This home bred young mare is bred in the purple for dressage but would also event. She is graded Premium by her breed society and was Champion of her grading so will be a top class breeding prospect once her competition days are over

She benefits from gold plated dressage bloodlines on the sires side - Helium / Millennium / Easy Game (sire of TSF Dalera - multiple medal winner). Her dam was a successful 3* eventer herself by a 4* and Olympic team stallion.

She did her first unaffiliated dressage competition and came away with a win and a 2nd both with well over 70% and she is now registered for BD and notched up top placings in her first outings. Her first BD outing resulted in two wins with 69 & 71% (qualifier), followed by another outing where she claimed a win (70% qualifier) and a second (picky judge who deducted 2 points for taking more than 45 seconds to enter after the bell!) - A recent outing to Solihull saw her exceed the necessary points for a Prelim Regional Finals ticket with scores of 67%+ and 70%. She has now moved on to Novice as is working well at that level with the aim of getting to the Pet Plan championships this year. Her first outings at Novice have resulted in a plethora of second placings with scores over 65% up to 69%+ - not bad for a newbie! At a push she could qualify for the BD Novice Regionals but we will not campaign her at that level just yet and leave it at the Pet Plan Area Festival

She loads well , travels like a saint and will stand in the lorry all day without fretting even when her mates are put in or taken out. Good on the road and to hack generally alone or in company. Easy to do in the stable - clip, shoe etc - or to handle from the ground

She is responsive and lively to ride so is not suitable for a novice or nervous rider. This mare has a heart murmur and is sold with notice of this - full expert report available stating no adverse effect on a sporting career. Priced in recognition of this so this is a real opportunity to buy a world class horse at a reduced price.

Leprince des bois x Billy be cool

Sad sale of a much loved homebred mare. Her dam jumped internationally up to 1.30 and also evented. She is by the great eventing stallion Leprince des bois whom needs no introduction. Roo is a real yard favourite, loves fuss and is the sweetest mare you could come across. She has been ridden by numerous teenaged girls and has looked after each of them. She has been carefully produced with her future in mind and has been given time to mature.

Super scopey and careful, currently jumping Discovery and 1.05’s and is ready to step up to newcomers. She has a great technique and lovely rhythm to a fence. She’s had plenty of placings and in her last two outings she has come home with a 1st and 2nd.

Done lots of XC schooling and has been to an Aston schooling event where she jumped double clear around the 90. I think she would make a super event horse and is definitely bred for it.

Did a couple of BYEH classes as 5 year old receiving good marks and comments from the judges.

Always snaffle mouthed, is well schooled on the flat and is naturally balanced. Doesn’t tense up between the boards and produces a nice test.

Hacks like a police horse, nothing phases her, I’ve hacked her through road closures whilst the tarmac has been dug up and she has not batted an eye. Stops to chat with the farmers whilst their tractors are running, she is a real mother’s dream.

Springhead Pandora.

Owned since a yearling, bought direct from her breeder.

Currently competing successfully at BE100. With double clears and placings. She is incredibly brave XC and not spooky SJ at all. She has quite a conscience and tries hard not to touch poles too which can be unusual for one so brave.

She has particularly good paces which is why I feel she could go down the dressage route. Being black, pretty and with a lovely big white heart on her forehead she is very eye catching. In one of her BYEH qualifiers she was marked 39/40 in her dressage from a BD judge. I have been told by dressage experts that she has an excellent hind leg which will make canter pirouettes and piaffe or passage (can’t remember which) easy! She has competed at BD shows in the prelim unaff class and regularly gets over 70%.

She unfortunately finds eventing dressage more exciting so does not produce the stunning tests she does in an arena. So there is huge scope for her to be a totally top top class juniors novice/ grassroots event horse when that settles a bit more, or she is ready to crack on and win at pure dressage.

She is good to hack alone or in company and easy to manage taking her away on your own.

Was a little tricky when she arrived, so not a novice ride and needs a competent small rider, but we have done a lot in the last 4 months (ryan has done a great job) and she’s now ready to find someone to bring her on further, that she can trust and have a lot of fun with. She has a super talent over a fence, although we have only done a handful of times here. Hacks out and lovely to handle.

Grace is green and needs to get stronger in her body and continue her education, but she will be a super little horse for someone in any discipline. Unfortunately, at the end of 2024 Shadow had a freak accident in the lorry requiring surgery. He is now back in full work, jumping, XC schooling etc and very sound.

Queen is an out and out showjumper she is as brave as they come with the biggest heart.

I recently jumped her at MET IV Tour in Spain when she jumped international 5yo classes from 110 to 120. She jumped double clears and was equal 1st. She helps you out when you make mistakes (as I often do!) And Never takes offence... she just tries harder.

She rides with great balance and is super smooth on the flat and over fences. She has plenty of stride and makes the modern distances with ease. Shes also blood with tons of jump to go on - both parents jumped at 150cm.

She is the kindest person to do. Never marish. I take her everywhere by myself. Good to shoe box clip. Loves hacking by herself and in company.

She would make an incredible Children on horses horse, or someone that wants to have a lovely horse and be competitive on. She goes in every ring like shes been in there a thousand times before and give you so much confidence! She has also XC schooled and again is 100% brave and straight.

Very sad sale. Competitive home a must for this star! Easy enough for an amateur but good enough for a pro.
