Faith is the definition of an amateurs dream. Since coming over from Ireland as a 4 year old, she has hunted regularly, hacked, schooled and attended clinics with her owners. She’s been ridden by both a male and female jockey in this home and has proven to be an incredibly genuine and diverse all-rounder.

She demonstrates superb Irish breeding, with thoroughbred on her sires side and Irish draft on her dam side. She has the stamina and athleticism to excel in a number of fields.

Since being with us for the last couple of months, she’s turned her hoof to the dressage boards, made her BS debut popping round British Novice tracks with ease and clear, plus cross country schooling. She’s proven to be bold with ditches, water, brush fences, steps, skinnies, etc.

Faith is an absolute pleasure to have around. She’s been ridden by myself and my grooms, proving to be incredibly level headed and mature. She hacks well alone and in company, accustomed to open fields and heavy traffic.

Hugo is a very smart young horse with fabulous paces, his canter is a serious highlight, he’s naturally  uphill which makes him feel very impressive. 

Recently been out  Scoring over 70% BD Novice (he was on a ticket) Lovely loose paces, big over track, lateral work progressing nicely.

He was lightly competed as a 5yo, first competition was Myerscough Premier League, and he behaved impeccably. Also did 2 BYEH classes, never spooky/silly.

Over winter as a 5yo he achieved 2nd at BD Novice & wins at 100cm Arena Eventing. Recently scored 70% and clear in the SJ, qualifying for the BD CT Championships.

Ready to get straight out competing with his next rider & step up to BD Elementary / Premier League 6yos soon. Would suit a youth rider with a support system to continue training him up the levels as he is only at the start of his career.

He would also make a talented event horse, loves his jumping and pops 1m courses & XC with ease, showing scope for more. He hasn’t been rushed jumping so does still need some confidence from his rider but will be ready to BE this season.

Easy to take out & compete on your own. Behaves the same in new/spooky arenas, never requires lots of warming up. Well behaved at stay-aways. Great to hack alone or in company, loves farm rides, beach trips, always snaffle mouthed. Happy to live in, out, etc. Perfect in all ways, lunge, clip, farrier, bath.

Recently Full x-rayed for sales purposes. 

Hugo flew through a 5 stage vetting with a fabulous clinical, however couple of small xray findings.

Ruffles is a very sweet natured, honest well bred horse by Uskerty Sweet Lad, a traditionally bred Irish stallion with a progeny of successful international eventers, Ruffles' dam side has an impressive lineage with Master Imp and Furisto within the pedigree. His breeding screams eventing, alongside his willing and forward thinking attitude, and talent on the flat and over the fence.

Ruffles has been brought on slowly with his future in mind, having had some time out, after breaking, over the winter to mature he is now riding away nicely. Although green he shows promise on the flat, always asking the right questions and trying hard. He is currently working in a fair outline for his maturity and has nice paces.

Over a fence, Ruffles has a good technique and is forward thinking enough to be bold and accurate. He has jumped around a small training course of fences, and although green and a little unbalanced, you could not fault his willing, workman like attitude.

Ruffles has also been on a few small hacks alone, and some longer hacks in company. He has seen some farm traffic and was very well behaved.

Ruffles is good with the farrier, good to load and travel, easy to clip and catch and is a yard favourite on the ground. He has a super temperament, well mannered and easy to do.

Lack of time forces this sale, he is up for sale on behalf of the owner.
