A Little Bit of Nonsense 'Peggy' was born 12th June 2021.

Unbroken but has been handled lightly, a real blank canvas for someone to put their own stamp on.

Grown up on a busy working farm and boatyard so is used to seeing a variety of tractors/machinery etc.

Her Dam was a lovely all-rounder who did all PC/riding club activities, going to regional and national championships with several different riders in Eventing and Tetrathlon at an open and novice level.

Rain has a super kind and friendly nature. She loves to be fussed over and groomed.She works sweetly in the arena, and is well produced with three excellent paces. She is also safe and sensible schooling in an open field or cross country course.

Rain has recently started her jumping career but is showing plenty of talent, willingness and scope, over both cross country and show jumps!

Rain hacks alone and in company, including negotiating busy rural road traffic.She is a complete saint and is the same horse every day of the week, or even when given a fortnight off. She is a very easy horse to do, always first to the gate, stands to be washed and shod.

Benson — an absolute stunner with a beautifully balanced conformation and a kind, genuine nature. He’s a super smart, eye-catching horse both inside and out, a versatile partner for a variety of pursuits.

Benson is a fun, honest, and sensible allrounder who truly loves to work. Not a kick-along plod, but forward-thinking and eager to please, he’s currently excelling in Pony Club activities and clinics alongside a relatively inexperienced 14-year-old rider giving her endless confidence and big smiles . His willing attitude and good temperament make him ideal for a rider looking to develop confidence and skill.

Absolutely fantastic jump, effortlessly popping around XC tracks at 90cm and happily skipping over 1m showjumping courses — with plenty of scope for more. He’s honest, reliable, and straightforward to ride in a snaffle, whether in the school or out hacking in open spaces always in a snaffle.

Benson has competed in unaffiliated dressage, showjumping, hunter trials, pony days, and camps. He has also worked in a riding school environment. While he’s a sturdy, sweet-natured type with athletic ability, he may be better suited to a slightly more experienced rider rather than a complete novice from the riding school as he works off the leg and has more engine than a true beginner would want, although he never does any thing nasty in any way.

He’s a pleasure to hack — unfazed by farm machinery, traffic, barking dogs, not spooky . No vices, and he’s up to date with vaccines and dentist.

Tilly - approx 15.3, 5 year old Cob x mare no breeding recorded.

Tilly is a really super type and will make a lovely allrounder. Tilly has come over from Ireland having done lots of hacking, fun rides and lightly hunted. Did a few days hunting at the end of this season and was well behaved.

Working away sweetly in arena and picking things up quickly, she has naturally balanced paces and a lovely comfortable canter. Been to arena hires and is good to take out and about. Jumping a course of fences and not bothered about fillers/water trays. She has tons of jump and will be very capable once the finer details are finessed. XC schooled and popped away no problem she’s very honest to a fence.

Hacks alone and in company, good in traffic and in open spaces.

Good to get on and off. Super sweet temperament she really enjoys a fuss and a groom. Tiny but wary until she gets to know you but really nothing difficult! Would suit a variety of riders she’s a really lovely mare for someone to carry on producing.

Good to catch, load, wash off, clip. Super type that will mature into a horse that you really do not see anymore.

Hugo is an attractive young horse who has been started correctly and is looking for someone to further his education for him and guide him to success in his career. He has a super temperament with a fantastic willing attitude. Hugo has been out and about to a few various places including arena hires, local clear rounds and xc schooling in which he has taken in his stride and handled with ease!

Hugo has 3 well balanced, uphill and correct paces and has the makings to be a smart genuine all rounder for somebody!
Hugo has been introduced to the road and seen Traffic, large, vehicles bicycles, the whole lot and has proven to be unfazed. He’s a very brave courageous character.

On the ground Hugo is a pleasure to be around he is well mannered and easy to handle, he is a true gentleman! He has a lot of character and never fails to make you laugh with his funny goofy personality making him almost impossible not to love. He stands well to be clipped, pampered and bathed and loads like a dream. He always stands patiently for the farrier too.

Maverick is a 5yo (2020) approx 15.1 buckskin Connemara gelding - imported from Ireland he has done days hunting, cross country training, days to the woods, fun rides, clinics, showjumping training and unaffiliated dressage.

Maverick has good conformation, plenty of bone and good movement and Connemara pony traits. Making him incredibly versatile.

Maverick had a long winter off due to loss of owners other horse and has come back into work brilliantly - breezing round courses of 90cm schooling nicely on the flat and proving bold and safe out hacking .
Last summer when in full fitness and work maverick was xc schooling 90-1m and 120cm in the arena with a professional and he didn’t miss a beat. He has recently been schooling round 90cm courses and 1.05 fences loose schooling over 120cm.

To jump maverick is keen but never strong,. He’s honest as they come and very forgiving . He will step up for a stronger more confident rider or slow down for someone less capable however due to his age I wouldn’t say he’s a complete novices horse.

Mav will hack first or last alone or in company, he can have a look at new things as most young horses would but is super safe and responsive as soon as you put your leg on and support him he takes the riders confidence . Not strong or silly, brilliant in open spaces

Turns out with others mares or geldings, currently in during the day out at night but would quite happily live out . Front shoes with no known health issues or vices. Up to date with physio, dentals , vaccinations and worming.

Open to view and vet - no loans or trials Allthough a short trial period at his home yard could be arranged

Phil is an easy going character to have around. He produces a smart test, very much admired by the judges for his easy way of going.

Phil has currently focused on eventing where he has proved consistently competitive at 80 & 90 level. He has stepped up to 100 but his results have been a little inconsistent.

I feel he would excel in a dressage home, or enjoy a grassroots, Pony Club or Riding Club type home. He equally would look the part in a working hunter ring.

He hacks quietly, good to load, shoe, clip etc.

Bred, backed and produced by myself. Sadly for sale as he does not have the passion for eventing that is required for in top level event horses.

Super smart model with lots to like! She’s a super mover with plenty of bone.

Her breeding is unrecorded but is by a show jumping stallion out of an Irish mare.

She’s very well handled, good for all her feet ect. Even had her legs clipped out/mane pulled with no problems.

Really laid back with a lovely sweet nature.

She is ready to start breaking and will be a great one to bring on. We will happily keep to break should someone wish.
