A very sad sale of a much loved horse! Samba has been sympathetically produced by an amateur lady rider with every intention of keeping him long term - sadly time commitments have forced his sale.

Samba has been XC schooling and arena eventing training with us, he is a bold forward thinking horse that loves to jump making him a XC machine! He’s always looking for the next fence and shows superb technique. He has attended various clinics, been out SJ training (on grass and surface) and shown huge amounts of ability, he doesn’t want to touch a pole and has a careful scopey jump!

He has hunted a handful of days with The EDH, he loves to watch the hounds and is able to cross country!

Samba has three expressive paces, good transitions, will take the correct leads & is naturally balanced. He shows a trainable attitude to all of his work.

Samba is an absolutely fantastic hack! He is always confident in his surroundings - the perfect lead horse - he will hack past the heaviest of traffic and farm machinery without a second glance - he is regularly used to accompany the children on their ponies and has never let us down!

Samba has been on beach and moorland rides & enjoys being out and about. Samba travels in the lorry & trailer alone or in company.

He is a talented young horse that is sure to have a successful career ahead of him. There is absolutely NO malice to him - he is a responsive ride that wouldn’t suit a nervous / novice rider - he’s as bold as a lion and he deserves a rider that embraces that!

He will stand to be clipped from ear to hoof without any fuss, he’s an absolute pleasure to have around the yard and a gentleman to handle!

She is the kindest, sweetest 4 year old with the easiest temperament. Nothing fazes her. Her first show was Weston Lawns Summer Young Horse Show last week where she jumped double clear and equal first in the 4 Year Old Qualifier and she was then double clear and 5th in the 4 Year Old Final Style & Performance.

She has been cross country schooling, proving to be bold and brave. Excellent to hack in the heaviest traffic. Good to box, shoe, clip etc.

Joey (Nanders RS) has been slowly produced on a private family yard and his record speaks for himself. He finished his first season eventing (BE 90 and BE 100) having never been out of the Top 10. He improved every time out, culminating with 2nd in his first BE 100.

He’s yet to have a jumping penalty and consistently achieves 20s or low 30s for dressage. Joey is not strong or silly. He does everything in the same bit (inc.hunting) and is ridden by an amateur female.

Over the winter he was regularly attending winter training clinics, unaffiliated Showjumping, and hunting. On Christmas Eve he went hedge hopping with the Cotswold at their Foxcote meet and can be clearly see in many of their videos.

He is straightforward and easy at home and away. Joey’s a keen learner who loves his job. Video below shows him competing so you can see how calm and willing he is.

He’s affectionate, good with children and animals and a lovely boy all round. We live on a farm next to a busy A road so he's ridden in heavy traffic every day and not fussed by tractors, lorries etc.

Significant rider injury (not caused by Joey!) forces his sale. With us, he’ll miss the entire 25/26 season which is criminal at his age and stage. We hoped to at least catch the tail end of the season but Doctors have vetoed any competitions this year.

His sale is all the sorer because we’re primarily a hunting yard but we’d made an exception for him because he’s so exciting. This change of circumstances has made him impossible to justify.

Undoubtedly he is a competition horse with a big future ahead of him. Would suit an ambitious amateur or a professional.

Archie has been my daughter horse for 5 years bought when she was 18.

He is a gentleman and snaffle mouth in all disciplines.

He is BD registered and competed and the winter pet plan festival in February and also the summer festival this month at prelim and novice level. He is training now at elementary level. Archie loves nothing better than a medium trot and showing how to flick his toes.

Archie loves showjumping too easily jumping 90/100 potential to go higher but also happy to step down to 70/80 to build with a rider.

Loves hacking and going to the beach where is never silly and easy to pull up.

Handsome homebred gelding who has developed an excellent record in just a few outings. He is proving to be a dressage star, usually scoring over 70%, and scoring 7.5 or 8 for his paces. Beautiful rhythmic walk, active elevated trot and canter with good articulation.

He was 8th at Parwood Regionals novice. He was very well behave at what ws a new venue for him. and could soon go out at elementary. He has the talent and brain to go right up through to PSG.

He has four BS double clears at 90 and 95cm. Most recent outing 7th in a field of 82 at Hickstead Derby Meeting in the british novice.

Has been a pleasure to take cross country schooling as loves the job. Clear at both Blindley Heath (6th in BE Go 90) and Munstead (2nd in Cotswold Cup 90). Forward ride, yet snaffle mouthed. Marco is a purebred Connemara and has a temperament to die for, will be pampered all day and is just a pleasure to have on the yard!

Marcos education has been carefully thought out with his future in mind. He is forward but safe, has three flashy paces and is a real head turner when out and about.

