Our pony of a life time!

To list a few other achievements with us:

3rd in his section at Pony Club novice Dressage championships 2023
1st individual at pony club spring festival dressage qualifiers (area 8) 2024
5th individual spring festival novice dressage national championships 2024

Bobs has been in our family for 5years. Taking my then 10 year old daughter from eventing at 70cm to 100cm. He is a very special pony to us and we can genuinely say he has been our pony of a life time; unfortunately our daughters have sadly out grown him.

Bobs has beautiful floaty paces and is schooled to a high standard. He regularly scores high 20s/low 30s. Bobs has attended all things BE and Pony Club; Championships, multiple residential camps, rally’s, competed on numerous teams for dressage, eventing, SJ, arena eventing and tetrathlon. He is a super xc pony and has been to the pony club tet champs and Moreton Morrell junior international tet 3 years in a row. He is a smart, forward pony and makes the time easily. He would suit a capable child wanting to compete competitively at 80&90.

Bobs loves to be out and about, he likes to be busy and enjoys competing. He hacks well in company but can be a little nervous around large vehicles (tractors/lorrys) He is great to load (trailer or lorry), shoe, dentist, vet etc.

He is looking for his next best friend to teach and have fun with. He will come with his custom made jump saddle & bridle plus rugs etc.

5* home required for this very special pony who has so Much more to give. Therefore serious enquiries only please. Based near Newmarket,

Rebel is very safe and will look after his rider. He has done all PC activities and is unfazed by anything. He will never buck or spook and is bombproof in traffic.

Happy jumping anything from poles on the ground to 60cm courses. Easy to shoe, clip, load, travel etc.. He can not be ridden for a few weeks and it makes no difference to his attitude.

We got Rebel to give my son back his confidence and he has been absolutely perfect for that.

The sad time has come when we need to find a new home for our lovely boy Mento,
We have owned him for the past 2 years and now it’s time for him to make another rider's dreams come true.

Mento is a 21 year old 138 jumping pony. He is fit and healthy and has never been off a day with lameness or illness. Mento has taken his jockey from jumping unaffiliated 70cm all the way up to BSJA 1.15m, still winning ribbons at 1.10m.

He has consistently delivered and gives it his all. He has also taken all his riders to the top, he has outstanding stable manners and knows right from wrong. He is a fun pony to have on the yard and when you ride always making you feel safe and giving you a fun, confident ride. He can be handled by the smallest of child and is easy to shoe, clip, etc.

Mento is now ready to step down to 1m and teach his next rider the ropes and help them in the journey. Mento has 3 even, and smooth paces and a dream to work with on the flat and over fences. He loves and knows his job but does need a strong hand so not a novice ride. He loves hacking alone or in company, he will take the lead or follow behind.

Mento has many wins and places up to 1.10 This year he has placed 2nd at POYS in the 95 classic, he qualified for the 138 silver league final and competed in two HOYS qualifiers.

He will always try his hardest to get you through the finish, and will help you out, and will take a miss and not hold it against you. He is brave and not spooky he has a heart of a lion and will try anything.

Mento is so special to our family with his kind fun nature. He is always reliable and keeps his rider safe. We are having to make this sad sale as is rider is moving onto 148’s. We want him to start a new journey with a new family but will only sell to a perfect home.

She is a pleasure to look after and is good to box, shoe, clip, bath etc. She can live in or out.

I have owned coco for 3 years, she has been an absolute delight never sick or sorry. I have hunted her with the Holcombe Harriers for the last 3 years.

She now looking for a quieter home than mine but still has plenty of years in her.

Absolutley bombproof I cannot stress how quiet she is - my 9 year old daughter hacks her round the fields and jumps her in the school.

Absolutley no tricks in her she is very streight forward.

Her only quirk is she will not travel in the trailer with a partition in. I have always travelled her without the partition. She travels fine in the wagon.

14'2 mare 20 years.

Home is very important - a forever home is important to me and price not so important I just want her to be loved as much as she deseves and to give somebody else there confidence back like she has me. She has to be sold to make way for childrens ponies unfortunatley I cannot keep them all.

Good to shoe, box, clip. Loves a pamper.

