Mollie is a type hard to find. Correct conformation and straight movement, with a kind, sensible and willing brain. To date, she has looked after her riders and has NEVER dropped anyone. My husband and I suffered life limiting injuries recently (nothing to do with horses). Mollie looked after me following spinal surgery and my husband after a broken hip, and got us both safely back in the saddle again.

Mollie is a top of the range riding/pony club horse or Grassroots eventer. Strong enough to carry an adult, but mannerly enough to carry a teenager. She has competed at a few affiliated dressage competitions and can do some lateral work - leg yield, shoulder in, travers, renvers and walk pirouettes. She loves to jump and is regularly schooled over show jumps and cross country. She enjoys hacking out alone or in company. Mollie has also seen hounds. She is ridden in simple tack - snaffle bridle with NO martingale or gadgets.

Mollie is an absolute pleasure to own. Easy and uncomplicated, it is no problem for one person to take her anywhere. She loads into a trailer easily, travels well and is generally easy to handle, inside the stable and out. She is also easy to clip and shoe. Mollie has been a nanny for our foals when weaned from our mare. She has looked after the babies, proving to be gentle with them, whilst putting manners on them.

Vaccinated, regularly wormed and regularly seen by the dentist. No vices.

For anyone wanting an Irish mare to breed from, Mollie is a gene pool of the best of Irish traditional breeding - see pedigree.

This genuine homebred mare is very reluctantly for sale due to her younger siblings now needing more of our time and attention to bring them on. She will be very sadly missed.

Open to any vetting. She can be viewed and tried in Co Clare, Ireland, where excellent trial facilities are available. For more information, call Marian.

Sad sale of my gorgeous gelding who turns heads wherever he goes. Lovely paces - a great walk for an Iberian and has gained "bold steps" for his medium trot.

Standing full up 16hh (nearing 16.1hh) he is currently barefoot and has great feet. He turns 8 in September.

I imported him shortly after he turned 3 so he has been with me for nearly 5 years. During that time he has been at 2 different yards, been ridden straight from the field and had various short periods of time off. He takes any new routine in his stride and nothing is ever a drama. We have competed at Novice dressage, low level SJ and showing.

We have attended many pole clinics, arena hires, lessons, SJ training, XC schooling, pleasure rides, hound exercise, obstacle courses and working equitation. I almost always travel on my own and he is a pleasure to do out and about. We also bloodhounded a full season with the Cranwell and he was fab.

Great to hack, solo or in company, happy to go out for hours in any direction, sometimes used to nanny others and unfazed. Hacks on a buckle end around open fields but equally can also be more forward and bouncy (not naughty).

No vices, happy to come in away from others to be groomed / tacked. 100% in all traffic / load / lunge / feet / clip etc.

Passed recent 5 stage. Imperfection on one Xray happy to discuss at length. Never been lame. Loads of pics and videos.

(Full extensive wardrobe additional £1000)

Niamh - 16.3hh 5 year old ID Mare, recently broken in after producing a beautiful filly foal.

Niamh would excel in any discipline, we think she would be a great horse for future grass routes classes, an easy mare who is ready to further her education.

She hacks alone and in company, is safe an sensible in open spaces, and has been introduced to arena work and is showing lots of promise with three straight and correct paces. She has also been introduced more recently to pole work and some jumps, showing a natural bascule shape and wanting to clear fences.

Shes such a kind natured mare with not a nasty bone in her, even a teenager could take her on a produce.

Good to load, and is good for farrier (not yet had shoes)

Lady Bird - 17.1hh 9YO Mare. Heart Throb (heartbreaker) x Dundee (Didi)

-Exceptionally well mannered
-stunning looking mare with fantastic paces
-Straightforward, safe and genuine
-I have owned her since 5YO during which time we have enjoyed doing a bit of everything. Showjumping, eventing, arena eventing and dressage
-Fit and ready to go and do any job

Birdy has it all, she is a real quality, flashy moving mare who really enjoys her work and will go and do any job asked of her. Has jumped upto 1.10 in the ring and has been XC schooling on a regular basis as well as a number of unaffiliated one day events. Would easily go out event this season. Could be an excellent grassroots contender. Could also make a top level working hunter/ riding horse.

She has impeccable manners on the floor and just wants to be your best friend. She happily travels alone and in company, very easy to take to any competition by yourself. Don’t let her size put you off, she is very easy to do and has been ridden predominantly by light female rider.

Will hack out down the main road not phased by heavy traffic and super in open spaces alone and in company.

This is a rare opportunity to buy a seriously fun horse. These types do not come up very often and she is a real pleasure to do. No quirks or vices. A versatile horse that could be successful in a multitude of disciplines and would suit a variety of riders!

Clean vetting and x rays when I purchased her as a 5YO.

