Ringwood Caretino aka Jerry : Extremely sad sale of our beloved Jerry - Based near Macclesfield Cheshire.

Jerry is a 16.2hh , 7yr old Irish sports horse who oozes potential but we unfortunately don’t have the time he deserves, however with the right rider could go very far . He is one the most loveliest natured horses you could meet.

Flatwork -Jerry works beautifully on the flat with 3 correct paces, still got bits to learn hear and there but getting the hang of lateral movements.

XC-Jerry has shown massive potential out XC recently proving his boldness and scope. Not fazed by ditches, water, steps etc . Not strong what so ever, super easy to bring back and equally open up.

Showjumping- Jerry’s has competed in a couple of unaffiliated shows and been to countless arena hires, where he is proving himself more and more. However SJ is his weaker phase out of the 3 so needs a confident rider who can give him confidence and give him more exposure to the ring atmosphere.

Hacking - He is good to hack with or without company, not a spooky horse at all. Will happily go out for 2-3 hour long hacks by himself with no problem .

Other- Jerry has hunted previously and was impeccably behaved will wait at meet , not phased by the hounds and will sit at the back or anywhere in the pack (not a kicker what so ever) . Been on fun rides, beach rides, pretty much anything. One of the best baby sitters you could think of as never gets wound up even if others are.

Jerry is still somewhat green and needs a competent rider who has had experience with young horses. He has been carefully and gently brought on and not been hammered at all as a youngster so still has the ability for someone to put there own stamp on him. Would be a fantastic event prospect.

Jerry is good to turnout, clip,load, farrier, teeth etc happy to send footage of all the above. Up to date with jabs and teeth .

Peppa is a great all rounder, has competed up to elementary in dressage, BE90 eventing and discovery in BS. She has £128 of winnings showjumping. She is snaffle mouthed at all times and is a responsive ride. She is great to hack alone and in company (often babysitting greener horses) and isn’t bothered by the heaviest of traffic.

She is good with the farrier, to load and will happily stand on the lorry all day.

She is from Clover Hill lines and is the typical stamp - loves to jump whatever stride you are on! Won the British novice and discovery on her last outing!

We have owned Peppa for the last 5.5 years. She has been brought on to event but is now ready to progress up the levels of British Showjumping. She is established in her flat work and could do equally well in British Dressage.

She is great fun cross country, but unfortunately not consistent enough over ditches to be competitive in British Eventing, which is the only reason for sale.

Ogana is proving to be a great horse xc, good with water, ditches and skinnies etc and has enough blood for the higher levels

At three years old she was ridden in the school in walk , trot and canter and saw a fence before being turned away to grow and mature which very sadly for the breeder she never did . During that time she bred two fantastic foals.

This is a real tentative advert for a horse that I really rate and really love.

Yellow is easy to do, he is a funny character and really peopley.

He will stand to be fully clipped, shod, dentist, physio etc without any drama.

He is good to load, travel, will tie up to the box, wait around so on and so fourth.

I bought yellow rising 4 and have produced him mostly myself, my staff have taken him out also as he is so reliable.

Yellow is a forward going horse that doesn’t even know how to stop at a fence, he is bold and brave and uncomplicated.
