XC schooled and arena eventing - jumped ditches, drops, water etc. Jumped his first Derby on the weekend placing 5th with a clear.

Moves well and goes nicly on the flat so would do a dressage test.

Lovely 4-year-old, 16.3hh mare by Kansas Z (Kannan) out of a Namelus mare.

She has been sympathetically broken and ridden away and has been with us for just 2 weeks. In that short time she’s already showing plenty of willingness and a lovely attitude towards her jumping.

She has been ridden here by a 15-year-old girl and has also been XC schooling, where she proved brave and genuine.

A real blank canvas for someone looking for a quality young horse to produce and put their own stamp on.

Not suitable for complete novices due to her age.

• Artie is a kind-natured horse with an exceptional temperament
• He is a well-mannered on the ground, easy to handle

16:2 6 rising 7 years Pure bred French Boulonnais horse for Sale

It is with great sadness that we offer our much-loved family horse, Artie, for sale.

Artie is a kind-natured horse with an exceptional temperament and is a joy to have around. He had been brought on very slowly so he could grow into his frame. He is a well-mannered on the ground, easy to handle, has been de-sensitised, done plenty of groundwork, he lunges by voice command, goes over poles and small fences, he has been sat on but not ridden away. He has taken everything in his stride and loves to learn.

He was due to begin his ridden education with a professional trainer; however, due to a change in personal circumstances due to ill health, we have made the difficult decision to find him a new home.

Artie is up to date with his vaccinations, farrier visits, worming, and dental care.

While Artie is incredibly cuddly, kind and gentle, he is a substantial horse and would be best suited to a knowledgeable and experienced home where his ongoing needs will be fully understood and appreciated. Finding the right home is far more important than achieving a particular price. We are seeking a genuine, loving, and experienced owner for this very special horse.

• World class breeding
• Fabulous temperament

Ricco is a super smart sensible full up 16.2, 4 year old, reg irish sports horse gelding with World class breeding and a superb quiet temperament. He is a lovely stamp, being nicely substantial without being too heavy, he is top model of his breed type,. He is a great size for both adults and teenagers to ride, so would make the ideal mother/daughter share. He is beautifull dapple grey and very smart, he definitely catches the eye where ever he goes with his striking looks and has a honest kind eye. He has excellent conformation, straight movement and is blemish free. He is real quality and would be a real asset in any discipline.

He is a lovely allrounder who enjoys his work and has a go at everything; he is always a very happy lad and loves to please.

Ricco works nicely in the school; he has 3 correct balanced paces and works in a lovely soft outline. He is a very nice moving horse with lovely engaged active paces. He is a comfortable ride with a nice stride. He is a lovely medium speed who is nicely responsive off the aids but not at all sharp. He works very well between hand and leg and gives a nice feel in the contact. He is snaffle mouthed with a lovely soft mouth. He has been ridden by a range of different riders from competent novices to more experienced riders. He has been very correctly produced and has much more to offer he plus I feel will make a super allrounder / hunter. He is safe sensible ride who is very willing and trainable. He has started lateral work and has been on several hunt rides and jumped some lovely hedges. He is ready to go out at preliminary level dressage and has the potential to progress through the levels as he is very trainable, athletic, has good natural paces and works correctly from behind.

Ricco enjoys his work. He is a very honest and genuine type and always tries. He's a top pc pony and mother dressage type . He likes to have a go and is a lot of fun. He has jumped a small course fences. . . He would be the ideal type to take to riding club activities and clinics as he loves his work and is uncomplicated and sensible. He also enjoys xc and has been schooling on a couple of occasions. He jumps all kinds of fences including ditches and into water. Again he isn’t strong or silly and he waits around very calmly for his turn.

Ricco is a super hack; he happily hacks out alone and in company. He is excellent in traffic, he has crossed ‘a’ road roundabout and will patiently wait until it is clear to cross and isn't fazed by lorries passing him etc. He has been used to nanny less experienced horses out in traffic. . He also regularly hacks out alone in open country side and gives a beautiful ride. He has been on long hacks and pleasure rides where he has crossed rivers, jumped logs, crossed bridges etc all in a calm manner. He would be a great pleasure horse for hours of exploring the country side on and the ideal horse to take on horse riding holidays.

