HALESTORM HARIBO

An exceptionally talented competitor across all disciplines, Haribo has successfully competed in NSEA, Pony Club, British Dressage, British Showjumping and Eventing.

A truly outstanding pony in every sense, he is professionally schooled weekly in show jumping and dressage to the highest standard.

A 138 BSJ Rising Star, Haribo is ready to qualify and be competitive at British Novice, Discovery and Newcomers.

Remarkably accurate and ultra-careful, Haribo has an outstanding technique and an incredible desire to leave everything up.

With the heaviest of hearts, our much-loved pony Haribo is now looking for his next family, having been an absolute superstar for Bethany.

We bought Haribo as a four-year-old, having been carefully backed straight off the forest by a top-level rider, with his journey documented on Instagram. He was then entrusted to Bethany as her very first pony.

At the time, Bethany and I were complete novices, Bethany had only ever ridden riding-school ponies, and we had no prior experience of owning a pony.

Now eight years old, Haribo and Bethany have grown and learned together, and what they have both achieved is nothing short of amazing.

Haribo has a phenomenal temperament. He is confident in the competition environment and in new places, remaining calm, focused and totally unspooky.

He is a genuine pleasure to handle in every way, impeccable for the vet, dentist and physio, and easy to catch, clip, load and travel, alone or in company.

Competition Record

• NSEA National Finals – Show Jumping 90cm & Prelim Dressage, 2nd Place
• Pony Club – Show Jumping 90cm, Eventing & Dressage
• British Showjumping – Competed up to 90cm, qualified for Blue Chip (sadly Bethany was away for the final)
• Winter Prelim Dressage – Regional Winner

Haribo is currently training up to 1.15m and shows all the scope and ability to continue progressing. He absolutely loves arena cross-country, and is happy hacking alone or in company.

He is content living alone or with others and can live out in all weathers.

Haribo is only available as Bethany has now outgrown him. As much as we would love to keep him forever, we feel we owe it to him to find his next young rider to continue progressing and achieving greatness together at the highest level.

He would suit a confident, ambitious young rider with aspirations to compete at the highest level and win. Previous pony ownership is not essential, provided there is knowledgeable and experienced support in place.

He will only be considered for a home that can equal — and ideally surpass — the dedication, care and commitment he currently receives.

14.2 ~ Irish Sports Horse ~ 10yrs old

Mickey has been with us since the end of July 2025 and is only for sale as he has proven to be too much horse for our 11-year-old daughter.

He’s a truly stunning boy who has great confirmation. A true schoolmaster and responsive, forward ride. However, when jumping he does need a confident, stronger rider to keep him balanced and in check. For this reason he is not suited to a novice who just wants to jump and we feel it’s important to be honest to ensure the right match.

Mickey would be ideally suited to a confident teenager or adult. A rider with experience who is a capable jumper. Someone looking for a horse to concentrate on the flat and wants to hack as he can produce a beautiful dressage test and loves to hack.

He’s uncomplicated on the ground with lovely manners. Can be turned out alone or with mare/geldings. He will also hack alone. Recently been out on NYD hunt and behaved very well.

This is a difficult decision made purely to protect our daughter’s confidence. He deserves a rider who can enjoy and get the best out of him.

Genuine enquiries only.

We have had the pleasure of owning Alice (BS name Ultimate Fascination) since July 2022 and we have loved every second, she is a huge personality and such fun to be around. She is a sweet caring pony and our daughter loves her to pieces, so the new home being right for her is very important to us.

Alice has been in competitive homes all her life and she is a true competition pony, she loves to jump and is a forward ride and as such needs a confident Jockey. She isn't the sort of pony that will be happy just hacking out or attending the odd clinic she needs a job and a young jockey who wants to go out and win.

Alice is very fast against the clock and has been a rosette machine for our daughter, as mentioned she is forward and will pull you into a jump , she is also one to help her jockey and will help you out when needed. That said she needs a confident competent rider. She is not a novice or nervous ride, she requires a jockey who like her loves to go fast and has the competence to ride her.

Alice has competed up to foxhunters and can go up and down as required. We have kept her in the Bronze league and she has been very successful, winning southwest bronze league numerous times as well as coming 2nd in the National league and being the top 148 in the league.
She hacks out happily in company but isn't a huge fan of going on roads alone, she is used to dogs and machinery around her and has also done some cross country schooling but is an out and out show jumper.

The Real life Spirit - Stunning Spanish Gelding with Serious WOW Factor
148cm / 10 years old / Based in Spain

Spirit is a gorgeous Spanish gelding with presence for days and huge untapped potential — a real head-turner who is currently underused and therefore available at a very sensible price. He was only started under saddle at 7 years old, so he is still relatively green for his age and he knows the all the basics but could excel hugely with a kind, knowledgeable home.

Originally purchased as a project pony for my trail riding business, it quickly became clear that Spirit is far more than just a trail horse. He thrives in a one-to-one partnership and would excel more for someone who wants a horse to bond with, develop and enjoy.

