Just passed 5 stage vetting last month.

Dora is the most sweet natured and kind horse. She is a real good-doer.

Dora is broken and riding away, but still green as she is a late starter, for this reason she is not suitable for a novice. Dora is more woah than go, and requires her rider to push her forward. She is coming along nicely, but like with any green horse can be a bit unbalanced.

She has started jumping, and is showing real potential and scope.

She would make a lovely low level all rounder for a mother/daughter share or older lady. Very safe and sensible to hack alone or in company.

She has been out hunting and to dressage/sj shows where she behaved impeccably.

Dora does not like clippers/needles and has to be sedated/twitched. Minor medical history to be disclosed to potential buyers (will not show up in a vetting and has no lasting effects).

Fred is a genuine 18-year-old gelding looking for his forever home.

Following a successful racing career, he has spent the last few years enjoying a bit of everything, including hacking, hunting, fun rides and beach rides.

Fred is safe, honest and absolutely knows his job. However, he is an ex-racer who is best suited to a competent rider who can continue to enjoy all he has to offer. He has recently been out of work all this year but is completely sound, doing well, and ready to get back out and enjoy a lighter routine again - I have rode him recently and he was a super star.

Fred is a typical TB and can lose his topline condition during the winter months, so he needs plenty of calories and warm rugs to keep his condition. He flourishes once the spring grass arrives, as you can see from pics.

15.3 (approx) bay gelding. 9 years old but low mileage. 9" of bone. Very loving horse, easy to do in stable, shoe, clip etc. Will live in or out. He has been regularly hunted the last 2 seasons with the Braes of Derwent/South Durham, Morpeth/West Percy and Haydon with various riders aged 20 to 64. Good with hounds, stands perfectly at meet. Will leave the field and go off on his own, perhaps suitable for a whip but he hasn't done much jumping just small rails, logs and ditches.

Done fun rides / beach rides through the summer and happily hacks alone or in company. When hacking he can be a little spooky if something new appears on his regular route, hence needs a rider who will give him confidence. I bought him 2 years ago from a trekking centre as a plod but he has developed into a striking horse that could go on a lot further with the right rider.

She has three balanced, attractive paces and shows good scope and ability over a fence, making her an exciting prospect to progress up the levels. Since retiring from her racing career, she has been carefully retrained, taking part in dressage, show jumping, and cross country, where she particularly enjoys her jumping, proving to be very confident. My beautiful 16hh, 5 year old mare is looking for a new home due to no fault of her own

Amelia will make the perfect allrounder, she has 3 good paces, a lovely jump and a fantastic attitude to work.

Amelia was broken as a 4 year old and in that time she lightly competed in dressage, showjumping and attended hound exercise. She had her first stay away show at Aintree International Arena where she competed in the 60cm and 70cm BS club classes producing mainly clear rounds. At hound exercise she was very well behaved and manorly.

Amelia hacks in company and alone; she has been on pleasure rides, beach rides and ridden around both fields and roads. She is stabled at a working farm so used to machinery and vehicles.

She is good to load, clip, shoe, and is good to handle. She can be a bit marish at times, and a bit grumpy in the field towards other horses, however she has lived with a mixed herd whilst with me so it's never been an issue.

A truly special horse looking for her next home. This is an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking sale, as she really is an absolute sweetheart and has been a much-loved member of our family.

17hh, 7yo mare by NPS Supernova, out of a Cornet Obolensky mare. Purchased directly from her breeder as a yearling, so she has been with us for the majority of her life.

She is absolutely beautiful inside and out, with a temperament to die for – she genuinely doesn’t know she’s a mare! Tall but compact, she is ridden comfortably by a 5ft 6” female. She is a real people person, extremely cuddly and loves attention and fuss. She is a complete joy to have around.

She has done unaffiliated eventing and won both of her events last August/September, finishing both times on her dressage score. She now has 4 BN double clears and jumps 1.10m at home with scope to burn. She has lacked a little bravery, which we feel may ultimately hold her back from moving up the levels, which was what we had really hoped to do with her. For this reason, we feel she would be much better suited to someone wanting a lovely all-rounder and a genuine one-to-one horse rather than a horse with ambitions to progress through the levels.

She is exceptionally easy to do in every way. She can live in or out, is easy in the stable and to handle, and will happily stand to be clipped untied. She loads and travels well in both our little and big lorry. Can be turned out alone without a care in the world. She hacks alone or in company, has been on fun rides and is extremely well behaved in open fields, including being ridden by a 63-year-old lady. She is not sharp or fizzy and we feel she would equally be suited to hunting, although we have never taken her.

She has never been lame, sick or sorry, with no lumps/bumps/sarcoids.

She can stick her tongue out, which we feel is an excitement thing. I have been able to get dressage tests out of her with her tongue in. It just takes a little getting used to her and understanding the best way to ride her to get the very best from her.

Super confirmation, could also do well in the show ring.

She can be sold with her 1-year-old fitted Fairfax monoflap jump saddle, Henry James bridle and all of her wardrobe, by separate negotiation.

We are two young people with professional careers outside of riding, and unfortunately we are being forced to cut back, making this sale one we never imagined we would have to make. She has been a huge part of our lives and this is genuinely a heartbreaking decision.

We are not looking to sell her to a dealer or to anyone wanting to move her on quickly. We are hoping to find a genuinely kind, loving forever home where she will be treated as one of the family. Rare find – talented, genuine schoolmaster and confidence-giver

Ralph is one of those rare horses who genuinely looks after his rider. He has competed successfully up to 1.40m and is a talented, smart all-rounder with a wonderfully kind temperament. Unfazed by almost anything, he is equally happy looking after a novice rider or stepping up when asked by someone more experienced.

He is easy to handle in every way, great to catch, load, shoe and for the dentist. He has no ridden or stable vices, no ongoing medical issues or known allergies and is fully up to date with his feet, teeth, back and vaccinations.

Ralph turned 15 this month and we have had three wonderful years with him. Sadly, increasing work and family commitments mean I can no longer give him the time he deserves, so this is a genuine sale. Finding him the right forever home is incredibly important to us.
