Sad sale of our MW Hunter who we owned for over 4 years. Now looking for a varied life after showing for many years. He has jumped in the past but not for some time.

He has had one instance of laminitis in 2024.

He is now sound, back in work and this is reflected in his selling price as he needs a home that will manage his routine, feed, grazing to prevent any future reoccurrence. Hence home is most important and he will only be sold to the right home.

He has been successfully competed by an Amateur qualifying for Hoys, RI many years. Had a 2nd and a 5th at Hoys in his past. He is a genine horse with a big heart and a yard favourite.

He hacks alone and in company down quiet roads where he is stabled.

Sammy is a real sweet boy & so loving, I've started his education which he is taking to everything. He loves a job but at the same time is happy in the field, not the type you have to ride every day.
He could literally go on to do any job, he is very careful with his jumping & also flashy if you wanted to do dressage. He is a big boy & obviously still growing into his frame, he's an amazing ride but still needs further education with a knowledgeable home!

Lovely, kind and easy going type. Would make the perfect U18/top end PC/RC horse, her big selling point is her temperament. Really safe, sensible and reliable, would make a great mother/daughter share. Not silly or sharp, doesn’t need riding everyday and happy to live in or out.

Has three correct and rhythmical paces, has really started to come up in front over the winter and will now turn out a very nice dressage test and will continue to improve as she matures and gets stronger. This is also reflected in her jumping, which has improved significantly recently, has always wanted to leave the fences up but was just a little weak. Jumped her first 1.10 at Chard. Cross country has always been very secure and straightforward, the phase she enjoys the most.

Good BE100 form and entered for first Novice early April, price will then increase. Ridden by teenagers and amateurs at home, very good to hack and do events.

Calisto has been a star on the livery yard and a huge part of both mine and my son’s journey. He originally started as my son’s project horse, teaching him invaluable lessons and giving him fantastic experience. My son rode Calisto in the Kent teams and training him regularly at fox hunter level (2 years ago).

Due to exams, my son chose to focus on his studies, and the ride naturally passed to me. As a 57-year-old rider, I have thoroughly enjoyed him; however, Calisto is a forward-going, quality horse who would benefit from a confident and experienced rider to truly excel.

Over the past 2 years, I have kept Calisto ticking over with regular hacking, flatwork and weekly lessons. He is a well-mannered, sensible horse on the ground and in traffic, but ready for a home where he can be fully worked and challenged.

He was broken late due to size and given time to mature and grow. He has become a yard favourite with a sweet personality and great attitude to his work.
