Iona Diamond or Charlie has been owned by me since he was 6yrs old. He was broken as a 5yr old and hunted a season with the Kildares.

He has done RDS Performance Hunter qualifiers, Side saddle qualifiers, oneday events, Dressage, Working Hunter show Hunter and Middle weight Hunter in RDS '24.

He is such a lovely horse to ride ,his trot is bold and expressive and his canter is equally expressive. He has been on livery in a very busy yard and used to hacking out in large groups and alone. He never takes a pull but can he cover the ground beautifully.

At home he is easy to do, gets on with everyone and loves his job. He is very good in the field ,he has never caused any trouble with the other horses and He will pass a huge lorry and have a spook at a paperbag. He needs a competent rider that will enjoy helping him achieve his potential.

Charlie is my dream horse and unfortunately and sadly for sale due to my ongoing health issues. He has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

He comes to call is good to load and travel and is great with the farrier. He is very sweet on the ground and kind, a true gentleman. He's good to clip and groom and good in a mixed herd.

Monet is a stunning 12-year-old Tobiano Stallion by Puzzled Swan in Jedforest out of Fulwood Flamboyant (King of Diamonds lineage). Homebred, still owned by his breeder. Monet has a full veterinary and dental records as well as a competition history.

He is registered, graded, and approved with Breeders Elite and would easily grade through CHAPS moving forward, but has only been used as a competition/riding horse, therefore has no prodgeny on the ground.

Monet has a proven temperament. Despite being kept entire, Monet is incredibly well-behaved, ties up next to, hacks out, and travels with mares daily. He has the most calm, relaxed trainable attitude and will breed trainable progeny.

From 6 months old, Monet excelled in CHAPS in-hand showing, earning Premium Youngstock titles up to 4 years old. Last season, he secured numerous Champion and Reserve placings in showing competitions.

Reluctant sale of fabulous side saddle. This Saddle has been examined and measured by Anne Dawson master saddler from Shropshire and is in excellent condition suitable for the show ring. It is complete with balance girth , leaping head , queen pad and champion and Wilton stirrup leather and iron. The C and W name is embossed on the leather . The saddle had a doe skin seat and has been immaculately kept. Viewing welcome.

The girth straps have been previously replaced. Please see photos for measurements. This saddle is suitable for a large hunter type.

The most heartbreaking sale due to no fault of his own but due to change in circumstances and daughter off to uni soon.
With this in mind please NO time wasters, joy riders, day trippers, dealers. His new home is paramount and be prepared that I may ask for references,we would love him to go to someone who would be happy to keep in touch.

Charlie is the most sweet natured gentleman of a horse, who loves humans. Very easy to do in all ways, he never complains and wants to please.

With previous owners he has been shown at HOYS as a maxi cob and coloured with a professional and as an amateur to RHIS 2024 by myself. He is happy to continue with showing however he is not for the competition yard life now but would suit an amateur who wants the dream of showing at big county shows and being in the rosettes. Having said that he would happy turn his hoof to dressage as he has 3 amazing paces. What he is not is a show jumper and never will be his forte! He will happy pop a log out or a small fence and enjoys this once in a while but really this is not what Charlie is made for.

He travels well and will stand in the lorry no worries and also enjoys going out to clinics and a blast on the gallops.

Charlie loves his rides out in company and alone. He has been to a few early season hound exercise meets with my daughter, where he stood still not phased by the hounds at all but he was strong in the field and much preferred to be up front however he did have breaks! And thoroughly enjoyed himself!

We feel he would be ideally suited to a mother/daughter/son share having said that he is a competition horse and not a novice ride and does need a confident jockey and you will get the best of him.
