Horse in perfect condition with excellent foundations available now at exactly the right time to put to her new job - or she will just muddle through and compete with me apologies but the pro-tb group will get it.
Lovely ride, responsive, soft in the mouth and really enjoys her training, will do anything to please. Attached are a few videos to show training style...(will add another vid - when I have the time to edit - masses of raw video files - insta 360) Apologies, these are not the greatest quality - but Quite clearly was not riding to sell - and was riding to train her and keep her focused while in early stages of pregnancy.
I bought her fit while in race training, rode her first in a jockey pad and she transitioned into schooling and hacking alone extremely well.
For a number of reasons I put her foal last summer and she has produced a really nice type (colt) in June this year - has spent the past 4mo enjoying this time - however, she is now very ready to start training. She's had enough being mum!
She is only for sale as I'm stuck somewhere that was not intended with no facilities to wean and keep the two, it is not a great time of year to sell the foal - and she needs facilities to get back into it... so very reluctant and sad sale - this was not the intention at all - however, she's earned the best home - she will take you through the levels and I would suggest best suited to eventing - can produce some really lovely schooling and I have videos of her lunging in open spaces - I also schooled in open fields prior to XC schooling - she is obviously an XC machine... but also now knows to leave the coloured poles up :) She's low mileage though and therefore relatively green, confident, experienced rider essential.
Hard as nails - a real pro's horse, but does have a sensitive side and really appreciates a well done and her tail plaited etc :) Incredibly flashy paces with the potential to go through the levels very quickly - she has done ditches, banks, all the fence types and water - really loves the grids.
I appreciate the time to bring her on - however, really worth the effort - obviously you will be starting afresh - she came out of work December 2024 and I would suggest some long reining to start - the only thing she is not terribly keen on is lunging - but as with all TBs she gets fit pronto! I would expect her to be competing next season... Any Qs ask.
** The Veterinary bits! When I bought her she had bad feet - these have improved with me, but has also been away to foal - so while improved, I would suggest paying a bit of attention to these - she is open to vetting and xrays - has a full vet and xray history with me and all up to date with vaccinations, worming etc etc.
Very easy to do on the ground, excellent stable manners, brilliant in the field, better it seems turned out on her own. I haven't actually clipped her - but she obviously was while race training and can't see it being a problem - A very mature, wise well schooled horse - priced for a quick sale due to weaning... ready within 2-3 weeks max.
There's some nice Thoroughbreds in this mare's breeding and at 16.3 she is fast and can do a balanced 5m circle faster than an SJ can spin!