10* home is a must for this very special horse.

Currently ridden by a 13 year old girl who has outgrown her.

Jumping 90/100cm with current jockey with room to go further.

Nice flat work and plenty of ability to be produced further.

Easy to look after at home, travels and loads but needs a touch of sedation for clipping her head.

Really cool fun pony for a teenager or small adult to enjoy, not a complete novice ride as still a young horse that needs producing further to take her to her full potential. Currently ridden by a novice rider but kept at a knowledgable livery yard.

Adamstown Burgandy- AKA Yoshi

A true gentleman - 16.3hh, Bay, ISH, Gelding.

Only available due to owners pregnancy. Yoshi is a true gentleman, easy to do in every way, Safe and sensible. He has evented up to BE90 with his owner before covid. He has had a quieter life in more recent years, due to no fault of his own, just lack of time.

He has lovely basic flatwork, never silly, evented by a petite women and ridden by myself (5ft2 lightweight rider). He is very easy to XC school, you point him and he’ll find a stride. Isn’t phased by water or ditches. Very careful Showjumping, will go off any stride.

Can be left in the lorry or trailer whilst other horses are schooled, very laid back chap.

If I had the space and funds I would snap him up in a heart beat!

Ouzo is a lovely 8yo gelding by Gamut that has been produced slowly by an amateur rider since coming over from Ireland as a 4yo.

He has evented in unaffiliated 90 level competitions for the last two seasons and did his first BE100 this weekend with his usual rider’s trainer. He will next be out at Tweseldown BE100.

He would be a great contender for Grassroots championships or would be straightforward enough for an U18 to compete on the youth teams. More than enough ability to step up to Novice/2* when he has more mileage.

He produces a nice test and is very straightforward on the flat and jumping being snaffle mouthed in all phases. He is probably more kick than pull.

He is easy to do, happy in or out. Good to hack, on the lorry, for the farrier etc. He has been on a DIY livery yard and is completely unphased by all the horses differing routines.

He still needs further education so for this reason he is not a novice ride

This is a really sad sale but owner has a toddler, full time job and has been signed off competitions from injury for the past 6 months so feels it is the right time to find Ouzo another rider to go out and have fun with.

Excellent trial facilities, located on the Hants/Wilts border.

Reduced price for the bank holiday weekend…
Must find new home. Genuine sale, horse sound fit and ready to go..

Ideal allrounder, riding club, pony club / grassroots schoolmistress type. Badminton Grassroots in your sights? Hunted for a season proving very brave and polite. Currently ridden and competed by 5ft4 teenager.

Perfect for a competent amateur! Pleasure to do in all ways, loves a fuss and cuddle! We are looking for her forever home with someone who wants to have tons of fun, whether that be Eventing, jumping, hacking, riding club etc. She will turn her hoof to many jobs.

Does a smart dressage test, currently low 30s but room for improvement! Correct technique jumping, easy to a fence and takes a miss (or several!) and never gets offended. Perfect for someone who needs extra confidence in this area.

Scope for Novice / 2* eventing / Newcomers SJ, but also happy to stay at lower levels, as she is a very easy going type of horse. Not mareish. More of a tomboy!

Been XC schooling, arena hires, jumps everything without hesitation, very brave and bold.

The type you can leave for a week and then hack out without any drama.

No sensible offer refused, must sell and she is ready for the season and to enjoy! A horse of a lifetime for a lucky person.

Imperial Lord (Freddles)

Raced National Hunt until early ‘23, retired sound, no injuries. Suitable for ROR.

Beautifully bred: Imperial Monarch (Gallileo).

I’ve had him since June ‘23 and done loads of hacking, raised poles, light schooling to strengthen and fatten him up.

I tore my knee cartilage last year so didn’t do much spring/summer ‘24.

We’ve done a few unaffiliated shows over Xmas and now he’s ready to go out and have more fun.

Hacks in front or behind, he can have a cheeky spook in him but never malicious - no bucking or rearing.

Very good in traffic.

Successfully competed Arena eventing and Hunter trials up to 95cm this Winter.

Won his first time out Dressage and behaves impeccably in the warm up.

Stands nicely on the lorry.

Lovely to handle, a real pet.

Good to load, hot shoe, lunge, and clip.

Stabled at night but would prefer to live out.

Can be left in the field on his own.

Will weave if you leave him in without riding him.

Passed my 5 stage vetting in June ‘23 and had normal x-rays of his spine.

This horse is showing some real class.

Beautiful natural paces, very balanced canter, and a careful jump.

Would suit ambitious amateur with limited budget.

Personal reasons force sale.

No novices, no children looking for their first horse.

