Dixie - 16.1/2h ISH

Dixie is such a beautiful and striking lady visually paired with the most adorable nature. She adores cuddles and a fuss and is so kind and polite on the ground. The easiest horse to deal with. Dixie has a very wise head on young shoulders. Not a sharp/fizzy/silly type. Very low maintenance to keep - isn’t the type that needs riding everyday.

Dixie has super potential in any sphere.

She schools sweetly with a beautifully balance and rhythmical canter with great transitions, established walk to canter. To jump she is unbelievably honest and goes on any stride and will take a miss. Unfazed by fillers etc

Stands beautifully to be mounted, hacks alone or in company. A very classy lady with a huge future ahead. She’s quiet enough for a novice but smart enough to be produced into whatever you fancy, may that be eventing, riding club, dressage, happy hack.

I cannot emphasise enough how easy and kind she is on the ground and to deal with in general.

Recently passed a 5 stage vetting.

She has come from a loving home where she was shared/competed by two teenage sisters.

HORACE (DUSTY DAWN)

15.2 Irish Cob gelding, 11 years old. Hacks alone and in company. Has attended arena hires, clinics, sponsored rides, harrier hacks, has hunted previously. Goes in a lovely outline and will produce a very nice dressage test.

Very honest jumping, loves cross country, comes quietly to a fence and jumps up to 1m nicely. More woah than go but will do anything you ask of him. Very kind and gentle nature. Good with dogs, cats, children. Loves his food and to be fussed over.

Good for farrier and dentist, also good to worm and stands quietly for the vet. Loads perfectly and can be taken out alone, does not get stressed or anxious. Lives out 24/7 at the moment but can also be stabled in the winter, happy with either. Very well behaved with lots of horses cantering, you always have brakes. He has never reared, kicked, bitten. Gets on well with other horses.

Would be suitable for a novice, mother/daughter share, happy hacker, first horse or someone wanting to have a bit of fun and do a bit of everything. He is a true confidence builder and will allow anyone to progress with their riding quickly.

Potential to be sold with saddle (Fairfax saddle 17.5”). Premier Equine bridle will go with him, and his rug.

Only being sold as rider is ready to progress onto something a bit more forward thinking. Horace is really the nicest horse, and deserves an amazing home where he will be looked after and loved.

Low 5 figures.

My sweet boy Hugo is looking for his new home.

Hugo is a wonderful allrounder, been there and done it all. He absolutely loves his team chasing, cross country and hacking.

We have done everything from beach rides, hunting, open team chasing, eventing, polo, bareback and hunt racing.

Hugo is great with hounds and has hunted three seasons with the VWH.

Hugo is so gentile on the ground, perfect for the farrier, vet, dentist, etc. Lovely kind manners and temperament, yard favourite. Hugo is easy to do in all ways, great to clip, very quiet in the field and tidy in the stable, good boy to load and travel in lorry or trailer.

Hugo loves his job, he is brave and honest, he is forward going and would love to continue his jumping, in particular team chasing.

Absolute horse of a lifetime, heartbreaking sale, home is very important and will be vetted.

Hugo is fit and out competing, ready to achieve great things with his new jockey. Full video and photo documentation on Youtube and Instagram: Fast Forward Eventing.

Really good mover, beautifully light and easy to ride on the flat, good SJ and loves XC. Would excel at Dressage.
He is a lovely person and easy to have around, but needs a knowledgeable competent home.
Eligible for ROR, came out of training 3 years ago.

He has a small melanoma near his jaw - I have had 2 different vets opinions and they both said they didn't think it would be an issue until much later in life - hence only £15k

By Zirocco blue out of a London Mare

From day one Whitney has shown all round quality and a workable mindset.

Produced by us here at CRF Showjumping as our own, she had been to some top shows including MET Oliva (Spain) twice for 6 week tours where she excelled and won many classes.

Whitney is careful but very brave and is a horse we are sure will go very far in the sport.

Whitney has been very consistent all way up the levels, winning newcomers, foxhunters, 1.30’s and soon ready to step up to 1.40.

Although very safe and straight forward, she has plenty of blood which makes her very competitive so we would love her to find a home to match.

We believe she would go far with a professional or a top young rider.

No trouble to do in anyway, good to hack/box/shoe/clip etc.

Good X-rays taken when we purchased her a couple of years back.

A very sad sale as she has been such an asset to our team, so the perfect home must be found!!!

Ringwood Caretino aka Jerry : Extremely sad sale of our beloved Jerry - Based near Macclesfield Cheshire.

Jerry is a 16.2hh , 7yr old Irish sports horse who oozes potential but we unfortunately don’t have the time he deserves, however with the right rider could go very far . He is one the most loveliest natured horses you could meet.

Flatwork -Jerry works beautifully on the flat with 3 correct paces, still got bits to learn hear and there but getting the hang of lateral movements.

XC-Jerry has shown massive potential out XC recently proving his boldness and scope. Not fazed by ditches, water, steps etc . Not strong what so ever, super easy to bring back and equally open up.

