Total gentleman in all ways. Pleasure to ride and handle. Really can’t speak highly enough of Jasper.

Stands to mount. All basics established in school. Happy to lead nervous horses hacking. Or happy to slot in behind, he has never been competitive with another horse. Schools in open spaces as well as the arena.

All traffic: bikes, bus, lorry, tractors, not a problem to Jasper. Has a really relaxed outlook on life.

Jumping a small course now. Been to local cross country course, jumped all obstacles without turning a hair. Not flustered in a new environment. Will now aim for first unaffiliated dressage competition.

First to be caught every morning.

Great feet. Farriers dream! Loads ans travels in trailer.

Open to vet. No vices.

Best home sort. Saddle available.
Please call and text as coverage patchy.

Outstanding coloured gelding that is safe !!!

Super cob Joey is a very hard sort to find he is the full package. He is 15.1hh and a true all rounder beautifully put together .

Super safe and fantastic in the heaviest of traffic . Videos available of him hacking up the main road in rush hour and not fazed but the biggest of Lorrie’s . He is 4 years old but with a very old head on his shoulders .

Joey has been out and about all summer pony club , local clinics , farm rides and happy to pop around 70/80cm courses here at home with a super attitude to his work . He flys out cross country but being safe and sensible at the same time recently been on long simulated hunt rides with lots of children and ponies and behaved perfectly. He would make a super hunter for this season

He is just the perfect gent ! He has perfect stable manners, great to clip we keep his legs clipped and we can sit on the floor and clip him without him moving , bath, shoe he is shod all round and has great feet . He loves to be groomed the children have been all over him . He even lets them climb on him when lay down in his box . He loads on lorry or trailer and walks straight on without any issues

There is not enough words to do this little horse justice he is adored by everyone that meets him .

He works well on the flat for his age and his suppleness and contact is coming on well . Joey is the perfect mother daughter share or for someone wanting to go and have uncomplicated fun .

Due to his age I would not say he is suitable for a complete novice even tho he never puts a foot wrong.

He is open to any vet or trainer he has passed a 5 star vetting and ready for a summer of fun. Lot of photos and videos on request .

Cody - 15.1, 5 year old ride and drive Irish cob gelding.

Cody has come over from Ireland having mainly driven over the past year but under saddle has done lots of hacking and been on a fun ride. We don’t have anything here to try out the driving but am told he was super at this job.

Starting to understand about schooling on the flat, he has very nice comfortable paces and a naturally balanced canter.

Excellent to hack alone and in company, good in traffic and good in open spaces.

Happily works away in the field or arena.

Just starting to learn about leaving the floor, he is trying very hard and being very honest! He has a nice little pop on him and would happily go off and do some jumping with some more training.

Cody has the loveliest character, super friendly, absolutely loves a fuss and being the centre of attention!

Very mannerly, good to catch/clip/shoe/load.

Clean 5 stage vetting before import and is now ready to find his new best friend.

For sale on behalf of his owner due to a change in personal circumstances. She is happy to chat to anyone genuinely interested.

07581 238106 - please WhatsApp message for videos. If you call and I don’t answer please send a text - NOT voicemail (they don’t work on my phone!) and I’ll get back to you.

Shandy, 14.2 very heavy cob gelding, 4 yrs old. We really cannot speak highly enough of this cob.

He is a fabulous happy hack, he hacks alone or in company first or last. Passes all traffic and is greatbin open fields, snaffle mouth at all times.

He does the basics in the school and has 3 good paces, he has started popping jumps and has a great natural jump. He always trys his best.

He has the best temperament, wants to be your best friend, great manners and loves attention, very easy to have on the yard.

Would be a fab family cob, happy hacker or riding school/RDA.

Aggy is a lovely horse to have on the yard and the definition of a gentle giant.

We’ve had her from a 2yo , lightly backed her at 3 and now ridden her away as a 4yo. She has been super easy to do and took it all in her stride.

We’ve mainly been hacking her which she is super at. She’ll go on the buckle end at the back of a ride or wake up and take the lead. She’s also good to hack alone.

We have took her out in the lorry to a farm ride and she was foot perfect ! Even going over a few logs and cantering over stubble.
She been put on a hound exercise and was amazing ! This is something we will be doing more of with her

She’s off the leg and light mouthed , only being ridden in a snaffle

She will walk trot canter in the arena but due to her age we’ve not done too much.

She’s good to do in all ways. She is happy to live out or in and been used to a mixed herd.