Ricco has an amazing temperament. He is very quiet to handle with manners to burn. He is also very interactive with his handler and forms a string one to one bond. If you scratch her neck he grooms you back- he's a very loving lad. He is a very easy ladl to have around, he is excellent in all ways to handle, and is regularity handled safely by children. He loves people and will stand for hours to be brushed and pampered. He leads like a dog and isn't fazed by anything. He happily lives in or out and mixes very well with mares and geldings or equally turns out next to others. He is a super lad to have around, a real yard favourite.

Ricco must go to a 10* home where he will be loved and cherished. He would make an excellent mother/daughter share horse. I could also see him exceling as a dressage horse as he really does move well and stand out. He would also make a cracking low level riding club allrounder as he is good at all disciplines. He would also be more than happy as a happy hacker/ pleasure horse as he does love his hacking and exploring. He really has so much to offer someone and will be your best friend. I would just like her to go to a mother daughter share home

North 💕3-Year-Old Bay Gelding | 16.1hh

A striking 16.1hh, 3-year-old bay gelding with a kind nature, quality movement, and all the attributes to develop into an exceptional riding horse.

He is a super sweet, genuine young horse with a lovely temperament, never showing any signs of kicking, biting or stable vices. A substantial, chunky type, he has real presence and catches the eye with his expressive, flashy movement and naturally balanced way of going. He works in three correct, balanced paces, with an uphill canter that is rhythmical and never rushed, making him an enjoyable and straightforward ride.

Hacks alone and in company and great in traffic

Having recently returned to work following some well-deserved downtime after his racing career, he is now beginning his education and is proving willing, trainable, and eager to learn.

He travels and loads well, has no injuries or vices, and is currently unshod. He has a few minor cosmetic marks from being bullied in the field, but these are purely superficial.

A quality young gelding with an excellent attitude, a lovely brain, and endless potential. His price will increase as his education progresses.

CHERRY ORCHARD SIDNEY

A genuinely exciting young horse with exceptional breeding, a fantastic temperament and the education to go on and excel in any direction.

Sid is a 5-year-old, 18.1hh Shire × Irish Draught gelding, offering the rare combination of enormous presence and substance with athleticism, movement and a genuine willingness to work.

He is sired by the Class 1/C2 Irish Draught stallion Carrigfada Diamond, himself by Grosvenor Lad and out of a Glidawn Diamond mare — a very strong Irish Draught pedigree. His official Irish Draught documentation confirms his breeding and registration, with his certificate validated by the Irish Draught Horse Society.

Sid has a full history known from birth, having been purchased directly from his breeder, and has been given a professional education throughout his ridden career.

He was professionally broken and has been professionally schooled, and is now producing good-quality flatwork with plenty of scope to continue developing as he matures.

For such a substantial horse, Sid is surprisingly athletic, forward and balanced, and has already shown himself to be much more than simply a big heavyweight.

His education and experience includes:

• Professionally broken and schooled

• Works happily in a snaffle

• Producing quality flatwork

• Has popped coloured fences

• Attended a South Durham Hunt pleasure ride, where he also popped fences and took the whole experience in his stride

• Hacks confidently alone and in company

• Good with traffic and farm machinery

• Has worked away from home

• Loads and travels well

• Settles and behaves sensibly in new environments

• Has been exposed to a variety of experiences for his age

He has a sensible, genuine attitude to his work and is proving to be the type of young horse that can be taken somewhere new and get on with the job.

Sid is still only 5 years old, and at 18.1hh he is continuing to mature, strengthen and fill out. He has a huge amount of potential ahead of him and would be an exciting horse for someone wanting to produce their own quality horse of a lifetime.