Showjumping- Jerry’s has competed in a couple of unaffiliated shows and been to countless arena hires, where he is proving himself more and more. However SJ is his weaker phase out of the 3 so needs a confident rider who can give him confidence and give him more exposure to the ring atmosphere.

Hacking - He is good to hack with or without company, not a spooky horse at all. Will happily go out for 2-3 hour long hacks by himself with no problem .

Other- Jerry has hunted previously and was impeccably behaved will wait at meet , not phased by the hounds and will sit at the back or anywhere in the pack (not a kicker what so ever) . Been on fun rides, beach rides, pretty much anything. One of the best baby sitters you could think of as never gets wound up even if others are.

Jerry is still somewhat green and needs a competent rider who has had experience with young horses. He has been carefully and gently brought on and not been hammered at all as a youngster so still has the ability for someone to put there own stamp on him. Would be a fantastic event prospect.

Jerry is good to turnout, clip, load, farrier, teeth etc happy to send footage of all the above. Up to date with jabs and teeth .

Owned jerry since a 4 yr old , who was sourced from Ireland for us by an equine agent - happy to share details if helpful. And happy to share breeding for genuine enquiries.

We want him to go to the right person - home is very important to us and we’d like to keep in touch.

Mid- five figures but open to some negotiation. All tack also available as we are stopping riding completely.

Absolutely gorgeous Irish Sport horse allrounder who loves to jump

Ref #: 378853
  • Probably the best looking horse I've ever seen
  • Super bold and genuine to jump with lots of scope
  • Would excel as a sj, eventer or riding club allrounder
£9,950

  • 8 years
  • 16.1 hands
  • Probably the best looking horse I've ever seen
  • Super bold and genuine to jump with lots of scope
  • Would excel as a sj, eventer or riding club allrounder

For sale on behalf of his owner. Jerry is a super smart 16.1h 8 year old registered Irish sports horse (ID x TB) bay gelding. He is very well bred with 5 generations of pedigree, by (Clerkenwell, which goes back to Sadlers Wells and Northern Dancer) out of (Corran Jenny, going back to Corran Ginger and Ginger Dick). He is very eye catching and flashy with his four white socks and blaze. He has a very handsome stunning head with a bright kind eye. He is a real quality middle weight stamp with a good depth of girth so takes tall riders very easily. He would be suited to a gentle man or lady rider as well as competent confident teenagers coming off ponies. He has excellent conformation, clean limbs and straight movement.

Jerry has good basic schooling on the flat with three good paces. He has a light snaffle mouth and isn’t strong. Flat work isn’t his favourite discipline but he happily works in the school as part of a varied work load. He does require a bit of leg on the flat to keep motivated but when he is going forward into the contact he looks a million dollars and shows so much potential to do a smart dressage test. He is a little green for his age as he hasn’t had the consistency in his work due to his owners other commitments. So he would come on a lot with consistency. However he is a safe ride and isn’t sharp so would suit less technical riders as well as established riders as long as they are confident. He has done a few preliminary dressage tests in a previous home as well as arena hires and clinics. He would make a nice alrounder / eventer where he gets to jump and do a bit of flatwork on the side.

Jerry really enjoys jumping and makes a super shape over a fence. He nicely takes you into the jumps without rushing or getting silly. He maintains a lovely rhythm and will jump from trot or canter. He isn’t spooky and will jump over fillers without looking. He has lots of scope. He has been schoolimg around 90cm/100cm courses showing lots of potential to jump much higher tracks. He really does live for his jumping! He has done some unafilliated sj competitions in his previous home where he was always placed, he has also done jumping clinics ect. He has done some arena eventing in the past which he loved. He has also been xc schooling where he proved very bold jumping everything without hesitation. He would make a super show jumping horse or eventer a she has so much class and potential to go far. He would also suit a riding club home to do a bit of everything.

Jerry hacks out well in company. He is good in traffic and sensible in open spaces. He has been on some fun rides and horse holidays to Thetford forest with his current owner. His current owner is very much a happy hacker who likes to put Jerry down and pick him up and this doesn’t suit Jerry as he enjoys to be in work and do more than just a hack every month. So for this reason he requires a home where he will do more than happy hack. He hasn’t done much hacking alone and requires a strong leg from his rider to go out alone so is better in company.

Jerry is such a character on the ground, he is definitely the class clown that makes you laugh every day. He loves to be centre of attention. He loves to be groomed and pampered. He enjoys to be in a routine and is very easy to do when in a routine, he just goes with the flow and doesn’t mind if he goes out at night or goes out in the day. Hes very chilled in his stable, loves his food. He is very quiet in the field. He does need firm yet fair handling, he would walk all over a nervous novice handler but is very easy if you set boundaries and know what you are doing. Having said that there is no harm in him, he just doesn’t have much special awareness. He is good to catch, bath, clip, load, shoe ect. He is a very lovable boy who would be someone’s best friend.

We are looking for an experienced 5* home for Jerry where he will be loved and worked. He needs to have a job to do and would really thrive in a jumping or eventing home. He isn’t suitable for nervous or novice riders or handlers but has so much potential with the right home. His current owner is only selling him as she doesn’t have the time that Jerry needs and deserves.