Gilltown Mermus is a super, beautiful 7yr old mare by the famous stallion, Mermus R. Her sire has produced numerous top level horses at both 5* eventing and 1.50 level show jumping. Her Dam, Garthy Diamond Malt is by Chacoa, so this mare really is bred in the purple for jumping.

Perry has been an incredibly consistent horse on the British Show Jumping circuit for us and when she is on the lorry, we know we will be coming home with prize money and a rosette or two. She would be the dream addition to a yard of anyone who is wanting to be competitive week in, week out. She has been a serial winner at British Novice and Discovery level and is now happily out competing at Newcomers/1.10. She is already qualified for Discovery Second Rounds in 2025, jumping four out of four double clears and ready for someone to go and be competitive Winter, with just shy of £400 in winnings and 180 points on her CV to date.

She is snaffle mouthed in every phase and works beautifully on the flat. Perry hacks out alone and in company, travels solo or with others and is a general pleasure to have around. In addition to her extensive BS record, since we bought her as a four year old, she has cross country schooled, hunted, competed arena eventing, unaffiliated one day events and dressage.

A special home is required this wonderful mare, who we think so much of.

Paddy is a 16.3, rising 7 year old, bright bay, full tb gelding. He was bred to event and his dam won Sport Horse show classes.

We bought Paddy as a 4 year old. He’s been brought on slowly giving him time to mature and grow into himself. He has done a bit of everything although still a bit green.

Paddy hacks alone or in company, happy to go at front or behind. He schools nicely and knows the basics of lateral work. He travels and loads well in trailer or lorry, alone or with company.

He has been lightly competed, in dressage and SJ and been to lots of arena hires. Paddy is jumping up to 90cm/1m at home, seen some small XC fences and been to pony club trainings.

He can sometimes weave, reflected in price.

Paddy is fit and ready to go. He’s currently been produced as an allrounder with his future in mind.

He’s laid back enough to suit this lifestyle but also has the potential to move up the levels in any discipline. Could be a great summer project.

He will need a competent confident rider to further his education, probably not suited to a novice as he’s still learning everything himself.

Tack and a few rugs are included in price.

Introducing this outstanding mare ‘Poker’ who is newly available to the market and looking for the very best of homes! From the dam line of ‘Chill Me’ who Alex Bishop won many national championships on up to 1m20 level so only the best homes need to enquire. Already she is from a successful proven line of sport horses excelling in BS/BE with two half brothers (same mother) jumping at foxhunter/1.20 & eventing internationally to CSI2* so an exciting future she holds - already showing the same qualities needed to progress to this level.

Self produced and broken towards the end of 2024 she was left a little later as she bred us a top class colt foal by ‘Class Act’ we wanted to keep her mother line going as Poker is the last from the dam who was very special to us! She always showed such a kind easy nature as a young horse we knew it wouldn’t affect her education starting later! Since then she has gone from strength to strength, starting her competition career internationally having done no shows she went straight to Vejer (Spain) and placed in 4/4 CSIYH1* 5 year old classes up too 1m15 and showed what a genuine easy and intelligent horse she is! Gaining valuable experience this has set her up nicely for the year ahead, and gave her a great understanding of competitive life - she is a diamond to travel for long lengths of time, great in busy warm ups, perfect to stable in busy environments, nice with other horses & used to a variety of big rings including grass!

Poker is a real yard favourite, over the Easter half term she has been quite busy taking the younger kids on many forest rides for hours on end, even chaperoning the 4 year old breakers on their first hacks when she is only a year ahead herself! She attended a local unaffiliated show with her 11 year old rider (this was her first ever show on a horse bigger then 128cm) and came home with a first and second place! She was impeccably well behaved and showed she is happy to step down to the low levels and give anyone confidence! Most definitely an ‘old head on young shoulders’ she can even be seen being ridden completely tackless without a saddle or bridle in vast open spaces

She would excel in such a variety of homes, and suit many different riders! She has had the best ground work level education in all disciplines possible ready to have the best fun this summer, she is always snaffle mouthed with simplest rubber bits and rides correctly in all 3 paces. Established flying changes and nice basic lateral work, she hacks through the forest regularly and enjoys being a normal horse aswell as a competition horse! Doesn’t need riding everyday and is always reliable, would suit someone who might have work/education commitments as doesn’t need riding everyday and will happily live in or out. We can’t say enough good things about this special horse! She really is the type that everyone wants but is like gold dust to find!

Wether your looking for an easy straightforward pony club allrounder for NSEA and everything fun and easy or a nice eventing prospect to produce with a kind outlook on life she is sure worth a look! Good x rays and vet check

Heartbreaking decision but I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t have the time, money or will to do this lovely boy justice. Having retired my old gelding a couple of years ago I naively thought I’d still be up for bringing Roo on but in reality I’m far too out of the loop.

