Jess has a lot to give and would thrive in a one on one home where she can build trust with her owner, not a beginners ride as she is a safe but she is a forwards jumping pony type.

She is confidently popping round 80cm showjumping and cross country. Is willing to jump anything put in front of her from fillers to ditches and water. Plenty of scope to go higher with the right rider.

Balanced, responsive, and trainable on the flat - established transitions and schooling nicely in all paces.

Her temperament is outstanding she is sensible and straight forward, she is forward going but not fizzy- a fun ride with brakes. Is safe out hacking alone or in company has seen all types of traffic.

This pony has the heart, ability, and attitude to excel in Pony Club, Riding Club, hunting, grassroots eventing or showjumping . An ideal second pony for a competent and ambitious young rider looking to progress.

Mae is an 11 year-old chestnut 13.2hh Welsh Section C registered mare.

Mae is a perfect all-rounder that aims to please. She loves both jumping and her flatwork. She rarely puts a foot wrong and only wants to achieve the best for her rider. She moves beautifully when asked to and has an amazing scope in her that is still being tested.

I bought her to do games and has proved to be quick to learn new things. she has quick turns and is fast on a flat. She stands like a rock on changeovers, and is not phased by any equipment. She has always ran for the vault yet can also stand for the stirrup.

She has done dressage and a of Pony Club rallies including senior camp. She loves hacking and will go in company or solo. Good in traffic.

She does not buck, rear or bolt. No vices.

She is good for the farrier, and can be clipped but is sensitive to louder sounds. However we own quiet ones and she stands there with no fuss.

She will make an amazing second pony for a confident rider who is looking to move up in competitions.

She does require a more experienced rider as she does sometimes like to try her welsh attitude, but has no bad bone in her body. She is a happy pony and is never sick or sorry.

Heartbreaking sale of my daughter’s best friend-Swinford Harriman.A real life perfect unicorn.

Please read carefully and only contact me if you can fit the criteria as we are wanting the perfect match!

Introducing Harri, the best lead rein/first ridden pony and child's best friend currently on the market. Full history known.

BEEN THERE DONE THAT, GOT THE T-SHIRT

Do you know of a little person searching for the ultimate pony club pony to start their journey on?
Are you looking for a pony that is trustworthy in any situation?
Do you want peace of mind and a pony that is 100% safe and calm confidence giver?
We bought Harri in 2020 unseen as he was too far away - this was the most lucky and fantastic opportunity, there was a queue of people but I knew straight away he was the real life unicorn I had been searching for!
Taking part in lead rein activities to begin with
Teaching them their up downs at the very beginning
To more recently jumping up to 60cm out and about and everything in between ! 70cm at home!

Harri looks after your child and loves little people. This is where he REALLY EXCELS.

The pony that is used at camp for other little people to hop on and gain their confidence. He’s not speedy and the sort that will slow down if he feels his rider is wobbly. He loves children and thats the job that makes him happy. Slow and steady wins the race! Harri will follow the leader round happily a course of jumps or dressage test like a dog. As a first pony he teaches the rider to become confident and accomplished ready to move onto their second pony.

Harriman has taken us on a wonderful fun packed journey over the last 5 years.

All of our special memories and all of our special firsts involve Harri. Our first hack, first lesson, first trot, first canter, first pony club rally, first pony club camp, first show, first rosette all of these would not have been possible without this pony.

Harri is more woah than go and definitely a kick along which has been perfect for us as our daughter has learnt to transition into canter, get to grips with being out in open spaces, XC and hacking out on the roads with traffic. She can canter bareback across the field without me worrying !
He has the patience of a saint. Amazing manners especially with little ones. He's happy to be groomed, fussed and pampered all day long.I know, I can let my children safely handle him to groom, bath, tack up, rug up, muck out and load. There is nothing I wouldn't trust this fabulous pony with.

We’ve done pc camps, rallies, pc show jumping, cross country, showing, mini one day events, hunting, fun rides, local shows, gymkhanas, village fete pony rides the list is endless!

Harri can be left for weeks without been ridden, he has never altered in any situation out and about there’s nothing that this pony turn his hoof to! Harri is in at night over the winter and out by day over the spring/summer on restricted grazing. He’s been fully shod due to the terrain where we live and work load and currently just fronts , but can go bare foot depending on work load and terrain. We live on a busy working farm so he’s used to big machinery cattle , sheep and noise .

