"Brighde" is an eye catching Silver Bay. Broken as a 5yo, proving to be a lovely athletic mover with a willing attitude she started her ridden career as a 6yo, winning at The Royal Highland Show.

Then starting her open career in 2022, qualifying for RIHS by going champion at the BSPS Spring show, and continuing on in 2023 where she was winner at the Highland pony breed show, qualifying for HOYS.

Brighde was regularly placed in all RIHS/HOYS qualifiers throughout 2023, including The Royal Highland and Great Yorkshire, frequently standing top mare. She was the only mare to qualify HOYS 2023!

In 2024 she was 5th at the Royal Highland Show in her first junior ridden class, continuing this on to stand 2nd on equal marks at North of England summer show.

In 2025 competing with her junior rider Brighde qualified first time out for the Open and Junior ridden finals at Scone International Horse Trials and finished 2nd in the open ridden Highland RIHS qualifier at BSPS Spring show.

She has shown a love for jumping but equally would excel in the dressage arena.

6 year old, 14.2hh, unregistered Connemara gelding for sale. Rusty is a genuine and honest pony with a great attitude and beautiful paces who will excel in any discipline. I have taken him indoor and outdoor show jumping and he has qualified for the Sunshine Tour at Hickstead in September. He has been to shows, goes to the gallops, hacks alone and in company and is good to lead from. He is snaffle mouthed at all times, not sharp or fizzy. He loves people, cuddles and to be fussed.

He can live in or out, alone or in a herd. He has no vices and is good to box, travel, shoe, clip etc and is great around ATV’s, cars, children, dogs and goats! Tack including his custom-made Black Country saddle is available.

Must be kind and genuine in all ways (ridden and on the ground), no vices, no quirks, no history of doing anything that would worry a cautious child.

Must be excellent in all types of traffic.

We will ask for references, owner history and vet history.

We can offer a kind and experienced home, which for the right pony will be a long term home (younger sibling who rides).

Gorgeous 9 year old section B gelding 12.2h. Top class pony club / allrounder.

He’s not a FYFR more of a 2nd pony as can have the odd spook. Powerful little pony but totally safe. Doesn’t buck, rear, nap, take off, spin or anything. Just needs to be ridden forward and given a job. We have owned him for 2 yrs and bought him when my daughter was 8.

A dream to ride on the flat with lateral work established. Beautiful canter. Forward going but not strong. Consistently scores in the 70s at Prelim dressage.

Would make a fantastic dressage pony but my daughter has no interest in this. Attended pony club camp summer of 2024 being a total star. Fast learner with good work ethics.

Numerous placings unaffiliated showjumping at 60 and 70cm. Qualified BS JFS Winter Finals 60 and 70cm. Jumps 1m at home with ease. Been xc schooling and proving very brave. He’s brilliant at home and will jump anything. At a venue he knows and is comfortable he will jump round and most likely place as he covers the ground well. Somewhere new he can nap / freeze and will find a filler that is out to get him. Not a dirty stopper he just dries up 3-4 strides before the jump. For that reason he is not a BS starter pony / U10s pony. He has the canter and the scope to be a top track pony and that is what we believed he could be when we bought him.

All the potential to be a top showing pony. Moves nicely. Good breeding. Flashy type.

If you’re in it for the long run and want your child to actually learn how to ride he’s your pony. If you want to go out and win red rosettes on autopilot he’s not for you. My daughter adores him and has learnt an enormous amount on him.

He’s good to hack alone and in company. Good in open spaces. Good to catch, clip, load, travel, farrier, dentist. A lovely personality with lots of character.

Just recently been to his first unaffiliated dressage competition and placed 4th in big class of prelim with only one days practice for it.

Has a lovely loose jump and definitely a pony for the future.

Lovely to have around and brilliant to do in all ways on the ground- comes to you in the field to be caught, groom, clip, teeth, vet, farrier. Will stay in on his own and turns out on his own or with company. He travels beautifully in lorry or trailer. Will happily stay on the trailer at shows or tie up outside and munch hay.