Based in Ramsey, Peterborough. More pics and vids available. Please call Katherine on 07460 820294.

Lightly introduced to poles and has popped fences with ease – showing promise for a future in any sphere.

Good to handle, load, catch, and for the farrier. He’s been hacked alone and in company, proving sensible and level-headed in new environments. Has been cross country and equally as sensible. He’s proving to be bold enough to make a fantastic future eventer or hunter.

This is a quality young horse with a great brain and temperament – ready to further his education with a competent rider. Would excel in the show ring, eventing, hunting, or as a smart all-rounder.

This sweet-natured 5-year-old mare by Cabrio Z is the perfect mother-daughter share. Incredibly laid-back, she doesn’t hot up whether in the ring or out hacking. Since coming to us in late December, she has proven herself to be an absolute gem.

She hacks out confidently both alone and in company, has competed successfully in dressage and showjumping, and hasn’t put a foot wrong. She’s safe, sane, and sensible , a genuinely calm and willing partner who gives everything a go.

This lovely girl has been to numerous venues, always taking everything in stride. She’s never stopped or hesitated, even at her very first competition. She’s already qualified for the Sunshine Tour (80cm) and NSEA Championships (90cm) and has a solid British Showjumping record to her name.

She’s kind, affectionate, and a joy to handle , the type you can trust and enjoy every day. A fantastic all-rounder with the temperament to suit a range of riders.

Bois De Clamart (Bois) is a gorgeous, kind horse, with so much potential.

Last raced February 2024, after a successful career in Ireland, retiring completely sound and ready for his next career. He has been owned by us since a foal and due to his kind temperament and loved by all at the training yard he wasn't one to give away.

Therefore we brought him home to the UK and over the past year he has been schooled, regularly hacked on his own and with others, been to arena hires, both indoor and outdoor and had a days hunting towards the end of last season at which he was excellent - sadly couldn't fit in more due to University. Kept in a snaffle, very light in the hand. Built more like a Sports Horse, big boned and keeps condition well.

Selling due to going into final year of University and sadly having to think about my own career which doesn't allow for horses.

5* home essential as he has been such a significant part of the family for the past 11 years - very sad sale.

Outbound - Serious horse for the future!

Outbound (Vinnie) Is a true gent, a big horse but super easy to do.

He has been started by his lady amateur owner and also been professionally produced so has had a very good start to his education.

More recently he’s been jumping multiple clear rounds including jumping 4 clears Newcomers therefore qualifying for second rounds 2026!

Ready to step up to fox and beyond.

I feel he has so much scope and ability and with time do see him progressing to the highest levels of the sport.

Vinnie is also a true gent with my groom who happily schools and hacks him regularly.

He is a sensitive type at times so I wouldn’t want a beginner to try him however I think he would be great with a brave amateur or a professional too.

A horse with a very bright future and one big to be missed.

Harry is a lovely 16.2 bay gelding by Court Cave who is by Sadlers Welis.

He got 3 good paces and he's nice to school.

A real Gentleman who wants to please.

He hacks out alone and in company.

He has hunted but I don't think that's what he should be doing.

He has got a nice jump and he enjoys his jumping.

He does enjoy his cross-country.

He would be a lovely horse for someone who wants to do a lot of clinics and riding club shows etc.

He is good to box, shoe and clip. Up to date with vaccinations and teeth.

Wonderful Irish Gelding. Red is an Irish bred, 6 year old gelding. He is a gorgeous stamp of a horse matched with a lovely temperament.

This young gelding is charming and easy to do in all respects. Owned since a 4 year old he has been brought on slowly to allow him to mature.

Red has been to several unaffiliated dressage shows at various venues, where he has claimed first prizes, top placings and marks up to + 72% at Prelim.

He is wonderful to take out in the lorry, loads easily and travels on his own or in company. He stays calm at competitions and is reliable and consistent.

Red loves pole work and has started tackling little jumps, which he clearly enjoys.

His forte would be flatwork and he enjoys his hacking.

Being still only young, he is looking to find a loving but experienced home in order to continue his development and to fulfill his potential.

Red is vice free, lives in or out, up to date with jabs, teeth etc and is fit and ready to go. A good home is most important for this little gem. Genuine reasons for selling and will be much missed.

Guss was bought 11 months ago, for a mature rider, but was not suitable, so being wasted at this address, through no fault of his own, still kept in work.

We have done cross country schooling, SJ, fab Working Hunter candidate, which he loves, and definitely has a lot of untapped potential.

Works nicely on the flat , hacks on his own, or with his mates, he is a forward ride, snaffle mouth.

Was told he would be a good grass roots candidate, please no novices, this is a fun horse ready to excel, with the right person.

Perfect amateur horse and stunning too look at with a fab personality.

Vera as known at home has jumped Newcomers and 1 Fox with many placings she has XC schooled, she also rides beautifully on the flat with auto changes.

Due too children and not wanting to ride in the ring, I would like to give this lovely mare a chance to go to shows and be ridden consistently. I feel its only fair she finds a new home.

She can be pushy on the floor but nothing nasty. She is brillant to hack, clip load.