Up to date with all vaccinations. No vices or health issues. Perfect for the vet , farrier, dentist and to clip.

From the stable to out and about, Harri is a joy.His temperament is second to none - loving, gentle, and cheekily charming.

This pony means the world to my daughter and to us as a family -particularly for me as he’s looked after my daughter since she was 3- I have put off advertising him as dreading him leaving but know he is not ready to retire or become a family pet.

This is a very sad and difficult sale, and we are looking for the right home because he's only had 2 homes before us. The previous owners would like updates as well which would be expected. The type of home is the most important to us as my daughter is onto her new pony. Harri is fit and ready to go for the next little person over the summer. The home we are looking for is a private experienced home, with little one(s) around the age of 3 or 4 that can enjoy him for a few years with a varied lifestyle. Please don’t contact me unless you can offer this sort of home.

Strictly no time wasters! Many photos and videos available upon request.
Tack and rugs included in the sale.

Bodie was bought as a three year old to be my daughters worker/show/dressage pony, however she has had an unbelievable growth spurt and we've had to make the heartbreaking decision to sell him.

Currently standing around 12.2 Bodie turned 4 in April, he still has plenty of growing and filling out to do. He is a registered Welsh Section C

He was purchased from friends, who had owned for 2 years. They lightly backed him for us and we have purposely started him slowly. We've had him in work since March. Long reining around the bridleways and in the arena, gentle hacking and lunging over a fence.

We've also taken him to an in hand show, he took everything in his stride.

He has huge potential for any future discipline, he's got scope over a fence and really enjoys it. Equally he'd make a lovely family pony, however he is ready for his education to continue, so would need the right family home for this. He is still a baby so does have the usual baby moments which predominantly consist of wanting to look at everything!

He's brilliant in traffic, as a typical Welsh he'll let a tractor past but will look at a leaf!

If he is unsure about something or experiencing a new situation he'll take a look, then once he's realised all's good he continues nicely with his work

He's currently living out, but has been in for the occasional night and doesn't care if he's the only one in

He loves being groomed, fussed and bathed. Great with the farrier and vet for his vaccinations

My 12 year old daughter does all the groundwork with him, he adores her

He turned 4 in April and is ready to crack on with his next partner.

Chance is the sweetest pony! He spent last summer in a riding school and has the most amazing temperament. He will happily stand to be groomed and pampered, is easy to lead and good to catch. He is a very smart pony, well marked, with good conformation and lovely movement.

We originally bought Chance for my two young kids and since being with us he has enjoyed hacking (on and off the lead rein) around the lanes and across open fields. He has proved to be safe and sensible with traffic, farm machinery and water crossings to name a few. He will happily pop a log on the long-reins (my kids aren’t experienced enough to jump yet) and isn’t phased by coloured poles.

We have made the difficult decision to find Chance his next home as I feel that at 4 years old he is just too green for my kids who are very inexperienced.

I would love to find Chance a home with a slightly older, more experienced jockey who could help him fulfil his full potential. He has enough quality to show, or equally he will make a fabulous allrounder for a more competent jockey.

Price negotiable for the best of homes.

A lovely little pony that will turn his hoof to anything. He’s a great hunting pony and loves a day in the field. He also loves going out showjumping and will happily jump around a 60/70 course.

He’s great to hack out, goes first or last and is not bothered by any sort of traffic. He also loves going out cross country, beach rides, pleasure rides, hunt rides. He can be a bit nervous of new people but will feel comfortable with them once he knows them.

He stands for the farrier and dentist no bother but is a bit wary of the vet and clippers but will stand and a get done, He’s up to date with everything.

He’s a fantastic little pony for someone to grow there confidence on as he will always try his best. He will be a big miss to the yard but his rider has sadly outgrown him.

PM for price serious enquiries only as he has been part of our family for several years

Pepsi, 12.3hh 9 year old gelding. Sad sale of a much loved pony as hopelessly outgrown. Pepsi is a fun all rounder and loves to please. He is very sweet and honest. I would say Pepsi is a 1.5/ 2nd pony

Whilst with us he has taken part in sj, xc, trail hunted, polocrosse, pc mounted games, pleasure rides, regular lessons and pony club.

Will hack alone and in company. Good in traffic. Excellent in open spaces.

We have competed Pepsi upto 70cm but bigger at home, he is not phased by any fillers.

He has had a full season trail hunting with us. Happy to be upfront with hounds or with the field. Quite often doing the gates for the field.

