando is the ultimate all rounder producer. He has proven himself time and time again, not just in the progeny he produces but for the mare owners who have used him, many of them several times over! He is the type of stallion who will sire a foal who can go out and do a nice medium dressage test on Saturday and a 1.10m showjumping course on Sunday, then hacking out with the kids after work in the week.

The type of horse that you can leave without a rug and know it won't melt in the rain or have a nervous breakdown because it's been left out over night. The type that are intelligent, willing to learn and place implicit trust in you as their owner and rider. And then to top it all off......All of that in a beautiful golden package. What more could you want?

  • She's a genuinely nice person to handle and be around
Talar Gwenllian is a registered Welsh D mare with good conformation, nice paces and a bold jump. She's easy to handle on the ground, I regularly take her out on my own, no vices, clips, catch etc without issue. Easy keeper, barefoot and never been shod, up to date on everything, turned out in mixed herd, she's a genuinely nice person to handle and be around.

She loves her jumping, not spooky over fillers and very genuine - she’s been out hound exercising, hunting, fun rides, hunter trials, SJ and ODE. Currently out and about regularly at RC clinics and competitions, up to 90CM so far with scope to go further. Her flatwork is progressing, she works well in a contact and will happily ride a prelim test or a test out eventing etc, but her heart lies with her hacking and jumping - she'd love to find someone with aligned interests!

Hacks alone or in company, excellent in traffic - we have to get through a business park to access hacking on the common so used to seeing buses, HGVs, children, cows, dogs and all sorts.

Gwen is a responsive and forward-thinking ride (but not buzzy in any way!). So she is looking for a small adult or competent teen that is already capable of riding at 80/90 level and wants something ready to go out and have fun on - she is not suitable for a novice or unbalanced rider.

Finding a lovely home is absolutely paramount - She’s up, running and ready to go out and have fun with the right person this summer, will continue with outings regularly until sold. Plenty more photos and videos available on request.
