A 14.1 Irish sports Connemara Pony

Sire- Capparoe Lad
Dam- Holiday Silver Bell

Dusty has the most fantastic movements: the dressage judges love him and he often gets scores in the teens and lower 20s.

In 2023, he won the 80cm Cotswold Cup championships three day event and came 5th the following year in the 90cm class. He won at BE 90 cm at Dauntsey Park and Little Gatcombe; and 5th at Chillington Hall regional championships in 2024

He has qualified again for the BE regional championships this Autumn; and qualified for the grassroots at Badminton 2025.

He’s only ever been lightly evented; as it’s had to fit in around my family life and work.

This pony has still got a huge future before him be it eventing, pure dressage or showing.

He never been lame. He is good with the blacksmith, having studs put in, hacking, loading and around the yard, etc etc.

He’s only for sale as I want another project to bring on, I’m looking for a 5 start home for this talented pony.

Meet Sonny, 13.2hh brilliant 1st competition pony, he is bold and brilliant with the heart of a lion and years of experience under his belt.
18 yrs young Sonny is forward, responsive, and absolutely loves his job, equally he will step down and teach a more novice child without getting hot or strong, he us not a novice pony though and needs a child with some experience.
He loves to hack alone or in company.
Sonny has consistently been placed in unaffiliated showjumping up to 80cm he is Bold and brave across country perfect for ODEs and hunter trials.
Established flatwork with 3 balanced paces
- Great to shoe, clip, load, catch
- Sound, fit, and in full work
- No vices, a real lovable character
We bought Sonny 2 yrs ago when my daughter was just 7yrs old, he has helped my daughter jump up to 80cm confidently competing, he is a true schoolmaster for a capable, confident rider looking to learn and win.

This is a heartbreaking sale due to being outgrown. Sonny means the world to us and will only go to a 5-star, knowledgeable home where he will continue to shine. We have hundreds of photos and videos that we can share

  • Proven broodmare and beautiful markings
  • Very willing and sweet natured mare
Rosa is a 6 year old registered Sec B mare. She was backed slowly and correctly by ourselves as a 4 year old and then bred a foal in 2024. She has been brought back into work recently and is taking it all in her stride.

Ridden by an 8 year old. She is a forward ride, not a kick along. She is not spooky but is green due to her low mileage, however is very willing. She is brilliant in traffic passing tractors, cattle in trailers etc. Has done forest and beach rides. Happy riding in a group or solo and not silly being held back in a group. Has done PC rallies and popped a fence with confidence.

Rosa needs a confident and experienced home due to her low mileage under saddle and to further her ridden education. She would make a lovely show hunter in time. She is a lovely natured mare, never nasty and no vices. Never had lami and clean climbed. My 5yrs and 8yrs children can lead her in and out of the field and around the farm.

She is well bred and is sure to be a lovely ridden pony for someone who has the experience and time to give her. She is only for sale due to us reducing our numbers.

Wanted 13hh pony for my competent daughter for lease, loan here in Cornwall.

My daughter is now doing juniors, small breeds etc and we are looking for an established pony to help her achieve this.

She’s been in first ridden for 3 years and has done amazingly but she’s now at the age where her riding ability is more junior riding.

Ideally an m&m Welsh B or small C but open to options to bond until next spring 2026 show season.

kadans smokey alice is a full up 13.2 appaloosa mare, extremely well mannered on the ground and when riding she’s easy to handle and is barefoot. Alice is amazing in traffic and is snaffle mouthed for everything, she has jumped up to 90 bsja but has scope to go to the top in her chosen field.

She has an extremely positive attitude towards anything you try to do and is a very quick learner she does well alone or in company, she was left to mature until she was 7 and was broken early last year before we got her, she has a nice balanced canter and she can see herself into a fence, not spooky and has never stopped.

She is the ideal 2nd pony not aiming her in the beginger market because she is too good of a pony and we are looking for someone who can ride her well, this is a sad sale and she is only for sale because i jump bs and i’m too old to jump 138s competitively more videos and photos upon request.

Danny is a handsome, kind, genuine pony. He will be a perfect second pony for a confident child ready to go out and about and have some fun.

