Romeo is a beautiful, over height, full green book Connemara with the most wonderful, kind temperament. He is currently 5 years old and has a lovely, willing attitude to work and talent to be a competitive little grassroots horse. We have been producing him slowly and carefully with his future in mind. He can be ridden by all of the family and has been ridden by an 11 year old girl.

Romeo has been on trips to the beach where he was mannerly and level headed, happy to go first or last and equally happy to stand whilst his jockey took some videos of his friends galloping past! He really is a true gentleman.

He has been xc schooling which he absolutely LOVED! He’s is super intelligent and always looking for the next question, jumping steps, ditches and water.

He has also been showjump schooling proving unphased by fillers and has lovely technique over a fence.

Doesn’t need to be ridden everyday, he can have time off without getting fizzy.

Good to load, travels alone or in company and will stand on the lorry by himself whilst his friends are being ridden. Hacks alone or in company. Good to catch, bath, etc, lovely ground manners. Will live in or out, currently out at night and comes in during the day to get away from the flies.

Horse Wanted – New Best Friend Needed!

I'm desperately seeking for a kind, genuine horse to become my new best friend and partner in crime. The perfect horse will enjoy happy hacking, some local dressage, pole work clinics and plenty of pampering.

A forever home is waiting on my small private yard, where every horse is treated as an individual. I'm an experienced owner, happy to provide references and keep in touch with previous owners.

My absolute number one priority is a safe hacking horse! This is the area where I need something that will give me a bit of confidence. I'm looking for a horse who is super hacking alone and in company, happy across open fields and sensible in traffic.

Dream ( Kildromin Dream) has been my granddaughters pony club ride from a five year old until now - she reached her 12th year in June - born 2014.

She is fast - quick to turn and is great out hunting / team chase and polocrosse - she was a real winner show jumping and has a good BSJ record - however she started not to enjoy jumping about four years ago, so we bought our granddaughter another horse for showjumping and Dream hasn’t been ridden as much since then - she has still hunted in the season and competed polocrosse regularly even getting a podium place at pony club championships in 2024 !

She’s always been exercised regularly in our arena at home -( she’s always been shod on all four ) and we are told by experts recently that she shows real potential as a dressage horse - but that she isn’t a horse you can just pull from the field and expect rosettes - the regular effort and dedication has to come from her rider too. We feel she would be ideally suited to a low level dressage / happy hacker at the moment.

She can be a little spooky but nothing dangerous… she does take confidence from her rider and is sensitive. So not a novice ride.

Although she’s always been a kids horse and has done a marvellous job - she needs an experienced and knowledgeable rider. She measured in at 149.5 officially and is probably 15hh now - so a horse not a pony - therefore our aim is for her to go to a petite adult rider with experience- and who can offer a five star forever home for this much loved mare.

She is never sick or sorry and is open to any vetting - she is up to date with worming / injections / teeth etc and comes with her saddle / bridle rugs etc

A genuine, fun little horse who has been part of our family since he was 4 years old, so finding him the right home is incredibly important to us.

Misty has a super loving temperament, well mannered , she is a lovely person and she is very polite on the ground.

Fantastic to hack alone and in company in the heaviest of traffic.. perfect in open spaces and you can jump logs and ditches on her out hacking, you can open and close gates on her and is perfect with sheep / cows/dogs/ walkers etc...

Cassie is the most genuine mare with a huge heart. She has a lovely quiet well mannered temperament, she is wiling and honest and always try’s to please her rider.

Cassie loves Hacking, she goes out for miles across the fields and up the woods jumping logs and ditches … you can open and close gates on her, she has seen cows/sheep/donkeys etc.. she hacks out in the heaviest of traffic on her own and in company, never silly or spooky.

Cassie rides beautiful on the Flat , has a lovely steady canter , well schooled , walk to canter etc.. she stands at the block while you get on and always snaffle mouthed.

She has been a dream and so much fun! She is super sensible to jump and very easy. She loved going in the water at X country!
