Red Velvet - Meet ‘Big Red’ - An extremely classy , show stopping 18.1hh, 11yo warmblood mare

No lumps or bumps nor vices
Very well related with talent and class all through the bloodlines on both sides!

Red is a well put together model with everything going for her! There is so much to love about her but I’ll try and keep this as short and sweet as I can.

She is the least chestnut mare I’ve ever met in my whole career. She could easily be a bay gelding! Handled by my 4 year old daughter on a daily. Perfect to shoe, catch, load , travel, bath etc! Easy as can be for any member of the family to see to. She extremely loving and loves nothing more than affection. Will stand statue still all day long to be pampered and loved.

On the flat she is one hell of a head turner. Red has been beautifully produced by her owner and as a result is very push button. Very obedient up and down the transitions. Perfect walk to canter , lateral work , and the trot … well , how can I put that! Let’s just say, that’s one of the most uphill and comfortable trots I’ve ever ridden. So much range and rideablity , you could just ride her around all day long. The type of mare that makes anyone look like they know what they’re doing. Has done very well in unaffiliated dressage test and I feel this is a sphere she would absolutely thrive in. She loves to work and is super easy. A nice leg in each corner type. I fell her potential in this sphere is uncapped

She’s no one discipline wonder … she loves to jump! Very bold and genuine over fillers. Most recently jumping double clear in the 80cm at summerhouse. Again, very easy to a fence and loves the job. Super forgiving if you miss etc. Would certainly go out and do this job also. Does have scope to jump bigger tracks with further production

Hacks out faultlessly!! Alone or in company , no questions asked type. Leads the way or happy to keep back. Bold and brave in the heaviest of traffic and is certainly my ride of choice. Infact, she’s everyone ride of choice which sometimes causes a tiff with the yard girls! Super in open spaces , stands at the mountain block , opens and closes the gates etc

There is a BUT with Red. She is with me on sales livery due to owner loosing a bit of confidence. 95% of the time she is as perfect as perfect gets. However, she has been known on occasion to have a big spook which has knocked some confidence with current owner. This is not something we have seen with her ourselves as of yet but is something she has been known to do. I don’t believe this will phase everyone , she’s been an absolute star here but is something to keep in mind. As a result, we will not sell to anyone novice , nervous or incompetent. This is an extremely difficult , heart wrenching decision for her owner to make. She only wants the very best for her and will absolutely want to stay in touch

Come along and meet her if you think she may be for you! It would be an absolute please to show her off. I’d like to keep her for myself but I think I may send my partner into a seizure if I buy yet another personal horse.

Suileen The Farmers Daughter , 16hh 4yr old registered Irish draught mare by Tors Gentleman Farmer out of class 1 dam Suileen Pippy (Fintan Himself). A seriously quality model , well put together with a stunning head.

Would be suitable for a mother daughter share / low level alrounder / riding club / happy hacker / potential hunter.

Suli was brought over from Ireland last summer , and has been with us for a few months now. We’ve broken her in ourselves , we’ve taken plenty of time with her and produced her with a future of being a general alrounder in mind. She has a lovely temperament , very willing to learn and enjoys her work. Suli has been hacking alone and in company , she’s very good in traffic , has seen big traffic and farm machinery around the yard. She’s brave and bold. Good in open spaces. Her flatwork is coming on well , she has 3 nice balanced paces. Popped a fence a handful of times , we haven’t really pushed the jumping yet but she is proving to be willing.

Has been to an arena hire now and xc schooling. Went out for her first time away from home on her own and didn’t put a foot wrong. Super easy to load and travel in the trailer , easy to mount and handle away from home. Schooled sweetly in a new arena and then popped round her first xc fences showing a willing attitude and good shape over solid fences. She is bold as brass. Ready to enjoy the summer and be produced on further.

Sulli was super easy to clip , shoe , have her teeth done etc , she’s good to load and travel. Needs a bit more work with the hose pipe ! Please no novices or nervous riders , she is still young and needs producing further. No vices. Serious enquiries only , I don’t have time to do endless viewings as relying on staff at the moment.

Pixie ran on the flat just twice , so don’t let this put you off!! However, that makes her ROR eligible and my word , there’s some classes to be won with her there !

The KINDEST mare alive in and out of the stable!! Sweetest of mare’s , should be a bay gelding! Super for the farrier, great to catch, loads and travels perfectly … totally vice free and easy!!!

Beautifully well schooled! Works in a natural outline in all three paces. Super flashy mover and easy to ride. Forward and off the leg but remains in a snaffle and is extremely polite and sane

She absolutely LOVES to jump!! She won’t ever say no to a fence , bold , brave and always up for it! She could be very competitive in this sphere. I can just see her with a confident teen having the time of their lives!! I wish I’d had this mare when I was in the pony club! Would also suit anyone like me , a grown adult who appreciates this mare wholeheartedly for being extremely safe and easy but a whole heap of fun!! Pixie has been to unaffiliated shows and plenty of clinics etc

Hacks out perfectly, alone or in company! The perfect nanny horse. Hacks in the heaviest of traffic and is always reliable. My yard girls are having the absolute world of fun with her. Mannerly in open spaces but loves it when you give her the okay to canter through the field!

Pixie is 100 percent straightforward and genuine. However she is a mare with an engine and a real love for life so not for anyone novice etc! She is a super mare with so much to give her new best friend! My yard girls aren’t going to be very happy with me when she leaves that’s for sure. Owners personal circumstances force this sale. This is not an easy decision. Owner would love to stay in touch

Bambi is very kind on the ground and super easy to have on the yard. He is perfect to catch, loads and travels perfectly and has a very gentleman manner about him. Bambi is very reserved and nervous of new people until he gets to know you. He then, very quickly comes out of his shell and you shows you what a cheeky chappy he is!

