She is a forward going mare who is as brave as a lion, never says no and will jump off of any stride. She doesn’t hold a grudge if the rider makes a mistake.

She hacks out well alone and in company. She is good clip, shoe, catch etc.

However, she can be rude on the ground, never nasty but she will tow you around if you allowed her to.

I’ve had patchy 7 years and she really has been a teenage girls best friend. She’s taken me from never been eventing before to noviceand always looked after me. Patchy has on every Pony Club and Riding club team you could ever imagine, jumped up to 1.15 and novice xc although she has schooled over plenty intermediate lines. She is uncomplicated to ride, and helps you out at a fence whether it’s in the sj ring or out on the xc course. She rides like a mini horse but thinks like a pony, nippy and quick against the clock. She’s been to countless sj championships and big events.

She’s a beast out xc, only ever had one xc fault as the jockey was rusty at the first event out. Hunted all the big days out hunting new year day, Boxing Day etc jumps all the big hedges and keeps up with the master, then stands impeccably at the port stops. Her dressage is her weakest point but in all fairness I’m no dressage rider and didn’t have a lot of experience or time to fix it whilst doing GCSEs alevels etc. She has done some lovely work with other riders on the flat.

She’s not based by fillers and loves a big occasion, jumped indoors, outdoors, on grass, in the deepest mud she really just loves her job. Great to load, take away and stands and waits impeccably on a lorry or trailer for her turn. I also ride and lead all the young horses off her and she’s not fased. She’s got a lovely temperament lives in or out, easy to do in every way.

You can clip her and head, legs etc but is a little nervous and she does weave only if she’s the last one in or waiting a long time for dinner but if you tell her to stop she does.

Super sad sale of a beloved little horse but as the other horses are coming up id hate for her to go to the bottom of the pile. 5* home only

This is an extremely difficult decision so one that will not be taken lightly.

Im looking to possibly find Belle a new home, purely because she is being wasted at the minute.

Belle is a 10yr old, 16.2h Irish sports horse, I’ve had her since she was 5 and we have learnt together to compete at discovery and new comers level.

She is good as gold under saddle and always try’s to please, however she is a forward ride and can be sharp and strong at times, especially at shows so she does need a confident and competent rider! Not a novice ride.

She can be a typical moody mare and does have her moments, therefore she would need an experienced, confident home ONLY.

She loves being outside, so would much prefer a home where she can be turned out as much as possible! As she can get stressy in her stable at times.
She is turned out 24/7 in summer and taken straight out the field to shows and turned straight back out when she’s back, this works for her and she is much more happier and nicer for being out!

She has been in very little to barely any work for the past couple years, just been mainly hacking, I would love to say I’m getting back into it but unfortunately my priorities are elsewhere.

Therefore, she will need time spent bringing her back into full work.

Good on roads, good to shoe & handle.

Vesper is truly one of a kind. She is the easiest, most loving young horse I've had on the yard. Undeniably, the brightest future ahead.

She was professionally broken and then turned away.. has now been with me a couple of weeks for restarting.

She picked everything back up straight away and has been super safe with no issues at all. Very flashy paces- she has the real wow factor. on the flat, she's very soft in her mouth..responsive to your leg and voice and will work in a contact when asked.

Her paces are absolutely effortless. Walk, trot and cantering away very sweetly under saddle.

She feels incredibly balanced and floaty for her age. Definitely feels like riding a much older horse.

She's fantastic in all aspects of ground work, has done plenty of lunging, long reining etc. A very quick learner with a sweet attitude to work. Always so willing and wants to please.Will do anything asked of her and always tries her very best.

Connor is a firm favourite on the yard. He has a huge personality, owning him is always a laugh a minute as he has a great sense of humour.

Connor has been with me for a year and a half, he has been out towards the end of the hunting season to grab a few days with the Fernie/local drag packs. He proved to be very well behaved at the meet and was ridden in a snaffle. He is a very chilled horizontal kind of guy and he behaved as such out hunting! He was good with hounds and other horses and popped a couple of ditches and tiger traps. He is not a made hunter but he was impeccably behaved.

Connor has been to arena hires- including dressage boards, all weather xc and Showjumps. He has also been xc schooling on grass. He is incredibly generous and genuine in his nature and will as a rule give everything a go- if you kick and steer he tries his best! He’s good with fillers, water trays, ditches, water, skinnies and brush.

He has been to a hunter trial as his first go at xc and he was an absolute star and tried his little heart out.

Connor has done a couple of intro UA dr tests and behaved well, he is not scared or spooky of dressage boards.

Connor is good to hack alone or in company, on roads and in fields. He is good in traffic and farm machinery. He never naps. He can be a little young horse spooky but never unpredictable!

He is working sweetly in the school and he has a lovely soft mouth and works in a natural outline. He has a good step and a rocking horse canter.

Connor has no health issues and is N/N hoof wall. He is good to load and travel o Lorries and trailers. He is good to clip and shoe and is shod all round.

Connor is a fun loving comedian. He is still a young and green little horse so he is not suitable for a novice home- however he has been used to give friends children lead rein lessons and frequently has our 6mth old baby plonked on him in the stable.

He is not suitable for a very nervous owner as is a young horse still and is generally a super star jolly cheeky little chappy. He does not buck rear or nap. 5* home wanted for our concon

We have had to work on her to get her used to standing to mount as she has not been used to this from racing. She is loads better now! We have trained her to lean round and have a polo!

She is currently in work and being schooled and hacked & we continuing re-training her. She would be suitable for Eventing, Team Chasing , Hacking or Hunting, or all.

She is so sadly for sale as my daughter is focusing more on her dressage and unfortunately she is not getting the time and riding that she deserves

Since we have owned her, she has seen the dentist and has good teeth, Up to date on jabs and has seen the physio. She is a good doer for a ex-race horse and has no vices in the stable.

We ride her in a snaffle and she is not strong and does not jog or get silly. She just likes to nod her head and keep moving!

She does have a couple of sarcoids under her belly which do not effect her and this is reflected in her price. But most important to us is to find her the very best of homes! We would like to stay in touch as we adore her!

If she was to come back into work I feel she would excel in the dressage arena as she has 3 lovely paces and has a willing attitude.

She can be a bit spooky and would only be sold to an experienced, knowledgeable home ONLY as she needs s . No joyriders welcome as she needs someone with experience to bring her back into work.

She is currently barefoot as she has been out of work.

Schools very sweetly with 3 nice paces and straightforward to ride. He loves to jump and will go off any stride. Not phased by rustic or spooky looking fences.

After having only ever seen a handful of solid fences Neo went arena eventing where he jumped all of the xc fences clear. Jumps easily around a course with good breaks and steering.

Neo is super easy in all ways, often handled by young children and I would trust him out hacking with a novice on, he walks trots and canters quietly on a long rein on his own or in groups. He would make a wonderful mother daughter share. He is often ridden by a 7 year old girl.
