An absolute gentleman of a pony, gives you his heart and soul with everything you ask of him. Will excel in the right hands, hes such an easy pony so will home produce. He was sent away and professionally broken as a 4 year old, and then ridden by myself mainy.
Hes been shown by a child and was perfect for her but no beginners due to his age, that being said he never does anything naughty.
He has been ridden recently by children and been perfect.

Perfect to get ready for a show, load, travel stand on the box, has stayed over and settles no problem, never has plugs in and doesn't need much working in.
Won overall novices last year locally, placed every time, went to Arena UK last year and won his classes at the Master Championships. Also did a few agricultural shows.

Rusty has been with us for 3 years, however is now very sadly out of a job. He has been the perfect schoolmaster, having competed in both Pony Club & Riding Club teams, always being a favourite. He has qualified for numerous championships , including BS nationals, NSEA and much more, in addition to excelling in all other activities.

He has also been to multiple senior pony club camps and behaved impeccably throughout - both on the ground and whilst ridden, completing all pony club disciplines.

Rusty moves very well, having 3 correct and naturally rhythmical paces, always performing an exceptional test, something I feel he would excel at in the future. He has an exceptional jump with a super technique, however we feel he is happiest jumping up to 90cm.

Rusty hacks alone and in company, he frequently hacks through Bradgate park with numerous deer.

Very easy to do; box, bath, plait, clip, mane pull, farrier etc. Used to standing on the box all day at a show, as well as stay away shows etc

Rusty is a true all rounder, who will turn his hoof to anything. I would love to see him give as much fun to a competent teen or small adult.

Chance is a very substantial lump of a mare; a true old fashioned, leg at each corner, type. Photos just don’t do her justice - she has plenty of chest room, a great front end, and holds her top line well. Her breeding speaks for itself as her pedigree includes the legendary stallions Ebbw Victor and Fronarth Victor, as well as the outstanding mares Gwenllan Sali and Fronarth Boneddiges.

Chance was backed at home in the spring of 2019 and competed at a couple of local shows and attended clinics and arena hires at the end of throughout that year. She gives a light and responsive ride in all 3 paces. Whilst she is safe she would not be suitable for a novice as she is a very forward going pony and needs a calm and considerate rider. I don’t have a consistent jockey for her at the moment due to my pregnancy, so please don’t ask to come and see her if you need to see her ridden first. Chance doesn’t buck, bolt, or rear, but she can be spooky; something I know will improve with someone who has the time and the money to take her out and show her the world as this wasn’t the case when I was able to take her out and about.

Chance will hack out alone or in company happily and she can also pop a small fence, but it’s not something I have done regularly with her as I have no interest in jumping and hacking although she does seem to really enjoy it. She’s also trustworthy in large open spaces and will school politely on the fields when we have the opportunity.

Chance is a pleasure to be around. She’s not marish and laps up any and all affection. She has manners to burn; she’s never rude or bolshy. She loads and travels well and behaves for the farrier. She’s easy to trim up and clip, but can be a bit flinchy with clippers round her head but mine are very noisy, and prefers a pulling rake to a comb. She has on occasion been quirky to catch by people she isn’t familiar with.

Chance has never had a hard feed in the time I have had her. She lives purely on hay in the winter and grass in the summer so doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to keep. She’s also barefoot which has never caused us any problems, she has solid feet and no history of laminitis.

This is a heartbreaking sale. I know Chance has the potential to go a long way in the right hands. She could excel in any sphere; she could be a great dressage potential, or even a whp prospect, but she would really shine in the show ring.

Absolutely Beautiful Top Class 12hh First Ridden Show Pony!

Dolly was bought last year for our daughters with the hope of her maturing to be a top class 12.2 however we felt she needed another year to mature before braking her and it certainly paid off however unfortunately Dolly is definitely a 12hh First Ridden!

Dolly has recently been broken, she has the most fabulous temperament and attitude!

Dolly spent 8 weeks away being professionally broken, she’s light in her mouth and walk, trot and cantering on both reins and now ready for someone to school her on and add the finish touches!

Over the past year she has become a proper family pet, she’s first to come to the gate when she hears my daughters on the yard and is just a lovely pony to have around!

Handled daily by children, she’s good to lead groom, rug , handle, tack up etc! My daughter tacks her up, jumps on and hacks her on her own!! Brilliant with farm traffic, cars, dogs sheep, scooters bikes! She has all the bits to make her a child’s best friend as well as top class show pony!

The Hunt met at the yard a few times over the winter and Dolly will stand quietly in her stable watching even when they set off she remains calm!

I can honestly say she’s not put a foot out of line, no bucks/rears, speeding off etc! She’s taken it all in her stride and trusts her rider!

Since being home Dolly has been hacking, and in the school! My daughter has been using her to check the sheep whilst lambing, and over the Easter holidays has enjoyed playing with her in the school and out on the common! (50 acres of open grass land)

Dolly will be starting pony club this week, however we would really love to find her own little jockey as both my children and too old to compete in FR and she is far to good just to be a hacking pony/pet!

Poppy was bought coming up 3 years ago for my then 9-year-old daughter. She has been on schooling livery since at a top showing yard. Poppy has proven to be a kind, fun pony allowing my daughter to make excellent progress with improving her riding. We have enjoyed regular lessons away from home with dressage, event and PC instructors.

To settle at new locations she has warmed up briefly on a lead rein. She has performed well at showing clinics and has attended a PC flat work rally. My daughter enjoys dressage and has won several local showing and unaffiliated dressage classes. Last NSEA 9/12/23 NEC 5th & 7th in prelim tests.

Poppy enjoys jumping but my daughter prefers flatwork so only small jumps done so far. Ridden in arenas. Hacks out alone in the village on a lead rein, good in light traffic. Good to handle/catch/load/farrier (front shoes)/clip (bip clip).

Early sarcoid on the breast was successfully treated with laser 2022. Sadly outgrown and my daughter now focussing on other sports.
