I am sadly having to say good bye to what I can only call my first heart horse. Unfortunately I have out grown him and am looking for a loving family for him to go to. I have owned this gorgeous boy for six years- we got him when I was seven and I’m now thirteen. This superstar is a real confidence giver and has taken me so far. He is a loving pony through and through with his willing attitude and affection towards anyone who steps foot in his stable. Teddy also has great manners and an awesome personality, it is safe to say he knows his job!

In the time I have had with him he has taken me from going over poles on the ground in a slow walk to now comfortably jumping 80cm courses. He is most definitely most comfortable at the 80cm mark but can be pushed to a meter quite happily which I have tended to do at home rather than out competing.
He is a safe ride out on the XC course with a cruising canter which is usually right on the optimum time.
In dressage he demonstrates amazing paces with a soft head carriage, he can put in a lovely dressage test and usually comes home with rosettes.

He has done a lot during our time with him ranging from beach rides, cross country, eventing, hacking, showing, fancy dress and pony club mounted games. You can never say a pony is totally bombproof but this one has never batted an eyelid with anything that has crossed his path including people in inflatable cow suits!

He is easy for the farrier, dentist, vets and to clip, with no vices or problems. I can load him myself on the trailer and he never turns a hair at staying away at shows or events.

Along our journey we have found out, whilst you would never know to look at him, that Teddy has EMS - equine metabolic syndrome. However it has been easy to manage by simply limiting his amounts of grass with strip grazing and soaked hay. We test twice a year for insulin levels out of personal preference and we have maintained his insulin within acceptable ranges. Full history of his bloods can be given at time of viewing. He has never suffered any complications whatsoever including laminitis.

We will miss this gorgeous boy so much and want him to go to the right home that will love him as much as we have, so he can do what he does best and teach another little person to ride while having fun. He is versatile enough to be a great lead rein pony, first ridden or a second pony.

The price will include one cool pony, one set of tack, rugs, a saddle pad and a head collar.

This special boy has started both my children off on their riding journeys. My youngest is now moving onto our BS starter pony, so he needs to find a new family to join. This pony is a special first pony with an exceptional CV in this particular role. We would like him to continue to thrive and enjoy the special role of starting little children off.

Maisey was only backed at 11yrs old and so has very low miles and still looks incredible. She has plenty more years in her teaching lucky children.

We have owned Maisey for 3 years now. We bought her for our 4yr old son who has done everything on her since -PC camp x3, rallies, Showing, mounted games, SJ Beach holidays and endless hacking.

Maisey is a perfect lead rein pony. She trots or canters when you run and stops when you stop. She doesn’t nibble or annoy the handler and will stand all day. Never bitten, kicked or pulled a face. She will be pampered all day long. She will also take a child off the lead, jumping a small 30cm course of showjumps happily.

Maisey will happily be led off another horse and I have cantered down a huge beach leading my 5yr old on her. She is totally trustworthy. Not one to get fizzy when others canter off away from her. She can have weeks off and will be exactly the same when you get back on.

Maisey is the lowest maintenance pony. She is bare foot, will live in or out, and lives on fresh air. She has no veterinary history and never had lami.

Homes will be vetted and we would love another experienced pony club home for this gem of a pony. We are still in contact with her 3 previous owners which is credit to her nature .

We've owned Betty Boo for 3 summers now and she has given our daughter everything we could've wished for. Our daughter was just coming up to 8 when we bought her.

I would describe Betty as a first or second pony

Betty loves jumping, she's always in ribbons (1st or 2nd) and is excellent against the clock competing comfortably at 60/70cm, 80/90cm at home. She is fun and always keeps our daughter safe.

She's excellent in traffic, hacks alone or in company. Super safe, used to farm machinery, dogs etc.

Equally she's brilliant eventing, regularly riding at Escrick Park, York. Our daughter can happily ride off safely on her own without any worry.

Betty has been a superstar this year joining pony club, competing in games, show jumping and recently been away for 6 days on pony club camp with our daughter. A firm favourite with pony club.

Schools lovely (can do a fabulous flying change)

Betty is well behaved, never nappy, never bites, rears or kicks. She is easy for our daughter to look after, yet can step up when it comes to competing to win.

She is never poorly, never had laminitis, she's up to date with physio, dentist, vaccinations and is cheap to keep with bare feet.

Anyone who watches Betty compete or meets her falls in love with her, she has been the best pony we could have ever wished for and has much to give, but very sadly our daughter has outgrown her.

She will only go to the best of homes, and we'd like to keep in touch as she's very special to us.

Betty is super easy to look after, very pretty, loving and loves a fuss.

12.2 black mare, 13 years

Absolutely heartbreaking sale of this special little pony who has given my daughter so much when her confidence was at rock bottom. We have only had Star a year and she is only for sale as she's done such a good job that my daughter has now fully regained her confidence and taken a huge leap forward in ability.

Prior to coming to us, Star was a lead-rein/first off-lead pony for a tiny tot. My daughter was more established although extremely nervous due to a frightening experience on her previous pony; and Star stepped up perfectly answering every question asked of her. She's unflappable - my daughter has ridden her at night in the middle of a storm, with fireworks going off all around them! She is also ridden regularly in open fields, bareback in a head collar.