He has a very good jump showing so much potential. He's been to arena hires, evented around the county and show jumped at multiple locations he never says no, he’s always up for a challenge. I take him out on my own most of the time and he is no trouble and super easy.

Had a great year eventing last year with the cotswold cup and did 3 BE90s. He has been out twice this year with the Cotswold cup and been out unaff showjumping. Marco horse has such a bright future and really does love his job, lots of scope to step up to 100cm.

He is good to shoe, box, catch, clip and hasn't got a bad bone in his body. He is willing and easily educated picking things up quickly and wanting to do well at his job.

He is good to hack alone or in company on and off road.

Dora is a rare find, she is the whole package from excellent brain, beautiful movements, knows she’s pretty and unmatched attitude towards work. She would suit a confident rider looking to continue producing her and event with success.

Hacks alone but prefers to have company when heavy traffic is around

Evented at BE90 and BE100, at Broadway, Dauntsey, Swalcliffe with videos and photos for them all. She is perfect to load and travel, stands by the trailer and waits for her turn to compete, does her job and patiently waits for go again.

She is sensible in the dressage, careful in the showjumping and bold in the cross country where she takes you round the course and doesn’t look at a thing. Dora was also part of Minchinhampton pony club rallies and camp also AREA 9 camp where she takes everything in her stride. Dora will easily go on, not spooky and will jump anything also loves a challenge becasue she loves to impress.

While Dora is not a novice ride, she is so gentle and loves a cuddle on the ground with no mareish characteristics and I would trust her with anyone, as she’s easy to catch, shoe, clip, load etc. Up to date with everything such as vaccines, physio and worming and is ready to go on with her journey in the right hands so 5* home only as she deserves the best

Dora WILL NOT pass a 5 stage vetting due to her back right leg movement but has been checked by physio and does not affect Dora.

Cruz was bought by his owner as a just backed 4 year old and slowly produced for showjumping. The owner’s personal circumstances led to Cruz being placed on loan with us in August 2024 and sadly, due to continuing personal circumstances, the decision has been made by his owner to find him his new forever home. We, as Cruz’s loaner, are assisting with his sale. This is a very sad sale and only serious enquiries will be considered so the best home can be found for this lovely boy.

He arrived with us on loan in August 2024 for our teenage son to take BE grassroots eventing for a season, prior to going to University in September 2025. In September 2024 he successfully completed his first BE Event on a day ticket and in 2025, he is registered and so far this year he has completed four events, quickly moving up the grassroots ranks to BE100.

When Cruz arrived last summer he had never seen a XC jump, so although he is 11 years old, he is very low mileage due to his career starting late. He has a huge scopey jump and is careful in the show jumping arena as can be seen on his BE record. He could excel as a pure show jumper and jumps 1.20 with ease. He is brave and unphased by anything new, he is a fast learner and quick thinking on the Cross Country course.

He has taken his introduction to dressage and XC incredibly well. Our son was previously eventing at BE Novice level and has encouraged and trained Cruz to be the event horse he is becoming. His training isn’t complete but with the right partnership he has all the potential to be an extremely reliable event horse and can easily go up through the senior ranks.

He is very easy to do on the ground, good to load, catch, shoe, travels in trailers and lorries, he needs sedating for clipping and teeth. Hacks and travels quietly alone or in company. He has been stabled alone but he is happier stabled with other horses around. He is an absolute pleasure and a gentleman to handle at a competition and very easy for one person to manage. He is happy and relaxed staying overnight away from home alone or in company.

His Dressage has been consistent since his first competition, and has been consistently improving with his most recent BE100 score of 30. Due to his late start at eventing and out lack of time for XC training due to A levels, he sees fences and combinations which are new to him at each outing and is always happy to have a go with pricked ears and a happy disposition. He is simple and adjustable enough to ride (having been ridden by a 5’4 girl and then a 6’2 boy).

On his record, he has two XC refusals at his most recent BE100 outing in June 2025 but these were a minor hesitation and a slight step back at a step down, and a misunderstanding with the jump judge during a long route at a step-bounce combination, but his first BE 100 proves he can go clear at this level.

Cruz is a lovely horse to be around, and we feel he would be a great reliable partner for someone to develop further or just go out and start having fun on. Reggie , a sad sale of this beautiful flashy horse.

Reggie does it all, such a brave horse and has so much talent. I could see him going up the grades and doing very well in his eventing career, or even going into a pure dressage yard and going up the grades.

He’s hunted with me and was a star would definitely field master over bold country, also done a couple of team chases. He’s recently competed at the vertus European dressage championships and was second and got a silver medal.

He’s a beautiful ride & has so much to give.
