He’s good to box clip shoe vet etc and upto date with vaccinations.

Owned since 4yo he’s a very much loved horse. Home is more important than price !

Not a novice ride as can get strong out hunting.

Such a sensible 5 year old that has also been acting as a nanny with a pony/child-one of a kind .

Shaun is a beautifully put-together 5-year-old grey Connemara with a kind nature, a super attitude to work, and a bright future ahead of him.

He has begun his professional education in a careful and sympathetic way, showing great promise in a range of disciplines. Shaun has experienced a variety of environments, including XC and SJ , local ridden showing and dressage outings – all of which he has taken in his stride with enthusiasm and maturity. He’s already had numerous placings/ribbons along with winning his dressage last weekend on 68%.

Shaun hacks alone, in company, or small groups, and is good on country road traffic. Lives on a working farm and is about to start hound exercise and autumn hunting.

Shaun has begun working nicely in the school with three attractive, balanced paces and is improving all the time. He is a beautiful mover, snaffle-mouthed, and never strong or silly. On the ground, Shaun is an absolute pleasure – easy to handle with lovely manners. He’s good to catch, lead, bath, shoe, and is polite in the stable. His vaccinations, teeth and physio are all up to date. Shaun has travelled in a trailer and large lorry, and happily turns out with mares and geldings.

Shaun is a quality young horse, bred from successful Connemara lines, with an ‘older head on young shoulders’. Mya is a gorgeous 15h/15.1 Approx 11 year old Coloured Mare Cob x. Spent the last 3 years Happy Hacking in a wonderful private place.

As a ridden horse:
Mya is a naturally forward going mare. Her paces are outstanding and would shine in a dressage/showing environment. Potential to register as a Chaps/TGCA showing prospect, her markings will make her stand out from the crowd. Her confirmation is very correct and smart. She’s very eye catching.

Mya will walk, trot and canter in a sweet outline. She’s well schooled and started her lateral work. Flicks her toes and would certainly have potential in the BD/Petplan festivals. Loves her polework and is very clever, will pick things up very easily.

She’s a keen jumper, she can get excited due to not doing very much of this over the last 3 years. Hasn’t got a stop in her, very willing. She’s just forward to a fence, so wouldn’t suit a nervous novice. Mya doesn’t have to jump in her new place if that’s something you wish not to do.

Mya will hack alone and in company. She has seen heavy traffic including busses, tractors, large machinery and hgv Lorrie’s on our working farm. This is what she’s mainly done for the past 3 years with her private owner. She will happily go into open spaces, will canter in a group. Does prefer to be leading. A sensible, level headed Allrounder cob.

On the ground:
Shes great to handle on the ground. Great to bath, tie up, groom, tack up. Great to clip, no sedation needed. Great for the farrier. Will happily stable. Current routine, she’s in at evening, out in the day individually. Shod up front. Up to date with flu + tet. Loaded and travelled well on a 3.5 tonne box.

Based Warwickshire with great trial facilities. Previously passed a 5 stage vetting. Bridle and rugs included. Does have some mallanders which are treatable with creams and not fazed by them. Clean legs and body