She’s a quality stamp of a horse and a type that’s hard to find!

No novices due to her age

FOR SALE - Bonnie is a beautifully mannered 15hh, 17-year-old bay Welsh Cob mare by Trixies Black Prince (53631) out of Nebo Bronwen (125673).

She’s with me on sales livery as her owner is taking a gap year to travel and no longer has the time for her .Previously used as a versatile allrounder, Bonnie has spent the past two years enjoying a quieter life of hacking and occasional schooling. She’s now back in work and quickly getting back to her best.

Temperament & Handling:

Exceptional ground manners – clipping, bathing, grooming and handling are all effortless.

Loads and travels well, alone or in company.

Kind and tolerant around all animals (unfazed by dogs, goats and general yard chaos!).

Hacking & Schooling:

Hacks alone or in company, confidently crosses open fields and handles traffic well.

Currently learning to stand patiently for passing cars – already improving within a week.

Schooling is excellent – she’s forward-going but safe and doesn’t put a foot wrong.

Bold and scopey to a fence, jumps courses with fillers happily.

Recently went cross-country and was brilliant; more outings planned (shows, beach, arena hire).

She is not yet fully fit but improving quickly.

Safe and sensible, but more suited to a competent rider as she is a buzzy, forward type.

Could make a fantastic mother-daughter share depending on riding ability.

No known health issues or past injuries – she’s sound, healthy, and has plenty of life left.Bonnie is a true yard favourite who will suit someone looking for a fun, versatile horse to enjoy in any discipline.

Location: South East Kent, between Dover and Canterbury.

Good points

Beautiful mare very friendly easy to do on the ground not bargy or strong

Will live alone or in mixed herd.

Walked out in traffic not fased by anythig to date.

Easy to tack up rug unrug

Good in stable

Not been clipped to date dont see any issues

Nervous of farrier but i have her trimmed every 6 weeks she just needs patience bare foot with really good hooves.

Had the dentist last month she was very well behaved no sedation required no further treatment required just light rasp.

Travelled twice by same haulier for me 1 short haul 1 long haul behaved well on her own both times needed a lead to load but walked on fine.

Bad points.

Nappy wont go forwards on a hack goes backwards turns for home..

I was sold this mare as suitable as a family ride for any member of the family from a very reputeable seller .

When i tried her she was calm and willing though quite green. Sadly i only rode her in the school big Mistake i realise now. Hindsight is marvelous.

Initially i boarded her at a riding school and she was good in the school again green but willing left field mates to ride alone in the school no issues we hadnt hacked out at that point it was winter weather was harsh and the school seemed perfect. I had no worries.

Then I moved and we are living very rural on my own land which should have been perfect.

Only i found she wont hack out alone or in company some days shes better than others but we never get far out the drive. I can ride her on the drive up down back and forth but she wont leave home i never get far before the napping starts and we end up just going back and forth on the same stretch of road and ive now no school to keep her working.

Give her time i was advised so i have a year of it ..walking out in hand and long reining shes perfectly happy follows or leads just fine put a saddle on and nope not going away. Saddle fits had all tack checked had her back checked no issues found

The more i try and fail the more she thinks she can get away with this.

Im 70 disabled and over horsed i need to find her an experiened home where she will be ridden on theres no malice in her just sheer stubborness.

I paid 6k for her last sept. Im not going to realise that now and im preared to drop to 4.5k to find her a good home shes too young and inexperienced for me and my granddaughter shes a lovely big cob who deserves a job.

Has a small possible sarcoid behind girth doesnt interfere with girth or boot vet unconcerned about it and it hasnt changed in the year ive had her hes reluctant to interfere with it.

We are located in Benbecula Western Isles so its a ferry journey from Skye. Mallaig or Oban I know this sounds off putting but honestly its a fabulous trip and shes worth seeing these big cobs go for way more than im asking for i just need a nice home for her. Im being as open and honest as i can as i dont want anyone else to be miss sold and the mare get passed on again and again. Any quedtions please do contact me.

Ryder is a 6-year-old Clydesdale cross gelding with a heart as big as his personality. Currently standing between 15.3hh and 16hh (to be confirmed), he is an eye-catching, solid stamp of a horse who turns heads wherever he goes.
Originally bought for a client, sadly due to unexpected health issues (a third hip operation), she will no longer be able to ride — which is a real shame, as Ryder would have been ideal. Since then, I've continued his education and the more I do with him, the more I believe he’s capable of turning his hoof to anything — he’d even look a picture in the show ring.

