I’ve had Nellie since she was an unbroken 3yo and she has been an absolute pleasure in every regard since day 1.

She is the perfect model, beautifully put together with an attractive head and her breeding (half Connemara half thoroughbred) gives her all the desirable attributes needed in top competition pony.

I backed her lightly last year and she was an old head on young shoulders, taking everything in her stride and showing herself to be very intelligent, trainable and willing to work.

This year she has been produced carefully and correctly, being given time to mature while also being exposed to different environments and situations - which hopefully stands her in good stead to start het competition career.

She has 3 fabulous paces and a beautiful way of going, and has done plenty of basic schooling on a surface and on grass, and she’d be able to go out and do a low level test now. She moves well enough to be produced as a pure dressage pony - and she’d definitely be at home in the show ring.

Nellie is an out and out natural jumper. She has an amazing technique and is careful and clever. She’s jumping courses in the arena and on grass and is jumping away over fillers, water trays and combinations.

Over solid fences she seems to be equally as natural and has taken on banks, ditches etc first time with no issues, and has always been very safe and genuine.

She is a pleasure to have on the yard, she lives in or out, alone or in company and is really sweet to handle. She’s easy to shoe, travel, pull mane, do teeth etc and has no vices at all. She also loves going hacking and is happy to go out by herself on or off road, and she’s used to farm machinery, dogs and small children.

Having previously produced two FEI event ponies - of whom was selected for Europeans - I genuinely think this is the most talented young pony I’ve had and in the right home I have no doubt she will end up on teams and winning endless prizes. She is just the most gorgeous pony with an incredible brain/temperament, and is any little girls absolute dream.

Have owned Blessington Black Shadow (Jack) for the last 3 years but the time has come to find him a new home due to his rider being off ponies. Has taken his previous rider from 90cm to CCI2p.

Most comfortable competing at 100cm but would happily step down for a younger child

Jack has very established dressage and is usually placed in the top of his class after dressage and could easily go pure dressage.

He loves to jump and is a clear round machine. Easily makes the time cross country. Has done pony club camps and rallies.

Fleur is a substantial Welsh C, with four white, a very kind eye, well put together and has the most amazing paces. She is a real head-turner that is complimented everywhere she goes.

She has taken champion/reserve each time she has been shown in m&m classes. Qualified for NPS Scotland finals 2025.

Whilst relatively new to jumping she happily jumps courses of 70-80cm, has taken part in arena eventing, schooled over xc fences, shown around WH courses.
She still takes a bit of confidence from her rider when jumping, although she is keen and willing, and we have lots of videos
To show of her over solid fences/show jumps and working hunter fences.

Fleur is a strong future contender for M&M WH showing. Competed BD up to novice with 30 BD points, BD youth, showing, arena eventing and working hunter. Has taken M&M championships in hand and under saddle.

She’s not hot or silly. Loads and Travels well.

We would like to find an able teenager or small adult to get the most out of Fleur, she has all the talent in the world, but she needs a confident rider when hacking alone as she can get a little spooky/on her toes. Totally fine when in company. Very quiet and easy in the arena.

Cregduff Ranger

147cm 8yr old grey gelding by Drumbad Fletcher. Ranger is an absolute delight to be around a complete gentleman on the ground.

He is a happy hacker and will join any horse(s) on a hack; he can be a little trickier alone though.

He has shown potential in in hand showing and ridden shows as he has no scars and is handsome.
