Giddy is a pony who loves to work, he is never happier than when he is busy and active, and sadly a change in family circumstances means I no longer have the time to give him the work and the outings he requires. I have owned Giddy since a 2yo, and this is an extremely sad sale

He has turned his hoof to many disciplines including show jumping, WHP, XC, beach and fun rides and dressage, riding club, pole clinics etc. I feel he has untapped potential in WHP classes as he is bold and brave over a fence. He has only jumped at unaff/training stakes level with us as we are not jumping people, so is still eligible for novice WHP classes.

He is fabulous to hack both alone and in company, not fazed by anything, and is frequently used as a nanny to the younger ponies. Forward going in the school

He has been lightly shown over the years but has notched up some good wins at Fell pony breed shows, including being ridden champion and reserve supreme as a novice at the Dorset Fell show, Ridden reserve champion and reserve supreme at the Dunster Fell Show, and the following year (2023) ridden champion and overall supreme. He has also had some good wins at NPS area and agricultural shows in open and junior classes

He has only had a couple of outings the last two years through no fault of his own. He has a zest for life, loves to work and with that can come some over exuberence if he is not worked for a while, so therefore he needs a competent and confident rider to bring out the best in him, which I think is yet to come.

He will not be suitable for novices, beginners or small children. A home with previous experience of owning and riding native ponies would be
preferable. The right home is of utmost importance, and he is priced extremely reasonably so that home can be found

Professional broken last winter and came out under saddle 2025. She has travelled well in 3.5 tonne, 7.5 tonne and trailer and happily lives in or out alone or with company.

We started at local shows where she was never out of the top two every show we attended including championships and mini supreme. As the season progressed she won at BSPS Area 9B qualifying for pretty Polly lead rein at the Royal International and has done some HOYS qualifiers getting placings in huge classes.

She has beautiful correct movement and from the moment we clipped on the lead she was like she had done this her whole life. She is such a quick learner and takes everything in her stride. It would not take much for an older child to have her going off the lead rein. She competed in a lead rein working sports pony class having only seen poles for the first time a few days before.

Has attended a pony club rally and was part of pony club lead rein dressage team going beautifully and getting lovely comments.

Elsa has competed at buzzy shows with no earplugs or calmers and very little working in. I can put a 5 year old straight on. She would be perfect to teach a tiny tot now taking them to pony club, shows and she pops a course without jumping big and jumping little ones out of the saddle.

Tango is a lovely little pony, that wants to please. She works beautifully on the flat, and loves to jump. She takes the leg up well, i’m 5’5 and don’t feel hugely big on her & the little jockey pictured is very comfy on her at 5ft!

Great in open spaces, cantered across fields with no problems at all. Shes not seen traffic with us so i can’t comment on her suitability for that but i can’t imagine it would phase her!

Tango joined us for the summer to see more about the competitive world. She attended a showing show where she was impeccably behaved for x2 1sts in junior rider & working hunter and then took overall champion in the ring! She was suggested to take this further by the judge but that’s not where we have any knowledge. She’s also been to two BSJA shows, where she produced 2 perfect clear rounds in the Stepping stones (but rider missed the last two fences!! ) and a 2nd place in the Pony intro!

She has been XC with us and absolutely LOVED IT, as brave as brave. Loves the water, jumps in off steps, ditches & steps no problem at all and no fence testing enough for her. She is forward going so therefore not for a novice or a wimpy child. However saying this, she will happily walk & trot with a little tot on her on and off the leadrein and is good as gold but i don’t believe that’s where her heart lies forever.

Loads and travels well onto both lorry & trailer. Good for farrier (barefoot) and up to date with all vaccines. Not been clipped with us as had her summer coat when she came. Good for manual dentist, electric she needs sedating. She is needle shy, so needs a confident adult for this. Beside from this she is handled by a small 11 year old to bring in, tack up, turn out & groom etc.

12.2hh piebald gelding, absolute darling of a mini cob, 14 years old and one of the kindest, wisest, most laid back ponies you'll find.

Absolutely loves his little people, thrives on cuddles, being groomed, and fussed over. Equally, he's very independent and doesn't need riding every day and isn't high management! He has worked in riding school for the last few years, taking the most nervous, novice and unbalanced children. Calm and kind to those with special needs too. Lots of mane and tail that he enjoys having brushed and turning into a unicorn! He would be a wonderful asset to an RDA or therapy type set up. Everyone who meets him is just drawn to cuddling him!

He adores his hacking and doesn't get strong or silly. If he's out with others he'd rather follow at his own pace he's doesn't get competitive and overtake. He will go first or in front, and regularly has to lead the spooky ponies past things like flappy plastic and tractors, as he just isn't fussed. He will also hack on his own but you'll need to use your legs! He's not nappy, just on the steady side!

Will step or pop over little jumps, and also rides quietly in the school/arena, but he's a best friend not a whizzy competition pony!

He awesome on the beach, doesn't mind the waves, the seaweed, jet skis, kites, or anything else! He will bravely lead other horses into the sea much bigger than him and happily trot off ahead through knee deep water if he's asked to.

If you want a safe steady friend for beach rides, fun rides hacking and enjoying life, he would love to meet you. He will give a little person the control enjoy riding and is the perfect step between lead rein and a 'proper pony'.

Good in all the traffic he's seen including tractors, combines, milk tankers, rattley cattle trailers, off road bikes, you name it. Can be loaded by small children and is a dream to travel and deal with away from home.

This pony has been an absolute superstar for us! He has taken my son from jumping 55cm SJ to jumping 85cm/90cm - always in the ribbons. He has a careful scopey jump and helps his rider out if needed. Not bothered by fillers or water etc

He has competed in 70cm ODE's in large classes and placed in the top 10 everytime. He has done NSEA, PC rallies, XC, SJ, Dressage, Arena eventing, and ODE. He has taught my son so much in the 2 years we have owned him and made him a much better rider! A very sad sale and only selling as my son has hopelessly outgrown him and moved onto horses.

He is a competition pony/2nd pony and therefore would not be suitable for a novice rider. He would make a great BE/BS starter pony.

The perfect project pony, with all ground work put into her (lunging, long-lining ect.) , been sat on many times and walked with rider. Never put a foot wrong been very easy and straight forward, she is more than ready to start her ridden career! With so much potential!

She adores children and will stand to be pampered all day. Kids have sat on her in the field with no tack and she is completely unbothered. Pixie would make the ideal show pony with incredible breeding and lovely temperament or just the dream barbie pony for someone to teach and have some fun with. I have never met a pony as loving!

Sadly, she doesn’t have a job with me as I am too big to be on her and have no little riders for her, otherwise she’d be staying with me. I’m sadly offering Lucy for sale (would consider loan to right home) as I think she needs a little more education under saddle which I don’t have a jockey for.

She’s a gorgeous and kind little pony, who has been utterly delightful with my tiny children bobbing around on her. With older riders she does need someone more competent as she has been seen by me to buck when an older, novice child lost her balance. I don’t feel this was anything out of reason, but feel she would thrive in a home with a more competent little jockey and have priced her to reflect this. She came from a home where she was in ridden work with a competent, established jockey.

She is very smart and willing. I’ve schooled her on the lunge line over small fences and ditches, etc. where she has proven brave but sensible. I’m doing some in-hand showing with her, and she did this in her previous home so has a well-rounded education.

She’s a sweetheart on the ground, and loves my girls grooming her. She’s up to date with farrier, jabs, worming, physio, saddler.

She’s a typical good-doer who does need restricted grazing in the summer.