Training & Temperament

Ryder was backed at 4 years old but then turned away for 18 months. I’ve given him a full restart and he’s now 12 weeks back under saddle, taking everything in his stride.
Hacking alone or in company — happy in front or behind
Has been ridden and led from
Sensible, curious and forward-thinking
Will occasionally look at things, but nothing spooky — a little encouragement and he cracks on
Beginning his schooling journey now, and showing promise
He’s a genuine people-pleaser — first to the gate, trots over to say hello, and follows you around the field like a dog. He loves attention, cuddles, scratches and, of course, treats.

 On the Ground

Excellent for the farrier — recently had his first set of shoes
Vaccinations and teeth now fully up to date
Clipped for the first time here — behaved like a seasoned pro
Generally polite, though he can be pushy around food (easily managed — a quick finger click and he steps back like a gent)

Home Requirements

Ryder is looking for a knowledgeable, loving home where he’ll continue to be slowly and sympathetically produced. He’s a big softie who thrives on human interaction and would suit someone wanting a quality allrounder with a solid foundation to build upon.
He’s great around dogs, cats, and children — has even had kids sit on him bareback with no issues. Could easily see him being someone’s best mate, family horse, or future show partner.
Homes will be vetted — finding the right match is my top priority, and I don’t want him being passed from pillar to post.
Currently priced at £8,750

Please note this will increase as his training continues.

Jess

Incredibly eyecatching with unusual colouring.

15.2hh Appaloosa piebald, rising 4 year old, sports cob type, mare.

River has been professionally backed and is riding away beautifully.

She has a naturally calm kind nature who takes everything in her stride.

She is a real head turner with unusual colouring and is vice and blemish free. She is snaffle mouthed. You can mount from the floor or a block.

Caught and Handled regularly by a teen and very gentle and well mannered off the ground. She’s good, to catch, load, with the farrier etc.

We haven’t over pushed her because of her age and she has some growing to do however, she’s riding out sensibly on her own and in small groups with the riding centre and done absolutely everything and more we’ve asked of her.

She absolutely loves her human and is very loving and affectionate She will be someone’s super special girl of a lifetime.

Dory is a 14.3/15hh 7yo cob mare. She moves nicely and is anaffle mouthed at all times. She is forward going and responsive, not your typical ploddy cob.

She schools sweetly and has a natural relaxed outline. She moves beautifully and always keen to please.

She is low mileage for her age but she has been XC schooling proving very brave and bold and jumped everything asked of her with no hesitation. Jumped in to water, up and down steps, owl hole etc. You name it she did it!

She has also been to the beach behaving impeccably. Happy to leave her friend and be left. Went in front and behind, didn’t bother about dogs running round her. She even went in swimming and loved it.

She loves hacking and will go first or last, alone or in company. Super in traffic and isn’t fazed by any big farm machinery. She’s also used to farm animals and loves to say hello. She also does gates and will even push it open for you!

She’s very polite to handle. She also enjoys a pub hack and will just stand patiently.

She is green in places due to low mileage so wouldn’t suit a complete novice but has been ridden by novices and looked after them. I would like her to go to someone who can continue her education and go and have some fun!

She loves people and you can’t help but smile when you’re riding her or just with her in general.

Up to date with teeth, vaccinations, had her back done etc. She does not come with tack however this could be negotiated separately.

Sadly a quick sale is needed due to personal circumstances so please no timewasters, loans, etc.

Smokey is a 4 year old full Irish draught maxi cob by Farmhill Highlander out of a Rockrimmon Robusticus mare.

Smokey has had a great start to his education, he spent the start of the year doing a bit hunting where proved to have great talent on a bank as well as loving the hounds and having manners to burn. Since then Smokey has turned his hoof to showing.

Picking up a great record, he was 2nd at balmoral won at ballyfoyle, Gorey and Kilbride aswell as and then going on to win and go cob champion at Dublin. He also spent the summer hacking and starting a small bit of jumping. He will hack alone or in company and is great with traffic.

He has 3 lovely paces and gives a great ride. He would suit either a professional or amateur. He is good to shoe, clip, travel and handle and always aims to please.

We have owned Fred for 4 years and he is only for sale due to being outgrown by my 14 yo daughter, who has now moved up to horses. We have had him since he was 3 and green as a cucumber. Full history known; never sick, nor sorry and now a very well rounded, brave, honest and loyal pony.