His size and presence would make him an eye-catching prospect for the show ring, whilst his movement, athleticism and willingness give him the potential to pursue a number of disciplines.

He could ultimately suit dressage, showing, jumping, hunting, eventing or simply being an exceptional all-round riding horse.

Most importantly, Sid has the temperament, education and experience to make his size manageable. He is not an untouched giant who has simply been backed — he has been professionally produced and thoughtfully introduced to the world.

At only five, he is a horse with a very exciting future rather than a finished product, giving his next owner the opportunity to continue his education and watch him develop into something very special.

A rare opportunity to purchase an exceptionally large, well-bred young horse with the temperament, professional foundation and versatility to go in any direction.

He’s been to a couple of arena hires and has confidently jumped arena XC. He really does have an attitude to die for when ridden, taking everything in his stride.

He hacks alone and in company, great with big lorries and farm machinery.

A gentleman to handle on the ground and brilliant with farriers, vets etc. He loads and travels very well. Up to date with vaccinations etc.

He has the potential to be a very successful eventer or showjumper with the correct education.

Exceptional Young Dressage Mare — A Very Special Prospect

A rare opportunity to acquire an exceptionally exciting young mare with the quality, presence and pedigree to excel in a competitive dressage career, whilst possessing the temperament and character to become someone’s ultimate heart horse.

This striking young mare has an abundance of quality. Boasting exceptional bloodlines, outstanding conformation and naturally correct, expressive movement, she has all the attributes one would hope to find in a top-class dressage prospect. She is beautifully put together, moves with elegance and purpose, and possesses an undeniable presence that makes her stand out from the crowd. Her striking colouring only adds to her considerable appeal.

Her greatest asset, however, may well be her exceptional temperament. She is kind, intelligent and exceptionally willing, with a superb attitude to her work and a genuine desire to learn. Sensible, straightforward and incredibly trainable, she has the sort of brain that makes producing a young horse a real pleasure. She would be equally suited to a professional looking for a quality competition prospect or an ambitious amateur wanting to produce a special horse of their own.

She was backed and ridden away at the end of last winter before being given time turned away to mature. She has now come back into work sweetly. She is established in walk, trot and canter in the school, working willingly and demonstrating a naturally balanced way of going. She takes up your leg and is a very comfortable ride.

Away from the school, she has already demonstrated a wonderfully sensible attitude. She hacks confidently alone and in company and has been out on farm rides, where she has been such a dream!

Importantly, she has not been rushed or overly produced. Every stage of her education has been approached with patience, allowing her the time to mature and develop both physically and mentally. She is now at an exciting stage in her education and ready for someone to take her forward, develop her considerable potential and ultimately produce her to their own ambitions.

She has all the ingredients to become a serious dressage prospect, with the quality, movement, pedigree and temperament to take her a long way. She definitely has exceptional willingness and temperament to become that once-in-a-lifetime horse.

A genuinely special young mare with an exciting future ahead of her.

Genuine, kind and exceptionally laid back mare with a lovely future ahead of her.

16.1hh approx, Thoroughbred x Zangershiede mare by Ricardo Z

Lovely old fashioned event bred mare, bought directly from her breeder where she was lightly backed as a 4 year old and then turned away. Having not done anything since she has now been re backed and proving to be very genuine.

Currently hacking alone and in company in walk and trot. Extremely good in traffic and around farm machinery, used to tractors, dogs and children. Very relaxed, calm and laid-back attitude to life. Hacking out through rivers, up and down steps, gates, and has been very sensible and brave with everything she has encountered.

Up to date with teeth (wolf teeth removed) worm counts and vaccinations.

She has lovely natural loose and active paces with a good hind leg. She has a naturally athletic feel and I think she has all the ingredients to make a really lovely little event horse.

She is not being advertised as the finished article. She is very much a blank canvas at the moment but she is genuine, sensible and willing, and has taken everything asked of her in her short time under saddle incredibly well.

A lovely opportunity for someone wanting a quality, unspoilt horse to produce and put their own stamp on.

