Marvin is looking for a kind, experienced home to bring him back into work.
He has been out of work since about May this year due to me not having the time. Before his time off I was just hacking out and riding around our fields which he has been very chilled and was very happy to do what was asked of him.

I was told in his last home he did abit of everything and he was a good all rounder.

He as live out 24/7 in summer and since September he as had the nights in. He is easy to catch, when he knows you he will just follow you in.
Anyone can turn him out or bring him in.
He is good for the dentist, physio and improving with the farrier sometimes he just needs a few treats. He has front shoes on.

He is a genuinely kind horse who tries hard but he does need to build his trust with you.

I just don’t have the time so I feel it’s only fair to find him a home where he can get the consistency and attention he deserves.

He is updated with everything.

He is sensitive round his back legs but if you take your time with him he is fine, this as improved since I have had him but I do believe someone who could work with him more consistency this wouldn’t be an issue.

Also he does had a bump on him face just abit above his nose, this doesn’t affect him at all. He had this before I had him. When his bridle is on or headcollar you can’t see it. See photo

For sale or loan from a private genuinely loving home, a pretty and sweet natured 15.2-15.3hh 16 y.o very well bred Weatherby's National Hunt ex racehorse Thoroughbred mare who has just been a mum for the last 6 years of her life. She has not been ridden / worked in any way for 6 years.

I may consider loaning her if she was kept in West Sussex

Now needs a new experienced home either as a proven broodmare or could potentially be brought back into lighter work with the right person. She did race, just didn't like it so she is ROR eligible.

She apparently did do a bit of show jumping and cross country in-between racing and being a mum before her current home where she has just been a broodmare for the last few years.

She would also make a nice natural horsemanship project or do some fun horse agility with.

She has been an incredible broodmare producing outstanding wonderful natured and strongly built offspring. Has taken first time both naturally and via AI. Foals easily and is a great mum, just knows her job well.

Produced a truly oustanding Connemara cross TB foal by the very sought after Josie Jump in 2024. Huge potential to produce the same again.

This mare is a very good do-er with NO HEALTH ISSUES and good barefoot kept hooves (professionally equine podiatrist trimmed). Upto date with vaccines, teeth rasping and is on a worming programme with consistantly clear worm tests.

She is used to being with mares and geldings but is scared of being bullied so needs quieter companions.

She is good to handle and transport.

Will only go to a 5 star loving and caring home with proper experience and knowledge of ex racehorse thoroughbreds!

Maverick is a kind, genuine TB who was unfortunately mis-sold to me as a novice first horse. He is not suitable for a novice or nervous rider. He needs a confident, experienced handler who understands sensitive ex-racehorses and can offer him consistency, reassurance and clear boundaries.

He raced once in 2021 and has since been used for schooling, hacking (in company) and light jumping & dressage with a previous owner.

Up to date with physio, dentist, vaccinations, farrier and recent saddle fitting.

All rugs included.

Super talented and athletic, Will turn his foot to everything. Would make a super eventer, hunt horse, show jumper or just a fantastic all rounder. In the right hands he could go far in any sphere. Moves beautifully, has a fantastic jump on him and is an absolute pleasure to ride.

3 established paces, strikes off on the correct lead everytime, green in his schooling as we have only just started

Marty jumps anything you put in front of him and is very careful, jumped everything out on the hung field; logs , rails, ditches, hedges etc doesn’t ever touch the jumps just pops cleanly over

Marty is never nasty or silly.

Marty would suit an amateur rider wanting to go up the levels or a professional who would like to produce him further, equally he would love a family home that wants to have a fun horse to do all different things with

He has been hunting a few times; including to two big ladies day meets where he has been absolutely perfect ??

he is good to shoe (currently shod all round ) he is good to box, travel, clip etc just an absolute gentleman.

He will continue to further his education with me and his price will increase accordingly with his training.

Marty can be seen to weave occasionally and he does have a small sarcoid on his chest which doesn’t affect him in any way