He's honest and brave to a fence, has popped everything we've come across out hunting with the vwh and staff college drag hounds. He has never said no. He's safe, not spooky and is well mannered in the stable. He doesn't buck, rear or bolt but might steal a carrot if you're not looking!

He has been show jumping, arena eventing, hunting, and fun rides proving willing, safe and sane in all situations.

Due to a lack of time he has spent the past winter on loan to a riding school being ridden by a variety of children. He has good breaks and no need for flapping and kicking to break into trot or canter.

Clean legs, no vices or injuries. Sound and healthy. He is better with individual turn out but has spent a summer living out with my mixed herd. Loads and travels no problems in a trailer and lorry. He is barefoot and teeth recently done.

Danny is based in lambourn, just off the M4.

The right home is extremely important as he is a much loved pony who is currently being wasted.

Viewings can be arranged any afternoon and I'm sure he will fly through any 5* vetting

Ozzy is a mother’s dream with manners and experience that rarely become available to a new home.

Ozzy had been there done it and achieved all the T-shirts. Ozzy is showing no signs of slowing down, currently fit, healthy and out competing medication free. Plenty of years left in this pony to show a child the ropes.

Ozzy is correct enough to continue a career as a WHP at top level.

Ozzy continues to love his hunting and completely produced and ridden by children.

Ozzy will give a good dressage test and a is a super consistent ODE pony and perfectly capable to go BE and run the under 18s teams.

Ozzy loves his jumping BS, NSEA and PC teams.

Ozzy is an absolute dream to have on the yard and at shows. Never strong silly or rude. Very child friendly.

Good in all traffic.

No vices but Ozzy doesn’t suffer fools in the competition ring - he’s in it to win it and if your not he will be offended. (Old hand)

On the other hand Ozzy is a dream and will take a child up the levels.

Absolutely no loans or payment plans.

Heart Breaking sale of just the loveliest pony.

12yo, approx 13hh, chunky skewbald mare (unknown breeding).

Flyer has been Tully’s absolute rock as she has progressed from 50cm on to her current BS ponies. She is the most fabulous all-rounder and needs to introduction within our Pony Club as everyone will have seen her out and about at show, rally’s, fun rides etc.

General riding; Flyer is absolutely brilliant to hack out, alone or in company, front middle or back, & past any traffic. She isn’t spooky and will go anywhere. We live on the Moors, and she will cross water, open ground, pick her way sensibly up and down steep slopes, open and close gates, stand still to be remounted, and can have a good gallop on minute and return to a sensible walk the next. She’s forward going and keeps up with my horse without Tully having to kick all the time, she’s happy to go on lead rein for my youngest to ride, or to exercise lead without a rider, she’s even been led off the quad. She great. She also loves Hunting or Fun Rides, and while being very pleased about being there, is always still mannerly and safe.

Jumping; Flyer has done tons of Show Jumping with us. She is out at least twice per month and has been to all the big & small venues (day shows and stay-aways) around our area including Chard, Bicton, Ponitspool, The Grange, Ponderosa). She always behaves immaculately and is totally straight forward. Sometimes even my 5yo rides her in the warm up! She has taken Tully from doing 50cm on her old 23yo pony, to nervously doing her first 60. She has been doing the BS under 11 (70cm) and Stepping Stones 128 (75cm) all winter, and has taken Tully right up to attempting her first Blue Chip Qualifier at 80! Flyer is nicely forward going to a fence, she stays in a rhythm and will give a nice feel of taking the child to the fence, without being strong. She isn’t one for stopping or running out and will try her best to help. She doesn’t need setting up to a fence and is happy to just chip in or go long if she’s wrong, without taking offence if her jockey balances on her mouth by accident.

Cross Country; we haven’t done quite so much of, but we have done PC rally’s and competed in 60’s and 70’s and she is very willing to give it a go. She loves going through the water and will literally dive in if asked which Tully absolutely loved doing to make the biggest splash possible.

Showing; Flyer we have always thought would be a top Working Hunter Pony, she has the most fabulous conformation, with a huge cresty neck making her look fabulous without even trying. We have done a few showing classes with her through the summer and she always does well. She won the Working Hunter Pony at Exford last year and got a prestigious trophy which is currently on my shelf! Showing is not something we are in too as a family, but Flyer certainly could do well with the right owner, I’m sure.