In the past year, this pony has turned her hoof to pretty much everything including:

*All aspects of Pony Club (rallies, competitions, stay away Pony Club camp)
*Showjumping up to 60cm, with many wins and placings under her belt (she has some speedy little jump-off turns in her when asked!)
*Cross Country
*Sponsored and beach rides, both of which she behaved impeccably and was never spicy or sharp
*Pole work clinics
*Obstacle course clinic in which she was totally unphased, taking it all in her stride

Star is 100% on the road (we have to cross a bridge over the M25 to get to Lullingstone Park and she doesn't care a jot). She's not fussed about large vehicles or farm machinery. She loves hacking and is perfectly behaved on her own or with other horses. She will go first or last and doesn't get affected by any nonsense going on around her. She will give your child the steadiest of canters if that's what they ask of her, or she will step up a gear if asked. We've never tried to lead her from another horse but I imagine she'd be totally fine with it! She is also very used to dogs running around her legs.

She was previously proven great on the lead-rein and she's stepped up so willingly for my daughter. She has lots of showjumping wins and placings at bottom hole, 30, 40, 50 and 60 (she qualified for Sunshine Tour 50 and 60 this year) but I feel like 50 is the top end of her comfort zone. For this reason, I think her perfect next best friend will be a less established child who won't put too much pressure on Star to jump the bigger jumps. I wouldn't say she's a true first ridden pony as she's not "point and shoot" - her rider needs to actually ride her, but she will actually teach your child to ride!

Star is fabulous to do in every way - farrier, clip, dentist, vet, bath - she's handled by my 9 year old in every aspect of day to day care. Star will come to call in the field. She will happily skip on to a trailer (loaded by my daughter every time) and will travel perfectly alone or in company. We have never tried her on a 3.5t but I believe that's how she always travelled in her previous home. She will happily stand on the trailer at a show and would be exactly where you left her, happily tied up with a hay net, if you left her to go to buy cheesy chips!

She is so easy going - she'll totally fit in with your routine. She is currently out at night and in during the day (she does like her morning snooze!) but wouldn't be fussed at all by a change. We would like her to go to a home with good, year-round grazing as she does enjoy being out. Star won't show you a different side if she hasn't been ridden in a week (or even two).

Tack (including lovely saddle purchased new last year) and full, quality wardrobe (including some brand new, never used) can go with her under separate negotiation.

She will only be sold to the very best of homes who will be happy to keep in touch. Home is more important than price. She is so, so special to us and we are struggling to come to terms with saying goodbye to her. Unfortunately it's just not an option for me to keep two and we have found our next pony unexpectedly quickly.

WhatsApp messages only initially please.

An absolutely gutting sale of my beloved dream boy roo, I have owned roo since he was a yearling - he was professionally backed as a 3 year old then schooled on by myself, he shows huge potential for showing , dressage and showjumping!

Has a bold jump and knows his job once he’s in regular work, I’m not a brave jumper so I don’t do much of this! He schools lovely, he is not a push button pony you have to work to get him going but once you know how to ride him you’ll get the absolute best out of him !

He hacks alone or in company, is currently barefoot and up to date with all jabs and everything else !

He’d make a cracking pony club pony, he wants for nothing and is happy doing anything whether that is pottering round the arena or in full work mode !

13hh and just as wide 5year old Fell mare Lunesdale Bramble .

Very good stamp of a fell with excellent breeding would definitely go far in the show ring .

Broken in as a late 3 year old and has been gently ridden since. Has been given months off before and just jumped straight back on , a really easy type . Very kind on the ground and would happily be dragged around all day by children .

Mainly only been ridden alone on hacks since I dont often have anyone to go with and is very sensible. Goes over water and ditches no questions asked . Started schooling where she needs more time put into her and showjumping which she has really enjoyed! So would make an excellent working hunter with the time put into her .

Been to the beach and behaved impeccably . She is barefoot with very good tough feet , always behaved for her trim.

Based north Devon and feel free to pop me message with any questions if interested.

Would consider part ex with money my way

Tack available on separate negotiations .

11.2hh Registered Welsh Section A mare, 16 years

Heartbreaking sale of our much-loved pony Bunny. We have owned Bunny for 4 years and in that time, she has done everything.

As my daughters first pony she has done lots of pony club, hacking, fun rides, local shows and some showing classes, beach rides, mini show jumping and numerous PC camps. She has also taught my younger son to ride, who has sadly no interest in riding so we feel she would be better off finding a new little person to love her, as she is now fully outgrown by my daughter.

Bunny is super safe on the road and in open spaces, we think she would make an excellent hunting pony and loves to pop small fences.

She is great on the lead rein and goes forward off the lead rein. She can also step up as your child grows. She has won lots of 30/40 cm jumping classes and Pony club pony classes. On the flat she moves like a dream so would be fab in the show ring. Showing is not our thing, so we haven't done too much as my daughter found it boring!