3 year old homebred buckskin warmblood gelding. By Crowns Ace of Pearl out of Primitive Proposal (Primitive Rising) mare. Standing at about 16.3hh with more growing to do - Beautiful paces, incredibly floaty and uphill. A very promising young horse.

Good to catch, clip, load & travel - okay for farrier although still baby like! Good to bath/ wash legs off. Has been regularly handled, attended a handful of in-hand shows as a yearling and was incredibly chilled.

Pretty unflappable, has seen plenty of machinery at home - I harrow with him in the field. Has walked out in hand and seen lots of traffic, completely unphased.

Even when excited leading in/ out, with other horses tearing around I manage fine. Pretty respectful of your space, understands the concept of ‘back’ and turn on the forehand.

Has had a bridle & roller on, also completely unbothered. Massage pad on a number of times. I don’t think he’ll be a challenge in this department at all.

His only quirk is that he can be bad tempered around food.

5* home is paramount and only to someone experienced, that can give him a better opportunity than I can!

10 y/o, 16.2hh ISH mare.

Peppa is a great all rounder, has competed up to elementary in dressage, BE90 eventing and discovery in BS. She has £128 of winnings showjumping. She is snaffle mouthed at all times and is a responsive ride. She is great to hack alone and in company (often babysitting greener horses) and isn’t bothered by the heaviest of traffic.

She is good with the farrier, to load and will happily stand on the lorry all day.

She is from Clover Hill lines and is the typical stamp - loves to jump whatever stride you are on!

We have owned Peppa for the last 5.5 years. She has been brought on to event but is now ready to progress up the levels of British Showjumping. She is established in her flat work and could do equally well in British Dressage. She is great fun cross country, but unfortunately not consistent enough over ditches to be competitive in British Eventing, which is the only reason for sale.

Peppa is an uncomplicated and all round nice person to have around. Used to dogs, cats, children, pigs etc.

She would make a perfect mother/daughter share or horse for a competitive amateur.

Plenty of photos and videos on request. I work full time but will be able to respond to messages/WhatsApp’s during the day

Ferrari is the ultimate Teddy bear with such a kind and pleasing demeanour. Coming direct from the breeder with his full history known.

He’s recently been broken professionally and carefully with us here at Argento. Understandably he’s green but he has the most amazing can do attitude. He’s confidently walk, trot, cantering in the school, hacking alone and in company.

I can’t emphasise how amazing his brain works. It’s like a sponge and he just absorbs everything he shown. With a summers training he could be absolutely anything you desire and we would really love to follow his journey with his new owner!

His elastic, expressive movement and excellent train ability stand hun in good stead to make a top level horse

He does windsuck, managed with a collar and price reflects this.

Now proving to be the most honest and kindest of young horses. Fazed by nothing , hacking alone and in company , learning to pop a fence and schooling nicely in the arena.

Indianna, 16.3 Bright Bay Dutch Warmblood Gelding.

For sale/ LWVTB possible but would need to stay at his current home in Cobham, Surrey (KT11 2NR). Currently based at a lovely quiet yard with amazing facilities inc. indoor and outdoor arena.

Looking for a lower level all rounder home with a confident and capable rider. He can confidently jump around 90/1m and regularly jumps 1.20m at home.

I’ve had Indi for 3 years and am very sadly selling due to a lack of time to fulfil his potential and upcoming leave for university. I’ve had so much fun on him and he’s taught me so much, and I know that he will do the same for his next owner. Despite being 15, he still has so much to give for the right rider.

He’s previously competed up to Elementary dressage, and would be ready to go in Novice. At home he’s secure in lateral work and has a confident counter canter, leg yields, mediums, and is working at half passes with a teenage rider.

He loves his jumping and has so much talent. He schools well around 1.10m courses and tricky combinations, and I’ve jumped him up to 1.40cm many times. Due to a lack of time, I’ve had limited opportunities to compete him but he went amazingly when I did and easily cleared 90 courses (see pictures)

He’s happy XC and won’t look at most things, he's very happy doing XC for fun but I haven’t done enough to event him at the moment, but could have potential to with the right rider.

Indi’s happy to hack alone or in company and doesn’t look at large farm vehicles / quad bikes / trucks.

Currently Indi would be perfect competing up to Novice and pop round an 80/90cm course. He would need minimal work to get him higher as he’s quick to learn and teach his rider.

Good to shoe, needs sedation to clip and for the dentist. Only gets clipped once a year in winter. Perfect to catch and goes out with a small group. He is fine to load but prefers other horses to go with him, completely fine to drive with.

Incredibly difficult and sad sale of a really amazing horse with tons of personality. I’m sure he will make someone as happy as he has made me.

Sold alongside Kent and Masters dressage and GP saddle and bridles. Willing to negotiate price without them. Also able to take his huge wardrobe of rugs.
