Totally honest ad! I bought Ruby a few months ago from Ireland. She was lame on arrival (4/10ths), and to cut a long story short, we suspect a soft tissue shoulder injury. She is now only 1/10ths lame on a right circle on the soft, but otherwise sound to hack, negative to flexions (and always has been), after 3 months rest.

She is an absolutely stunning model, a total sweetheart, and is so easy to have around. She has a cracking bold jump as well! We have recently had the odd potter about in the school and hacking but realistically she needs 3-6 months off to be brought fully into work and fully sound. However we do not have the facilities to do this nicely (limited turnout in the summer, and none once it gets wet). So I am offering her up to sale to someone who has the ability/facilities to just leave her out for a few months, and then have a stunning horse at the end of it. Equally she'd make a lovely broodmare.

Videos available from when I bought her which shows her hacking alone in traffic, cross country schooling, jumping 5 bar gates, etc. And more recent videos from us trotting around in the school available too. Bengi is a handsome 16.1hh cob gelding who is who is safe and sensible to do in every way. Will hack on his own or in company, good in open spaces and great with dogs; he is sensible and not spooky. I have taken him to a few entry level dressage competitions over the years, fun rides, and he has seen me through many stages of Pony Club and BHS; he has been the best first horse one could ask for.

Pepsi is a super type, lovely solid cob with a great attitude. ‘Old head on young shoulders type’ which I don’t say lightly, but she really does take everything in her stride and is willing to give everything a go.

Hacking well alone or in company, has met a fair bit of traffic/roadworks/farm machinery around the yard and is not phased. Good in open spaces and works away happily in the field.

Been out to an arena hire and was impeccably behaved, had a little play XC schooling and just popped over everything without a fuss.

Pops a small fence in arena and walks/trots/canters sweetly.

She really would be whatever you wanted her to be. She’d school up to pop off and do a little dressage test/sj/mini eventing/riding club stuff, or she’d quite happily just plod the lanes for the rest of her life she’s a supercob in the making.

He is not in any work at the moment. He is occasionally being lunged or long reined, but needs a consistent routine to bring him back into proper work, which unfortunately I do not have the time to give him and a recent heart attack makes his coming back into work even less likely !!

Sad sale

16.2hh 8 year old TBs; Precious Love is a genuine, honest and bombproof horse that is a great all-rounder.

There is no job this horse won’t do, she has a lovely scopey jump, she is incredible XC and gives you a really lovely feel around a course or a fun ride, maintaining a lovely natural rhythm and never ever being rude or strong.

She has beautiful flat work and naturally floaty paces so would certainly suit a dressage or eventing home.

She is amazing to hack alone or in company in the busiest of traffic and never gets silly or naughty with large vehicles or in open spaces. She would also make a great Hunting horse.

She is perfect to clip, load, shoe, travel and fully up to date with vaccination, worming, teeth, and saddle checks.

Never hot, strong or silly, she has a wonderfully level head and takes everything in her stride. Ridden by my 13 year old and a sharer who is 15 and novice rider who have done fun rides on her. I have literally never fallen off her in the 2 years I have had her!