OPEN TO OFFERS ON PRICE

Lola | 17hh 13yo KWPN Bay Mare

Based on the East London / Essex border

Very pretty 17hh KWPN bay mare, Lola, 13 years old, offered for sale through absolutely no fault of her own.

I have owned Lola for the past 3 years, having bought her as a total novice, and she has genuinely been the most special horse I could ever have wished for. She has taught me an incredible amount, made so many of my dreams possible and has always looked after me. She has a lovely, kind temperament and does not have a nasty bone in her body. All she wants to do is please.

One of Lola’s biggest qualities is just how versatile she is as a ride. She is the type of horse who can step up or down depending on the rider. She has been incredibly confidence-giving for me as a novice, but equally has the ability to step up for a more experienced rider and be developed further. She is never a difficult ride and does not need to be constantly kept busy to remain sensible.

I genuinely believe Lola could be a perfect first horse for a confident amateur wanting to build their confidence, while equally being an exciting project for a professional or very experienced rider to develop into something exceptional.

Flatwork

Lola schools very nicely on the flat and is comfortable working in a snaffle. She would not currently be described as working in a perfect outline, but she has plenty of potential to do so with a knowledgeable rider.

She is sensitive and responsive without being difficult, and I feel there is a lot more to come from her with the right person.

She has always been ridden in a full-cheek snaffle for everything and I have never needed anything stronger.

Jumping

Jumping is where Lola really comes alive. She is very keen, loves her job and is technically very correct, with plenty of scope to progress.

She is currently jumping around 90cm comfortably with my friend and has the ability to go further with the right rider. She is not a horse that needs to be pushed, rushed or bullied. She is sensitive and if ridden aggressively she can lose confidence, so she needs a sympathetic rider who will allow her to trust them and build her up correctly.

With a kind and capable rider, I genuinely believe the sky is the limit for Lola. She has the ability to step up for an experienced rider while still being happy to jump smaller fences and give a less experienced rider confidence.

Lola has competed in the past and has a British Showjumping record. Her record is not particularly impressive and is certainly not reflective of her capability. She came to me with very little confidence, and during my ownership we have worked hard to rebuild that confidence.

She has not competed during the 3 years I have owned her, simply because I am not a capable or confident enough rider to take her out competing. This is not because I have any reason to believe she would not go out and compete successfully. With the right rider, I believe she could absolutely go out and make someone very happy.

I am not selling her as an established competition horse, but I believe she has a huge amount of untapped potential with the right person.

I have not personally taken her cross country, but I see no reason why she could not potentially enjoy it with the right introduction.

Hacking

Lola is an absolute star to hack.

She hacks happily alone or in company, in front or behind, and is completely unfazed by busy London roads, traffic and cars passing without slowing down. She does not nap or bolt and is sensible in open fields.

Even after a good gallop she does not become hot-headed or difficult.

She is equally happy having a quiet hack to build someone’s confidence or going out for a more active ride with an experienced rider.

Unfortunately, I do not currently have hacking videos as our current yard does not have any hacking available, but references are available from people who have ridden Lola, spent time with her and worked with her, and can provide an honest account of her temperament and behaviour.

Temperament & Handling

Lola is incredibly easy to handle and has always been very low-maintenance.

My non-horsey boyfriend and parents are able to turn her out and bring her in without any problems. She is lovely to do in every way and is never any hassle.

She is extremely confidence-giving and has never been dangerous, nasty or difficult to handle. She is sensitive, but this is what makes her such a rewarding horse to ride. She responds to a sympathetic rider and does not need to be forced or over-ridden.