I could ride this boy all day long on the flat. He’s been beautifully produced by his owner. Snaffle mouthed and never strong. A nice leg in each corner type. Works in a beautiful outline and is very easy to adjust. Bambam is a beautiful mover with the world’s most comfortable canter around! Ready to go to a dressage show tomorrow and would no doubt be in the thrillies.

Bambi is bold and brave when jumping. Has been to many clinics , lessons, and small training shows. Has a very easy approach a fence , super honest, good technique, and very forgiving! With further production, who knows what he could do! Enjoys XC and has done a few hunter trails / ODE’s. Bold and consistently mannerly , again, so much to be played with!

Hacks out very well, alone or in company. Is sensible in traffic and really enjoys this. Super in open spaces. Hacks around quiet country lanes or down the busy A roads! He is very reliable and consistent and one of my personal rides of choice

There is a BUT , here’s why he’s not 12k ….
Bambi is extremely nervous of new riders. He has only ever had myself and his owner ride him(Just started to introduce my yard girl)
Bambi is natural worrier! He had never bucked nor reared etc or done anything nasty! He is 100% genuine. However , he does get very tense and needs competent reassurance from the rider. Now that I’ve ridden him a fair bit , he is super with me on board. He just needs someone to be his friend and have a 1-1 relationship with his new owner. Bambi is also nervous with the farrier. Again, not at all nasty, just needs patience and reassurance

This has been an extremely difficult and long thought out decision for his current owner and is purely down to personal circumstances and nothing at all to do with Bambi. She would very much like to stay in touch. His tack is available separately

I really do think a lot of this super little horse and I don’t want to get this wrong for him so please only the best of homes needs enquire

Not only is he a winning machine, he is the kindest horse you’ll ever wish to find. He is outstanding to clip, box , shoe, load , travel , turnout , catch, live in or out …. I could go on and on. He loves affection, and will give you kisses all day long!

He is always snaffle mouthed. Extremely straight and easy to ride. Currently using him as a school master to give lessons to my yard girls on. He is exceptionally forgiving and knows his job. This is a horse of a lifetime. A nice leg in each corner type who never says no. Doesn’t get sharp or silly, not ever.

Rock solid to hack out! Alone or in company. Currently giving a lead to all my breakers. Fantastic in open spaces. Stands perfectly at the mounting block. Opens and closes gates etc

Very careful jump and will go on a whopper of a miss and never take offence by this.

He would take a novice but due ti being a competition horse I want him to continue to do what he does best with a capable rider. Would suit a teen or any adult wanting to go and win , have fun and a team mate along the way.

He’s one of the best horses money could buy however he does need to wear a collar in stable as will crib. A very easy fix to just pop a collar on. That’s why he’s not 20k

My yard angel ‘Flo’ - a 16yo, warmblood mare , standing at 16.1hh with no lumps / bumps / blemishes , nor vices. Sired by ‘Diarado’
Dam was a very consistent 1m30 winner.

Flo has 126 BS points and has show jumped to Newcomers however much more comfortable and consistent being a BN and Discovery diesel horse / winner!

Flo is a lovable , angelic princess on the ground. Extremely kind and easy to do in all ways. Perfect to do everything with, live in or out, extremely low maintenance and easy to own

She is beautifully schooled on the flat. The most amazing , uphill trot and canter. Always in a snaffle and a leg on type who’s extremely sane and reliable. She is such fun to jump. Very careful and will always do her best to jump you out of trouble. Never worries about fillers etc we’ve taken her to arena hire where she jumped around superbly on our second rider together as well as being used to give my yard girls to confidence.

She is more woah than go. If you can ride , she will do absolutely anything for you and be as steady or as forward as you like. However if you can’t ride , she will look after you indefinitely, you might just not get anywhere very fast!

Loves to jump XC fences and would certainly love going on fun rides!!

In most recent years has been a much loved member of the family enjoying hacking, clinics, arena hires and having fun at home.

Flo hacks out well in all traffic. Doesn’t have much mileage in this sphere and does naturally prefer company however I do hack her on her own regularly. She just takes her confidence from you. Is totally sane and would never want to hurt you. She is exceptional in open spaces and has fantastic mannerisms

I feel Flo would best suit a really keen teenager who wants some fun or anyone wanting an easy allrounder who’s very capable at the same time! Flo wants to work and wants to have some fun with her next team mate

Dylan is an 8yo, 15.2/15/3hh, tb gelding

Dylan is exceptionally kind and easy to own and loves attention. He is one of the kindest, most deserving horses I’ve known. He will turn out alone or in company, perfect to catch, loads and travels like a pro, excellent for farrier or vet , lives in or out , polite in the stable, perfect to clip and bath etc

Dylan has done some work in a riding school and a bit of everything in a private home where he was exceptionally quiet and laid back

I rescued Dylan in November of last year after he’d been extremely badly neglected and I brought him back from the verge of death. He is now in perfect condition, healthy from the inside out, wanted for nothing , and back in work. Dyl has had months of me feeding him to the maximum so he is not as quiet to ride as he once was and I’m sure will be again. He has not bucked , reared etc, very straightforward! He’s just quite excited when hacking in company. Ridden by my very quiet and light as a feather yard girl who loves him and has no problems with him. He’s a little dude!!

She is extremely sane but is just freshly broken so no novices , although she’d definitely take a novice in the future

Would be a top class allrounder

Does have a scar to back leg that is purely cosmetic but would obviously not be able to go to a high level showing home

I know how class this mare is , I’ve not had one like this for a long time. Best of home is wanted

I’d also be happy to keep her here on schooling livery if new owner would like more milage on her before taking her home