He absolutely loves xc. My friend’s petite 10 year old daughter recently rode him xc and he looked after her.

Has seen games equipment, attended training and has been to a competition.(video below)

We have attended polocrosse training and chukkas with our local club where he improves every time he goes.

Up to date with vaccinations, teeth, feet ( is barefoot), worming and physio. Never sick or sorry.
Fit and ready to go for a summer of fun!

Please no time wasters as this is a hard enough decision we have had to make. Open to any vetting. Tack available by separate negotiation.

Dippy is a very kind genuine little pony who is now riding away and ready for a new rider to have some fun with.

He’s happy to hack out alone or in company, very good to be ridden in open fields and very well mannered in the arena and loves a good fuss. Amazing to catch in the field, bath and trim

Dippy was bought as project but everyone fell in love and decided to keep him but since he has been backed we have noticed how special he is and don’t want to waste him.

He’s very respectful on the ground and under saddle but he will not be sold to novices as he’s not long been riding away and needs someone that knows what they’re doing so they can teach him more along the way. He would excel in showing as he does have very nice movement .

Brodie is a 4yo 12hh coblet who i bought last year to produce and he is now looking for his person!

Brodie would be the perfect lead rein pony however he will easily go off the lead for a more experienced jockey too. He is as safe as they come and is so willing to learn.

Brodie is loving his ridden life and he isnt fazed by anything. Hes happy popping a wee fence and whilst he may not be a show jumper, he tries his hardest at whatever he’s asked of and never looks at the poles. He is brilliant in the school and has 3 lovely paces and he will hack both alone and in company.

He has become a firm yard favourite amount the younger kids and he is now used to being brought in the field, groomed tacked up and even ridden by them without my help/ supervision. He really has got the kindest heart ??????

On the ground, he is an angel - hes curious, quiet, gentle, whilst also having the biggest personality! He’s good to load, shoe, bath etc. However brodie is still green due to age and so for this reason no novices pls

based in ayrshire

  • 'Poppy' 12.2 9 year old Piebald Cob Cross Mare

  • Been to lead rein hunt meets and pony club camp

Poppy is a super affectionate pony who is not marish in any way.

She is a forward ride with 3 speedy paces, she can be strong but is never unsafe.

She has attended pony club activities, been to lead rein hunt meets and pony club camp.

She loves to hack and will go alone or with company and is good with bikes, dogs, farm machinery and cars.

She can jump 50/60cm but is strong when doing so.

Her schooling still needs work and this is an area she is less keen on.

She is good to clip and shoe. Is up to date with her vaccinations, dentist and physio.

Easy to keep and will be stabled although prefers being out. She will also stay out alone if others are removed from the field.

An ideal home for Poppy would be one with lots of hacking and fun rides, I also think she would happy hunting. Or for a plucky young jockey who wants to further produce something.

She is not a ready made competition pony or a 1st ridden.

A lovely little pony who will be missed but my daughter is looking for something to develop her dressage and compete with.

£4000 to include some rugs and a bridle.

Viewings welcome now, will be available from 2nd August after pony club camp.

Chance is a lovely child’s pony, my daughter has come of the lead rein and learnt to canter with her. She is an old head on young shoulders. She can be handled led tacked up and groomed by children.

Her only floor is she can be a pickle to load, so adult supervision is needed. Great with the farrier, vet to catch and amazing to clip.

Chance has done it all since being with us, my daughter loves pony club. rally’s, group lessons, show jumping, dressage, mounted games, camp she’s been amazing at it all.

Recently we’ve competed in showing classes which she has excelled in, she’s taught my daughter ring craft and hasn’t put a foot wrong. She has been placed in the top 3 in first ridden every time out and has always been highly placed in hand also.

This is where her strength is I feel a showing dressage home would really suit her.she show jumps well but is a novice and gets her confidence from her rider.

She hacks out alone or in company and is good in traffic and in open spaces. We are based on a working farm so heavy machinery cows sheep dogs goats do not phase her. I have lots of pictures and videos so please message me for more info.

We are based Tunbridge Wells.