She is:

* Very confidence-giving

* Suitable for a confident, relatively experienced novice

* Equally capable of stepping up for a more experienced rider or professional

* Never deliberately difficult or naughty

* Never dangerous or nasty

* Good to clip, although she can have the occasional fidget and does not particularly like having her face clipped

* Fine with dogs

* Respectful of fencing

* Easy to catch, lead and handle

* Fine after time off and does not become fresh

* Happy having around 2 weeks off before being ridden again

* Not fresh simply because it is cold or she has been clipped

* Good in different environments and has been to arena hires without becoming different or difficult

* Experienced travelling in trailers, boxes and lorries

Loading can initially involve a hesitation of around 2 minutes, but she always goes on and is then an excellent traveller. This is largely because she does not travel regularly. When she is going out frequently, she loads straight away. She travels quietly and has never caused an issue once on board.

Turnout

Lola currently lives in a stable with individual turnout, which suits her best.

She has previously been turned out in a herd and can kick, which appears to be more of a dominance issue than anything malicious. I would therefore ideally like her to remain on individual turnout, although I do not see why she could not potentially integrate into a suitable, non-dominant group with careful management.

Medical

Lola is shod on all four feet and currently sees the physio approximately every 8 weeks, although this is my personal preference and is not something I consider compulsory.

She does have arthritis in both hocks. Her hocks were injected in November 2025 and she has had no flare-ups since. I have the relevant X-rays available for any genuine prospective buyer who would like to see them.

Other than the arthritis, Lola has had no medical problems during my ownership.

Vetting is absolutely welcome, although she has never had a vetting during my ownership and therefore I cannot guarantee that she would pass one. I would rather be completely honest about this and allow a buyer to make their own informed decision.

Lola will come with her entire wardrobe and everything she currently owns, making her completely set up for her new home.

Please Don’t Be Put Off

Please do not be put off by Lola’s age. She is 13, but in no way feels like a horse who is slowing down. She remains keen, willing and enthusiastic about her work and has plenty left to give the right person.

Equally, please do not be put off by her height. At 17hh she is obviously a big horse, but she is in no way difficult, dangerous or hard to handle because of her size. She is incredibly mannerly and easy to do, which is something I have always valued about her.

Her British Showjumping record also does not reflect the horse she is today or her true capability. She came to me lacking confidence, and we have spent the last 3 years building that back up. With the right rider who is kind, capable and willing to develop her, I genuinely believe she has a huge amount of potential.

She is the sort of horse who can step up and step down for different riders. She can give a confident amateur the security and confidence to progress, while also giving a professional an exciting project to develop. She does not need to be ridden in a particular way to avoid problems and has never been a difficult ride for anyone who has ridden her appropriately.

The Home

This is a very difficult sale for me. Lola has been my pride and joy for the last 3 years and has genuinely taught me the world. I would not be selling her if circumstances were different.

Her home is far more important to me than getting her sold quickly.

I am looking for a 5-star home where Lola will be loved and appreciated for everything she is.

I genuinely believe she could be a perfect first horse for a confident amateur who wants a kind, confidence-giving horse to build a partnership with, while equally being an amazing project for a professional or very experienced rider to make something truly special from.

She is a genuinely versatile horse with so much more to give. She can hack, school, jump, go out and about and adapt to different riders without becoming difficult. I would love for her next person to take the foundations we have built together and see just how far she can go.

NO DEALERS

NO LOANS

NO PAYMENT PLANS

I would love for her new owner to stay in contact and keep me updated on how she is getting on.

Lola is a genuinely special horse and is worth her weight in gold to me. She has made all my dreams come true, taught me the world and has always tried her absolute hardest for me. She has never been nasty or dangerous and has always wanted to please.

I want her next person to love her as much as I do and give her the opportunity to flourish.

AN EXCITING YOUNG MARE WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE

Glory Envoy or Gloria as we call her is a smaller type, like all her family. She is a lovely 6-year-old mare by Envoy Merselsnest Z, out of a Carentino Glory mare.

She has a well-balanced canter, making her an easy and enjoyable horse to ride. She absolutely loves her job and approaches her work with a fantastic attitude.

She is straightforward, genuine and very easy to have around at home and at shows, whilst still being full of character and personality.

A really lovely young mare with plenty to like and an exciting future ahead of her.

She has been jumping British Novice and Discovery at BS shows.