Please no messages ring me for a chat Jackie 07956862558 but only if you can offer the best home with all year turnout.

DO YOU HAVE A HORSE OR PONY SUITABLE FOR THE RDA?

WANTED ON LONG TERM LOAN / PURCHASE

Ref #: 249896
  • If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below
  • If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below

One of the main issues that RDA groups face is finding an Equine to suit the needs of the participants in their group.

We are regularly contacted with offers of Equines that are ‘the ideal RDA horse or pony’ when actually what is ideal for one group may not be for the next. We are trying to move away from the stereotypical view that RDA Equines are elderly and somewhat static, our horses and ponies need to be fit, healthy and athletic to cope with the lifestyle in an RDA group.

They can range from smaller, forward going ponies to weight carrying cobs and can take part in a range of disciplines from Riding to Carriage Driving, Vaulting to Show Jumping and Endurance.

If you contact an RDA Group about your Equine please be prepared to fill in an Equine Initial Interest Form which will ask you many questions about your horses’ temperament, health history, experience and lifestyle. Many groups will prefer to have an equine on trial to make sure they are suitable for the job.

For long term loans and purchases they will also be required to have a Pre-Purchase Examination.

If you think your equine has what it takes, please contact one of the groups below.

  • A TRUE ALLROUND CHILD'S PONY

Our little BLUE was bought as a games and allround pony for our incredibly nervous daughter. She has been the perfect match for us for the last two years.

She is a fabulous mounted games team pony and knows her job inside out, competing in both senior and junior teams.
Competed at:
- National and Regional Mounted Games Study days
- The Warwickshire, Enfield Chase and Area 8 Friendly Mounted Games Events
- The Suffolk Show (part of the mounted games display team
- The Norfolk Show (part of the mounted games display team
- Pony Club Mounted Games Areas 2024 & 2025
- Pony Club Mounted Games Zone Finals (2024 & 2025)
- Pony Club National Championships (mounted games 2024 & 2025 and Polocross 2025)
- STRUK Rule the World 2025

She turned her hoof to polocrosse this year, competing at the PC National Championships at Offchurch, where she excelled herself.

She loves to jump and is very happy popping round a course of show jumps or cross country fences (40/50cm).

Has competed at both unaffiliated show jumping and dressage events

Has attended pony club camp and multiple pony club rallies.

Is great to hack and loves a canter in the stubble.
She does NOT like heavy traffic so not suitable for hacking on busy roads.

Is super easy to keep, lives in or out, is bare foot and up to date with teeth and vaccinations.

5* home required for this little lady.
I have been putting this off for far too long, I know there will be tears in the house but my daughter’s feet feet are literally touching the ground !

14.1hh 20 year old JA for sale to a special home.

This is my daughter’s heart horse who has taught her so much, taking her from jumping 80/90cm right through to the bigger heights, including taking her round her first 1.20/1.25s.

However, it’s time for Harper to step down a little now, and teach another smaller rider how to ride competitively, ideally from 70/80/90cm to 1.05/1.10. He has so much to give yet to another rider.

Harper goes nicely on the flat and hacks alone. (Show name J Harper 001)

- Winner of the 2024 1m BS Winter Pony Championship
- 2nd in the 1.10m Grand Prix at POYS 2024

Harper also has numerous placings up to 1.15m at the 2025 Winter Pony Premiers, and a long list of more on his record.

Harper is a competition pony and would expect to be turned out daily, but not 24/7. As far as we know he has always been turned out alone, with neighbours in paddocks next door.

He is polite and is good to handle, shoe, clip, for dentist etc.

This pony means the world to his current jockey so we would be looking for a home where we can keep in touch and visit.

Please contact for more information. Based currently near Bishops Stortford/Stansted.

Charlie has been part of our famly for 13 years, he has taught both my children to ride and been an incredibly hard act to follow when they have moved onto bigger ponies. I have yet to find another pony that can live up to his standards.

He is the kindest, safest competition pony. He is straight forward and scopey. His paces are correct we have won multiple Regional Team Quest dressage competions with him and he has been to the National Championships on more than one occasion. He is always double clear SJ and I can honestly count on one hand the number of faults he's ever had over the years.