Great to do, she is easy to bath, load, farrier, clip, travel and handled by the children to do everything.

Only for sale to the very best of homes, who will keep in touch.

She comes with a full wardrobe including tack. Lovely Kent and Masters pony GP saddle with changeable gullet bought new for her and a multitude of rugs and accessories.

Hugo is a lovely pony, we have owned him since a yearling. He was backed last year and turned away, has come back fantastic this spring. Lovely soft mouth and schooling well in all three paces, he loves to please and is a real head turner.

Has been shown locally in hand, and won every time out in good company. Will be a definite contender for toys and fabulous all rounder.

He is a great second pony, and not your typical kick along cob he is forward going and flashy.

He went to his first country ride this week and loved it, remaining safe and sensible even when galloping in a large group.

133cm beautiful 5yr old mare please don’t be put off by her age she certainly has an old head on young shoulders, this pony does it all.

We bought Mabel as a potential HOYS junior coloured pony but my daughter has outgrown her before they’ve had chance to do any qualifiers.

Mabel has the kindest temperament and is super chilled. She’s amazing to hack with traffic and in open spaces, she hacks alone in groups first or last, she absolutely loves hacking. Shes not spooky or silly and takes everything in her stride, nothing bothers her she’s even ok with riding over railway bridges while trains go underneath her!

She travels beautifully in a lorry or trailer and is calm and well behaved when out and about. She’s been to group lessons, working hunter shows, xc schooling, dressage, flat shows and is off to stay away dressage camp.

Mabel has beautiful paces and is progressing well with her schooling. She’s more woah than go and will happily trot round cross country or show jumping but will step up to canter when asked.
Mabel has given my daughter so much confidence and fun we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect pony!
She’s such an easy pony to have around you can pick her up and put her down, she’s the same if ridden every day or left for a week or two. She’s perfect for a nervous or novice child wanting to hack out and have freedom cantering across fields or a more established child to school on.
Available after dressage camp ending 14th August.

Home is most important as Mabel is very special to us and we’d love to stay in touch.

Mini is a stunning mare that loves attention in & out of the stable. She has a very sweet nature, handled on the ground by my 9yr old daughter & my young niece.
Superb confirmation & movement.

Would make a lovely in hand/ lead rein pony for someone wanting to compete her.

Mini has mostly been a Lead rein pony enjoying hacking out she will happily go over ditches, over open fields etc.

Shes done some work of the lead rein but only walk & trot. Very brave when out hacking & will happily walk out in front.

Hacks out alongside a guided busway, use to pushbikes, quads & farm machinery.

Showing great potential when loosed over a fence, very good technique for someone looking for a Whp project.

Due to lack of time Mini has not reached her true potential.Looking for a loving home to give her the time & attention she needs.

  • Stunning British riding pony

Princess is an absolutely stunning British Riding Pony looking to go far with her next rider. A talented, forward-thinking mare with a huge heart and a passion for jumping, she’s looking for a small, confident, and competent rider who wants to progress and have fun—especially over fences!

She has been a dream partner, helping her current small person grow from a novice to a confident and capable rider. Princess jumps 90cm with ease, has cleared 1.05m, and also shines in flatwork, polework and dressage. She’s a true second pony—absolutely not a kick-along, and not suitable for novices, but ideal for a rider ready to build a strong partnership.

 Key Features:
• Excels at showjumping, hacking, and flatwork
• Incredibly safe on roads, unphased by heavy farm machinery
• Excellent in warm-up arenas – focused and professional
• Loves liberty work – smart, responsive, and willing
• Great with animals, including dogs
• Loves to be pampered and fussed over
• Brilliant to clip, catch, shoe, and handle
• Well-mannered in the stable and around the yard
• Fully vaccinated, teeth up to date, and fully shod
• Prefers to be stabled at night, especially winter – not a hardy type

Princess has been to lots of PC activities including camp where she behaved impeccably.
She has competed in several unaffiliated SJ competitions where she regularly comes first. She is very quick against the clock!
Princess has sadly been outgrown and will be very much missed.

Princess is a very special pony looking for the right small, gentle and sensitive rider to continue her journey. She has so much more to give and will make someone incredibly proud. She will be sadly missed.

Beautiful 2015 palomino gelding standing at 13hh (full up chunky type who massively takes up the leg) this gorgeous boy will stand for hours to be groomed and loved, he enjoys human coming and has a kind, sweet nature.

Teddy isn't going to win races, he's a steady, safe riding school type rather than a competition pony. He is a leg on ride, confidence giver, laid back lad and has the most lovely rocking horse canter which will teach the most wobbly of people to ride!

Teddy has previously worked in a riding school, he's great with nervous or novice riders, he will also work well on the lead rein, and is equally as good when off it, he will jump small fences in trot and canter and will look after his rider.

Teddy is absolutely wonderful to hack out when alone or in company, he would never hot up or get silly, he's a real easy going lad and will go out in the biggest, heaviest and scariest traffic you can find, a happy hackers dream pony.

This beautiful boy deserves the best of homes, open to any vet or trainer