Schooling / Dressage; Flyer is easy and obedient to school, quick to obey a command and willing to keep working without asking to stop or hang to the gate. She’s got a super canter, carries herself in a natural outline and is a grafter. Always wanting to please.

As an all-round pony, I would have a job to find a fault with Flyer. As a Mother I absolutely adore her, she is so easy in every way.

She has never had laminitis, but she does have a very cresty neck so I am careful to not expose her to anything that could bring it on. She has no ailments, allergies or other conditions. She has a bit of a bump/splint on a hindleg which doesn’t affect her, otherwise she is physically perfect with straight movement. She great to clip, shoe, load (lorry or trailer), and while she occasionally thinks it hilarious to run around the field when you appear with a head collar, she will always come for a bucket.

She has no vices, has never ever bucked or reared in any situation. She lives in or out, with mixed herds of mares/geldings/ponies/youngstock/donkeys/chickens. She is quite timid within the herd and not opinionated. Her submissive demeanour leads her to prefer quiet & kind people, and wouldn’t respond well to brash or rough handling, and I don’t think she would ever deserve it. If Tully ever carries a whip on her, which is rare) she gives it the side eye as if to ask what she could possibly have done to deserve this, ha-ha, her expressions are very readable!

She a total poppet. The only reason I am looking for a new home for Flyer is because Tully is now really focused on BS jumping and Flyer while being the best PC pony in the world, is not scopey enough to jump the big 80cm tracks and while she try’s her heart out, Flyer is a true all rounder not a pure Show Jumper. Tully is heartbroken even talking about selling her, and is totally opposed to it, but we have bought her a new pony to jump 80+ and finances dictate that we cannot just keep everybody.

We are open to vetting & viewings, she can be tried at home here where we have a school / jumps/ some rustic xc fences and fabulous hacking over the Moors, or we could potentially meet at a venue.

We are on Exmoor so it is always a bit of a trek to get to us, but it’s beautiful here and worth the trip!

I have literally hundreds of photo’s and videos of Flyer in just about every situation. I will be a little particular about where Flyer goes, and we would really love to keep in touch with her new owners. In an ideal world, I would love to have the chance to buy her back again in a few years time when my 5yo daughter is moving up!

Mother’s Dream Pony – The Perfect First showing pony

With the heaviest of hearts, we’re offering our beloved Welsh Section A mare, Summer, for sale. At 8 years old, Summer has proven herself to be the most wonderful first pony, giving my daughter the perfect start in her riding and showing journey.

In the show ring, Summer has been nothing short of exceptional, teaching my daughter the ropes with grace and style. She knows her job inside out – my daughter just sits and enjoys the ride while Summer takes care of the rest. She has competed and triumphed at local and county shows, with championship wins and endless smiles along the way.

Professionally produced and given the very best start, Summer has a bright future ahead. She hacks out happily alone or in company, is unfazed by traffic, and is a delight for the farrier, vet, clipping, and loading.

The only reason for this heartbreaking sale is that my daughter wants to now do BS jumping. Summer has given her an incredible foundation, and we’re so proud of all she’s helped my daughter achieve.

Summer is a beautiful example of a Welsh Section A, true to type with bone & substance. Very responsive in the school with three balanced paces and wants to please.

Summer will only be sold to a 5-star, knowledgeable home. She’s not available for loan, and we’re in no rush – we’ll wait for the right family to come along.

Please no novices, She is a competition pony, therefore, must go somewhere where they will continue her showing career with a competent little jockey.

Price reflects the quality, success and irreplaceable nature of this little pony.

Has seasonal sweet itch, which we manage carefully and his price already reduced to reflect this
Been with us for past 4 years and his full history known

An incredibly sad sale but we dont have the time nor unrelated mares to do him justice. This beautiful stallion has it all and more - he would excel both inhand and/or under saddle or equally as a stud stallion.

Experienced, knowledgable home wanted to take him to the top in his chosen field

No time wasters or dreamers please