He has done all PC rallies and various camps and been amazing. He's even good at mounted games and seems to understand the games and loves racing.

Never bucks, never rears, never bolts. He's never silly and can be ridden by a tiny jockey - he's even hunted and was the perfect childs ride and did not canter unless he was asked. He's won consistently SJ 50-80cm and will jump bigger but we have not affiliated him so he could start BSJA with 0 points. BD still eligible for Bronze sections. He's never been lame, he's fit and ready to continue with his next ride. Toddler could load him, catch him, handle him. Riding Club 'Pony of the Year' annual trophy winner with both daughters. He has mostly SJ with my youngest daughter recently winning 65, 70, 75cm most weekends and was top 3 in his sections at The Grassroots National Championships a couple of weeks ago. Sadly we have outgrown him.

5 star knowledgeable home is very important to us and this is going to be an emotional sale but we all want see him making another childs dreams come true. Would suit active PC home that aspires to correct riding and enjoys winning! He comes with his whole wardrobe, bridles, rugs, little 15' saddle and instruction manual. Also safe to hack in all traffic alone or in company. Worth his weight in Gold and open to any Vetting - owned by a Vet.

Fully vaccinated, teeth done regularly. I'm sure first to see him will buy him we have been asked by so many people if he's for sale over the years, somebody will be very lucky.

If you want to view more photos then Friend request me on Facebook and you can see all his pictures from 2013 to last week with both my daughters grinning with their rosettes from PC ODE Wins, SJ Hickstead, Regional dressage Wins etc

  • True FYFR, not strong or silly, excellent child’s first pony.
  • Fantastic in traffic, hacks alone or in company, on or off the lead rein.
  • Excellent to handle for even the smallest of child, perfect tiny tots pony.

FYFR first ridden/lead rein pony.

11hh, Reg’d Welsh A, gelding, 16 years old.

Excellent to handle by even the smallest of children, will stand tied up whilst my youngest daughter brushes his hooves!

Excellent in traffic, never strong or silly, snaffle mouth, definitely (absolutely!) a more woah than go type off the lead rein, loves to plod along. Leads perfectly on foot or from another horse, we lead him from our 16.2hh warm blood mare, somehow he manages to keep up!

In a previous home before we bought him he'd been used for pony club rallies/camp, showing etc. We've used him for mostly hacking, some local showing and fun rides.
He's only had 3 previous homes and I know each one, all of them follow his progress and I think that says a lot about him as pony.

We have owned Blaze for 4 fantastic years, he has bought our daughter on from a nervous/novice 5 year old who was on the lead rein to a confident, happy rider who has progressed to her 2nd pony.

He is the type of pony that doesn't mess around if his little jockey puts in a kick at the wrong time or has washing line reins, he doesn't take advantage if they can't quite get the aids right or if they haven't yet got full balance in trot and bounce along, the perfect pony to learn on.
My youngest has ridden him on and off since she was 2 years old, a true family pony.

We have absolutely adored our time with him, we thought we'd be able to give him a home for life but sadly my youngest daughter isn't interested enough and he's being wasted sat in the field as an ornament, I know how hard good ponies are to find, he's a true gem.

He's shod on the front, excellent in every way, comes to call.

He does have cushings and EMS which both are currently medicated for, he is currently stable but I have priced him fairly for the fact that he requires medication and special care, that said he is easy to manage with a muzzle on turned out and then soaked hay at night.

He is looking for an easy going home, would be perfect for a little tot wanting to plod around.

Heartbreaking sale of our wonderful little Blaze so please only apply if you can offer him an amazing home.

Based Devon/Cornwall border.

£1500 no offers, will come with his full wardrobe, quality fitted leather tack which includes a Kent and master saddle.

Rosie has been one of the most straight forward ponies I’ve had arrive, she hasn’t once batted an eye at machinery, dogs, open spaces, traffic and we are a busy farm!