He oozes Spanish elegance, has beautiful conformation, solid bone, and is exceptionally comfortable to ride. He has the basics established in the arena, has started popping small jumps, and would be ideal for a Pony Club–type, eventing or natural horsemanship home, with confident teenager, or a small adult looking for a stylish, fun partner.

Personality-wise, Spirit is an absolute puppy dog — affectionate, people-orientated and happiest when he’s with “his” human. He loves attention and will happily follow you around all day. Typical Spanish he is highly intelligent and thrives on work and bonding time.

Over the past year, Spirit has mainly been worked on trail rides. He will happily plod along on the lead rein with a child; however, when ridden off the lead rein he requires a comfortable and confident rider. He is not happy going out alone and is not confident leading, which is why he does not suit the needs of my business.

I have plenty of photos and videos of Spirit being ridden by a variety of riders; however, it is very clear he is happiest and most settled in a one-to-one partnership. Due to his past, he places a lot of trust and security in his rider, and frequent changes of rider are not benefiting him. Because of this, he is now underused as I don’t have time to put in to personally him every day — despite clearly loving his work when he does get out.

Spirit is an extremely social horse, especially with other horses, and loves to play and interact within a herd. We are based in Spain, and ideally I would love him to go to the UK to enjoy a true grass and herd lifestyle, which is limited here.

Spirit does have a few quirks, all of which are easy to work with, and I am very happy to discuss these openly in person. In a dedicated one-to-one home, I am confident they could be worked through with ease. With some basic groundwork to build trust and connection in the beginning, you will have a loyal best friend for life.

Based in Spain - travel not included

Price: £6,500
Price reflects his current workload and with transport Costs to the uk in mind

If you are looking for a fun, affectionate, intelligent Spanish gelding with real wow factor at a sensible price, Spirit could be your horse.

Behybeg lass II known as Betty has competed to 1.20 with 273 points. She has all the scope and will be an ideal newcomers and future fox second rounds pony for the next few years with the right rider. Betty has been with us since 2023. She’s the kindest pony in the stable, she is so lovely to handle and will help her rider out with striding she’s careful and doesn’t like touching poles. She’s easy to load, clip, shoe and hack on her own. She’s fit with no health issues and is only for sale as rider is off ponies. She has 2 clears in both newcomers and fox for 2026. She has good flatwork that has hugely improved over the last couple months as-well as her ride-ability. She doesn’t have the best track record due to and lack of training as only has an arena at home since a couple months ago, however she has shown huge potential and is improving with every ride and has a big future.

She’s jumped some fantastic rounds this previous year winning the 1.10 novice final at POYS as well as jumping for just 1 pole in 3 of the 1.15 JC/JD qualifiers at Aintree and Kelsall in the winter, showing her ability for these classes. She also jumped clear in the newcomers HOYS qualifier at arena uk and jumping 2 rounds in the newcomers HOYS qualifier at South view just for the last down due to a rider error ending just a few places out of qualifying.

Betty is a lovely character, and deserves a 5* home as she has made my time on pony’s so special. She will go and teach a younger rider a lot but would also go out with a more experienced rider and jump some bigger classes.

Not one to be missed out on!!

His temperament is everything you want in a pony, super sweet in the stable.

Has been broken by myself and I have to say one of the easiest ponies I’ve ever worked with, took to the ridden job like a duck to water, took everything in his stride and never said no.

Has 3 established, correct paces in the school.

Has been to arena hires where he behaved impeccably.

Snaffle mouthed for everything

G is hacking out alone and in company with us , not spooky or silly , will go front or back.

He also sees heavy farm machinery daily , dogs etc.

This pony is without a doubt destined to go to the top so please no novices as he’s still a baby himself. He has a very exciting future ahead of him.

Ideal mother/ daughter pony.

Up to date with teeth and vaccines

Open to any vet checks, x rays etc

Please no timewasters!!!

Buddy is a beautifully bred class 1 Connemara gelding with an exceptionally fun and genuine temperament.

A pleasure to have on the yard, he is easy to clip, shoe, load and handle in all aspects of daily life. He has been carefully produced, ridden by both a professional and a 11-year-old over the last three years, and has enjoyed a varied and successful career so far.

Buddy has been to riding club camps, competed in unaffiliated show jumping and dressage (with wins), schooled cross-country and been shown in-hand.

Naturally laid-back and straightforward, Buddy is happy to plod along but has plenty of ability and enthusiasm when asked. He has bags of potential and I've no doubt he has an exciting future ahead.

Due to his age, he would be best suited to a competent, experienced older teenager or small adult looking for a quality all-rounder.

Lexi has been with us for 10 years and this is a very difficult sale. She was my daughters first 148cm and taught her so much. Since 2021 Lexi has only ever been ridden by my daughter and is completely home produced.

Lexi is not a novice ride, she is quite buzzy but does not have a bad bone in her body. She is 100% to box, shoe and clip and is very loving. She was late starting her BS career and has never been overjumped. She is incredibly careful and always wants to please.

