Schooling: He has lovely paces and enjoys his schooling. Takes the contact and is light in the mouth. He likes a rider with soft hands and is very responsive to the leg.

Jumping: Boyce loves to jump. He is never strong to a jump and never rushes. Has done a local show and came 3rd in the 70cm and 4th in the 80cm. He has also been to various arena hires/clinics. Has been XC schooling. Goes through water no problem. He is ridden in a snaffle at all times.

Hacking: Will hack alone and in company.

He is the kindest boy. Happy to be turned out on his own in the morning. Stands for farrier, dentist,saddle fitter,physio and travels beautifully on my trailer on his own.

Boyce needs a kind competant rider (Not suitable for a novice rider) who will give him confidence and take him out to have lots of fun.

Loki 15.3 4yo ID x ISH. Sad sale of this lovely boy. Hes currently 4 weeks under saddle and ready to further his career. Hes walk/trot/cantering. Not phased by poles and fillers on the ground. Been ridden in a field and behaves very well.

He has been out inhand on roads and very good with traffic. Loves to be groomed, great to bring in and out of field. Good for farrier-shod in front. I gave him a trace clip and he stood with no headcollar in his stable.

Travels in a lorry alone or with company. Not phased if he's left alone in stable while other horses go off yard.

He has been to shows in hand and behaved impeccably and placed. Been to the beach, he will go in the water, walk over seaweed.

Up to date with vaccines and worming.

He is still green so will require an established rider to further his education in any sphere.

Joey is a Stepping Cob (Lucky Shamrock)/Friesian (Tilly Trotter) 7 year old gelding. 15.2 hh approx, super intelligent and strong as an ox. 

We bred Joey and still own his mother, so we know all of Joey's history from birth. He was backed to be a riding and driving horse but the driving training has not been maintained so although he has been driven this would have to be retrained. 

He has an amazing 4x4 trot and loves jumping, he is as bold as brass, no filler or water tray can put this horse off jumping. 

Our intention was to show him in hand but Covid and family illness limited time for training. 

He has been to boot camp for riding due to lack of use but is now in regular work. He requires a confident, experienced rider to give him the time and attention he needs. 

With the right person he will be an exhilarating ride and a wonderful companion. 

Joey has no problems with farrier, vet or travelling. He is on a livery yard in South West Lincolnshire, not far from Newark, and we would prefer for him to stay there. 

This is a great opportunity to join a yard that normally has a substantial waiting list. The yard holds many competitions and social events throughout the year and has a reputation for excellent training and friendship.

Joey is a valuable horse and he is a loan with a view to buy with a minimum of a 3 month loan. He has some quirks which will be explained at the viewing which is why we would prefer to loan first to make sure of the perfect match. 

Someone will be very lucky to own Joey, he is an affectionate, talented boy with brain and lots of engine, but he does come with his quirks that need to be seriously considered.