We have had tommy for 3 years since my daughter was 6 and he has taught her lots in the time we have had him, My daughter is now 9 and sadly ready for the next stage pony and Tommy is more suited to a first ridden/ lead rein which leads to this heartbreaking sale

Tommy is brilliant out hacking and on the roads, Alone or in company, He has always looked after my daughter, He can be lead off of another horse too

He steps up or down depending on the rider / can be more of a kick along for a smaller child or more forward for a bigger child/ teenager

Will happily pop a jump and has jumped up to about 60cm with an older child whilst with us and pops a small jump for my daughter nicely

He has done a bit of everything with us and been to plenty of shows, doing jumping and showing both on and off the lead rein.

He is really good to lunge / free lunge and long reining

Tommy loads well and travels good

Can be ticklish to be clipped/  he prefers smaller clippers with less vibration so we have been using the liveryman harmony which work well for him / we have never clipped his feathers off or done a full head clip so not sure what he would be like with these

Willow has been part of the family since she arrived as a yearling. It has been an absolute pleasure to have her around for the past 6 years as our girls grew up with her.

She is a Dream pony and for all her ability she has a fantastic temperament - is easygoing in every way - she will assist a rider in every way possible and bring them on safely and carefully. The definition of an Allrounder Willow is talented, gentle and has a heart of gold.

Jumping 90 and 1m with ease at the moment and has often gone considerably higher on the hunting field.

Willows early years were spent at Pony Club and in the Hunting Field - which she loves! She started showjumping less than a year ago and has aprox. 60 SJI ponts to date. She has competed in Hunter trials, 2 phase eventing and Working Hunter.

She is extremely easy to do in every way and has never had any health issues. She has a soft snaffle mouth and is never strong. She loves to go for a hack on her own or with others and is quiet and safe in traffic.

Willow will happily stand and lap up endless grooming and fussing, she is easy to shoe, clip, box, catch and load. She has no stable vices and will happily live in or out.

Willows breeding is unrecorded but known to be by a Connemara Sire and out of a thoroughbred mare.

A dream pony direct from home and fully guaranteed.

Bella

If you are looking for a little project who is already a happy hacker possible a hunting pony then Bella would match this, she is a gorgeous affectionate pony. Bella will hack in company or alone and she is the most affectionate loving pony who loves giving kisses and is amazing on the ground. She stands for hours being groomed and pampered. Our 3 year old little girl can groom her and Bella will stand still. Bella will walk and trot on a hack and will go into a canter with a little buck sometimes at the beginning, this isn’t all the time.

Bella is currently bare foot and doesn’t like wearing shoes. She will stand well for the farrier if she has a hay net to keep her occupied. She was clipped last October.

Bella is up to date with her vaccinations and saw the dentist in October 2024 and her teeth were all good, she sees the physio regularly and the saddle was re-flocked this year.

Bella attended a Pony club camp last year where she did a one day event which consisted of a small dressage test, show jumping and cross country courses as well as some rallies for showing jumping, mounted games, handball and cross country. We have also trailered her to the New Forest. She is good to transport and will stand still, she sometimes needs encouragement with treats or food to load but the more you go out the better she is.

Bella doesn’t like the school and has been known to show a rear or buck when she is pushed. We have had her seen by the vet on more than one occasion for this.

She has had her sacroiliac joints injected, scoped for ulcers where they found some low grading ulcers which have been treated, she has been re-scoped and given the all clear and advised to work on her schooling due to her being green in this area.

She is currently at a trainers yard where an event trainer has been working with her for the past 4 weeks and has seen some good progress but for her schooling to come on this is going to take time. She is currently seeing farm equipment regularly at the yard as well as tractors moving around. She wasn’t sure at first but now isn’t phased and will walk past when they are still or moving.

Bella can be kept out all year round or can be stabled if needs to be. She is currently being stabled during the day and out in her field at night at the trainers. She is easy to catch once she gets to know you but will do anything for a treat. Now she runs over to my daughter and greets her at the gate.

Bella has recently started to be lunged and is now understanding her job when asked for walk trot and canter by voice command the trainer has also seen a gallop from her. Bella loves a jump and has been lunged over a jump in trot and canter at the trainers.

She is good to hack in the forest and isn’t phased by dogs, bikes or people walking. She has just started to do some road work at the trainers yard and again isn’t phased by cars, vans or motorcycles coming past her. When she does spook in the forest it’s more of a stand and she will look at what is spooking her, she likes to stop and look. We have had no rears or bucks in the forest.

Bella due to her size would suit an experienced teenager or small adult that can educate her more. My daughter who is 12 years old would like a pony she can school as well as hack and we just don’t have the time to be able to do this with Bella.

£3000 with all her tack and wardrobe.