She has qualified and been placed in lots of National Finals some of her results include :

- 2024 Qualified Newcomers Masters
- 2024 Qualified Winter JC Final at RIHS
- 2024 Finished 8th in the Bliss of London Coral Championship at The Blue Chip Championships
- 2023 Finished 5th in the NSEA Winter 1.10 Final at Addington
- 2023 Finished 7th in the Bliss of London Coral Championship at The Blue Chip Championships
- 2022 Finished 5th in the NSEA Winter 1.10 Championship at Keysoe
- 2022 Finished 8th in the Novice Masters Final at Scope Championships
- 2022 Finished 3rd in the Brightstar Final at Scope Championships
- 2022 10th in the British Novice Championship at The National Championships
- 2022 4th in the Bronze League Final at The National Championships

She has not competed much this year as my daughter has focused on her two JA ponies and it has been too much to keep all her ponies fit and in work and competing alongside her school work. We took her WHPI at the end of July and she jumped clear in all of her classes.

This is a heart breaking sale and Lexi but my daughter is off ponies at the end of the year so all of her ponies must be sold. Lexi is far too good to be left in the field.

Super Talented 14hh Competition Pony – Rio

Stunning Black Pony.
Rio is a genuine and exciting 14hh pony, currently barefoot and therefore eligible for 138cm classes.

He has superb scope and is an exceptionally honest jumper. Rio will always help his rider out, even when presented on a less-than-perfect stride, making him a real confidence-giver to a capable rider. He has been schooled over 1.10m with clear scope to go higher in the right hands.

Rio has won many local shows and Arena eventing, has been placed in almost every competition entered, consistently proving his talent and attitude. He has also been placed 2nd in dressage (Prelim 2) and loves cross country, where he is bold, keen, and straightforward.

He hacks happily alone or in company, is good with the farrier and dentist, but does require sedation for clipping.

In the field, Rio is very easy, he has been turned out with geldings and mares without issue and is also content to be turned out on his own. In the stable he is kind, easy to tack up, and well-mannered. He can become a little impatient if tied up for long periods, but is never nasty.

Not a novice ride as he feeds off rider confidence and would best suit a confident teenager or small adult looking for a fun, competitive pony to take forward. Rio enjoys, needs and thrives on regular work and leads well off other horses, he deserves an experienced, knowledgeable home.

Only for sale as his current rider is moving on to horses. This is a genuine sale of a much-loved pony who will excel in the right partnership.

15.3 10yr old Connemara X Fresian Gelding

Jerry has a lovely kind nature, he has been in the same home since a youngster and is for sale through no fault of his own. He is low mileage in terms of his age.

He has done unaffiliated showjumping and combined training at 80/90cm always scoring in the 70’s with his dressage.

He has previously hunted as a youngster, been cross country schooling and nothing seems to phase him.

He hacks alone and in company, good in open spaces however can be strong when doing canter work.

Good to shoe, no vices, great in traffic, loads and travels well and will stand quietly when out and about. Brilliant to clip, loves all the attention and fuss he can get, he’s fantastic on the ground and the more cuddles he can get the better!

Jerry can get excited and have a little buck occasionally, this is nothing nasty and just requires riding through however he wouldn’t be suitable for a nervous or novice rider.

Jerrys full medical history can be disclosed, he had kissing spine surgery 3 years ago but has been in full work since and this has not affected him in any way.

Would suit a PC/RC, showjumping, eventing type home where he will be in a good routine as this seems to really suit him.
Open to any vetting, please no time wasters.

Evie has been with us for the past 3 years where she has done all low level Pony Club activities including dressage, showjumping, eventing and pony club camp.

She goes beautifully on the flat and did quite a bit of dressage in her previous home.

She is super safe and has done beach rides, forest rides, pony club camp, never gets excited or silly and looks after her rider at all times.

Good to shoe, clip, travel (in trailer or lorry), no vices, lives in or out and on her own or in company - very easy to do.

Would suit someone wanting to learn the ropes as a first pony or someone who loves hacking, lessons and dressage - will easily carry an adult. She will jump happily up to 60/70cm.

All homes will be vetted for this lovely pony.

One in a Million Connemara, knows his job and loves his job! A real part of the family pony whose loved by everyone!

I’ve had the pleasure of owning Duke for 6 years and in that time he has taken me from jumping 90cm to 1m15 and 1m30 at home. Everyone who knows Duke knows how unbelievably special he is.

Duke does everything and anything from hunting to show jumping he has done it all! He has a record competing at 1m10/1m15, BS and unaffiliated. He absolutely loves his jumping, he is strong, quick and competitive . He would be the perfect 90cm/1m jumper for a young child/teenager to have some fun on. He would be great at teaching a young competitive child the ropes!

He really is part of the family and on the ground he can be handled by a toddler! Idea mother/daughter share as he loves beach rides, fun rides and long hacks. He is an absolute cross country machine and will jump everything and anything put in front of him. He is the bravest horse I’ve ever met with an absolute heart of gold. All good to clip, shoe, load etc, the usual.

This is the hardest thing I will ever have to do and homes will be vetted. I am of course open to any and every question regarding Duke as his new home is the most important thing to me.

He’s wasted potential at the moment and needs to be out having fun! I have loads more photos and videos on request.