Fred is an amazing pony, full of character as you would expect from a Welshy Cob cross - he follows my daughter around like a large ginger labrador. I would say he is best suited to an experienced novice or even a petite adult (my daughter is 5' 6"and still comfortably rides him). He is a real chunk of a pony, so takes the leg well. He would make a perfect lead rein pony, but would be totally wasted, but ideal for younger siblings to learn on though.

Fred has done pretty much everything with us, jumping, cross country, hacking, canter tracks, basic dressage tests, clinics, equine archery, working equitation, he'll try anything. The only thing we have not done is showing, simply because it not our thing, but everywhere he goes we are told we should show him - he certainly has the looks for it! In the right hands he would do really well in dressage too. He will school all day long and loves it when you change it up a bit with poles or barrels.

His favourite has to be jumping and has competed up to 70cm (plenty of ribbons), he has jumped over a metre in the school with ease. You can literally turn him loose in the school and he will jump all on his own. My daughter even jumps and schools him bare back in just a head collar. He is very brave and honest and always tries his best no matter what you put in front of him. When we took him to our local XC course, on grass for the first time, he jumped everything first time without hesitation- like a pro!

Fully up to date with vaccinations, had farrier every 8 weeks (bare foot), teeth (done yearly) and wormers, physio visits every 8 weeks (very spoilt pony but he deserves it).

Fred is straightforward to ride and has been ridden by children and adults, from 5 to 35, with different riding abilities from novice to advanced. Fred is happy to plod around the school or on hacks, but he will step it up for the more advanced rider - he loves his job.

He loves a fuss and is good to shoe / groom/ bath / tack up - he can fidget a bit but just needs to be told. He has only ever been clipped once; he was good as gold - just stick a Lickit in front of his nose and he will do anything for you.

Currently turned out during the day with a mixed herd and stabled at night. He has previously been in both single and paired turn out and was perfectly happy. Easy to catch from the field. He has impeccable stable manners and is very clean (so easy to muck out!). He can be a bossy little git in the field, until he learns his place (but he is part Welshy after all).

Like new Kent & Masters (PC long leg version - 2yo) saddle, bridle and rugs AVAILABLE BY SEPARATE NEGOTIATION.

Fred will ONLY go to a true 5* experienced home where he will stay for life either as a family pony to be passed down or an adult rider. I will not sell him to just ibe passed on again and again every couple of years - sorry. It goes without saying we would like to stay in touch.

Please no time wasters, definitely no dealers and only get in touch if he is within your budget and you can give him a loving, experienced, lifelong home - home is by far most important. Potential homes will be vetted.

Please feel free to Whats App me to ask any questions or for more pics/videos (we have thousands!!!).

Dora loves her work, she’s enthusiastic but is completely safe.
She’s attended weekend camps, lots of beach riding, fun rides and loves hacking and jumping.

She’s quality enough for the show ring and would make a lovely county level M&M WH.
On the flat she works well but sometimes can take a little time to settle as she enjoys her work, with more consistent school work this would become less.

Dora isn’t a quiet happy hacker, she is looking for a confident rider who wants to go out on fun rides, jumping, PC/RC and enjoy an active varied lifestyle.

She’s good to do in all ways and a total sweetheart on the ground. Loads well on a lorry, can take a few mins to go on a trailer. Barefoot, good for farrier, to catch, dentist and clip. Up to date with dentist and vaccs.

Home more important than price for this special girl.

You will never find another horse like Louie. Fully registered shire with the shire society and has recorded breeding. ACLE breed line. He is a big friendly giant, true to his breed.

He is the soppiest horse who is extremely friendly and affectionate.

You can literally run under him and he doesn’t ever moan. He is one of a kind.

Good for farrier, dentist and loading. Loads first time every time. 19hh. He’s been out of regular work for the past couple months and has lost some condition. Needs to build up top line but that’s nothing and will come with regular work.

He is good with my kids, good with dogs, lifts his feet up himself when picking - literally tap him and he lifts.

No vices at all. Never done anything nasty. Would suit RDA / Novice rider. Great to hack. Completely bombproof on the road. Will go past noisy machinery, tractors, cyclists, heavy traffic, large Lorrie’s, motorbikes, NOTHING phases him. I will be very sad to see him go.

This horse I dont believe will come around again, his personality is something that everyone wants.

He is like a person and will only be going to a 10* home.