She will stand for hours to be pampered, can be turned out with mares or geldings, happy to go first or last out hacking. Enjoys a little jump and will not hot up if the horse in front shoots off. Today she went out with our blood hound pack, was one of the most polite horses I’ve ever seen in this situation, she went in a snaffle and never pulled, jogged or behaved anything other than perfect. She would be someone’s dream hunt pony that likes to enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything at all!

Previously has been in a family home doing pony club and more recently has had a few foals and is now looking to find a wonderful new home that she can go and have fun with, she isn’t an out and out dressage horse, but will do what’s needed, however she comes into her own out hunting/fun ride/general fun pony!

Sad sale of our super pony Kilcolman Poppy after 2.5 years as she has been outgrown by my daughter (now 15).

Poppy is a hunting & Pony Club superstar - forward going, scopey but safe.
She is a very experienced hunting pony and has hunted regularly with us and with her previous family (who we are still in touch with and had her for 7 years), jumping everything and always giving a brilliant fun day and looking after her jockey.

She has also done numerous PC rallies, Camp, SJ, Dressage, Arena Eventing, PC Teams, NSEA, Working Hunter, hedge hopping/fun rides and endless hacking both alone and with others. She is nearly always in the ribbons Show Jumping and Arena Eventing, and has taken my daughter from 70-95cm and given her a real love for competing.

She has been on our Pony Club Area Teams for Show Jumping every year and qualified for the Pony Club Regional Championships in 2023, 2024 and 2025. She is also very well schooled with lovely flatwork, and does a nice dressage test.

Poppy is a joy to take out and about and travels well in a trailer or lorry. She is good to shoe, clip, catch, load and is good in traffic and with farm machinery.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, active hunting/pony club family for Poppy. Her future home is very important to us and we would love to keep in touch. She is brilliant fun and would be perfect for a competent child looking to have lots of fun hunting in winter and show jumping, doing pony club and hacking in the summer.

Poppy has mild sweet itch. Masses of photos/videos available on request; also please see video attached below. Full wardrobe included - Kent & Masters saddle, 2 bridles, rugs etc.

Based in Hampshire. Please call 07733 231864

She is 14.2hh 20 year old bay Mare. She has done everything, pony club, many camps at Somerford park, evented, show jumped, hunted, dressage. She is the perfect all rounder.

Her forte is jumping, she has competed BSJA up to 1m and BE 90. She very rarely touches a pole and goes of any stride. Got a big stride and turns on a 6 pence. She is a winning machine.

Always getting lovely comments of the dressage judge for her paces, she easily gets the high marks in dressage.

Never sick sorry or lame. She isnt a novice ride but is safe.

We have owned her for 14 years, an amazing home for Breeze is so important to us due to family commitments I no longer have the time she deserves.

Great in traffic.

Good to do in all ways.

Fit and ready to go out.

Many more pictures and videos on request.

  • Genuine, kind, confidence giving pony
  • Competed successfully at 70cm and 80cm

Bobby is the most genuine kind confidence giving pony you will find. He has been with us for 4 ½ years.

Originally brought for my son to ride, he has also been ridden by my daughter for 2 years as well. Has been hacked and kept fit by mum when children are at school. He is now completely outgrown and has so much more to give.

He has competed mainly 70 and 80cm with us in Pony Club, NSEA and Just for Schools. He has qualified and competed at Hickstead NSEA 80cm Eventer Challenge Championships, PC80 Regional Championships both Show Jumping and Eventing. Attended PC Rallies, Hunter Trials, Show Jumping, and Tetrathlons – he is great with gates.

He is not a plod, he is a responsive ride, he’s not spooky and he loves job. He will do a reasonable dressage but he is not a dressage pony. Has hunted in the past but not with us.

Bobby is great to hack in company or I will happily send my kids off on their own too. Can ride and lead from or will lead off another. Happily go to the beach. Good with all traffic. He has no vices, great to load/travel, farrier, vet, will live in or out. Perfect to handle, he is the easiest pony I have ever tacked up. Up to date with vacs etc.

Does need clipping and managing like many cobs. Slight sweet itch in summer months but easy to manage.

This is an extremely sad sale which I have been putting off but he enjoys going out and competing and I would like to find him a new home which will enable him to do this.

Phone signal is not great, so if you can't get hold of me send me a message.
